I bought a dell laptop Inspiron on 31.10.2021 from Vasantha and co Nagercoil branch. from the first day camera, microphone is not working and system is very slow.i room this to Vasantha and co and they registered a complaint to dell support with Service Tag: 1VV8YH3 Case# :[protected] Service Request#: [protected] Dispatch Number : [protected].No response from them for past one month and there is even a delay in sending the technical support person to my home.Need resolution for this urgently. Update - I connected with the Dell support for microphone and system slowness issue today even after troubleshooting and following the steps porvided nothing wokred and not picking up the calls further.

I connected to dell support team and requested for replacement 3days ago and .no update or confirmation to my mail so far

First day they told us to allow dell technician to check the system before raising for system replacement later they are telling no replacement for this system if it exceeds more than 30days but I raised complaint for replacement within 20days since I bought the system.
