Full description of the incident: We brought Dell Inspiron 3593 on September 2020 from Amazon India. The Laptop was without issues hardly for 6 to 7 months. After that there were lot of issues continuously. First time in the month of April 2021, there was an issue like when the laptop gets shaked the screen went out blank. We raised it to the dell customer care, service person came on 15 April 2021 and changed some Lvds cable. But even after the cable was changed the issue did to get resolved completely. Again a new complaint was raised, again the service person came on 29th April and he replaced Motherboard and a Lvds cable again and did some software update. With this replacement of motherboard, the laptop camera stopped working completely. When we raised complaint again with Dell customer care, the dell service person changed the laptop camera first. After changing camera also the camera did not function. Dell service person checked and asked us to update some bios. Even after doing it the camera did not work. Then we used without camera for 2 months. Again when we raised the camera issues to Dell customer service, they told us the motherboard installation had some issues and please take the laptop to the Dell authorised service center in the 7th street, 100 ft road, coimbatore. We took the laptop there on August 2021, there they told us again the motherboard is having issues and need to be replaced they have informed Dell and asked for a replacement motherboard within the warranty period. After that again the motherboard was replaced in month of August newly for the second time. In the month of September 2021 the warranty got expired. But one week back now in the month of November 2021 the laptop stopped working again, when we took it to the Dell Authorized center in 7th street. 100 ft road, Gandhipuram, the service person informed us that the motherboard got repaired again and we need to replace it newly. This time since the warranty is over we need to pay around 27000 INR it seems. This is not the kind of quality we expected from a company like Dell. The laptop was bought for 41000 INR and now after a year after sequence of services which was very painful, now again they are asking us to spend 27000 INR on it. This is very painful and not fair from a consumer perspective.
Desirable resolution: Please do the necessary action in getting this laptop replaced with a new one or at least get all the issues resolved completely once and all for free so that we need not again and again get these problems and run to service centres. I have all the required documents and mail communications for all the issues that happened and services thats been done from Dell official service.

I bought dell inspirion online delivered on November 6th 2021
It worked fine but I noticed a gap between screen and bezel
And on jan6th 2022 it broke and I could not even open/close the laptop
So I contacted customer support and a technician came with wrong parts for the first time on jan23
So he reordered suitable parts and said he'll come the next time too
Another technician came and he opened everything replaced the damaged bezel and front cover
Now it was showing a slight inclination in both hinges so we asked what the problem was with him he reopened everything and saw that there was a problem with new bezel so he replaced the replaced part with a spare bezel and closed it to normal and then it was not working(not even charging indicator) he tried another 30 min and said it has some battery issues we asked what the problem again was because he was some what passive so he reopened everything and it was not working he said due to cable removing and friction may be it has some motherboard issues so he rechecked everything again and tried and there was no sign of powering or any electricity then he was tensed and responded vaguely and said he'll get the issue done by the next day morning
We asked if we can provide accommodation and food for the night (the time was 9pm)
He rushed out without even eating and we returned home
Next day I.e today (13 feb 2021) he called in the morning with free tone and told us that the issue may be because of battery drain so I can just power on right now and it works normally And I tried it the situation did not change
And he said me telling that we could provide for accommodation and food was an insult he resigned and he told some stories
I sent his video and photos to Dell support they say they'll take 2 days to respond and now I am waiting for a replacement or refund
I don't know if they sent a unqualified engineer or the laptop was so problematic I don't have hope that it can get repaired because even the engineer said that while opening and closing(the case) motherboard some problems which are hidden may resurface I don't understand him it was 3rd month after buying and opening the laptop
Either dell sent unqualified engineers or dell is responsible for frequent problems in laptop
I hope dell responds fast to my grievance. I am expecting a replacement or refund because I don't know whether new problems arise. "
