I Purchased a laptop on 07.01.2022
kindly replace my laptop and provide me new unit
I am facing lots of problem in my working with this faulty laptop and facing unwanted harassment from dell support team

    I have purchased a new laptop in nov, 21 and from the first week of purchase i needed to submit it back to the service center team; issue was of no audio output device and they just changed the motherboard itself. After a week when i collected it back and went home, again my laptop got crashed. So i revisited to the service center the very next day! I spent my whole day there and at last they just told me that as if its not crashing now, we won't be able to assist you with this, so i came back to my place. Asap i opened it for logging in to my office work, it crashed again.
    So i went there again next day and resubmitted it!
    After 15 days when i didn't get an answer from the service center team about my laptop being fixed, then i decided to contact your customer support. By then it's already been a month for puchase and didn't even used it for a single week.
    Even your customer service team have asked me to collect my faulty system from the service center, as the customer support team assured me to have a same day full unit replacement.
    Its been 3 months as a whole!!
    Even that customer support is answering me everytime by just saying we are not the concerned team. Who the hell is then ??
    I have purchased this on Nov.21, 2021, just because i was selected for a pretty good company and the joining was from nov.22, 2021. I even lost that.

    I want to get my compensation for these three months, as already under lot of debts just because of your fake commitments that you people are letting it done in 4-5 working days. Even i have the email from you that the concerned team and the manager from floor would be contacting me by the end of the day and this just happened after 128 minutes of a call as no supervisor was available on floor by that moment.
    Its already been 6 days for that email to be received, still no call though!
    I want you people to stop sending these faulty devices. And i need the compensation or either you should say my salary earnings which you stopped me from.

    @DellCares is not even reading out, what i have sent. How more pathetic the services could be?? They were encouraging me on a complaint that i have filed telling me that i mentioned my query to be solved as i might had words with the concerned team. But nothing there was likely the same as @DellCares thought of. If you are really not able to understand my concern, then ask me again, but you people are just empathetic!!! You don't even cares about the customer's delicate situation that he might be facing! Have a look at your own Customer Satisfaction Ratings... Just 27%!! Total no. of complaints that were filed against you is approx 3000. And you just have resolved only 750. Is this the way to create a bond between customer and company services

    @DellCares over twitter is just responding me back with some automated text everytime. Is this the way to serve? Why you people making this panic to me. Its already been 2 days that i am surviving on one time meal as can't afford it, alternately, just because of you people. That would be 3 months EMI that i need to pay soon without even taking any advantage to pay you this!
    We understand your concern and want to help you with this. Could you please help us with your Service Tag number so that we can get this resolved for you?

      I have an laptop latitude3400 i log a complaint against it but they delayed from two months and again and again they give me the time extension for product dispatch but the always say that the part is not available at this time. but the extend the date for resolution. we need extension for warranty of this laptop. i dont know but i can do at this time please give me the resolution

          I bought ghost laptop on Nov 5 2021 it worked fine but on 6 jan 2022 it showed a gap and after closing and opening case the gap widened now i am not even closing the case
          I raised in dell costumer care with warranty but they are going on delaying that parts are unavailable and giving false dates

              Team dell,

              I purchase laptop last year in Jan 2021. My Laptop Warranty expires on 15th of this month means tomorrow. For Warranty renewal, I am trying from 06th Of january 2022, But Today is 13th of January 2022. Till today dell executive are failed to fulfilled my requirements and Give correct Information. This is worst experience, that i was faced. I am Ready to Purchase warranty renewal but dell sales executive are not ready to sell and fulfill the requirement of costumers. After this experience i never purchase dell laptop in future. Service providing by dell is worst. Kindly share your superior contact details so that i tell them how your team members actually works. How they deal with costumers and harras costumers.

                We placed an order for Vostro laptop on the Dell site. Money has been deducted from our account only because Dell finance team can not verify the details also no proper reply to the mails. It has been more than 10 days and we still have not got the confirmation about the purchase

                    Let me walk you through my experience with purchasing the dell Vostro 3515. I had bought the laptop on November 26, 2021 for Rs.41, 000. After 2 days of buying the laptop I have been facing the BSOD issue and other software issues. I visited the store number of times to fix the issue but it was never fixed. They told me to contact dell support. I had contacted the dell support a number of times, but to no fix. Every time I have contacted I was given different resolutions but the issue never got fixed. The last agent I spoke to reverted saying if the issue persists, the faulty parts of the hardware will be fixed. Now, I have received an email from dell telling me that it's not covered under warranty. My only ask is that how was I given a faulty piece and why are they not accountable to provide a customer with a perfect product for which I paid the price.

                      Greetings!

                      Myself Hemant working with Bhavishya Bharat (a Development Organisation) in primary health care in150 villages of India (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2kSz8U10H7NfF22oiTebVw/videos). Sir, I bought the above-referred laptop in June 2021. From day one I am facing regular problems with this system. Your customer care people and Dell Service Centers replaced the display. After a few days, its sound and mic stop working and I had given my laptop almost for more than one month in the local Service Center in Hyderabad. Now third time again the same display problem occurred, and your people agree to change the display again.

                      My request to you see this matter seriously as this product has a serious problem and your team only giving me a temporary resolution. I am working with a small organisation where we work for a poor community. We have a very limited budget Sir, can not afford to buy a new laptop every month.

                        I purchased Dell Vostro 3401 laptop on 15th Nov, 21. since day 1 it started freezing. Even after sending it to dell service center problem didn't resolved. I have put request for replacement. its been 2 months now and still issue has not been resolved. Pathetic customer service. No prompt response. Customer has to do follow up with them as we have done mistake by purchasing dell product.

Support executive guided me ew steps to follow but it didn't worked. And I asked Support Executive that "If My System suppports M.2 NVMe SSD?" I have doubt for this system so I again ased to recheck and reconfirm for NVMe SSD specially. Response...

                          Purchased new monitor from retail shop which is not comes under GST. So, they haven't provided GST Bill. Dell support people not accepting the bill without GST number. And rejecting for repair, which is under warranty.

                            My dell laptop was on no power mode suddenly after complaining 6 engineers visited and changed my laptops original parts with repaired ones .all parts like mother board, daughter board, Display etc but it couldn't help.
                            Bze they replaced mother board the laptop was asking for bitlocker key which I have never put.
                            They said they can't help me further and suggested to take this laptop to some service station and get it formatted.
                            Such a reputed company and this casual behavior of engineers.
                            All my original parts they have taken.
                            I'm facing lot of problems. Please help to get me a working laptop.

                                  Almost a decade is up, dell do fraud with customers, no one buy dell in the future, i purchase Vostro 5410, since 17 july 2021, and they deliver a faulty UNIT, i complaint to care, but they cant do anything, im waiting for my system replacement, but they can't able to do anything, approx 7 months is over
