Let me walk you through my experience with purchasing the dell Vostro 3515. I had bought the laptop on November 26, 2021 for Rs.41, 000. After 2 days of buying the laptop I have been facing the BSOD issue and other software issues. I visited the store number of times to fix the issue but it was never fixed. They told me to contact dell support. I had contacted the dell support a number of times, but to no fix. Every time I have contacted I was given different resolutions but the issue never got fixed. The last agent I spoke to reverted saying if the issue persists, the faulty parts of the hardware will be fixed. Now, I have received an email from dell telling me that it's not covered under warranty. My only ask is that how was I given a faulty piece and why are they not accountable to provide a customer with a perfect product for which I paid the price.

    Greetings!

    Myself Hemant working with Bhavishya Bharat (a Development Organisation) in primary health care in150 villages of India (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2kSz8U10H7NfF22oiTebVw/videos). Sir, I bought the above-referred laptop in June 2021. From day one I am facing regular problems with this system. Your customer care people and Dell Service Centers replaced the display. After a few days, its sound and mic stop working and I had given my laptop almost for more than one month in the local Service Center in Hyderabad. Now third time again the same display problem occurred, and your people agree to change the display again.

    My request to you see this matter seriously as this product has a serious problem and your team only giving me a temporary resolution. I am working with a small organisation where we work for a poor community. We have a very limited budget Sir, can not afford to buy a new laptop every month.

      I purchased Dell Vostro 3401 laptop on 15th Nov, 21. since day 1 it started freezing. Even after sending it to dell service center problem didn't resolved. I have put request for replacement. its been 2 months now and still issue has not been resolved. Pathetic customer service. No prompt response. Customer has to do follow up with them as we have done mistake by purchasing dell product.

        I have Contacted Dell Support on 10th Deceber 2021 through WhatsApp for the issue that My product Dell CPU which is in active warranty (service tag JBRW6T2) performing slow. Support executive guided me ew steps to follow but it didn't worked. And I asked Support Executive that "If My System suppports M.2 NVMe SSD?" I have doubt for this system so I again ased to recheck and reconfirm for NVMe SSD specially. Response...

        Purchased new monitor from retail shop which is not comes under GST. So, they haven't provided GST Bill. Dell support people not accepting the bill without GST number. And rejecting for repair, which is under warranty.

          My dell laptop was on no power mode suddenly after complaining 6 engineers visited and changed my laptops original parts with repaired ones .all parts like mother board, daughter board, Display etc but it couldn't help.
          Bze they replaced mother board the laptop was asking for bitlocker key which I have never put.
          They said they can't help me further and suggested to take this laptop to some service station and get it formatted.
          Such a reputed company and this casual behavior of engineers.
          All my original parts they have taken.
          I'm facing lot of problems. Please help to get me a working laptop.

                Almost a decade is up, dell do fraud with customers, no one buy dell in the future, i purchase Vostro 5410, since 17 july 2021, and they deliver a faulty UNIT, i complaint to care, but they cant do anything, im waiting for my system replacement, but they can't able to do anything, approx 7 months is over

                      I purchased the DELL INSPIRON laptop by PAI INTERNATIONAL at karmanghat Hyderabad on 18th November 2021. Product Was damaged without any external impact or external force.                         I have purchased my product Dell Inspiron 15 3511 8gb ram 512 SSD i5 11th generation on 18th November 2021. And coming to problem is without any external damage laptop was damaged with regular stretching of laptop. This is rediculous. Am very very unhappy to purchase this product.                           Due to wear and tear, the hinges on my laptop (Dell XPS 13 9370) broke. I had bought it in the UK and paid a lot for the International Premium Support Plus warranty. I called for this in August. First time the engineer visited, he brought the wrong parts. Second time, he brought the wrong parts again. Then, the calling started. I have several calls that promise the service but then end up going nowhere. This happened throughout the months of September, October, and November. Then, these guys forgot all about it in December. I called again on 3 January. Was promised service today between 10AM to 12PM today. Didn't even get a single call. Suppose the ### was me who took a half day to get this resolved. I am never going to buy a Dell Computer again. I'll take my chances with ANY other company but Dell. I feel like a fool for wasting 300GBP buying their Premium Support Plus for 4 years at point of purchase.

                          Edit: While I had bought this laptop in 2018 in the UK, I shifted to India in 2019 and had called from India in August 2020. I completed their product service transfer procedures to Dell India.

                            I purchased dell vostro laptop almost over a year back online... Core i3 8 gb ram windows 10 installed. The system was super slow right from the first day so i somehow got in touch with dell support...
                            They responded like the computer slowly and awkwardly and told me the resolution steps which were so absurd... I tried to convey my problems time and again but they never helped till the time my warranty was over. As soon as as my warranty they are responding me so fast just to tell me their charges and how to pay them... This is what you get to suffer when you buy dell laptop

                                  Its been almost 3 months since i bought the laptop and i haven't been able to use it properly even once.

                                  I had requested for the replacement and the laptop was collected more than 3 weeks ago but now i have no way of tracking my order.

                                  When i called dell they told me that the only way to contact the replacement unit is through email or to wait until they called me.

                                  It would have been fine if they at least responded! But they only reply when its convinient to them and i dont think they even read the issues i mention in email.
                                  I have explained over a hundred times that i wont be in the same country after jan 14.

                                  I am so tired and frustrated right now. It is ridiculous how they can't handle a simple replacement order.

                                    I purchased a laptop on 12 October 2021, which developed a fault in its hinge within a month. I logged a complaint on 29th November and since then it has been in pending state with no given SLA or timeline for the resolution. Initially it was raised as a complaint to replace the damaged parts and within 2 days, then informed that it would take 2 months to get the parts replaced as per current status and a potential to delay it further. Later they asked me to opt for full unit replacement and asked me to provide confirmation for same along with invoice copy. I did the same on 8th December and got a confirmation that within 24-48 hours I'll be receiving a call or email from the concerned team.
                                    Now since 8th December to till date (31 Dec) its been more than 22 days and no body in customer support team knows what is happening here, and the only answer they have is that they have written the email to concerned team and I will be contacted by them within next 24-48 hours.

                                    I have tried calling the tech support team via call and email multiple times and till date no body know what is the status of the issue, apart from saying that it is in progress and you would be contacted by concerned team member in next 24 to 48 hours.
                                    I am completely fed-up of all this nonsense and on the verge of initiating a complete cancellation of business deal with dell for my organization and initiating a legal action against Dell for all the harassment and the problem that I have been put into because of the inefficient and non-professional team of Dell's customer support department.

                                      The battery jack is not supportive, it doesnot connect with the laptop properly.
                                      The battery backup is also poor the laptop battery discharges very quickly.
