From months my ms office is showing that you may be a victim of software counterfeiting and you software is not genuine.
And few days back it stoped working completely and it shows product activation failed .

And I have contacted Microsoft support team also and tried all my all possible login ids but there was no such Login Id of mine with which the Ms office product subscription was activated first time
And the installed version which the dell store gave me was Microsoft office professional plus 2019

    My laptop is auto shutdown in between 1-2 days while working on the laptop. Some its got blue screen for 2 to 3 minutes And Overheating.
    My laptop issue is disturbing me for near about 1 and a half month. I contacted Dell support near about 5 times every time they take my 1 hour and never gives me a propar solution. Every time your executive updates some drivers and told to observe it for 2 days and they will call you in 1-2 days but i cannot received any call from any of the technical support team representative. I also done OS recovery that is said by one of the representative of Dell. But no issue resolved.
    I am irritated. I am a student I purchased it for my study purpose my online classes are missed by that issue.
    So pls help me in this its only 4 months I purchased it.

    My issue is not solved. I can't receive any email or any contact from other means of communication.Dell is a worst company i ever seen. They mark my complaint as resolved without contacting me and solving my issue.

      Malfunctioning of keys "g" and "h" . they hang a lot and is not working properly . kindly provide with the solution at your earliest convenience .
      the laptop is newly bought and is in the warrantee period .

          I purchased dell inspiron on 21st jan 2022 on pai international. It had sound issue and i returned it on 22nd 2022. They checked it and found the sound issue. They told tht it will be replaced but till now i have not got replacement or refund.
          I want my money back. I cant wait anymore.

                Maine June 2021 me dell insprion Service Tag 7WF70B3 purchase kia.
                laptop ki body toot gayi. mai daily customer care me call kar rahi hu apni complaint daalne k liye par wo log call ko ek person se dusre person pe transfer pe transfer kar rahe hai.
                Maine 18th Jan, 2022 ko call kia. Mr. Ravinder ne call attend kia. Unhone broken laptop k pics mail karne ko kaha. Maine pics mail kiye. Sari details batayi. One hour talk k baad wo kehte hai k yeh mera department nahi hai. Mai call kisi aur ko transfer karta hu. One hour talk k baad phone transfer kia aur call disconnect kar dia. Uske baad call lag hi nahi raha tha.

                Again 19 jan ko maine customer care me call kia. Call Mr. Imran ne attend kia. Unhone b sari details li. Details lene k baad kehte hai yeh mera department nai hai. Mai call transfer kar raha hu. Phir Imran se Vishal, Vishal se Ms. Geeta, Geeta se Austin, phone transfer pe transfer kia gaya. Again i was on call since one hour. Finally Austin ne call disconnect kar dia.

                Today is 24 Jan, 2022. Na koi complaint register hui aur na hi customer care se koi call aaya hai.

                Yeh Dell Company ki service hai..
                Bas customer ko ghoomate rehna.

                  DYB2ZH3, croma sold me a defective product. Dell technician came and sealed laptop. It been 4 days and I'm still begging customer support to give DOA letter. But dell customer support is worst they don't bother about customers problem, like their work is to just sell the products.

                    I purchased Dell Inspiron 3511 laptop in October 2021 that is just before two months.
                    All of a sudden there was a sound when i tried to open it.
                    When i checked l found that the panel near screen and sides was coming out.
                    I want a replacement of laptop.

                        I was issued DOA on 09th December 2021 but I have not got my Laptop Replaced till Date.

                        Everytime I receive the Same Answer that Replacement team will call you but there is no response from them.

                        Neither Dell gives any Reply to the Emails I have sent.

                        Dell Support team is harrassing the Customer though DOA was issued to the Customer with the Services I have received.

                        I had to arrange for another Laptop to do my work and Paying Rent for the Same.

                        After such a service, I have not left with any choice but to go to Consumer Court for the settlement of my Complaint.

                        Since Dell Reputation is also at stake, I would like to give final chance till tomorrow evening for the Replacement of my Laptop or else I will be not left with any option to settle the Complaint at Consumer Court.

                            Sir i have raised a complaint against my dell laptop service before 14 days, I got a call from your technician on 13th January, they said they can't come and will be available on 16th. But they haven't come. Your supportive assistant said me that I'll be getting on 18th, next they changed it for 19th. They are saying me that they tried to reach me but i was unavailable, no call i got by your technician. Now they scheduled it for 21st. I'm working here, not just Sitting simply here. I'm leaving my work, since past 2 weeks. Please take kind notice

                                  I have purchased a new laptop in nov, 21 and from the first week of purchase i needed to submit it back to the service center team; issue was of no audio output device and they just changed the motherboard itself. After a week when i collected it back and went home, again my laptop got crashed. So i revisited to the service center the very next day! I spent my whole day there and at last they just told me that as if its not crashing now, we won't be able to assist you with this, so i came back to my place. Asap i opened it for logging in to my office work, it crashed again.
                                  So i went there again next day and resubmitted it!
                                  After 15 days when i didn't get an answer from the service center team about my laptop being fixed, then i decided to contact your customer support. By then it's already been a month for puchase and didn't even used it for a single week.
                                  Even your customer service team have asked me to collect my faulty system from the service center, as the customer support team assured me to have a same day full unit replacement.
                                  Its been 3 months as a whole!!
                                  Even that customer support is answering me everytime by just saying we are not the concerned team. Who the hell is then ??
                                  I have purchased this on Nov.21, 2021, just because i was selected for a pretty good company and the joining was from nov.22, 2021. I even lost that.

                                  I want to get my compensation for these three months, as already under lot of debts just because of your fake commitments that you people are letting it done in 4-5 working days. Even i have the email from you that the concerned team and the manager from floor would be contacting me by the end of the day and this just happened after 128 minutes of a call as no supervisor was available on floor by that moment.
                                  Its already been 6 days for that email to be received, still no call though!
                                  I want you people to stop sending these faulty devices. And i need the compensation or either you should say my salary earnings which you stopped me from.

                                  @DellCares is not even reading out, what i have sent. How more pathetic the services could be?? They were encouraging me on a complaint that i have filed telling me that i mentioned my query to be solved as i might had words with the concerned team. But nothing there was likely the same as @DellCares thought of. If you are really not able to understand my concern, then ask me again, but you people are just empathetic!!! You don't even cares about the customer's delicate situation that he might be facing! Have a look at your own Customer Satisfaction Ratings... Just 27%!! Total no. of complaints that were filed against you is approx 3000. And you just have resolved only 750. Is this the way to create a bond between customer and company services

                                  @DellCares over twitter is just responding me back with some automated text everytime. Is this the way to serve? Why you people making this panic to me. Its already been 2 days that i am surviving on one time meal as can't afford it, alternately, just because of you people. That would be 3 months EMI that i need to pay soon without even taking any advantage to pay you this!

                                    I have an laptop latitude3400 i log a complaint against it but they delayed from two months and again and again they give me the time extension for product dispatch but the always say that the part is not available at this time. but the extend the date for resolution. we need extension for warranty of this laptop. i dont know but i can do at this time please give me the resolution
