I am a housewife and i have purchased a dell laptop vostro 3501 from comhard technics meerut for my child classes. After 3-4 months of purchase, there was a issue in a battery for which i have contacted dell customer care. As comhard says it is not liable for such issues . Battery has been replaced by authorised dell TPA from dell customer care, after replacement with in a week microphone is not working Now, they (dell customer care) say Operating system needs to recover as it is got corrupt. They ask me to have 16 gb pen-drive available with me and then they will recover via phone and it will take time, Sir, i dont have this much of time, tech knowledge as well as pen drive, If I ask them to send executive to do the same, they say its a software problem only. We cant send our executive neither they get agree to replace this piece. It has already been a week Please help me as my son exams are coming. Replace this piece
