    Dear Sir,
    My Laptop Dell Inspiron 5559 with Security Tag FK5JXF2 (out of Warranty) was deposited on 26 October21 with Service Order No-[protected] at Dell Authorized Service Center, Yerawada Road, Koregaon Park, Pune-411001. I asked them ( Ms Alfia at Dell Service Center) to provide an Estimate of Repair (Quotation) and Official Receipt for payment for claiming Insurance on their official letter head. They agreed. But even after passing two weeks, they did not issue Quotation and asked me to make payment for parts Rs 2514/- (DC Port Rs956/- & Key board Rs 1559/- ) and Service charges Rs 1392/- separately (Total Amt Rs 3906/- to Dell CA account at Bangalore which I paid on 09 November 21 (Icici Bank), before the repair was carried out. Screen shot of payments were sent to Dell service center engineer Mr Nitin's personal Email Id as they did not provide any official Email Id. Even after that Dell service center did not issue me the quotation and official bill for the money which I paid ie. Rs 3906/- They said Dell head office will issue. But not yet received.
    As 16 days were passed and no action was taken by Dell service center, Koregaon Park Pune-411001, I registered a complaint with Dell Customer Care (Complaint No.[protected] on 09 Nov21 as well as 10 Nov 21.
    Kindly clarify the following: -
    a) Is it Dell company's policy to make the customer pay in advance even before the repair was carried out?
    b) Is it not a customer's right to get an official estimate of repair before repair was carried out and proper receipt bill after payment?

    May I request Dell Technologies Pvt Ltd or their Authorised Service Center, Koregaon Park Pune-411001 to issue me an Estimate of Repair (Quotation) and Official Receipt on their Official letter head for my payment of Rs 3906/-made in advance and repair my laptop at the earliest.

      They have ordered my new laptop now and will take 7-10 days...whatever days the courier company takes to deliver. They contacted me through email.

      Yes, Dell Cares is sending this message since last 2 months "We regret the inconvenience caused, sure our team will reply to you since 2 months."
      They also say they can't do much in this case but have expedite from our end.

      This case is handled by WUR team which replies neither to Technical support team nor to the customers.
      Is this a joke ?

      Future customers beware of Dell customer services, i am literally without laptop for more than 2 months and this was a new laptop, which got defect in 7 days.

      My advice is don't ever buy from DELL and in future always buy metal/aluminium/magnesium body laptops, not plastic ones.

        Fraud in the name of dell offers [delloffers.in]

        Hello, i ordered a laptop Dell Inspiron 15 plus in the month of August, my order no is[[protected]].

        I was supposed to receive a free gift with my order after registration. I have completed the registration and paid the minimal amount to be paid of 999 around the date 23rd of Aug 2021.         Worst customer support ever. I have been complaining about my laptop to Dell over emails and web portal since 8th Oct 2021. There has been no resolution of the issue for the malfunctioning laptop. The customer care representative knows that its a faulty device which they need to attend to and replace the Laptop but their focus is just to keep on installing drivers. Finally they replaced touch pad and technician asked me to sign digitally over his phone and I have done it as touch pad is replaced but customer care representative says that technician given feedback as laptop is working after changing the touch pad but its not working technician itself told to me to get replace the laptop as it is 15 days old, but cusotmer care representatives they keep on saying that they have a call scheduled; however, there is no seriousness towards the matter. there is no escalation matrix on the web. High disregard for users.

          I am purchase one laptop battery from Flipkart site (Dell 15R[protected] OEM Genuine Battery MR90Y 65Wh 11.1v 6 Cell Laptop Battery Black | New_36) on Feb'21 it is under warranty. We logged a complaint at Dell but Dell told me that, They has not replace the battery because it out of warranty. Then i contact to Flipkart they told me you contact to dell .             I have ordered dell laptop on 22nd september through dell website. Order id was[protected].
            Got confirmation from dell’s end also next day (23rd sept). But after that there was no status update. They mentioned 45 days for delivery but now after one month today i heard from customer care that sales team is working on payment confirmation. They even yet to purchase the order. It is scheduled to be shipped by 23rd october and delivered...

              I have purchased a dell laptop on july2021.
              When i started using it i came to know that it has issues while doing restart and so i logged a complaint to dell technical support team. They tried to resolve it and have also assigned a technician for home visit and ram replacement.but the issue did not resolved. Then they told that they will replace the whole mother board for which i denied as it was a new laptop and so i asked for whole unit replacement after talking to there supervisors. They agreed and so they told me that it will take a month time at max to get it replaced. They started the whole process and finally they picked up my damaged product on 24 sep which got delivered to them on 28 sep 2021 (after tracking the product). Till then i have not received my replaced new product and neither i have any information regarding it. I have tried to connect many times with the support team over phone call and every time they told me that they will take follow up for it. I have also mailed to support team and even to [protected]@dell.com but have got no response. I dont to know with whom should i connect now to get my replaced product. Since the time i have purchased my product, i have been unable to use it and its been more then 3 months now. Kindly help me with this.

                I purchased a Dell XPS7950 on 29.03.2021 and there has been issue and replacement of the mother board for 3 times till now starting from July 2021 just after 3 months of the purchase. When I sent a big email asking for the device replacement+ warranty extension, they called and told me device would be replaced with an extension of warranty for 3months. Also, it would take in 30-40 days for this process.I lost almost 4 months from July to almost the end of this Oct.2021. I asked for an extension in warranty for a period of 3months+ 30-40days of the device replacement. They said that they would only give a 3months extension of warranty. I lost almost 4months already with this problem and the replaced device will be delivered another 30-40 days later. I couldn't accept it and I informed that if the device can be delivered within a week, I can accept for the extension of warranty of 3months. I was told that it is also not possible. The respectable executive who called us told that Dell is already going beyond it's policy providing a replacement. It is not our fault that Dell is in this situation. I have suffered enough. If you want to restore a little of my faith in the company, please be reasonable and provide the device replacement within 10 days with 3months extended warranty or provide the device replacement and extend the warranty to 3months+ replacement time if it will certainly take 30-40 days to deliver the replacement.

                  I purchased the new Dell Inspiron 5593, i5 a year back.

                  Recently i have started noticing issues with few keys in the lower end of the inbuilt keyboard.

                  Keys such as the spacebar, b, n, right, left, down and 2 in the number pad aren't working occasionally. It's more like they freeze and require multiple attempts to get them to work. and even then it runs on one-tap ( e.g when i tap b once it appears as 'bbbb' on screen.

                  I tried updating the bios, checking for the status of the keyboard through f12 mode. it works fine when i'm troubleshooting as well.

                          I purchased a Dell Inspiron 7567 laptop in April 2018. (S/N : FMHMX32, Express Service Code: [protected]) Battery of the same has gone faulty, I have tried for battery since more than six months at Local dealers and local market, but found not available. I spoke with Dell customer service and also Supervisor on number [protected] on 6th Oct'2021, but they disconnected the call without completing the conversation and told me that Battery is not available.Which is not a problem of Customer. If Dell can not provide parts then why Dell selling such laptops? I am very upset with this type of service by Dell and its executives. In future I may consider not to go for Dell products. Arranging the parts is completely the responsibility of Dell.
                          I received details for my complaint on 6th Oct'2021 as Case Number :[protected]/Service Request: [protected]], but on 8th Oct I found that my service request has been closed without any response or the solution by Dell India. I had also sent emails at ITS.Consumer.[protected]@dell.com and [protected]@dell.com on 6th Oct'2021 but received no email or response till today from them.
                          I request to provide me with a battery immediately or exchange this Laptop for another Dell laptop.

                              I bought Dell Inspiron Laptop 5410 2 in 1 on 21st June 2021 for MBA Classes. I am using Microsoft office only. From 15th July 2021, I am facing the Blue Screen and hanging issue. I contacted phone dell support and they couldn't help me and find the issue and asked me to visit the service center. The service center is not in my native place. My classes were there at that time. So I visited Velachery Dell Service Center in August they told me the OS issue they reinstall the OS and updated the drivers and given them to me. After 5 days, I got the same issue Frequently 6 to 7 times a day bluescreen error and hanging issue. I called customer care they run hardware and software tests with no issues from hardware and software. The software team also told ask the warranty team regarding this to upgrade or replacement of the laptop.I Spoken to Dell Manager - Chennai Charles sir and Dell ASM - Vinay Kumar sir. They asked me to visit the Nungambakkam Service center. I Visited the Dell Service center in Nungambakkam, Chennai on September 17th and they kept the laptop for 3 days and couldn't find what's the issue they again reinstalled the OS and drivers. The next day I got the same bluescreen error and hanging issue. I called Customer care again then arranged for the in-home service technician to visit and he couldn't find the issue. Dell Team asked to replace the SSD. Yesterday in-home service technician replaced SSD and Reinstalled OS. Again from today morning, I'm getting Bluescreen error and hanging issues. Today laptop got restarted 4 times and 2 times hanged. I have my exams on October 4th, Exams will be on the website. once entered the website and reenter is not available. If the same bluescreen error occurs that time I will be kicked out of the exam and I will be failed. Kindly make it a priority issue. I'm ready to pay an extra amount for the upgrade to a higher-end version also. I'm totally fed up with this issue for the past three months I'm calling dell customer care daily for 4 to 5 hours. Kindly upgrade my laptop I needed the laptop urgently.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                This grievance is with reference to very poor support provided by Dell Computers India Limited. I had purchased a Laptop (Dell Vostro 5410 i7 16GB 512 SSD, Price 87000 INR)couple of days back (19th July'2021 ordered from dell website and getting delivery 16 September 2021 ) and the Laptop has been having frequent issues of getting heatup in normal use thermal goes upto 92*C in idle condition, touch pad not working properly. I have raised the complaint (20 september 2021 )to Dell team to replace my unit, becaouse within month you can replace laptop according to dell servife terms and conditions, have been following up with them on a regular basis. Inspite of my regular follow-ups, the response of Dell Organization has been very poor and unresponsive to say the least. Now they have stopped responding completely and do not care about any service to their customers. This grievance to take action regarding the kind of poor service being provided by Dell and their complete negligence of customer duty and support.
                                Looking forward to your support on this matter.

                                Still not resolved, they just make customers fool and nothing else, almost a decade is over and still no one care about my money or laptop, at the same time if I invest money in anywhere (from 17 July, purchase date) to till now 7 months is over, now approx I got double of my money, still they always told me like working on it, wait and wait, now I need to take action against dell, file a case against dell, Dell is nothing, dell is 420, dell is scammer, all agent is also 420, if i have any power then i will fire on dell with all customer care agent, i just want to kill dell CEO and All Care Agent, i just want to shoot on head .

                                  Hi Sir,

                                  Following Details furnished for necessary earliest action:

                                  1.Product Name Vostro 3401, Service Tag HJT0P63, Problem Hard Drive Related- The Dell Laptop purchased on 30th December 2020, Windows not opening on starting of Laptop, HARD DISK -WINDOWS ISSUES- COMPLAINT DEALT BY MR PRADEEP PACHAL DELL, TECHNICAL SUPPORT.

                                  2. On 27th September 2021, Mr Pradeep called us and advised to follow some diagnostic functions to resolve the issue. Even after more than 02 hours of verbal telephonic support, issues was not resolved.

                                  3. On 27th September 2021, Mr Pradeep sent us an Email of diagnostic procedures to be followed by us which was done, even after that Hard Disk Error Code 4224 was there and screen was not responding which was duly shared by Email with documentary support.

                                  4. On 28th September 2021, via email Mr Pradeep called and Emailed us to fix another time on 29th September 2021 for around 02 hours for resolving of this issue again via telephonic call even though the same procedure already failed twice.

                                  5.My Responses Via Email to Dell
                                  were as follows:

                                  A. HI SIR, KINDLY REFER TO OUR RECENT CONVERSATION ON THIS ISSUE. I AM SHARING THE SNAPSHOT OF LAPTOP SCREEN WHICH IS TOTALLY FREEZE WITHOUT ANY OPERATION BEING PERFORMED. SINCE AS A COSTUMER AND AS A LAYMEN WHAT I CAN UNDERSTAND WHEN THEIR IS A HARD DISK ERROR, IN THAT CASE NO WINDOWS UPDATION CAN BE PERFORMED. SINCE IN TERMS OF OUR CONSERVATION, IT IS QUITE APPARENT THAT DELL HAVE NO DIRECT ENGAGEMENT WITH LOCAL SUPPLIER DEALER REGARDING DELL LAPTOP REPAIR ISSUES. FURTHER CONSEQUENT UPON FREEZING OF LAPTOP PANE NO ONLINE ACCESS CAN BE PERFORMED BY THE DELL SERVICE ENGINEERS AND ONSITE SERVICE WARRANTY IS BEING CONFORMED DURING OUR CONVERSATION ALSO . SINCE AS A COSTUMER WE DON"T HAVE ANY TECHNICAL EXPERTISE OR ANY OTHER OPTIONS FOR RESOLVING SUCH ONGOING ISSUE SIMPLY BASED UPON YOUR VERBAL TELEPHONIC OR EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS. I MAY REQUEST BASED UPON THE CURRENT ONGOING SITUATION THE HARD DISK ERROR ISSUE MAY BE RESOLVED ONSITE (CLIENT LOCATION) WHILST VISITING OF CUSTOMER LOCATION BY THE DELL ENGINEERS ITSELF. AN URGENT ACTION IN THIS REGARD WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

                                  B. Hi Sir, Kindly advise my simple questions:1
                                  In terms of Dell warranty is Customer expected to perform these Diagnostic tasks on behalf of Dell Engineers 2. ON Site visit repair warranty is covered under Dell warranty Yes or No?? These two answers will enable me to determine the next course of action.

                                  C. Hi Sir, Just to add up if convenient kindly share the name, email address and contact details of your Service Head .Let me have direct chat with him and understand the legit service dynamics of Dell please.

                                  6. DELL FINAL RESPONSE VIA EMAIL:
                                  This email is regarding your recent interaction with Dell Technical Support. We have shared your request to the concerned person and as soon as we will get an update we will notify you by the preferred communication.

                                  In the meanwhile please let me know if you are available with the machine so we can perform troubleshooting.

                                  CONCLUSION:
                                  1. HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE & NON PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR OF DELL TECHNICAL SUPPORT WHO EXPECTED US TO RESOLVE THE TECHNICAL QUERY OF HARDDISK ON REPEATED BASIS OURSELVES EVEN THOUGH THE PROCESS HAS FAILED TWICE.

                                  2. REFUSAL TO COME ON SITE TO RESOLVE THE CUSTOMER ISSUES WELL COVERED UNDER THE DELL WARRANTY.

                                  3. INDIRECT REFUSAL VIA EMAIL BY MR PRADEEP TO SHARE THE DETAILS OF SERVICE HEAD TO ENABLE THE CUSTOMER TO EXPEDITE THE SERVICE ISSUE.

                                  4. FAILURE OF MR PRADEEP TO REPLY THIS QUESTION VIA EMAIL " In terms of Dell warranty is Customer expected to perform these Diagnostic tasks on behalf of Dell Engineers "

                                  5. MR PRADEEP TECHNICAL SUPPORT VIA TELEPHONE CALL NO [protected] ON 28th SEPTEMBER 2021 AFTER NOON RAISED THIS ISSUE WITH US “WHY ISSUE REGARDING HIS UNSATISFATORY SERVICES WAS BEING REPORTED ONLINE??”(Customer Experience Survey Invitation )

                                  PROPOSED REMEDIAL ACTIONS:

                                  1. TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER SHOULD VISIT CUSTOMER LOCATION ONSITE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.
                                  2. IF ONSITE WARRANTY IS NOT COVERED IN DELL LAPTOP SERVICES THE DOCUMENTARY PROOF SHOULD BE SHARED WITH CUSTOMER WITHOUT DELAY.
                                  3. THE SERVICE HEAD MAY CALL THE CUSTOMER DIRECTLY TO IDENTITY THE LAPSES IN SERVICES CONSEQUENT UPON ARROGANT, NON PROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR OF DELL TECHNICAL SUPPORT, MR PRADEEP PANCHAL.

                                  AWAITING FOR SWIFT RESPONSE AND RESOLVING THE ISSUE PLEASE.

Difficult to get them on phone Failing to contact sent email After a lot of struggle got response “Battery not available and Key board requires replacement. “ No one takes call on the no listed in Service Job Sheet ( Tag 71 NHXF2) Response sent to replace key board and intimate battery ref no . No response .

                                    Product service station must be contactable . Had a real bad experience buying Dell product due to lack of product support
