Address:Dashrath Complex, Mevalal Ki Bagia Naini

The display was broken, the complaint was lodged on 26.11.2021. The dell team told us that the parts will be replaced in a week. After waiting that long we were told to wait further. On 11.12.2021 the dell team told that the return/replacement request has been taken and the fresh laptop will be delivered on the billing address by 19th.

Today the team is asking for next 30-45 days to supply the replacement machine.

Whole unit replacement

Hi
This is vivek kumar dansena of Dell service tag number 3MSKPH3. I had bought a laptop from FLIPKART, It's been 1month and I am already facing issues with the hinges were damaged, actually they were there from the starting but I didn't noticed that at starting I've spoken to dell customer service but they were saying that they will get repaired it but there were so many issues with the product and even if it get repaired in future...

Return Issue

I ordered the dell desktop on 3rd of dec.Because of performance issue and blue screen issue i raised the refund request sending emails to dell team and by calling customer care.

Technical team performed some troubleshooting steps but still performance is too bad.
I have raised the return request and no one has initiated the request till now .

Customer support team they are not responding .They are transferring...

Laptop vostro

I have purchased dell Vostro laptop last year. Since then I m facing heavy troubles.
Worst product I have ever purchased.
If I m suppose to surf a website then I will need nearly 40 minutes to turn it on then browser and then site. Moreover for turning it off will require another 20 minutes. Worst product. Slowest thing in the world. M frustrated with this. I want my money back....

Inspiron 15 3511

If I paid the money then I am supposed to use the laptop. But thanks to the defective laptop and bad service I have been unable to use for 2 months.

Even worse one of the agents on Whatsapp clearly lied to me and now my replacement will take even longer than the repair while I will also lose my data.

Cheated me out of my money...

Fraud and harassment by Dell

I bought a new Dell vostro 5415, Rs 60500 on 27th Nov from Dell exclusive store. It has a manufacturing defect from day 1(backspace key had a squeaking sound coming from it).

The store did not do anything, the customer support just kept on passing me from one department to another. Find today I am told that replacement will happen in 40-45 days. They aren't giving an alternate laptop or giving me a full refund. I had no option...

Warranty dispute due to selling person

Replacement of laptop is not done from last 6 months

I have purchased the Dell laptop in April 2021 and I. 3 months it stopped working and till I have faced many issues and finally they approved to replace the laptop. From last 6 months I have not used the laptop. I have been calling customer care multiple times no response or update from there end and not even from replacement team.

Defective keyboard

I had recently got Inspiron 14 5000 model and it dint even took 3 months for keyboard to stop working properly. Now, every time I need to copy paste certain letters while typing which is a very hectic work as 1 letters are not working. I complained dell service center and they agreed to replace the keyboard as it comes under warranty. Non functioning of Finger Print Reader
