I purchased dell vostro laptop almost over a year back online... Core i3 8 gb ram windows 10 installed. The system was super slow right from the first day so i somehow got in touch with dell support...
They responded like the computer slowly and awkwardly and told me the resolution steps which were so absurd... I tried to convey my problems time and again but they never helped till the time my warranty was over. As soon as as my warranty they are responding me so fast just to tell me their charges and how to pay them... This is what you get to suffer when you buy dell laptop

      I bought my dell laptop in September in beginning it worked efficiently but after sometime the number keys starting showing problem but it got good after sometime but now the whole laptop is showing problem the keyboard is not working at all due to this my studies are at Hault

        Its been almost 3 months since i bought the laptop and i haven't been able to use it properly even once.

        I had requested for the replacement and the laptop was collected more than 3 weeks ago but now i have no way of tracking my order.

        When i called dell they told me that the only way to contact the replacement unit is through email or to wait until they called me.

        It would have been fine if they at least responded! But they only reply when its convinient to them and i dont think they even read the issues i mention in email.
        I have explained over a hundred times that i wont be in the same country after jan 14.

        I am so tired and frustrated right now. It is ridiculous how they can't handle a simple replacement order.

          Service Tag: 3P81ZH3, Case number:[protected]

          I purchased a laptop on 12 October 2021, which developed a fault in its hinge within a month. I logged a complaint on 29th November and since then it has been in pending state with no given SLA or timeline for the resolution. Initially it was raised as a complaint to replace the damaged parts and within 2 days, then informed that it would take 2 months to get the parts replaced as per current status and a potential to delay it further. Later they asked me to opt for full unit replacement and asked me to provide confirmation for same along with invoice copy. I did the same on 8th December and got a confirmation that within 24-48 hours I'll be receiving a call or email from the concerned team.
          Now since 8th December to till date (31 Dec) its been more than 22 days and no body in customer support team knows what is happening here, and the only answer they have is that they have written the email to concerned team and I will be contacted by them within next 24-48 hours.

          I have tried calling the tech support team via call and email multiple times and till date no body know what is the status of the issue, apart from saying that it is in progress and you would be contacted by concerned team member in next 24 to 48 hours.
          I am completely fed-up of all this nonsense and on the verge of initiating a complete cancellation of business deal with dell for my organization and initiating a legal action against Dell for all the harassment and the problem that I have been put into because of the inefficient and non-professional team of Dell's customer support department.

            The battery jack is not supportive, it doesnot connect with the laptop properly.
            The battery backup is also poor the laptop battery discharges very quickly.

              My DELL laptop but (service tag : 2F5JFT2). hangs since first day of purchase. It hangs for hours gets heated till battery gets drained. I complained to DELL several times they can't diagnose the problem properly and give absolutely worthless solutions. Once they replaced motherboard and once replaced hard drive but problem still persist. I wanta permanent solution to this problem of laptop getting hanged. Please help. This is absolutely unprofessional on part of DELL professionals that they can't diagnose the problem every time they tell me that they do not know the root cause of problem and tell may be replacing mother board will help may be replacing hard drive will help.

                I bought the laptop DELL INSPIRON 5402 from DELL official website and I purchased premium support in total it cost me 62, 435 in total. I started having issues within 10 days of buying it and complained several times but they put off the issue by saying update the drivers. I got to know that dell stopped selling this series within two months of launch worldwide. I checked dell forum and got to know that multiple units of this series were defective and almost every other user was facing issues. My laptop was behaving abnormally(not charging, sudden shutdowns, fan running without switching on, shocks on body etc.). On 9th dec I contacted dell technical helpline, thety took remote access and did something after which laptop is completely dead, they setup a service for replacement of some parts. During onsite service on 15th dec, technician physically damaged palmrest of my laptop. And I was not given any apology from dell and despite changing parts, laptop didn’t work. i asked for a replacement of laptop as it was assured that after replacing parts the laptop is not working and many users have faced same problems in this model, it is a defective model. DELL ADVANCED RESOLUTION TEAM member MR. B MANJUNATH on 17th dec said to me that if after this service the laptop doesn’t work, we will replace it. Without telling me anything, technician reported that laptop issue is resolved while the laptop was in complete dead state. DELL ADVANCED RESOLUTION TEAM member MR. B MANJUNATH backed down from his words after the service. He is saying that since technician( a trained technician who damaged my laptop) has reported issue resolved, even if customer is facing problem we will not believe it, this means even if customer is right, dell will not believe him/her. This is pathetic behavior. I also sent multiple videos and pictures of laptop and yet he backed down from his earlier words and denied from replacing a defective laptop. My work has been stucked sicne 9th dec and dell is harassing me. Since, 9th I have had 2 services and even the technician has said that this laptop is defective and I think even dell knows that the laptop is defective and that’s why they are prolonging the issue. I even complained on sumsumer forum but I was not provided replacement of laptop. Either replace the defective laptop or i will have to go to consumer court. I have been harassed despite paying for premium support.(SERVICE REQUEST NO . [protected]).

                  Purchased a laptop from Right Click Computer Shop, Balurghat on 5th November 2021 .I have a major problem with my laptop since 10/12/21. First I went to the shop from where I purchased it. According to the owner of the shop keeper he made a call log for my damaged laptop on 10/12/21. But I do not get any intimation in my mobile or email. Then I myself made a call log on 13th December 2021. But till now my problem is not solved

                    Laptop Dell Not working

                    Have bought a new Brand Dell Laptop on 16th Dec 2021. 8 days ago. Speakers and Keyboards not working. Have asked Dell for refund. Their engineer came with replacement parts, but the speakers and keyboard did not worked. Overall, I lost my data in terms of Windows 10 Professional and MS Office Professional .

                    Multiple emails and whatsapp chat tp dell, they say they will refund the amount. But till date no refund is processed....

                    I bought the laptop in March 2021. from the first month itself it started giving problems. upon asking for replacement the company disagreed and replaced the motherboard and some batter cable. it worked fine for some days but again started giving problems. this happened for 3 times that the motherboard was replaced . when the issue still persisted in October I went to service center and after so many arguments they mailed to WUR team. WUR team agreed for replacement and my case got approved after sending all the docs. The team called and mailed me for approval of configuration, to which I responded within 10 mins of getting the email. Its been more than a month for this. After that I have not received any update via mail or call.. No replies to mails and getting no updates on calls as well. The technical team is just promising to call back with update withi 24/48 hrs but no calls yet.

                    Is this a joke

                    I AM SITTING UNEMPLOED AT HOME AS I DO NOT HAVE A LAPTOP WORKING WELL SINCE 2 MONTHS DESPITE OF BUYING LAPTOP OF 60, 000/-

                      Grievance Details I ordered a Dell laptop through Flipkart in July 2021...from the beginning there is issue with internet connectivity..I tried to solve it by running troubleshoot and updated drivers..but still it didn't connect to internet..I called dell customer care but they said it's impossible for them to send a technician..if you can't send a technician and can't provide service what is the use of selling dell laptop.. didn't expect such a pathetic service from Dell support..I lost almost 57125 rs

                        This is in context with the problem with wifi adaptor which I am facing since I bought this laptop 9B032P2.
                        I bought the laptop on 22nd July 20 and had problem with the wifi adaptor from June 20 and you can see that in your logs.
                        The part was replaced in Aug21 after calling several times and that too engineer forgot to connect the WIfi antennas and when called the customer care they said the problem is with the WIFI router. So incompetent people you have.
                        The same problem has happen again yesterday after the upgrade the Wifi adaptor was again not able to start and giving error code10.
                        It was your incompetent engineers who took almost a year to figure our the problem and now when it started giving problem again you people say the system is out of warranty.
                        This is totally not acceptable.

                          This is Shokatali Ansari of Dell service tag number 69DVKJ3. I had bought a laptop from Dell official site, It's been 1.5 month and within one week I have made replacement request because of manufacturing default of touchpad is not working. I have many time call with the dell team they just saying that the your case will be resolved and asking for wait. it has been already 1.5 month but no response. Product also been packed by the Dell representative on 12 November but no one is came for the picking up for the product. I kept 65000 for this laptop and I am facing this issues. I felt very bad by trusting dell. I want replacement of my laptop.

                            I have purchased a new laptop Dell Inspiron 5410 on Nov 29. SInce date of purchase i get a fan malfunction error message on start up. Second issue, the speakers dont work.

                            for the past 2 weeks, i called customer service, raised tickets using supportassist, chatted with customer service, every day. Based on their instructions, i ran the tests and diagnostics multiple times, shared the results. they assured that an engineer will attend, for which there is no response, by when.

                            Such companies should be held accountable. We pay for basic quality product and their customer service is set up to frustate.

                              The display was broken, the complaint was lodged on 26.11.2021. The dell team told us that the parts will be replaced in a week. After waiting that long we were told to wait further. On 11.12.2021 the dell team told that the return/replacement request has been taken and the fresh laptop will be delivered on the billing address by 19th.

                              Today the team is asking for next 30-45 days to supply the replacement machine.

                              Please help us by taking this up.

                                This is vivek kumar dansena of Dell service tag number 3MSKPH3. I had bought a laptop from FLIPKART, It's been 1month and I am already facing issues with the hinges were damaged, actually they were there from the starting but I didn't noticed that at starting I've spoken to dell customer service but they were saying that they will get repaired it but there were so many issues with the product and even if it get repaired in future it might get damaged again so I want you replace my laptop. I bought new laptop and I am facing this type of bad issues its not good and mouse pad is not working properly and I contacted dell support so many times for replacement of laptop but they are not giving any conformation for replacement of laptop.. they are keeping customer in line for hours and hours and disconnecting the call. even they are not responding properly. I kept 45000 for this laptop and I am facing this issues. I felt very bad by trusting dell. I want replacement of my laptop

                                    I ordered the dell desktop on 3rd of dec.Because of performance issue and blue screen issue i raised the refund request sending emails to dell team and by calling customer care.

                                    Technical team performed some troubleshooting steps but still performance is too bad.
                                    I have raised the return request and no one has initiated the request till now .

                                    Customer support team they are not responding .They are transferring the call from technical team to customer care team and customer care team to technical team by saying that we are not handling return requests. For the past week they have been doing this.

                                    I placed the return request on 4 december itself . Whom I need to contact for the return request.

                                    Dell service is becoming so bad. I'm placing the return request from 4 of dec.They have not initiated the refund request till now.

                                      I have purchased dell Vostro laptop last year. Since then I m facing heavy troubles.
                                      Worst product I have ever purchased.
                                      If I m suppose to surf a website then I will need nearly 40 minutes to turn it on then browser and then site. Moreover for turning it off will require another 20 minutes. Worst product. Slowest thing in the world. M frustrated with this. I want my money back.
