Please dont buy dell laptops, huge display problems, burning eyes, you cound not work more than 10 mts..Check inspiron or dell display or dim issues in google. So many people affected, no solution for many customers

and ***no return allowed once delivered **mis leading with dell.Com and dellstroe.Com different return policies and old return policy descriptions in portal. Dell is no more dell.

    I Have Purchased Dell Inspiron 5510 Laptop 14 Inch From Dell Official Website. Unfortunately The Laptop Sent To Me By Dell Is A Defective. It Has Backlight Bleeding Issue In The Display. Now Its 41 Days Since Purchase But The Whole Unit Replacement Team Is Not Giving Me Any Update On The Replacement. My Laptop Is Entitled For Wur Replacement. Then Also The Dell India Company Is Least Bothered To Give Me A New System.

      I have purchase Dell laptop Lattitude 4 months ago in last week of June 2021 and after 2 months a white bright dots appears at screen and one o[censored]SB port was broken due to plug out of pen drive, which damage pen drive also.
      Tried to lodge a complaint at Dell online but after struggling a months and limited working hours of Dell (Mon to Fri 9 to 5 pm only) unable to lock a service request. No email address or link available online. Lastly manage to send a email on [protected]@techdirect.dell.com, which is later reply that Your email was misdirected to the eServices Online Support Team and some kind of story with some excuses and useless phone number.
      At last manage to call Dell helpdesk at working hour and my laptop was not with me that time so arrange some one to available with Laptop at home and via conference call register a complaint.
      Complaint was register but not action has been initiated by Dell team in after 5 days. After many follow up with Dell team got to know that company will replace LCD screen and mother board with old and refurbished one.
      My Laptop is only 4 months old and replacement part will be many years old and refurbished. How can I trust the durability of electronic parts which is many years old and refurbished also.
      My mother board is new and do not show any sign of issue and old refurbished mother board will have many issue that was the reason it was replaced by that customer.
      So my request with Dell company is either repair my USB port at front of me ( Don't have trust on Dell company can cheat customer if get opportunity) or replace with brand new unused mother board and LCD screen.
      Every customer know the life span of electronic parts is limited like few years for LCD screen, chips, A.C., battery, number times can charge and other parts used etc... so how can I accept many year old (near to end of his life span) refurbished parts to be install in my just 4 months old system and remove all new hardly used parts.
      If I needed this type of Dell Laptop then I can easily buy it in local market in less than 1/4th of its actual cost which I paid. Stop cheating customer and this type of scam.

        The product has been purchased from dell store, I have used this laptop for thrice, not more than that, battery is heating like hell, processer fan running when laptop is dead. when heating issue is a problem has to change the laptop with new battery . I would like to replace my laptop because of this issue with heating and its been 15 days, product is failed with customer satisfaction, given emotional stress and felt this product is not for the purchase. Do I have to spend more money for servicing the laptop more than purchasing it. Then is it worth of buying of Indian manufacturing products like dell .I have purchased with large sum of money to get this issue product or failed product?. I purchased this product for personal/business purposes, but waste of money of purchasing in dell products/India.

            I have purchased Inspiron 13 5310 from Dell online store in August 2021.From day one laptop has been giving problem in touchpad.After that excessive heating problem, hang and now window crashed and corrupted.
            Dell online support is obstinately insisting that it's a software problem only.My view is simple and straight that I have spent hard earned money for smooth working machine not for faulty product you have provided either problem is related to software or hardware.I am pursuing to return it as it's too problematic, completely dead laptop.At the time of laptop gone completely inoperable it was barely used between 30 to 40 hours personally.

              Hello,

              I have purchased a dell inspiron 5510 laptop in the month of September However the laptop which was deliver was a defective unit which did not had a battery installed in it for which i had raised a refund request in September. The dell team conveyed the amount will be refunded within 25-30 days.

              Later the laptop was been picked up and delivered to the dell office on 5th October. However since then I am waiting for my refund.

              Even after continuous follow-up I have not received any concrete updates from tell support team and neither I have received any refund till date.

                I purchased a laptop on 10th October from the official website and I've been trying to get it replaced since 13th October. I've spoken/sent mails to customer service countless times and they've been of no help at all.
                Not only do I get transferred from one department to another but the response from your team is slow it takes a week to get an acknowledgement. Staff promises to call back but no call and no reply on emails accept for we ate looking into your complaint
                I had sent a mail on 15 Nov to initiate refund and spike to your staff to start process for refund

                If it takes DELL to pick up the laptop when will they give me a new laptop??

                Finally I have bought a new laptop as my exams are starting I now want a refund

                  I purchased a new Laptop Computer Inspiron 15 3505 R3 on 1st July 2021 from 3S Technologies Panvel (exclusive showroom in Panvel). The products is having overheating problem from day 1 and the Camera became non detectable within a few weeks. The product was left with Showroom for repair and after 3 days they returned the same without solving the problems. The technical team later visited my place and after dismantling the laptop computer replaced the camera and the connecting cable. Camera started but within 24 hours it was again not detectable. The over heating problem was continuing. I am still forced to work with a computer without a camera. Complaints to Mumbai Management Mr. Vipul Shah and MR. Digvijay Patil were of no avail. No body bothered to respond. Modern testing is so advance that no such problem can escape testing process. I am apprehensive that a defective piece was knowingly passed on to me with the knowledge of Top Management who are not having any solution to offer and choosing to keep silent. I now refuse to work with a computer undergoing multiple repair within months from purchase. Entire money spent on the Dell Computer has gone waste. Cautioning all unsuspecting customers in Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai who are planning to buy Dell computers to be cautious about such incident as what is being delivered to you is anybody's guess.

                    This is Dinesh Kumar of Dell service tag number FFD6ZH3. I had bought a laptop from Dell store at Visakhapatnam, It's been 1month and I am already facing issues with mouse pad and also the hinges were damaged, actually they were there from the starting but I didn't noticed that at starting I've spoken to dell customer service but they were saying that they will get repaired it but there were so many issues with the product and even if it get repaired in future it might get damaged again so I want you replace my laptop. I bought new laptop and I am facing this type of bad issues its not good and mouse pad is not working properly and I contacted dell support so many times for replacement of laptop but they are not giving any conformation for replacement of laptop.. they are keeping customer in line for hours and hours and disconnecting the call. even they are not responding properly. I kept 66000 for this laptop and I am facing this issues. I felt very bad by trusting dell. I want replacement of my laptop .

                    Worest response in twitter…very rude behaviour and they will not listen customer words also they just keep customers waiting for reply hours and hours and they end the chat that want 2days to update for 1 message…worest customer support, worest service, worest products, build quality is very bad like customer support.

                        Dear Sir,
                        My Laptop Dell Inspiron 5559 with Security Tag FK5JXF2 (out of Warranty) was deposited on 26 October21 with Service Order No-[protected] at Dell Authorized Service Center, Yerawada Road, Koregaon Park, Pune-411001. I asked them ( Ms Alfia at Dell Service Center) to provide an Estimate of Repair (Quotation) and Official Receipt for payment for claiming Insurance on their official letter head. They agreed. But even after passing two weeks, they did not issue Quotation and asked me to make payment for parts Rs 2514/- (DC Port Rs956/- & Key board Rs 1559/- ) and Service charges Rs 1392/- separately (Total Amt Rs 3906/- to Dell CA account at Bangalore which I paid on 09 November 21 (Icici Bank), before the repair was carried out. Screen shot of payments were sent to Dell service center engineer Mr Nitin's personal Email Id as they did not provide any official Email Id. Even after that Dell service center did not issue me the quotation and official bill for the money which I paid ie. Rs 3906/- They said Dell head office will issue. But not yet received.
                        As 16 days were passed and no action was taken by Dell service center, Koregaon Park Pune-411001, I registered a complaint with Dell Customer Care (Complaint No.[protected] on 09 Nov21 as well as 10 Nov 21.
                        Kindly clarify the following: -
                        a) Is it Dell company's policy to make the customer pay in advance even before the repair was carried out?
                        b) Is it not a customer's right to get an official estimate of repair before repair was carried out and proper receipt bill after payment?

                        May I request Dell Technologies Pvt Ltd or their Authorised Service Center, Koregaon Park Pune-411001 to issue me an Estimate of Repair (Quotation) and Official Receipt on their Official letter head for my payment of Rs 3906/-made in advance and repair my laptop at the earliest.

                          Yes, Dell Cares is sending this message since last 2 months "We regret the inconvenience caused, sure our team will reply to you since 2 months."
                          They also say they can't do much in this case but have expedite from our end.

                          This case is handled by WUR team which replies neither to Technical support team nor to the customers.
                          Is this a joke ?

                          Future customers beware of Dell customer services, i am literally without laptop for more than 2 months and this was a new laptop, which got defect in 7 days.

                          My advice is don't ever buy from DELL and in future always buy metal/aluminium/magnesium body laptops, not plastic ones.

                            I was supposed to receive a free gift with my order after registration. I have completed the registration and paid the minimal amount to be paid of 999 around the date 23rd of Aug 2021. But i still haven't received it.                             Worst customer support ever. I have been complaining about my laptop to Dell over emails and web portal since 8th Oct 2021. There has been no resolution of the issue for the malfunctioning laptop. The customer care representative knows that its a faulty device which they need to attend to and replace the Laptop but their focus is just to keep on installing drivers. Finally they replaced touch pad and technician asked me to sign digitally over his phone and I have done it as touch pad is replaced but customer care representative says that technician given feedback as laptop is working after changing the touch pad but its not working technician itself told to me to get replace the laptop as it is 15 days old, but cusotmer care representatives they keep on saying that they have a call scheduled; however, there is no seriousness towards the matter. there is no escalation matrix on the web. High disregard for users.

                              I am purchase one laptop battery from Flipkart site (Dell 15R[protected] OEM Genuine Battery MR90Y 65Wh 11.1v 6 Cell Laptop Battery Black | New_36) on Feb'21 it is under warranty. We logged a complaint at Dell but Dell told me that, They has not replace the battery because it out of warranty. Then i contact to Flipkart they told me you contact to dell .                                 Got confirmation from dell’s end also next day (23rd sept). But after that there was no status update. They mentioned 45 days for delivery but now after one month today i heard from customer care that sales team is working on payment confirmation. They even yet to purchase the order. It is scheduled to be shipped by 23rd october and delivered...

                                  I have purchased a dell laptop on july2021.
                                  When i started using it i came to know that it has issues while doing restart and so i logged a complaint to dell technical support team. They tried to resolve it and have also assigned a technician for home visit and ram replacement.but the issue did not resolved. Then they told that they will replace the whole mother board for which i denied as it was a new laptop and so i asked for whole unit replacement after talking to there supervisors. They agreed and so they told me that it will take a month time at max to get it replaced. They started the whole process and finally they picked up my damaged product on 24 sep which got delivered to them on 28 sep 2021 (after tracking the product). Till then i have not received my replaced new product and neither i have any information regarding it. I have tried to connect many times with the support team over phone call and every time they told me that they will take follow up for it. I have also mailed to support team and even to [protected]@dell.com but have got no response. I dont to know with whom should i connect now to get my replaced product. Since the time i have purchased my product, i have been unable to use it and its been more then 3 months now. Kindly help me with this.

                                    I purchased a Dell XPS7950 on 29.03.2021 and there has been issue and replacement of the mother board for 3 times till now starting from July 2021 just after 3 months of the purchase. When I sent a big email asking for the device replacement+ warranty extension, they called and told me device would be replaced with an extension of warranty for 3months. Also, it would take in 30-40 days for this process.I lost almost 4 months from July to almost the end of this Oct.2021. I asked for an extension in warranty for a period of 3months+ 30-40days of the device replacement. They said that they would only give a 3months extension of warranty. I lost almost 4months already with this problem and the replaced device will be delivered another 30-40 days later. I couldn't accept it and I informed that if the device can be delivered within a week, I can accept for the extension of warranty of 3months. I was told that it is also not possible. The respectable executive who called us told that Dell is already going beyond it's policy providing a replacement. It is not our fault that Dell is in this situation. I have suffered enough. If you want to restore a little of my faith in the company, please be reasonable and provide the device replacement within 10 days with 3months extended warranty or provide the device replacement and extend the warranty to 3months+ replacement time if it will certainly take 30-40 days to deliver the replacement.
