Dell India — Facing so much problems in new laptop from day one

The laptop is not working properly. and I am facing so many problems [like heating, hanging problem, display issue, hardware issues] while using it from day one and I have complained so many times to dell customer care but they do not solve my problem. and I do have not much time to speak on calls as I am studying for CA, therefore, I want to replace my laptop as it is in warranty period. please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Updated by Ishkpreet Singh my problem is not solved. as one month is gone. now I am going to consumer court.

now let me know what I do now. you have not solved my problem after one month. now I only want to replace of laptop .or either I am going to consumer court
