Dell India — Facing so much problems in new laptop from day one

The laptop is not working properly. and I am facing so many problems [like heating, hanging problem, display issue, hardware issues] while using it from day one and I have complained so many times to dell customer care but they do not solve my problem. and I do have not much time to speak on calls as I am studying for CA, therefore, I want to replace my laptop as it is in warranty period. please solve my problem as soon as possible. +1 videos Was this information helpful? now let me know what I do now. you have not solved my problem after one month. now I only want to replace of laptop .or either I am going to consumer court
