I bought Inspiron 15 3000 Laptop on 22 Aug 2021. The paint finish started peeling off so I ordered laptop sticker to cover the problem. But due to improper application I had to remove the sticker. After the removal of sticker the paint totally got peeled.

    My laptop stopped working within 4 months of purchase and it was not even turning on so I went to the authorised service center at Pimpri and they kept it for a day. Next day, it was repaired but when I took it home, it did not turn on. I went to the center again but they did not repair but only turned it on and gave it back. When I went home, it stopped working again. I asked for replacement so they asked me to call the customer care. The customer care told me that as per their records, my motherboard is faulty and this was not informed by the service center. Next day, a guy came to change the motherboard in my office. After repair, he left. I observed that the battery was draining faster. I turned it off at 21pc battery and when opened it the next morning, it did not turn on. I called Dell to replace as the problem was not sorted even after 3 attempts but they simply refused and said that they will call within 3 working days for repair. I asked them to send a guy the same day as i had already suffered a week of time loss but they did not. I had purchased laptop from Chroma and even took extended hardware warranty for 3 years. Despite that, the service is so bad and even chroma people are not touching it saying that it is under manufacturing warranty and if i go through them, repairs will take a minimum of 8 days. Since my first discussion with them, it has already been 8 days and four times repairs and yet, the laptop is not working at all. The laptop is defective and the company is refusing to replace it.

      A Dell XPS 9550 was given in for general service at the Dell service Center in Domlur. There were only 2 issues with the laptop.
      1. Speaker not working properly
      2. Right and left mouse button not working.

      But as they cleaned the machine to pull out the dust, they are now saying the motherboard is unresponsive. The system was working perfectly fine before the technician opened it up.

        Buyed this laptop, they sent a defective piece, now after months o[censored]sage ( still under default premium warranty period), started producing issues,
        If i touch the ground part of the laptop, it stops working until hard reboot.
        Motherboard defect.
        Laptop producing very worst noise, in computer terms its "COIL WHINE", and its affecting my ears ( now i am facing ear sound issues for listening to that laptop sound continuously while working on it).
        Coil whine = intel uhd gpu defect.
        Laptop screen turning off randomly after they replaced my lcd for wear and tear issue...
        LCD defect.
        Now newly the system itself not turning ON, showing "Hard drive Not installed".
        And the support team isn't replacing the laptop even if its a clear defect piece, they saying that the replacing the laptop time period is over.
        Now they are responding very slowly even i am in premium warranty. Its been 4+ days. They still not responding correctly.
        All the issues explained above were their with proofs.

        Lcd and mother board were replaced after 14 days of contacting. But the coil whine problem still there.
        And the mail thing is. The replaced part is a refurbished part i.e., someone replaced their part due to defective, now dell repaired that defective part and replaced that part with mine.
        So the replaced parts are not new and there are chances for producing new issues with that replaced parts. ( They might produce issue after your warranty period) .

          Hello team,

          I buy a new Dell laptop from the chroma store from Gujarat, Bhavnagar city but within a 4 month te laptop battery when charged fully it may work up to 6 to 8 hours but my laptop when fully charged it works hardly only for an hour and get shut down :

          I have a warranty for this laptop and i am facing issue of battery and low charging when i use laptop just for an half and hour so i request the team to solve this issue or replace the product because i got and faulty product having problems in laptop battery :

          I hope team will surely help to solve this issue because as new laptop if it gets shut down within an hour after full charge means there will be a waste of money and waste of time and waste of work :

              We booked Precision workstation 3571 laptop with Diwali offer (Canon Pixma G3010 Printer worth ₹17195) order on 20/10/2022 and payment also deducted from my account we are attached Bank advice Receipt Order Number copy & Invoice copy for your reference. You can check payment date in attached PDF.
              but due to some issue on your website my order was confirmed on 09/11/2022.the technical team at your end was not able to find order and payment details of mine.
              Also, the date you have mention on order is not in range as per Diwali offer. But this is not our fault, for more info you can check following trail mail.

                Laptop hinge issue

                My laptop is under extended warranty period but even after Dell are denied to Resolve my Laptop hinges issue.
                Actually in my laptop hinges are coming out due to daily usages which is a common issue in all companies laptop ie, HP, Dell, Lenovo etc, but they are suggesting me to repair under my ADP warranty.
                So, Why i repaired or waste my ADP warranty for a common issue. There is not a single scratched on the laptop or any dent/...

                I purchased a Dell Laptop Last month, October 2022. Dell was providing an offer to give a Wireless Headphone Costing around 8999/- Rs in just 500 Rs if I will register it via Dell Offer link.

                I registered and paid the amount but yet to receive the product confirmation even after 20 days when they will dispatch it. Need your attention here to sort out the issue.

                    I purchased Dell inspiron 14 inches 5410 2 in 1 laptop almost an year back which is still under warranty period which is before 7 Dec 2022
                    My LCD screen broke in the corner unexpectedly without me causing any trouble
                    I got if replaced in Bengaluru Dell Centre in Domlur
                    Now the new LCD screen and Hinges seem to be causing trouble again with sound coming when I open and close
                    The LCD and panel are dividing when i open which seem to break anytime.
                    I contacted call centre, they promised to rectify the problem in 5-7 working days. It has been more than a week and i got a mail saying the rectification would delay.
                    As per my academic requirements I need the problem to be rectified as soon as possible.

                      My dell laptop is under warranty CZ179G3 still no service is being provided. I have registered the complaint nearly 20 days ago and still no response. I have contacted the dell team serval times and posted mails an number of time still no action has been taken. My work is suffering a-lot due to this lack of management and poor customer support services. They first told it would be done in 2-4 days now so long …. Always keep on saying please wait, either refund my money the laptop was of Rs.80000 or provide the services immediately.If this was a sales issue the team would have resolved it very quickly but if its for service no concerns are there. I am very very disappointed withe service given. The team is making such circumstances which has forced me to move to the consumer forum. Please contact me asap and conduct my service immediately as my product was of rs. 80000 and I can’t afford a new laptop if the team dose not provide a service so your team has the liability to do the needed at the earliest. I sincerely request the consumer forum to look in the matter as i have already faced a-lot of problems and harassment.

                        Do not buy or deal with Dell company laptops. It is cheating the customers. For the past month this Dell online tech support persons and executives have been harassing me. These are the following email address (Dell Tech Support <[protected]@help.dell.com;[protected]@dell.com; [protected]@dell.com) which I have tried 6 times by email and many times through customer care support. But not returning my money (one Lakh rupee).

                        Please don't order from Dell online as they are cheating and taking the money and then call back and say we are sorry we have not received the payment from you, Instead of 1, 00, 000 INR. This is just Cheating and Fraud.
                        Everyone knows that Dell is the Multi National Company but they forgot that the cheating is cheating whether the company is Multi-National or Whatever.
                        Don't worry dell, i will let you know that who we are and how to make us fool.

                          I purchased laptop of 1 lakh, 6 months back with warranty . As it is new one I even thinking that it becomes like this. I don't have backup tooo. All my 2 years kept in my new laptop, harddisk gone and also data gone with in 2 months. I neeed my data back and as they wated my time and work... I need proper compensation for that.

                            My laptop (which is still under warranty) was given to the Dell service centre on 23 September 2022. The camera was giving a dim display. It was a one hr job. They said they have to replace the entire LCD and asked 3days. It is 11 Oct now. And no trace of my laptop still. It is leading to a huge business loss! Tried contacting several people in the customer care but no resolution. Asked fir a refund or a replacement. Customer care refused. Have not rectified either. Extremely frustrated with the customer service and the brand.

                              Got a faulty system, touchpad not working and windows kept om freezing

                              I received the laptop 10-12 days ago. I am totally satisfied with the product from the 3rd day from the received date.
                              The touchpad stopped working suddenly.
                              After 1 day, the touchpad started working somehow, I don't know, how?

                              There was a heating issue with the laptop, the laptop getting hanging and windows were freezing from the 1st day, dell technical assistant guided me to fresh install the windows.

                              I purchased a laptop 10-12 days ago only. SERVICE TAG 4P5HXR3.

                              The touchpad has stopped working and the windows screen is frequently freezing.
                              The touchpad of the laptop has stopped working 4 times in 10 days.
                              I talked to dell technical support regarding the issues I am facing, they said that this might be a driver issue. I reinstalled the windows and updated all the drivers. I performed all the troubleshooting steps mentioned by the technical support representative
                              But the issue has not been resolved yet.

                              I paid Rs. 54489 for this PC with the help of my education loan.
                              I have been suffering since the day I purchased this laptop.

                              Dell Vostro 15 3510, this model heats a lot too.

                              I informed this issue earlier also to the dell support team. but for a short interval of time, the touchpad started working.
                              But now, it has stopped working again and again . and it is completely stopped working. this is dell's fault, why would I suffer.

                              I am not satisfied with the product. please help me I have purchased this PC for my study purposes and not for performing troubleshooting steps daily.

                              please either issue the refund or provide the replacement.
                              What I have noticed is that the replacement team send the repaired laptops on replacements.
                              I want to buy a laptop myself on the dell site otherwise they will again send me the faulty used repaired system on replacement.
                              please allow me the same, if possible . IF not possible, please assure me to send a fresh new system.

                              As I said that the system that I have got for replacement is faulty, this is not my fault, this is some hardware manufacturing issue. the display is also flickering. This is some issue with the hardware of the laptop. WHile connecting to the charger, the display starts flickering sometimes.
                              I am a student, and purchased this laptop for my studies . So far, my studies are only disturbed duw to the issues with the laptops. Kindly provide me the refund. I am not satisfied with this mode. Or provide me replacement . RS. 54489 is a big amount for me. Moreover, I purchased the laptop with the help of education loan. I hope, you understand my situation. please help. For a company like Dell, replacing a laptop is not a big deal but for me as a student, a laptop holds a great value, it can change my life.
