Am writing this with the biggest disappointment!
We do not think a 3rd rated support which dell is offering and we again suffered a lot with our time and paid money.

A brand new laptop - went through hardware issues (restarting complaint) where dell is not agreeing to a laptop replacement.
At least part (Motherboard) replacements should be in the fastest manner.
For the same laptop - we register and follow up complaints, none of the complaints is accepted/closed by our end.

when can we expect the hardware replacement at least?
1. Order Placed to Dell Online store: June 17 - 2022
2. Invoiced to us - July 02 -2022
3. Consignment received - July 08 -2022
4. unboxed and register 1 st Complaint - July 20 -2022
5. From July 20 to Aug 16 - Following and given the laptop to carry in the service center, Coimbatore ( 2 times)
6. Expected complete replacement - Dell not accepted
7. finally agreed on the Motherboard replacement. Given the laptop to the CIS center (attached SDAR report)
8. Till the time no solution yet.
9. Overall Timeline 2 Months since we paid, But Not a single use.
10. It's totally unfair that my warranty period is just consuming without any usage.

    After so many complaints and followups the company technicians came and replaced the touchpad, keypad and motherboard but now the display is not at all working because of which i had to face serious consequences in my work as all my documents are saved on the laptop.
    The entire laptop along with each and every part is faulty and i want you to either replace the entire laptop or provide me with refund for the whole amount otherwise I will have to take serious actions.

      I have bought dell 5518 model from Amaozn india and when I requested for warranty dell told me to pay 11000 while the same model is available for warranty @ 4150( 3 year accidental ) . Please help me On the same .

        Worst customer service after buying products I have lost 60000 on purchasing dell laptop it's not even working for more than 3 months I asked them replacement but they told there no return even 1000 ruppees electronic gadjet has replacement if it is not working but dell selling duplicate non warrenty products. As one of the customer care person told there no claim after one month o[censored]sage is that dell products work good for one month, I lost money on purschasing "Dell laptop" And hope on this brand and never ever suggest dell laptop for anyone And i raised a 2 connsumer complaints without rectify it they marked my complaints complaints as resolved Case number i have complaint on dell"[protected]" But i didn't get solution such a worst company cheat on their
        customer by selling duplicate worst products so stop buying dell products.

          I have bought three laptops under PACCIT Consultants LLP.
          I have major issues for two of them under warranty.

          This laptop bought two months ago has issues with mouse pad and sound. Both are behaving erratically, issue reported and tech support tried however it’s still on ... no solution …
          Laptop no 2-

          Major issue I am facing on this is it was hanging at times and getting very hot when the lid is closed.
          I reported the issue many times and spent tons of hours with your technical guys, they logged in remotely and tried but no success ...
          On 1st August I again reported the issue through support assist and they did try couple of things however nothing worked ...I was scared for the heat would cause major damage to the circuitry ...
          Once again, I logged a call on 9th August, Mr Sai Krishna took remote access and tried couple of things ... as he was doing something the system booted (I don't know till date if he booted the system or it just happened) after that when system came up, it did not allow me the enter the windows password (screen shot attached), I called again and again and they kept on doing so many things ..no use . I escalated to supervisor Amar, who again asked me to do so many trial and error things, my whole day was wasted in this starting 9:30 AM ...no solution ...It was really frustrating ..I lost business as I could not work on my laptop under warranty.
          Amar asked me for screenshots etc and I shared with him.
          I had bought the laptop through sales advisor Garima Chopra who said she will be the single point of contact, however she was never available when I wanted her ...every time the call gets disconnected, I had to call again and repeat the whole story ... so frustrating ...the story continued ...finally they said OS had to be reinstalled ... they asked me to take the backup ...I didn’t know how to ...but I managed .
          Today morning ...I called tech support again, he was Ankit .. and I ... explained him the story that we need to reinstall the OS and after 30 mins …then it got disconnected . I had told him to call me back ...however I waited and waited…. no one called back, , , , completely frustrated that I cannot work on my laptop ...I went to the Dell service centre in Panaji - pin 403001 and requested them to install OS Windows ... they said it will be charged ...I said fine and paid them RS 944/-
          Today I have the laptop with me and I can log in …however I still don’t know what happened and if the issue is resolved after re installing OS. Very frustrating experience isn’t it … that my time and energy and wasted for so many days and that I have to pay for no mistake of mine …. Wow what a tech support ….
          I am now looking forward to you to refund my money and make sure my issue is addressed …my next step would be to share my frustration to the social forums so that others don’t suffer the way I have …

            On 7th August 2022, while ordering a laptop from Dell india online store my payment deducted but order not processed. And I did not receive any confirmation email, the page displayed after payment is attached below as screenshot.

            I did not receive order confirmation email and order ID till now, my payment has been deducted from my account.
            On 9th August 2022, even after 48 hrs of order I did not receive any acknowledgement or order confirmation mail from your side, as well as I failed to contact to customer care number as they cut the call in between. Kindly look into the matter and give an urgent solution.
            Kindly do something with the acknowledgement or order confirmation email, because I am very tensed after paying 50K without any payment confirmation from your side.

            On 10th Aug I had received acknowledgement email, that is after 3 days of my order date
            During purchasing on 7th Aug it was showing the delivery date as 11th Aug.
            But on acknowledgement email, it is showing 22nd August, why I should wait for such long period?
            And your customer care no. is a big scam, after long wait, I got the chance to talk but releatedly they cut the call in between.
            You are not handling your customer well.
            And voluntarily delaying my order, if you can deliver it early then ok, otherwise please refund me, I will never ever purchase anything from dell and will ert my friend through social media and am going to lodge a complaint over consumer forum.
            Kindly look into the matter because I value my money as well as my time, my valuable time should not be wasted with those idiots of your call centre.

              I have purchased dell insipron 14 5415 with service tag of HKC9KN3 on April 08/04/2022 . I have one year onsight warrenty with it, I have faced booting issue within one month on date of purchase I couldn't get help of support team and raised complaint aganit this with case number : "14786403" And a week before I faced so many issues like Software problem,
              Keyboard not working,
              Drivers issue,
              I can't able tk connect the Wifi more than 10 minutes.
              I hate using this kind of machine and just called to dell customer care india. And described about the issues one techinal person help to rectify the problem and assit me to test the lap for 24 if you face again issue on it, she told me i try to make replacement on it again I faced a issue, Yesterday I received a call from dell india regarding this case upadates one of their staff talked to much and I'm not satisfied with their service so kindly help me to get my replacement for this worst machine.

                  I bought a Dell laptop on June 2021 by selling my birthday gifted bike. Model is i5 processor 11th gen Dell Inspiron. Rs.54, 000

                  The laptop is very very slow filed complaint against dell multiple times shown this laptop to Dell service center multiple times. No use. Simply waste of money.

                  I am begging please please return my money back or give me an another new laptop..

                  please I am a middle class men of getting pay 17, 000 per month. please hereafter I will not deserve to get laptop. Dell taught more lessons.please take this laptop..please sir/mam please help me.

                          I had purchased a Dell Vostro 3500 laptop on 02.08.2021 online, through Dell website. This laptop was freezing and non-functional from Day-1. I had got it repaired once at Dell Service Center and once through one Dell engineer who came to my home. However in respect of my recent complaint, with 7 days left for warranty to end, the online support team failed to solve the 'freeze' problem. They advise me to go for 'paid advance support' as the laptop is in the basic warranty mode. My question is 'If I had received a defective laptop at the time of purchase' itself, is it not the liability of Dell to replace it if they cannot repair it? The question of 'Basic Warranty' arises when I have been provided with a workable laptop. Why should I run from pillar to post to get the defective laptop repaired? Dell cannot sell a defective product at Rs. 29000/- then give the excuse of 'Basic Warranty' and wash off their hands. The basic idea of selling a product is to supply a workable brand new item in exchange of money. It will be denial of Natural Justice and Cheating if it is not so. Also it is a matter of fact that 95% consumers do not go through Warranty if the brand is a trusted one. Does Dell want to tarnish their goodwill by taking this advantage?

                            I bought a brand new Inspiron laptop from Dell on Feb 10 2021 with premium global support for $1, 263. The machine I received was defective and did not boot up. I've called Dell on numerous occasions over the last year and a half. The onsite support team visited my home 2-3 times with replacement parts. They replaced motherboard, display and some other parts but they were not able to fix the problem. Then Dell made another visit to my house to diagnose and fix the issue but they failed again
                            This laptop was for my son to be used in school. He struggled to cope with studies at school since he could not function without my computer and I was exasperated each time I wasted hours of my time with the tech support teams. I begged for a replacement laptop since the laptop I got was defective but that request was denied. Then Dell asked me to send the laptop to a service center. Finally after 3 months- on 10/5/2021 they gave me a working laptop after replacing palm rest, base light bar, RAM.

                            I called again in July 2022 since one of the keys of the laptop broke. Dell sent an engineer on 25th July with replacement keyboard. After replacing keyboard, the laptop had a “reverse current issue” and became dead. My laptop was functioning with a broken key but now it was dead. My son’s school work was on it and could not be retrieved. Once again I pleaded for a speedy resolution. But I received the same shoddy and impersonal service from a tech who tried the same repair techniques that the other techs used over and over again. They again sent a technician again on 28th July with replacement motherboard, power unit, cable and palm rest but the system remained dead. Once again I spoke to Dell and explained that now my son needs his school work on the system and needs to take a laptop daily to school. I demanded a replacement laptop was but denied. I also asked Dell for warranty extension of the laptop free of charge since the laptop was clearly defective and expected to continue to have problems in future.
                            As of date my laptop is again at a Dell service center and it has not been fixed as of August 1, 2022
                            My laptop was defective from the day I bought it and I begged to be sent a new computer each time I spoke to the techs. They would not honor my request because Dell does not stand behind their defective products. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company over the course of my entire life. I bought a very expensive machine and could not buy a new one. This has severely affected my emotional health and seriously jeopardized my son’s education who had to try and manage at school without a laptop and without his school work stored on the defective laptop
                            I am attaching 5 service reports from Dell that I have saved. There maybe others I do not have
                            I demand the following
                            1) Dell compensate me by refunding the full amount I paid for the laptop which is $1, 263.35 or Dell provide me with a brand new laptop with same configuration since laptop that was sent to me is defective
                            2) Dell pay me an additional $5, 0000 for suffering and damages caused from delay in fixing laptop

                              I request you to plz don't purchase any Dell product,
                              1) After 28 days of purchase now it is not getting started from last 10 days.
                              2) It's battery backup is too low only 1.5hrs only you need to take charger every time with you.
                              3) After 15-16 days later of purchase system got automatically switched off 2-3 times while running the app on it.
                              4) System gets hang when I will runs or starts the java application on it.
                              When I called to DELL it is not providing any replacement they refused also its service team saying need to replace the motherboard which have no future assurance. I have also mailed to them but service is not good waiting from last 10 days but did not get any help

                                When i buy this product DELL I5559 their is a USB port is damaged then right now i'm facing new problems every day . I also call to dell support but no response from dell support kindly help me for this type of fraud.
                                I think the problem is in my network then i change my network to diffrent distributers but when i found the problem is this personal device. so i want my whole money from DELL India if this is not possible then my next movement is very dangerous for the particular company.

                                    I brought a Dell laptop named Inspiron 3593 from a retailer in November 2020. From the very beginning, the laptop has been as slow as a snail. It has become even more slow now. Worst laptop ever.

                                    Please solve the issue with my laptop as soon as possible and redeem the name of DELL.

                                      I bought dell laptop October last year and around 2 months back from now my laptop wasn’t able to start so I contacted dell support and they exchanged motherboard to fix it but it was not fixed so I again complained them and they again replaced a part but the issue was not resolved so i am asking them to replace my laptop as my laptop still is in warranty period.But they are denying that the laptop can’t be replaced they can only repair it.but it is already repaired 2 times and the issue is not resolved.
                                      Please help.

                                        I got defected laptop from dell, its having manufacturing damage and hardware problem and software problem. also i got very much bad services from dell, dell provides services so late and on that service they made mistakes and again its late. now i dont want this product, i want to return and refund my all the money, i will never buy again from dell.
