Where i ask for reduce emi amount but they reduce my tenure automatically without any information, i have receiving from noida branch where clearly mentioned my emi amt would be 600/ reduce but next month when i got intimation through sms i socked my emi amt reduce only 41/ rs. Whether i deposit 60000/ rs, & tenure reduce 215 from 218. Today is 4th day but i got only one mail from dhfl. So pls help my contact number is-[protected], arvind. [protected]@gmail.com.

One more instance of pathetic customer service today. There are 2 emi's due for my home and top-up loan with dhfl. I have been paying 1 emi on last day of the month since april, 2019 due to financial crunch. This month as the emi did not processed on 10th, so the next day, your collection executive mr. Shafiq siddique from dahisar branch came at my residence to get his targets done. I was at office, hence spoke with him on call and explained that i will be paying on last day of the month, he thought that his targets will go for a toss, then raised his voice in the corridor so all my society members can listen clearly that i have defaulted on my loan. He said i will need 1 emi by 20th sept., 2019 or else there will be a notice sent to you asking to vacate the property. Even today he went at my residence and in my absence he discussed the loan default with everyone present in my house. I called him and explained again that i will try my best to pay on last day of this month, but he said, can't wait till month end, you will have to pay any-how by 23rd sept., 2019 or notice will be issued. My family members are so frightened and tensed when he was narrating about notice and to vacate the property. I also told that i am expecting around rs.45000 /- against my pf withdrawal from last company and will clear both my emi's. He still said cant wait that long, either you pay by 23rd of this month or else i will send the notice. Is there any indian law or does rbi states to vacate the property if 2 emi's are unpaid. Now you decide what should be done with your employee, who is harassing mentally to the borrower and his family member just to meet his so-called collection targets. I will escalate this to rbi, because enough is enough. And hoping that you take a very severe action against the employee behavior and granting me some more time to clear my dues and try to pay at-least 1 emi on the last day of this month.

The current rate for my home loan is charged 11.67% whereas on your website you claim 9.5%. I have already send email regarding this, no reply from you. Why is there no reduction in rates with decrease in repo rate by government?

I took housing loan from dhfl in floating method. Our finance minister & reserve bank of india has lowered down the interest rates for housing loan. Several nationalized & private banks has also reduced their housing loan interest. On asking dhfl officials, they are responding that as and when the govt will lower the rates, we will also lower down, it is set in the computer and will automatically lower down. I had gave them post dated cheques mentioning the amount as what the interest rates was at that moment. Now the interest rates has been lowered down, but they are giving me several excuses. They are argue every time i visited to dhfl branch office in surat, gujarat and even not getting satisfied answer from dhfl customer care. It is simply a cheating case to the consumers. Govt. May ask the finance officials of dhfl of their charging of interest rates.

I have close my loan in the month of may 2019 and procees for insurance refun in june but still not recive any insurance refun, i call im dhfl customer care theybtold me you have to contact chola mandalam, once i call in chlla mandalam they told your has been cancel you have to contact dhfl now again im contacting thane brance

I have taken plot loan from dhfl. Total tenure of loan is 20 years and emi amount was 9500. Now they have increased tenure of loan from 20 to 25 year and emi amount have also been increasd from 9500 to 9700. When i raised this query with [protected]@dhfl.com. They keep iterating that our retail lending rate has increased. I don't how they can increase both tenure and amount. It's so shocking and horrible.

Hi iam neeraj sharma, my dhfl pramerica policy no is 00531675 your salesperson misguided me for this policy and never told me that if i discontinue this policy i will get that amount which will paid by me but when i talk to the agent he said sir u will get only 30% of premium why, i have paid 50k why should i agree on 30% amount, this is my hard earn money and i want my policy cancel and my full money return. Iam feeling very cheated from you.

Foreclosure amount communicated in may 2019 by dhfl under home loan code 00008948 was 1998939, in june was 1995489 & in july was 1992010. Now when balance transfer cheque dated 30th july was handed over to branch, it is now saying that total amount pending for foreclosure is rs 2011427. How??

Earlier too, there was dispute in foreclosure statement in may & when complained over twitter, it was resolved.

We had applied for a home loan of 19 lakh in dhfl, as they had floating rate of interest they used to charge higher emis for the same, that is when we decided to transfer to loan to lic home loan where they had fixed rate of interest. We had also received a government subsidy of 1.80 lakh from pradhan mantri awas yojana and after we request to transfer our loan to hdfc bank they denied to give our subsidy and were telling that hey had pay it back to the government which sounded foolish...
Today (27 aug 2019) i went to the dhfl madurai office. And the manager said wrote to "[protected]@dhfl.com". And that mail will come to me. I will write the same response as said above.

I have deposited our family hard money in FDR with DHFL due to the prime feature of liquidity of FDR. However when I reached the company for pre-maturity of such FDRs for my family needs, they refused to honour my request due to its internal decision. The internal decision is said to be intimated to national housing board.

From news it is learnt that DHFL is facing liquidity crunch and proposed some resolution plan. In plan, it is said to segrecate retail investor/depositors. depositor upto Rs. 10 lakhs shall be paid as it is. But in case of depositors above 10 lakhs shall be at par with other creditors/lenders and interest may not be given. we are shocked to learn this as my family deposit is more than 10 lakhs. we have desposited the money in FDR with the company after selling family asset to earn income. It is our hard money. our interest should be protected. such resolution plan to the extend it is adversely affecting the interest of retail depositors should be approved.

It is my humble request that interest of retail depositors should be safeguarded and such resolution plan to the extend it is adversely affecting the interest of retail depositors should be approved.

Horrible service by Dhfl
I am taken home loan to dhfl . may be one year ago 2.88lakh amount not disbursed this company..
My last fund disbursed date on : feb 2019 amount 1.44lakh
6month ago fund not released
Floating interest rate before 3 month
Every month pre emi debited in account.
Please release my balance amount other wise
I will given court stay for this process.

We had also received a government subsidy of 2.73 lakh from pradhan mantri awas yojana and after we request to transfer our loan to hdfc bank they denied to give our subsidy and were telling that hey had pay it back to the government which sounded foolish, even now we have not received our subsidy amount from dhfl bank they are cheating us.

I am taken to last 2 year before loan taken by dhfl housing loan july 2017 still not moved home because payment not received loan sanction amount 1690000 still we received 10 laks some amount only remain 6lks plus not received past 6month above we facing issue month on month pre-emi and now stay old home rent how it is possible every month pay pre-emi paid previous started 5507/- now paid pre-emi amount 8960/- dhfl 3 month once put interest but still im not received amount remaining payment so pls instantiate to process to dhfl my contact no[protected]/[protected] pls resolve my complaint more mail sent to [protected]@dhfl.com and [protected]@dhfl.com also send but still not process my complaint pls resolve my complant

I have opted for home loan from dhfl on 1st june 2018. Now it's more than a year but they haven't disbursed loan amount till 15th august 2019, even my home is completed. During my interactions with customer executive and bank officer they are telling that they don't know when the amount will be disburse. So there is no visibility of amount and staff is very rude.
Also, lot of delay and harassment during sanctioning of home loan by dhfl. Really horrible service by dhfl.

I have taken home loan on 2017 and recieved pmsy subsidy end of december2018, while approached the chennai branch for loan closure in july 2019. They informed iam not eligible for pmsy subsidy scheme and reverse back your the subsidy and loan closure amount will be added and how is it fair after getting the subsidy from the govt. While conducting customer care there are informing your loan closure amount including subsidy and the branch people are denying that customer care information is wrong.
Kindly resolve the issue for loan closure, this kind of practice from dhfl will dissatisfy the customer for taking loan.

Kindly refer to my previous letter dated 17/06/2019, where in i had communicated to you that the auction purchase of the plot no. C-2170, sushant lok-1, gurgaon, haryana-122002., vide loan code gur34654.in my favour by dhfl turned out to be a harassment as two more buyers have turned up and the so called clear title has turned out to be defective. You are requested to refund me the amount of rs.77, 00, 000 rupees, including the registration cost, as the auction sale was evidently illegal and without proper and legal clear title.
In the meanwhile till the auhtorities are investigating the matter, you are again requested not to release any payment to the borrower / defaulter ms sangeeta and her husband shri manish kumar.

It's my loan account # 01874607, its been year and i am trying know to about my pmay subsidy status, dhfl response team always copy paste same answer, with you document forward to concern team and also when taken the loan the roi is 8.7 % but with in year they increase my twice, now current roi rate is 9.30 %, in between rbi recrudesce home loan many time, nothing impact on dhfl roi, when i try raise about my complain regarding, i never have any valuable answer with live rep and email team. I need someone assure me when i will received my pmay subsidy and when roi rate will decrease.
