I applied a for a home loan which was sanctioned vide loan account no. 4417 in the month august, 2018, but the amount was not disbursed and then got cancelled. Even after putting many e-mails, i have not yet received any refund which includes one pre - emi also. The total amount of refund is more than rs. 17000/- which i now demand with applicable interest. Their customer care never picks up the call and emails to them have gone unanswered.

        Dear sir,

        We have finance the some amount from dhfl home loans of 8 lakhs on 2009 with the 7664 rs of emi per month. On 2017 we lost our job and had delayed in paying the emi in time. We requested from the last 5 yrs to provide us the account statement. But every time they make some excuse and do not provide. We have send mail to the senior person which they did not respond. We are very much pissed off with the behaviour of the team which they did not listen to the customer and respond very badly. Every time they give new information to us related to our loan and now they have advertised in newspaper for the auction of our house as we are defaulter where as we are paying continuously.

        Very very poor and disgusting services and behaviour.

        They do not know how to speak to a lady where as we have given them diwali gifts to all the ranchi branch seniors and asked them to provide us the complete account statement which they have not provided us till now.

        I am very much ashamed and will never suggest any one to finance from dhfl. Their fake statements and commitments.

        very very bad impression after asking so many times for the Account statement they check in their system that how much balance we have to pay still they said that your balance is 6.3 lakhs. I want to ask you how come it is possible that even after paying for yrs still we have this much of amount balance.

          I have taken home loan from dhfl in november 2017. At that time my rate of interest is 9.25%. But now after 1 and half year my interest rate is 10.70%. I am really shock when i got rate of interest increase mail from dhfl. I have also send mail on [protected]@dhfl.com regarding this issue. Now rbi reduce rate of interest for home loan. But i dhfl is not following rbi guidelines. When one take home loan dhfl tell me we follow all rbi guidelines. Please do the needful.

            My loan application no is 01827833 and loan code 00000440.

            I had requested for lod on 11 mar 2019 from customer care. I received the lod after few days but allotment letter was not mentioned in the list.

            Allotment letter is the main document in the bank custody. I again requested for lod with allotment letter but failed to get what i required. I received 4times the same lod. I requested customer care no of times. Now it's more than one month and i am still waiting for lod in which allotment letter is mention.

                I am complaining against dhfl bank home loan interest rate High segment,

                I, sandeep shewale would like to put your attention that i have taken a home loan with dhfl Home loan code no: 00006681 right now Interest rate 10.97% it's to high as compare to other banks.

                In the short spam of time interest rate has been hiked very huge jump, whereas the RBI repo rate has been decreased, apart that it is very higher side in comparison of the market.

                So i request you to reduce my interest rate as soon as possible.

                As a governing body RBI should look into the matter and try to control them to cover their losses by increasing interest rate and passing the burden to customer.

                  I applied afor a home loan which was sanctioned on 20/9/2018 and then got cancelled without informing me any reason. I got refund of Rs. 7006 out of Rs. 13614/- Still waiting for remaining Rs. 6608 which I now demand with applicable interest. Their customer care never picks up the call and emails to them have gone unanswered. During my payments for loan they used to stand on my head reminding me for payment. Their employees are completely untrustworthy and do not share any information clearly and completely despite demanding. They talk very rudely.

                  I am still waiting for my refund to be furnished. No one from DHFL has contacted me. My complaint still stands unresolved.
                  Loan Number: 1913672. Mail sent.
                  My only question is why DHFL is increasing interest rate again and again? RBI is cutting their REPO rates every time but DHFL is running the company by it's own rules. I want RBI or Consumer court take a strict action against DHFL so that they will think 1000 times before doing these kind of rubbish things again.

                  Actually i am complaining about DHFL as they are playing with middle-class peoples who have taken home loan from them. I took a home loan one year ago and at that time the interest rate was 9.2% but after a year increasing 5 times it has gone up to 10.42%.

                  I sincerely want consumer court to take strict action against DHFL so that they will never think about these kind of rubbish things. Thank you

                    I am kailas patil have home loan number:4015, in dhfl bank. I was already mail to bank number of times. But bank doesn't give me proper response. This dhfl bank cheat me and give wrong reply. The bank said your property in not in town code. But in same town code most of people get benefits of pmay. So how bank told me like that.

                    Also bank told me contact bank branch manager. When i ever went to bank, the manager didn't knowledge of anything, he gave me wrong response. Also behaviour not good, before taking loan the bank employee given promises to get benefits 100% percent. So like this the bank will cheat to every customer.

                    I send this mail a 10 or more time but bank was not given response. Please sir check my file again. Because i am not trust on this bank. Also they increase my loan interest after complaint. Also my health condition is not good that reason.

                      I have taken loan from dhfl of rs. 22 lacs at roi 8.50% in 2018 after that it the rate of interest has been increased from 8.50% p. A. To 9.72% p. A. I. E. 1.22% has been increased. The current roi charged is very high as compared to the other nbfc’s & banks charging. As being a salaried person the continues increase in roi will affect & disturb my cash flow.

                      Though rbi cutting the base rate on continuous interval but still that benefit has not been pass by dhfl to the their customer.

                      As a governing body rbi should look into the matter and try to control them to cover their losses by increasing interest rate and passing the burden to customer.

                        I am complaining against dhfl bank home loan segment,

                        I, praveen aggarwal would like to put your attention that i have taken a home loan with dhfl vide loan code no: 00044362 for rs.28, 45, 853/-. Interest rate 8.70% p. A. On may, 18

                        In the short span of time period of 10 months my interest rate has been hiked to 9.72% from 8.70% which is very huge jump, whereas the rbi repo rate has been decreased, apart that it is very higher side in comparison of the market.

                        So i request you to reduce my interest rate at 8.70%.

                        I also requested to increase my home loan emi around rs. 27500/- but also no action taken on that, even though my emi has been decreased without my consent, this feel me that to earn more & more interest is the only agenda of dhfl, without the take care of customers. So please increase my emi by rs 27500/-

                            Very bad and unprofessional experience it's been more than a year until now didn't get pmay subsidy from dhfl.in between they ask for rental agreement and electricity bill of our previous rented flat which i was submitted through email and also by visiting to the branch. But unfortunately always getting the same answer that the case is in process will go in the next submission lot, i am tired by visiting to the branch and taking follow up in the mail again and again. Requesting someone do the needful for it.

                              My name is mohit sehgal i've taken a loan from dhfl with the floating method which was earlier @9.5% and as per the guidelines of rbi rate of interest has been decreased in the last meeting so according to this dhfl should decreased the rate of interest but they just increased my rate of interest by 0.35%. Now my current roi is near about is 11% which is not good. Dhfl should follow the guidelines of rbi and clearly mentioned every thing at the time of loan sanctioned it is clear case of cheating. If they are not going to follow the guidelines of rbi than why their statement is like that when the rbi is decreased the roi we will decreased it or vice-versa. I need a proper explanation on this and they have to decreased my roi. Otherwise i'll submit a complaint in the consumer forum because at the time of loan taken they did not explain these things.

                                To whomsoever it my concern

                                I would like to inform that i have taken home loan from dhfl in month of july 2018. Since then, 3 times i have received notification from dhfl for increased of rate of interest in my existing home loan as listed below:

                                1.in month of august 2018 when rbi had increased the repo rate 0.25%
                                2.in month of november 2018 due to rplr increased in dhfl of 0.25%
                                3.in month of april, 2019 due to rplr increased in dhfl of 0.35%

                                I wonder why dhfl not reducing interest rates on my existing home loan after rbi had reduced repo rate of 0.25% on 7th february, 2019 and 0.25 % on 4th april, 2019 consecutively. After several follow-ups i have informed by dhfl that my existing home loan roi is based on rplr not on rbi repo rate and any revision in rplr will impact on my roi. Then why dhfl increased 0.25% on august 2018 when rbi had increased the repo rate 0.25%.

                                Instead of reducing interest rates dhfl constantly increased interest rates by way of rplr excuse, which is very unfaithful step and very badly impact to middle class people like me because every single paisa is important to us for running family and struggling with life.

                                I request to the concerned authority to kindly look into the matter and please take necessary and faithful action for existing home loan customers of dhfl.

                                Very poor customer care.. no one respond for queries. Every two months there is change in EMI amount. False promises made by bank personnel.. never go with home loan or mortgage loan with this bank.. suggest not to step into this bank at all..

                                    I have taken home loan from dhfl with loan code :00007122 which also includes life insurance policy. I have had not received the insurance policy till date 03 april 2019 evening even though my i took loan by 14th sep 2018. I received the life insurance via courier dated 03 april 2019. I wanted to cancel the policy under "free look cancellation" which says i can return the policy within 15 days after i get the original that which i got on 03 april 2019.

                                    I reported back the same to dhfl and also the dhfl insurance company. They are denying this and telling me that i received the insurance on 19 sept 2018 which is a big fat lie.

                                    I am totally unsatisfied with dhfl. First they stop the loan disbursement even after waiting for 3 months no information on when i will receive my loan amount. Second the insurance policy sends me the original copy after almost 6 months and now they are telling that i cannot get full amount.

                                    I am frustrated with dhfl. I am loosing patience as well as my money (~33k pre-emi + ~35k on insurrance + 20k) on loan transfer which i have to pay to another bank to initiate the loan transfer.

                                      Dhfl claims that your documents will be available after 21 days upon successful credit of pre-payment whereas their incompetent branch is still unable to handover my original documents.

                                      I've emailed "dhfl response" and still no outcome. Complaint number ccdis02092389

                                      I initially emailed on 25.01.2019 and was in constant touch with dhfl's customer representative of duckback house kolkata, i've called him around 100 times now from jan'19 to till date to trace my original documents.

                                      Responses i received - documents have been sent for audit, our audit team will dispatch this today and you will receive the paperworks within 2 days.

                                      Last response i received on 12.03.2019 - team from hyderabad didn't dispatch the documents to kolkata branch yet. They have returned the documents back to hyderabad branch.

                                      Is this a joke? Dhfl's account was successfully credited on 10.01.2019 via cheque clearance of hdfc bank and till date they didn't handover my documents yet.

                                      I also read that they charge custody fees if documents aren't collected within 60 days so now what about their fault, should they consider providing me compensation on failing to provide documents after 21 days of successful credit of pre-payment??

                                      Finally they have handed over the documents and refunded the monies. I am satisfied with their resolution.

                                        Very very very poor service provided by dhfl. I took a home loan from dhfl and they harass a lot during sanctioning the loan charging processing fees much more than any other bank and many more hidden things in loan which we come to know after sanctioning the loan. And after sanctioning the loan they increase rate of interest 4 times within 18 months. So shocking and horrible. Worst service and am planning to switch home loan from dhfl to any other bank. And customer care representative telling me interest rate hiked by management decision? Really
