Not getting subsidy from last one year. dont have to say anything about dhfl. so silence.

    After forclosed loan application no. 42328 on date 18/06/19 . DHFL is not returning my submited documents 45days already completed.i am Complaning again and again but i am not getting proper solution. Please help me to get proper solution. I am also complain by mail to higher authority of DHFL but they are not giving me proper response. They always says give me two days.

      I have taken the loan in july 2018 from dewan housing finance coroporation limitd and paper submitted in noida branch on 01.02.2019 and loan application no is 01820176. But till date i have not recd my loan subsilday

      And not any responce from dhfl side.

      Kindly note that dhfl not reduce any interest rate if rbi reduced the irr rate.

      In future i am going in consumer court and not pay any emi to dhfcl

        I am nelwin fernandes with dhfl account number 00005737. I purchased a flat in karwar karnataka and my roi at the time of purchase was 9.40% suddenly they increased it upto @10.67% without information. Before they had an office in our locality now even they closed and wiped the office, whole office disappeared, no one responds when asked about hike in roi. I am confused after 15 years if loan completes where will i collect my original sale agreement copies of my house.
        Please help me in this matter.

          One of the most worst and unreliable bank i have ever seen in my life. It's totally waste of money opting this bank as they don't respond or give proper commitment.

          I have an existing home loan with dhfl from last feb 2018, and when i want to close it now in aug 2019 - i approached dhfl office in ameerpet, hyderabad, they dont respond properly and give answers recklessly that rbi stopped funding them and they moved all the existing loans to icici bank and the rate of interest from 8.7% gone upto 9.92% in one year. Now when i still want to close the loan they say that i need to check with icici bank and they are not aware of anything else. While talking loan dhfl said there wont be any pre-closure charges but now saying as it moved to icici we dont know what's there policy and they cannot confirm whether icici bank will charge or not.

          I never approached icici bank directly to transfer my laon, it dhfl decision to route my laon to icici bank - so why i need to struggle and loose my money in between and even the rate of interest is high and if icici bank is charging any amount for pre-closure then i am at great loss.

            Dear friends,
            Never take home loan from dhfl as they just increase loan as per rbi but never reduce it while rbi is reducing the rate. I took loan in 2017 at 9.5% but as you know that after 2019 rate of interest was increasing regularly (When rbi revised rate). My loan is now at 10.72%. Whenever rbi reduce rate by 0.5 point or 0.25, dhfl never do the same. When i asked him why they have not reduced my rate of interest they told me that they can not do this. But when i asked him if interest rate will increase by ant point will they will increase their rate of interest and his answer was yes. So do not take loan from dhfl. As they know only to incrase rate of interest whenever rbi increase this. But they do not know to decrease it. They very frankly says you can get transfer of your remaining loan in other bank, but they will not reduce rate of interest.

              I have availed the Home Loan from DHFL. Kalyan and i have paid the all months of EMI regularly, i have paid July month emi on 25th July as told to concerned person. I am not able get the receipt the same date. The DHFL staff Name : Priyank Paymal, Kalyan West - [protected] coming to house regularly when i was not in home and misbehaving with my wife also the manager Anil Kale - [protected] supporting him and telling us to go out of home for not paying this month of EMI. Me and my wife convince him lot but not able to listen us properly using abusive words . even he is disturbing neighbors and informing them the story. He is not listened my wife request even after crying. He is coming to our house my office timing only.
              My son two years old he trying get out of home even after paid EMI 4 days ago.
              The person coming to our house on 29th july and emi paid on 25th july.

              Please take appropriate action against him. He is torturing lot to my family even after paying the regular emi. The person trying to torture me personal and coking to home when i was not there.

                Hi team,

                I do not see option to generate report stating principal amount paid and interest amount paid for the year[protected]. Also i don't see the income tax certificate option in the portal. This should be there by default. The document which dhfl has clearly shows that the option should be there however in actuality it does not show up there. Is this deliberate? It does not bring goodwill to company and only create doubts in customer mind. My loan account number is [protected].

                  When I called the DHFL customer care I was shocked to hear that it will take 15 working days just to generate the foreclosure letter in order for me to make the payment.. here i am liable to pay the interest for these days when I am ready to make the payment on the same day.. also I will have to pay the upcoming EMI.. never go for home loan with DHFL

                    I took a loan from dhfl in subvention plan, dhfl funded the builder (Sare saamag) on my behalf, but he has not started the construction and it seems that project will never be completed, builder agreed to pay the pemi till the possession as a part of tpa, but he has stopped given pemi. Now pemi is going from my pocket and that too for a waste as project is never going t o be completed.

                    I have filed a case in rera, dhfl is requested to stop pemi till the case is sateled.

                      Sir i am santosh kumar yadav i have a loan account no. 00000466 in allahabad branch. Ecs not activated in my account till now so that i am paying my loan account till now so that i am paying my loan emi payment through paytm app. Since last one year continuously. Sir i am applied for ecs activation again on 25 jun 2019 at branch with three checque. I am paid my loan emi rs 10815/- of july month also through paytm app on 13 july 2019. But my loan branch allahabad use my one checque no. 909992 for loan emi payment without my information which is given to branch for ecs activation. Resulting my checque bounce due to insufficient funds in my account because branch not inform me for this act. So that i have charged rs 590/+ by my sbi branch which is deducted from my sbi account and rs 590/- charged by dhfl branch which is overdue in my loan account this is act if negligence of branch because branch use my one checque for loan payment purpose without my information which is given to the branch for ecs not for loan payment. So that it is requested that rs 590/- which is charged by dhfl branch overdue in my account may be reverse due to this is happened by mistake of branch. Thanking you sir

                        As i have already written earlier also the loan sanctioned for me
                        Was rs 8177318/- but the amount disbursed was 4500000/- plus the insurance
                        Of rs 77318/-
                        The bank agent cheated me saying the processing fee will
                        Be charged
                        Only on the disbursed amount but you have charged rs 38000 plus 2500 total
                        40500 +gst they have collected.
                        And i want to know on what basis they have collected the processing fees
                        Cheating the customers
                        If proper reply is not given will complaint to the ombudsman for ur errors
                        And commission.

                            Hello,

                            I fed up with DHFL services. i am coordinating from last couple of months and your customer care for disbursed the amount of 106618 . But I did not receive any satisfaction reply from customer care.

                            Customer care is saying "are saying "Currently, we have disbursed Rs.927760/- against the sanctioned amount of Rs. 1680257/-.In this regard, we state that we are currently unable to release the next part disbursement amount and request for your consent to downsize the loan amount." What is the means of that ?

                            When my loan was approved, i got payment schedule from DHFL. I received 3rd demand letter in April '19 from builder and I asked from DHFL to pay the 106618 amount.Rest of other amount Rs 163010, I already paid and shared the receipt with you. Please let me know when you will pay the 3rd demand for 106618 Rs.

                            If my loan already approved last 2 year back, now what is the problem to disbursed the amount and why you want to consent to downsize the loan amount?

                              I am a Senior Citizen and have had faith in DHFL, & hence invested a big amount of our savings with DHFL as I have no one to earn for me and live on Bank and FDR interests . Since DHFL was a Promising Sector and we would earn better interest, we invested nearly 5 lakh INR and thats a huge amount for me and my husband who are both retired and survive on our the Interest component . Till one is Young there are various resources to make it up again but in our case we both have had tuff times recently .
                              Unfortunately me and my husband underwent a STROKE . Recently i was hospitalised for a Brain stroke and my husband is due for a Prostrate Surgery in Aug-Sept 2019 .
                              Though DHFL is facing a crisis, the timing being bad, I am also under a lot of pressure and stress, as the Savings / Assets are the only resource for me and my husband . We humbly request you to please pay out all my FD's on a premature basis . I also know that you are undergoing the stress but this is truly Urgent & Important to understand my situation and please please please refund and pay out my FDR's Please . Mrs Lalwani - Mumbai

                                My emi has been deducted today for the month of july even after giving youll the disbursement cheque on the 5th of july .
                                I dnt have any money left with mr in order to pay the emi to federal bank as i had transfered my loan to federal bank .
                                i was told my ur employee in dahisar that the broken interest for the month of july will be refunded to me ..because of this fraud which DHFL is doing with me i am suffering to pay my EMI and since i m the only person working in my family .I am goinh through a lot of stress and DHFL is responsible for the same .if something happens to me because of the stress DHFL and the employee in the DHFL dahisar branch who provided me wrong information will be held responsible .i will also share this email in banking obudsum and also file and official complaint against the team of DHFL seated in dahisar branch for misguiding the customers in order to pull out more money .

                                    My self akash balak from nashik, having loan account number [protected], because of high interest rate 10.67% and not entertaining for change of the ecs date, i decided to foreclose (Balance transfer) my home lone and move to another bank with interest rate 8.67%.
                                    I have foreclosure letter dated 6th may 2019 from dhfl. Today (9 july, i presented at dhfl nashik branch with foreclosure letter and demand draft.
                                    But concerning officer mr. Shripathi bhat and branch manager denied to accept it.
                                    Initially they were giving reason that i availed the benefit of pmay subsidy.
                                    Then i discussed with him and requested to give any resolution or pmay rule that no one can foreclose (Balance transfer) home loan after availing pmay subsidy.
                                    Then branch manager started to saying another reason that i have to refund subsidy amount to the dhfl. Just i confirmed this is not a rule with pmay office.
                                    If you are not able to accept my foreclose home loan, then just give me a reason in written on your company letter pad so i can do a legal action.

                                        Have taken my loan disbursement almost 11months ago still i have not received any pmay subsidy. Even after placing complaint regarding this there is no response.
                                        Costumer care is not responding properly over mail and calls. Just making me fool since last 6 month that you will son get the subsidy. They are just saying that my file has been uploaded on the portal and we cannint do anything further regarding this. On asking the proof they say they cannot give any aknowledgement or anything. They are fooling their customer. Even interest rates has been increased twice evn after rbi has reduced the rates.
                                        Hope this time they resolve the issue.
