Sir, my name is hemlata kunwar jhala, i have allotted dhfl ncd on[protected]. My application nob is 50006715 and dp id/cl id /folio nob: [protected]. I received monthly interest till july 2019 and after july2019, i'm not getting any interest from dhfl. So please give a solution to how can i receive my interest and principal amount?
And please register my complaint against dhfl.

    My mother has fd in dhfl which will mature in 2020. When we tried to check with the office team on the maturity details and gaurantee of the maturity amount the officials denied to disclose anything.
    My mother has earned that money by working at homes. She is a house wife and this money was accumulated over the span of 5 years.
    Now due to such response from office she is completely shattered.

    We want to get the confirmation from the company on the maturity date and amount as specified on the fd certificate.

    My father is having fixed deposit which is getting matured in Jan 2020 but we are not sure about repayment due on maturity as lot of negative news is going on market.

      Dear sir, Mahalingappa Hanchinal I got Rs.431704 loan on 28/3/2016 vide loan a/c 0002319 from DHFL but now i made foreclosure but as per your terms it will take 50 days after closure of loan to returning of original sale deed, un used pfc cheque and insurance amount. Is it 50 days time want of returning the my documents 50 days too late to me i want urgently thus i hubly request to you to return documents due to i too trouble problems.thus arrange as earliest return my documents

        Hi, i have fixed deposits with dhfl that is maturing in 2020 and 2021. I have been asking the regional manager in dhfl in bangalore at anand circle branch, regarding the status of whether will i get my money back from dhfl? He is so unsure and does not want to reveal any information about the scenario at the moment.
        Pls, note that it is our hard-earned money and with great trust, we invested in dhfl.

        I really need to know how much money will get out of the three deposits that i hold in dhfl bangalore.
        Pls, reply with a positive note.

          Dear Team,

          I am Vijay Gomare and I have taken home loan from DHFL and they harassed a lot during sanctioning the loan. Also charged so much for processing and Insurance fee and so many more hidden things in loan which we come to know after sanctioning the loan. And after sanctioning the loan they increase rate of interest within 2 months without informing me. So it's shocking and horrible. Worst service and am planning to switch home loan from DHFL to any other bank, but when I took the Force closing latter I saw same amount has mentioned on the latter. I am paying regular EMI and now they are saying we charge first Interest no principal amount.
          So many things to say but cannot express it here.
          I request you that kindly do some action against this bank and provide us justices.

            My name is chandan kumar. I took a loan of rs. 12.54 (Lac) from the dhfl. Loan application code is 00041548 and loan application no.01390339.. This loan was taken in 2016-17. I construct my house in 2017-18 and emi start from july 2018. After that i was apply for the pmay on 01.12.2018 with srd no srdis01800220 of dhfl branch of sector 22 chandigarh. All the document submitted to the branch as they have required. At the submission of documents they were said to me for the pmay credited in my loan account whithin 5 to 6 month. I am chasing with customer care and branch of dhfl from the last fice or six month but i not have got a satisfaction relpy from the customer care maid id [protected]@dhfl.com.

            Please help me to get pmay in my loan account.

              I have take a home loan from Dhfl ltd on2009 october. Loan amount is 650000
              Untill now i have repay around 798000.
              I am an NRI so i can't check the loan status frequently. Recently i got repayment statement from bank. From the statement i came to know that remaining 5.60lakh i want to pay for closing the loan. When i get the loan the intrest amount was 9% then they increased interest rate every year right now it is 13.1%. Total around 17 times Dhfl has increased rate of intrest. With out intimation they inreased loan tenure until 2039.actlaly my loan period was 15years. This is not fair.i am thinking to move legally. I alrady discussed the mater with manager. But he didn't give proper way to fix the problem. I am ready to take over the loan to other bank if they charge fair amount of final settlement My mail id [protected]@gmail.com

              The ROI on my hosing loan file no: 1376047 is 10.87%, from years it is totally high when compared to any other bank. Please clarify.Even this issue was raised earlier and it is reduced to 9.75% for quite some time and immediately increased. Request you to reduce the same as per the RBI rules.

                My loan number with dhfl 1174, already closed my loan on 28th of aug 2019 but till now they are not provide me my original documents, and also unable to tell me to delay for the documnetation, generally 45 days are time for document collection but today 15th of nov 2019 its around 75 days to go but till now they are unable to track my document, please look in to the matter and provide my document.

                  I was a client of dhfl since feb’2017 and foreclosed my home loan account in oct’2018 (Account # 00001626 and[protected]. To safeguard my interests and to cover up risk i have taken the home loan insurance from your insurance partner cholamandlam. Since i have already foreclosed my home loan accounts, i would like you to refund the excess insurance premium that i have paid.

                  I have been visiting your gurgaon branch for the last 1 year to get the refund back, however every time executives sitting there gives me a different answer and doesn’t attend to my query sincerely.

                  Lately i have been told that maximum by wednesday (9th october 2019) i will receive the amount but today when i call, i have been told that scenario is changed now as reliance has taken a stay from supreme court and sc has restrained dhfl from paying anyone.

                  Whereas as per the information available, order is from bombay high court in which court has restrained dhfl from paying to any unsecured creditors, not to their customers.

                  I have gone through the ruling in which court has restrained dhfl from paying to any unsecured creditors, during this duration, since i am not a creditor of dhfl and the excess premium have been refunded by cholamandlam to dhfl, now it’s the responsibility and onus of dhfl to pay me back the amount that they have received from cholamandlam on my behalf.

                  I would urge you to please take this matter urgently and instruct relevant authorities to release my payment.

                  Here I would like to know when I haven't marked the email to your generic customer care email id [protected]@dhfl.com then howcome I have received the reply from this id ?

                  Moreover this mail says "YOU WILL RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION WITHIN 2 TO 3 MONTHS"...this is really surprising, On what basis you can give the timeframe of 2-3 months ?

                  I want some person to speak to who can give me appropriate resolution so called replies which seems to be automated but they are not.

                  This is to bring to you kind notice that despite of so many follow ups thru email and phone I have not received my refund till yet. Till now I was getting response that due to court orders DHFL can't make any payment, whereas as per my knowledge court had restrained DHFL for making payment to their other Creditors wherein I am not the Creditor of DHFL.

                  I had a Refund which Cholamandalam has given to DHFL to return back to me an which is still with DHFL and they are not paying me giving me above mentioned reason.

                  Now as per news dated Nov 14, 2019, 07.16 AM IST //economictimes.indiatimes.com/articleshow/72042773.cms?utm_source=contentofinterest&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=cppst which says that Bombay High Court has allowed DHFL to make payments, Still when I spoke to Mr. Pomil Sehgal he told me that these order are only for making payments to banks and NBFC's.

                  Earlier where order of restraining DFHL for making payments I had been told that my case also falls in same category, not after orders of making payment I am being told that therse order are only for Banks and NBFC's.

                  Kindly look into the matter and release my refund.

                  I have gone through the ruling in which Court has restrained DHFL from paying to any unsecured creditors, during this duration, Since I am not a creditor of DHFL and the excess premium have been refunded by Cholamandlam to DHFL, now it’s the responsibility and onus of DHFL to pay me back the amount that they have received from Cholamandlam on my behalf.

                  I would urge you to please take this matter urgently and instruct relevant authorities to release my payment

                    Actually i missed/forgot the emi amount for september month 10th date.

                    Once i received a remember the call from dhfl then immediately i paid the emi amount with penalty amount on 12 sep and 14 sep, but your people again presenting the ecs emi on 16 sep... So that ecs amount again bounce...

                    Please see the attachment of the account statement for september month.

                    This issue already explained to all your staff and tele caller but again and again they make call me and tortured...

                    Actually you should give me compensation for wrongly presented ecs...

                    So stop this stupid action...

                    I am transferring my home loan from DHFL to other bank. But today that other bank said that they will not accept any balance transfer from DHFL because DHFL don't have any of the customer's original submitted documents with them.

                            Hello, i have a fixed deposit with dhfl, non-cumulative quarterly interest scheme, maturing on 18 november 2019. The fdr number is 787459. The deposit amount is inr 47000. I received my last quarterly interest on 30.09..2019.
                            There is disturbing news about dhfl. All premature fd withdrawals were stopped many months back. Even repayment of fd on maturity stopped from 1st october 2019. Since i am supposed to submit my fdr certificate 15 days before maturity, and i need the money very urgently on maturity on 18 nov 2019, i need clear information and instruction from dhfl highest authorities about redemption of my total fd amount (Rupees 47000 plus accrued interest on 18 nov).
                            My attempt to get clear information about my fd money through company's customer care number has been useless so far. Therefore, i am lodging formal complaint through this forum for quick and satisfactory response from dhfl highest authority. You must attend to your fd investors who reposed faith in your company through years.

                                  I had a loan with dhfl which was closed 3 months back. Ideally it shouldn't take more than 30 working days to release the original documents and has it over to the customer. I have been chasing them since 2 months and all i get to know is that their server is down. What bloody server does not work for 3 months. I have been loosing on my insurance money as well as dcb bank will not let me request for money refund until i present them loan...

                                  I am an existing customer of dhfl home loan, avail a loan at a 8.70% floating rate.in last 1.5 years my rate is revised no of time and now it is 9.92. Whenever the rplr increase the rate of interest increase but whenever it decrease that time rate of interest is not decrease. Very very poor service from dhfl.
                                  On 1st oct 2019, rbi has declared to decrease the rate of interest but even also dhfl has not decrease

                                    Please accept our heartfelt condolences on the untimely demise of Late Mr. Ashok Babu Daddala.

                                    We wish to inform you that your claim has been admitted against certificate of insurance number DHFLHL057798. The total sum payable as per the policy is Rs. 1057208/-, amount of Rs. 975779/- has been paid to Master Policy Holder towards the settlement of outstanding loan and remaining balance of Rs. 81429/- has been paid through NEFT in favor of Sharada D being the nominee under the policy on 05-Sep-2018.

                                    Request you to please check with bank for more information"

                                    We got this email on 28th September, 2018. As per above, My mother (nominee) didn't get refund amount of Rs. 81429/-.However loan amount is waived off .When I asked the same to customer care, they told to contact Kurnool branch office.

                                    At Kurnool branch office, they asked my mother bank account statement to check refund amount. We have given complete bank statement and asked them to issue refund amount as amount is not credited into bank account

                                    Till now we did not receive any amount Please help and solve the problem
