My disbursement is kept on hold with a reason that DHFL is facing problems and not releasing loan amounts for anyone.

It's been more than 9 months.

I'm stuck with this and on the other hand, the builder is charging me interest for the delay in payment.

It's very disappointing from DHFLs end.

The relationship manager says to call the contact only customer care no.

No one give responce in office.

    Myself sk sazid ali applied for homeloan & approved on july 2015 against loan id 00042126. After this, trying to apply for pmay as per my eligibility but the brunch executive (Kallamandir, kolkata, wb) mr. Govindo ignoring the matter. Called up several times & visited but they avoiding the same with excuse. Finally on nov'18 received call from branch mr. Soumen dutta, who asked for submit related documents. As suggested, it was submitted on 12.12.2018 at branch office after 2 nos form fill up. After one month of document submission, i tried to connect with mr. Soumen but always he told "pls wait, will update you the status". I connect with dhfl customercare but they also replied it is under process. After one month, when i further connect with customer care, same reply.

    Then i escalated the matter to nodal officer on 25.02.2019 through mail. Further they require another documentation which was fulfilled by me but still there is no such improvement seen in this matter. I am in doubt that weather they process the application under pmay or not because after submit all require docs i sent two reminder mail to nodal desk but they not replied single time. Till now, same recorded reply from customer care still being uttering "your application is under process". There is no time freim or timeline.

    After all this loosening hope, finally sent mail to ceo desk on 17.05.2019 but suprisingly there was no difference even they not bother to reply on my mail.

    Overall a bitter experience due to iresponsibility of branch executives & unprofessional approach towards customer. It is very unfortunate that dhfl having useless customer support team who are not bother to reply against customer mail.

      It's a very disappointing experience with dhfl and in spite of mailing to [protected]@dhfl, nodal officer and even ceo is not helpful to get my part disbursement and the branch sales manager says it's on hold with a reason that dhfl is facing problems. It's been more than 2 months.

      While the builder is putting immense pressure and has been talking about cancellation of entire transaction.

      Who should be held responsible for this?

      I have mailed more than 10 times along with all the details, screenshots etc.

      Communicating to customer service and resolving closing this complaint IS NOT THE SOLUTION.
      I bought a flat.. Home loan taken from dhfl. From 2017.. After Nov 2018 again again rlpr rate increase and so horrible..emi amount increase 3 times. I think that a to probability to other bank... .

        Hi,

        I am visiting my home branch for around 7 months for the remaining amount of my loan.

        They have been giving me the same reply that we will disburse next month.

        Here are the details of the loan:
        Application no: 01570119
        Loan code: 00002060

        Customer service is pathetic. They give the below reply to all my emails.

        "in this regards, we would like to inform you that we will be communicating to you proactively upon receipt of confirmation of same.

        We would request to you that kindly stay in touch with our branch sales manager for further assistance on this matter."

        Please help me get the remaining amount.

          I am vijay tiwari from rewa madhya pradesh and my loan generate but i can't recieved payment from your company due to disburse issues but my emi start months vise and deduct my account and one time insurance premium also deduct by ac.
          So, we want to refund my deduct emi rs 22222/- three continues installment 222222*3= 66666 and on time pay rs 59580/- insurance total amount of rs 126246/- as per possible earlier and 7 days of recived of this mail other wise we go for justice.

            I am also one of the dissatisfied customers list of dhfl.

            I am chasing for refund due to me, i have several email communication with dhfl response, nodal office etc. But no one is responding with the exact facts. Everyone is saying you complaint is in process, if there is delay of even single day they used to charge us the interest. On the flip side, are they not liable to pay interest to the customer along with penal charges as every time we have to call them, email them, follow them which obviously is time consuming & mental harassment as well.

            Below is the extract of latest email from dhfl response they again issued a complaint number after more than one & a half month.

            "dear customer,

            Thank you for writing to us.

            We refer to your concern regarding excess refund in your loan application no.01533124.in this regard, we would like to inform you that we have raised a complaint in our system and the complaint no. Is ccdis02162441. You will receive the confirmation in 21 working days.

            For further queries or clarifications, please feel free to call us at[protected] or write to us at [protected]@dhfl.com.

            Looking forward to many more opportunities to be of service to you.

              Dhfl dont accept cheque from 25 th to 31 date of month,

              On 28/05/2019,
              I visit dhfl surat branch to deposit payment to foreclose loan but branch told me that they can not accept payment from 25 to 31 date of month,
              They told me that they will cut next month installment,
              In foreclosing latter they already taken interest up to 31 may 2019,
              Why they can not accept payment even i want to close account on 28 may 2019,
              Why they can cut next month installment, even they already calculate interest up to 31 may 2019 in foreclosing latter

                Respected sir/madam,

                I have taken home loan from dhfl in january 2013. I have been paying my emi regularly from jan 2013. This month due to personal reason my emi got bounced. Dhfl recovery department without giving any notice or email, sent an agent on 23rd may 2018 to my residence in evening 6:45 pm (Photo attached) and he threatened and abused me. I asked him to inform me his name and provide me the detail, but he refused and went on threatening and abusing me endlessly. He demanded to provide the money right away. I informed him the date of payment and ready to pay the fine and interest to the bank, but he didn't listen and kept on abusing me. I also have recording of the recovery agent of threats and abuses, but cannot be shared because of inappropriate language used by him.

                My question to rbi is
                1. Why the dhfl recovery agent is not providing their name when asked and keep on threatening and abusing me.
                2. Why even after informing the agent the date of payment and that we are ready to pay the fine and interest as per dhfl rules, keep on threatening and abusing me.

                Can you please let me know under which law of banking does the dhfl has right to threaten and abuse me.

                As a law abiding citizen, i request you to kindly do justice with me and help me in this case.

                I am uploading the image of the person who had came to my house threatening and abusing me.

                I am sharing my email id for correspondence as i am afraid that if i share my mobile no., i might get threatening calls from the bank or from the recovery agent.

                  I want the rest of the loan approval disbursement amount to be disbursed.

                  Fyi i visited the branch and the manager and team are telling full disbursements are under hold.
                  Dhfl needs to disburse all the approval amount when they are debiting the full emi amount for me, this is a very bad practice.

                  Please disburse the full pending amount for which i am already paying the full emi for.

                  Please make the final disbursement. I am awaiting for the loan amount. I am paying the full EMI despite pending disbursements. This is unlawful acts from DHFL.

                    Have an on going loan from dhfl from august 2018. I still have not received pmay subsidy till now. On asking dhl they just vaguely say that my file has been submitted to the NHB there is delay from govt not our side.
                    They are not even providing me any proof/ acknowledgement that file has been really submitted or not.
                    Please look into this matter. They are blaming govt. for this. I have asked them to follow up with NHB there is no response to this further.

                          A plot loan of 14 lakhs was availed by me. At the in initial stage, an amount of 60 thousand was debited towards insurance. The rate of interest was 10.5 percent. Subsequently, they offered me for reduction of interest by 2 percent if i but one lic product. I bought dhfl premica and on payment of additional 2900, the rate of interest as reduced to 8.7 percent. After 8 months, the rate of interest has been increased to 12.45 percent from 8.7 percent. During the course of disbursement of loan, they have also harassed. They charged different types of levies with higher rate.

                            My name is pratik deshmukh mob. No [protected] e-mail id deshmukh. [protected]@gmail.com, very very very poor service provided by dhfl. I took a home loan from dhfl and they harass a lot during sanctioning the loan charging processing fees much more than any other bank and many more hidden things in loan which we come to know after sanctioning the loan. And after sanctioning the loan they increase rate of interest within 2 months. So shocking and horrible. Worst service my lone no is 00044200 lone amount 1200000/- date of lone taken june 2018. Now till date dhfl sanction only 1118915rs. Present problem remaining amount not sanction. & i was facing lots of problem from my contractor because i am not able to pay him remaining payment.

                              Very very cheater bank. They are regularly increasing the intrest rate and without informing me they have increased my tenure, how? It is twenty years loan (240 months), this year when i got the pmay and i checked my statement it is 317 month loan.
                              1st month i paid 25256 emi, the principal amount is 4009 rupees. After 22nd month, i checked, the principal amount, they are deducting is 1637 rs, rest is intrest.
                              I will switch my loan. Advice everybody never take loan from dhfl. There company is in loss, and they are making money from us. My contact number by which you can check [protected] (Srishti sharma)

                                This is not included in t&c, i have talked to customer care regarding but my problem was not solved.

                                  I, Laxmi Ashok Ghosh closed my home loan in December 2018 . My loan Application No 01184385 and that time they had told they will refund the Cholamandalam Insurance amount in February 2019. I waited for 3 months

                                  So again in 27th March 2019, I visited the Dahisar Branch and they assured you will get the amount before 26th April as already Cholamandalam has credited in DHFL account. But yet DHFL has not credited in my account.

                                  Priya Udaiyar from Dahisar Branch asked on 23rd April again for scanned cancelled cheque, which i mailed immediately. But after that no response .
                                  After that I have written twice but no response from their end. Everytime DHFL response team writes, will get back to you.

                                  I am feedup writing to them and visiting them . No one picks up on the landline number also. I am working woman, cant take leaves everytime.
                                  Pl. take necessary action against them.

                                    Dear Team We are very up sate about high interest rate charging by DHFL, i have take home loan @9% in jan 18 but now its increased to 10.22 without my knowledge,

                                      I have taken a housing loan fro DHFL 3 years back. Right from the beginning i.e., Processing the application to till date, I am totally unhappy with their services. I faced numerous problems and have to spent lot of money unnecessarily. For instance they made me to register the documents twice with the Registrar of companies.

                                      The most important part of it, even after the payment of EMI in time, they always send reminder and threatening messages, which is very irritating.

                                      The staff response to our calls is very poor. They never consider the age of the customer and attitude is worst. First of all they never attend the phone calls. Sometimes I feel regretful for taking loan from them. Frequently they raise the rate of interest without RBI circulars.

                                      They never send the EMI statements and their online service is very poor.

                                        I have taken loan for construction from jodhpur branch, but after some partial payment i am not receive rest of amount from last 8 months.
                                        there is no satisfied answer from your branch.
                                        i have to give payment of construction company and to complete rest of work of my home.
                                        Kindly arrange to inform local office to send the installments without further delay. Progressing of my house construction very much affected. Because of this really I am getting stress and disappointed. Please do the needful at the earliest.
                                        i am in a big problem. so plz do some thing.
