I had put request for copy of chain of agreement on 14th June and was told to call back on 29th or 30th June to collect from Dahisar office.
Even after 25 days they do not know the status of my request.
Had escalated the issue with their Nodal officer but till now have not received any reply.
Today on 8th July after calling to customer care they said the status will be known only on 13th July.
They have such unprofessional people and system because of which customer keeps suffering.
If by any reason the emi is delayed even by one day the very next day the recovery person will come asking for the payment as if the default has been done for number of months. ( Happened to me in month of June 2019 ). For recovery they have proper system in place but for the customer requirement they do not have system.

        Hi,
        I have taken the loan in dhfl and they proceed me to take the insurance policy this dhfl with ecs as a compulsary option for insurance premium also. I accepted and taken the policy also now this is 3rd year the policy premium due date is falls on 31 july 2019. But i got a message that the premium amout will be debited on 1st july 2019. I called dhfl customer care, and other persons in the dhfl office, no one having proper answer for this. Before premium due date they are collecting the amount. Its nearly 30 days. Now i didnt have money for the premium. If ecs got processed it will get bonused for insufficient funds and the bank and dhfl will charge for that. What is the solution for this. If this is the case at the end of my policy if its 10 years dhfl is collecting premuim before 1 month every year. So my policy period will be 11 years. By this we can find how much dhfl is earning. Try to solve this

          I have taken a loan in dec 2017 for 180 tenure period & emi 52, 000/ month. Regular payment is done, credit score is good. Due to this good credit score everytime they increase interest. As of now my tenure period is 178. That means i paid nearly 10 laks for what purpose?
          No one answers properly. Once i missed emi, so much torture over calls & people even visit house to recover!!!. Hell out of this dhfl. Decided to sell my house or transfer to another bank. Wrong choice that made in my life is the selection of dhfl.

            My loan code 00002740 dhfl is really has very pathetic service in all aspect it’s been around more than 6 years and i took home loan and i was paying the emi on time and after that due to financial problems i could not pay the emi months of june however i made payment for next month’s but you’re recovery team (Hafta vasuli this hindi language) harassment my mom & dad if not pay amount for in a week lock door my in house. Why lock this door? I am only one emi bounce why locking this door my in house? Why notice updated in my door? Please remove the notice my door otherwise i am take compliant for rbi. My emi bounced 17576 and your notice board mentioned amount 35152 please confirm 35152 which amount mentioned in notice board? This bank & recovery (Hafta vasuli team) harassment my family last one week this senior citizen person she told this guy i am pay amount next month’s but your recovery (Hafta vasuli team) daily routine my in house & harassment my family note: - as per rbi rules three cheque bounces customer so take legal action this bank.

            Respected rbi my only question is that for just 01 emi bounce how dhfl can send a notice to my house and threatened my family and malign my name. Can you please let me know under which law of banking does the dhfl has right to threaten me and my family that too just for 01 emi bounced?

            As a law abiding citizen, i request you to kindly do justice with me and help me in this case.

            & please update the issue on urgent basis. Take action for youer collection officer team, this team is educate? Ya 10th class. First of all one EMI bounced why notice update my door? I am not 3 EMI bounced as per RBI guidelines. Take remove the notice my door immediately. I am pay bounced EMI for next week and which 35212 which amount mentioned in notice board? This next month's EMI amount add? Why add this amount my monthly EMI pay 10 date why this amount updated notice board? Why harshment my family for next week? I am out of Mumbai I am not use mobile why harshment my family? I am only one EMI not paid this collection team harshemnet? Already told this team I am pay amount next months why daily routine my in house and harshemnet my family?

The money was in the bank account and the signatures was also same there was no mistake of mine side as the punjab national bank also refunded my charges because it was not my fault check the attachment.                   I have submitted all the documents for availing the benefit of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). Got a response on 5th January, 2019 from the bank stating that my application has been forwarded to the concerned department and will get a response within 7 working days. Till now no response has come. When I followed up they are saying now that application pending due to non-submission of documents. Response from DHFL is very poor, no accountability & responsibility. Irrelevant questions they ask without having some common sense. I have sent them the documents again today. Please ask them to process the request at the earliest.

                    Have taken my loan disbursement almost 9months ago still i have not received any pmay subsidy. EVEN AFTER PLACING COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS THERE IS NO RESPONSE.
                    Costumer care is not responding properly over mail and calls. Just making me fool since last 5 month that you will son get the subsidy. They are just saying that my file has been uploaded on the portal and we cannint do anything further regarding this. On asking the proof they say they cannot give any aknowledgement or anything. They are fooling their customer. Even interest rates has been increased twice evn after RBI has reduced the rates.
                    Hope this time they resolve the issue.

                        As guided by Chennai Office, I went to Pondy DHFL Branch to collect my documents, on 04.06.2019.
                        At the entrance itself, without showing the documents, they asked me to pay the DOCUMENTS keeping / Storage money Rs.2000/- plus GST totalling Rs.2360/-

                        I paid Rs. 2, 360/- vide receipt no 1379318 dated 04.06.2019.

                        They asked me to produce aadhar card of mine and co-applicant (N.Shanthi, My wife) for which I obliged.

                        But while scrutiny Page Nos. 14, 15, 16 (3 pages) were found missing from ORIGINAL SALES DEED.

                        The amount was paid to Mr.Selvaganesh. He was not able to trace the missing documents. Then Mr.Iyappan (i think so) came and tried to convince me without giving any authenticated statement, Even I wrote that three pages are missing, in the copy of NOC, PONDY DHFL Personnel refused to give any type of acknowledgment for missing documents. After half an hour Manager came and told that he will contact Chennai Office and back, as documents received from Chennai. Hence, I turned back without receiving the documents but paid the fees for documents keeping charges.

                        I requested via email on 06.06.2019 to release my entire documents immediately as I paid all dues to DHFL without any default including the documents storage fee.

                        Identity and permanent address proof of all the applicants

                        Copy of Bank statement/passbook reflecting loan closure payment amount

                        Customer Service Hours
                        Monday to Friday -10:30 AM- 4:30 PM
                        Branches will remain closed on all Saturdays of the Month

                        Below mentioned charges will be applicable towards your original loan document retrieval and handling:

                        - For Loan up to Rs.10 Lac: Rs.1, 000 + GST

                        - For Loan above Rs.10 Lac: Rs.2, 000 + GST

                        - Custodial Charges of Rs.500/- + GST will be levied per month post 60 days from Loan Closure Date, in case the original documents are not collected

                        Documents not received.
                        Please don't give false statements.
                        Already I paid all fees including the documents keeping charges.
                        Once again you are sending a formal letter, as if nothing has happened, asking loan closure details and identity.

                        Once again i am giving my complaint as below:
                        1. Loan closed.
                        2. Documents keeping charges were paid. (trailing mail has details)
                        3. While scrutiny some of the documents found missing in the original sales deed.
                        4. So documents were not received from DHFL or otherwise Documents are not released by DHFL, till today, even after making the documents charges.
                        Your customer care number for existing customer is not working and your chennai office no one is there to pick up phone.

                        I am in Neyveli. So going Pondy and coming back without my house documents, is a wasteful expenditure.Already one time i suffered. To avoid the second time only I contacted your Pondy Office and came to know nothing was received.

                        Once again I request you to release my documents within 7 days. Please avoid any delaying tactics. Hope DHFL will not force me to get my documents through legal.

                        Till date no fault on my side, in making payments towards loan closure. As a good customer, i want to get back my documents from DHFL. Hope you will understand the sentiments.

                            You have the Worst Team under your leadership...
                            UNFORTUNATELY I own a home loan with DHFL (One of the worst Bank in Banking industry for customer)
                            I had avail a home loan one year ago with your so called customer friendly... (What rubbish) bank..
                            And the Nightmare started ...

                            * I had provided all required documents on which your team approved home loan...
                            * The Home Loan was disbursed looking at all parameters..
                            * The executive collected 4 PDC and an ECS activation Form for DHFL and from AXIS Bank... (I was informed DHFL team take 3 months for ECS activation.
                            Till now all OK in life...
                            And the inefficient team of DHFL had started actions...

                            * Once PDC got over someone who is an executive called me up and informed "Sir your ECS is not activated due to some technical reasons" (what that technical reason he must be knowing)
                            Again I needed to follow same procedure 3 PDC and an ECS form ...
                            And again same drama till PDC was over...
                            This is the third time I had given PDC and signed ECS form But...
                            Here I was alert as I could smell the team of inefficient people you have...

                            * I PERSONALLY went along with your executive to my Bank and get my signature authentication from General Manager Axis Bank (Mr. Darshan Lakhwani[protected]
                            * This time again I gave 3 PDC and a signed form of ECS with Authentication by BM with expectations that all set...

                            I forgot that I hand it over to "DUMBOS" of DHFL..

                            And again after 3 months while PDC got over same drama ...

                            *I was told your ECS form is rejected by parent branch saying signature mismatched...
                            # How can it be as with same sign 9 PDC were cleared
                            # ECS form was authicated by GM Axis Bank.
                            # I was asking the enrollment no at DHFL and nine was able to give...

                            The more is...

                            * I am getting at least 3 audio calls reminding me for ECS activation every week.
                            * I am getting at least 2 calls a day from collection department daily till I give a cheque of EMI.
                            * I am getting at least 2 calls for week between 15-30 of each month for sending someone to activate my ECS (Evey time I have agreed upon to cooperate and NONE HAS YET TURNED UP)
                            They say these calls are recorded for quality purpose and, , I am pretty confused ...
                            What the ... It's quality purpose...
                            I have cried all above detail to all customer care executive and all collection department colleague (you can very well verify that so called quality purpose recording even if you have (I am sure it's fake none does so)
                            You can check all records as they have said we are putting in on record (To my opinion they are not doing so)

                            Now at last on 31st May I could come across someone named Mr. Jaya Chandran who ensured me some will address the issue on 3rd June and get all documents signed so I should be ready with 3 PDC and to be available to my office. .
                            I strictly followed it and remained at office. You might be a BIG BOSS handling billions of RS. Finance at the same time I'm also working at the capacity of Vice President of a company a small person BUT YEAS IM THE VICE PRESIDENT WHO TAKES CARE OF CUSTOMER NOT LIKE YOUR TEAM.
                            I cancelled all my external meeting and remaiend in office to get the issue sorted out...

                            AND WITH NO SURPRISE NONE FROM DHFL TURNS UP AS EXPECTED...
                            YOUR BUNCH OF IDIOTS HAVE NO VALUE FOR CUSTOMER AND HIS TIME.

                            So I rang up again to Mr. Jaya and he put me to Mr. Rushabh and as per him...

                            * He is new to the system.
                            * He needs to understand the issue well.
                            * He ensured he would send the candidate for documents on 10 June without fail.
                            * This time DHFL team would not let me down...

                            And...
                            * DHFL team is made for letting customer down only.
                            * DHFL team is the worst team in the industry.
                            Again ...
                            * I cancelled my appointment trusting on Mr. Rushabh (check Google there is iphex in Ahmedabad and I had an appointment with some manufacturer there)
                            And as a routine I found NONE attended me till 6 p.m. on 10th June which was again expected from inefficient people of DHFL... (Sorry to say I have started doubting on leadership now)
                            I called up again on DHFL no of Mr. Jay and I was put to Ms. Seema and the same story repeated...
                            * She is new to system
                            * Mr. Rushabh had a genuine issues so he is on leave .(Is your bank system driven or an individual driven?)
                            * I would personally take care and would call you.
                            * I was put to one more colleague Mr. Jaya by Ms. Seema to explain entire issue again which I did and he said he is senior to Ms. Seema and as per Ms. Seema he is not Senior to her.(They are playing this way to customer over phone like this)
                            * My collection executive would get your documents signed

                            All Rubbish...

                            * None called me for ECS till 4 p.m. yesterday.
                            * Mr. Ashok Patel called me at 11 a.m. for EMI collection cheque. And he was given the same as usual .(Sorry to say since last three times I need to pay penalty for cheque collection with nine of my fault) and not shown in your receipt (only once shown)
                            * At 5 p.m. I got a call from Mr. Ashok Patel asking me that Do I also need ECS form to be signed?

                            I got shocked ...
                            What the hell is going on. While asking him I came to know he had got the mail by 4 only that I also needed that help...

                            What the...

                            Since last 8 months I have been crying for the same. Every time it's recorded with so called quality purpose. Everytime some record has been put in as my issue. Everytime I was ensured by your so called customer management team ...

                            You people feel...
                            *I am a NUT?
                            *I am a small person having g just 30 Lac home loan as you are busy for customers having Billions of RS loan and they want you to declare you as one of the most currupted bank...
                            * I am the free person and having no job then listening to DHFL bank inefficient Customer Service Team...

                            I am sorry that your bank failed to address Customer...

                            I have personally visited your branch at Ahmedabad at Parimal Garden and explained all above...
                            Everytime I have explained the same to each customer care officer over phone..
                            Everytime I had cooperated to All...

                            As a result...
                            I had got frustration and nothing else...
                            And by writing you I'm mentally prepared for one more frustration as usual...

                            Why should I not file a case against your bank for mental harasement?

                              I have come to know that DHFL is offering Home Loan @ 8.7 %, whereas I am paying interest @ 10.22 %. DHFL has arbitrarily increased the ROI several times in last 15 months, however not reducing when government has reduced the prime lending rate.

                              I requested DHFL several times to kindly reschedule my home loan at the current rate offered by DHFL i.e. @ 8.7% . It is very unfair trade practice on their part that they increase ROI by their own convenience as per market but not bother to reduce it without taking conversion fee from customer as the housing loan is floating one. Variation/ enhancement in ROI at regular interval seems very arbitrarily in comparison to other banks/ financial institutions and against the banking norm.

                                I RECOMMEND EVERY AND ANY HARD EARNER TO NOT PUT DHFL AS THEIR CONSIDERATION AS LOAN PARTNER WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO BUY YOUR FIRST HOME OR FOR THAT MATTER ANY PROPERTY!

                                My loan was sanctioned 6 months ago and since past 4 months not even a single penny has been released by the company and builders have made my life troublesome as they are not getting the amount on time! Worst, Now I am held liable to pay such an amount to builder in one shot which I was never prepared for and if I fail to do so, I’ll be the one who will suffer the loss!

                                I paid over a lakh in just processing fees, insurances amounts, notary et cetera and after showing nerve-wrecking patience of 4 months, the DHLF representative said they are not sure whether the company will even survive or not so its better I start looking for another bank.

                                About asking the processing fees which they took in advance, his reply was that it was non refundable!

                                Is this the way such companies do business?

                                PLEASE IF ANYONE HERE IS READING THIS AND HAVE A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM, PLEASE ASSIT ME!

                                It feels like the hard work done since past years is going in vain!

                                  DHFL is really has very pathetic service in all aspect its been around more than 3 years and i took loan and i was paying the emi on time and after that due to financial problems i could not pay the emi how ever i made payment only as per guidance from customer and branch managers even after paying online dhfl has presented the ECS and money debited from bank which is very much lose for my cbill score and need to pay to my bank and and dhfl has charged for check bounce it is fault with DHFL and i was about to transfer the loan to other bank then dhfl called me and informed will reduce rate of interest but till not reduced and increased ROI twice .and collection agent A RAJU is calling and harassing to pay the charges.
                                  i have escalated to dhfl customer care and nodal offices but no single response look how irresponsible and careless of customer issue

                                        We have taken a home loan from dhfl. Half of the amount is disbursed. We have been waiting for the remaining amount since September 15th 2018. But the amount is not yet disbursed. They have increased the interest rate 3 times from an year. They are deducting the pre-EMI, but disbursement is not done. How can they make us wait for an year for the disbursal of the remaining amount. No proper response from branch or customer service centre also.
