I am the co-applicant and please call me, do not call my husband Santhosh, as he is already irritated with your bank... I have even sent email to customer support and i am not happy with the response. Hope to have a positive response from your end.

Can I get an update.. I am not satisfied with your customer care response.
It just says that it's an agreement between borrower and the bank.. I have not agreed to pay amount as and when you wish to increase the interest rate, there should be a logic or a valid reason for you to increase, which I don't find. But even when there is decrease in the interest rate with RBI, your bank is not decreasing... please help me to decrease my interest rates...

I am not happy or satisfied with your resolution...I want your bank to reduce the interest rates for our loan account.. you can't raise the interest rates as per your wish and burden the customers..Hope I get a proper and satisfied resolution for this.

There is no customer service with your Bank... Only cheating. I even sent email to that CEO email address, no response... Then why should you have those details updated to escalate the issues...
