I have submitted the demand letter to the branch last week still its not disbursed and no one there to resolve my issue as i have been to dahisar branch, worst experience and worst service ever, even the branch manager are helpless, so far i have made all the payments on time to dhfl not even single emi is bounced, no response from nodal officer, i need solution or else i will escalate to rbi.

    Hi, i have taken home loan from dhfl with loan code 976. I have been disbursed with initial loan amount 6 months ago. I have paid 6 emis as well.
    I requested for the remaining 10% of home loan one month ago. But i have not received any updates on the disbursement of the same. I have been following up for almost a month till now and no proper answers or updates are provided. I have been paying my emi and my house rent in spite of my home being ready. Builder will not hand over my property untill the remaining amount is being disbursed. Could you kindly help me in disbursing my home loan.

      I take policy from Dhfl Primerica during taking loan in January 2018. Loan was also not received me.This policy totly diffrent which was describe me when buy it. I felt its fraud with me.             Dear dhfl

            Being holding the loan account loan ac#00043362 with dhfl where there is no delay in payment in my ecs for the loan opted
            But not for this month receiving the call from backend team bombay by name mohit chauan from the number [protected], threatening for payment and saying that ecu from my account is not updated where i need to pay this month emi via cash and he will assign one of his executive for collection.
            While saying to call to my branch he is giving the message that this will repeat if i do not agree to pay in cash asap. For which he said he will call for an update

            This call is coming to my mobile as well to my office landline and is bothering me along with my colleague

            This is somehow playing with my image in the organization if this is the case i need to file legal action with dhfl

              I'm diksha sajnani w/o yogendra sajnani living in jhansi up. My husband is an loco pilot in railway in jhansi. My husband purchased a plot (1800 sqft) in lahargird behind jay academy school in 2015. For this he had got loan n mourgaged the papers of the plot in dhfl. Plot is registered on my name means registry of the plot is of my name. Sir my husband is not paying the instalments from 2018 because of our personal family problems. He gave a notice by his lawyer to the bank that as i and my wife is not living together n i'll not going to pay the rest of amount of the loan because of our dispute. Bank can sell or do auction for his balance amount n kindly deposit the rest of the amount in my account.

              Sir! As i'm coapplicant of the loan n as i'm facing personal problems created by my husband. I've filed domestic violence, dawry, maintenance (125) cases against my husband.

              Sir as my husband is loco pilot n can pay the instalments but intentionally for teasing me he is not paying this. Kindly cooperate me n send me the bank statement from 2015 to 2019 and the notice sended to my husband for the auction of my plot plz.

              Sir! As i'm willing to pay the amount but i'm facing financial crises by selling the plot i can pay the amount but without notice of the auction of my plot by the bank i can't sell this. Kindly send me the auction notice n statement too.

                I took home loan in Lodha Palava from DHFL bank and till now 2 Loan Part Payment already paid but final amount is pending for disbursal. Till now i have paid 6 Pre Emi installments which is around 80K and Principal amount is still not deducted a penny. When i asked about pre emi DHFL people asking that we have disburse amount and we are charging simple interest. We are paying rent and pre emi and lodha palava is asking final payment or they will charge penalty to us. Kindly support us.
                My Loan Account in DHFL is 00009907. They make our situation suicidal state.Please help us. Modi Govertment kindly look here also and solve our issue.

                  I have closed my loan by paying the complete amount to dhfl. Also, my last cheque of emi was cleared in the last month on 10 feb 2019.

                  I just wanted to know, when i can collect my original documents from the thane branch.

                  I sent an email on "closures. [protected]@dhfl.com" to get the details but haven't received any reply. Two days later again i sent reminder email but still no reply. I was calling on their thane branch number[protected]/59 but both numbers are doesn't exist.

                    Don't want the rest of the loan approval disbursement amount.
                    Please start the emi, instead of preemi,

                    Fyi full disbursements are under hold and under pre emi only interest is deducting avoiding principal amount.
                    Dhfl looting customer without starting the emi and running on pre emi which is a very bad practice.

                    Please start the emi amount from the next debit cycle.

                            While bank is offering new home loan on less rate of interest.
                            Their customer care executive told me that after completing of 1 yr of home loan, rate of interest will be reduced.

                                I applied for for home loan in 2018 sanctioned amount is 22lacs, 2 installment received 8lac + 5 lacs, 3rd installment not given neither accepting forms saying that dhfl is in huge loss so no further amount will be disbursed.

                                2 months they have been assuring that next... Week will be disbursed after 2 months they refusing that by saying "dhfl is in huge loss so no further amount will be disbursed" the moment what i have to do not getting, also deposited my property document with dhfl, and till now 7 premium paid.

                                Now my house work has been stopped and i be came big financials crisis.

                                Facing big losses:
                                1. Material and man power supplier fined 2 lacs due to non paying his amount on time.
                                2. Paying premium against 12 lac / month,
                                3. Unable to apply other banks also.

                                    This finance company is pathetic and people would work there specially the face (Customer service) think it’s their fathers co and when u call them or visit their offices they will respond to you as if they are robots and for everything you ask them or say they will have only one ans which is (No sir, it is our company policy), i requested them to reduce my interest rate and was ready to pay the charges, however they responded they can’t do it, so then i requested foreclosure letter so that i can work with some other bank for which they said it will take 15 working days for which i questioned them and they said it is our policy and within these time will try to retain the customer for which i said i am the customer and i am visiting you personally and does not want to work with you and i am not sure how you will retain me as you are not ready to lower my interest rate wherein other banks are happily doing it for their customers with interest rate as low as 8.5-9% and you are charging me 11.5% which is way above and you expect your customer will not leave you.

                                    So coming back to the foreclosure letter they i did receive the letter i mean i had to visit their office again after 15 days for which they charged 500 rs plus some additional charges and added it back to my loan amount when i was ready to pay cash which is again a kind of cheating customer by adding that amount to your loan rather then taking cash, today again i am in a situation and requested re-issueance of foreclosure letter as i failed to work with other bank when i initially had asked for the foreclosure letter, again i got a response saying it will take 15 days and we cannot re-issue it has to be a fresh request, seriously do you think in today’s world which is growing fast, digital and everything is available handy and you still want us to wait for 15 days for a paid service.

                                    This is the only reason why dhfl is now seeing sunset with all this scams, there has to be an action taken against them.

                                    It took so long for you guys to respond and now U want me to wait for another 2days for the foreclosure letter, I know your trick as you want to take another emi which is due on the 10th and after which you will happily give me the letter with a condition that the payment should be done before 25th or else you won’t accept the same, this is really so frustrating and sick, there has to be a strict action taken against DHFL.

                                    I had requested below 3 documents:
                                    1) Repayment schedule which I did receive on the email that I sent.
                                    2) List of documents which I received during the call when they wanted to know the reason why I wanted to foreclose.
                                    3) Foreclosure letter which is not received until today.

                                    And I think you don’t read the complaints properly will appreciate if you can read my complaint and then respond, my major cornern was foreclosure letter which takes more then 15 working days and you know what even after complaining on this portal you have done the same thing because I complained on 27th of Feb and look at the date today.
                                    Look at the attached as I mentioned on the 9th they just wanted another EMI where they can eat interest and don’t care about their customers this is the service they provide, there is no reason why any bank or an financial co will not provide foreclosure letter to their customers but DHFL is exception they take 15 working days and finally when they give the foreclosure letter they will put a condition saying payment needs to be made before 25th or else they will not accept etc etc

                                        I took a loan from dhfl in may 2017, and they set up an ecs for the 10th of every month. I objected to it, but they didn't take any action. My salary never comes before 10th of the month, and due to my other responsibilities i am not able to save enough amount in the previous month to pay their emi on time.
                                        I asked them a number of times to adjust the date of my ecs from 10th to 17th or 18th of the month but they don't care about it. Almost every month ecs bounces and i have a pay 560 rs bounce charges as extra. I consider this as harrassment of the consumer and request consumer court to initiate an action against dhfl regarding this.
