A person name mr mangesh rane from collection department called me regarding my non payment of just 1 hl emi. He started abusive language and threaten to kill me if not make the payments on time. I want you guys to take strict action against him right aways.

Do dhfl endorse such kind of behaviour towards their customer?

I want dhfl to apologise for this behaviour and terminate that employee instantly.

When last year my builder gave oop (Offer of possession) i summited that to dhfl but dhfl said can't disburse as disbursal to jaypee is on hold. After that i had long discussion with dhfl officials and they agreed that i take care of oop demand and registry amount will be paid by dhfl. Being middle class it took me 1 year to arrange money and clear oop demand of builder.

Now when i submitted stamp duty disbursement request to dhfl gurgaon office on 1 feb 19. They assured in 1 or 2 week it will be done but till now i have no idea what's going on. First few days customer care number was also not working. I wrote email they ask me to visit branch, when i visit branch they ask to connect to customer care. I wrote to nodal officer also but on my mail to nodal officer customer care responded saying will revert on proactive basis but its being 4th day since that email but no response till now from dhfl, please help me.

I have already taken admission of my ward in school near to my going to be new home in noida sector 151. My son has autism and getting him admission in any good school is very difficult and no response from dhfl is mounting pressure on me and family. My son's school is starting from april and builder will not give key's of house until registry amount is paid and registry work completed.

Once again i request please help me, i have invested everything to give my family a home but despite of all honesty and no default side, i am just pushed here and there.

As per rbi guidelines, customer can transfer home loan to any other financial institution. For the same how the dhfl is charging let me explain in detail

I have taken home loan from dhfl for 18 lacs, 6 months back and for that 18 lacs - 33000/- dhfl pramerica insurance (Only applicable to dhfl home loan and you cannot transfer) and 5300/- dhfl general insurance

I have sales person and he don't have proper answer for foreclosure of loan.

Approached customer care and the given below answer
For above 10lac (Sanctioned amount not disbursement) document retrieval charges 2000+ gst and 500 fee + gst - i don't why 2000+gst for retrieval document (Only agreement of sale). And for this also i said okay

Coming to main insurance

For dhfl general insurance (5000/-), you can transfer/apply to transferred home loan also - but whom to approach no answer and dhfl general insurance customer care[protected] long waiting period still it will not connect to phone banking officer.

Now dhfl pramerica insurance, you cannot transfer and you need to cancel this and the cancellation charges is approximate 40%, here is my main problem started. First thing insurance is not mandatory but dhfl charged without giving any policy number or document or t&c. Now you people are charging 40% for transferring the home loan and you are indirectly demanding the customer and it was not fair. And you can contact my number [protected]

Sorry to say my experience with dhfl branch chhindwara (M. P.) is very bad.
My last payment of home loan is pending from last 2 months.
That issue occurred before 4 months ago. Till no disbursement and they (Chhindwara branch) telling to wait for couple of months.. Disbursement paid after 4 months.
Dhfl chhindwara your customer service center also no idea of disbursement start.
I called your branch but they replied me "we can't do anything and if you want plz change the bank"
What the unprofessional answer they given. And why i give a interest of 5 months which paid.
Till today i paid 5 months extra interest. I am mailing 3 times to dhfl but no reply till today.

Till today my last installment not pay. And you chhindwara branch give no ans for this. They only told no idea.

I already have one home loan in dhfl and above that i have asked loan for re-inovation purpose branch manager told that we will get loan within 1 month and i have applied for loan on 01/08/2018 and loan sanction letter i got on 01/10/2018.Still i have not yet received single payment from dhfl. Am keep on tracking this from last 6 month the branch manager blaming on company and i have contacted to head office also from there also no response.Manager giving assurance from last 6 month and we started to re-inovation work by taking money from others now they are telling application rejected and need to create fresh application form.Processing fees and everything given before sanctioning the loan.House is in under construction now no other banks are ready to process loan.Please do the needfull asap.

I am writing this complaint to inform two things

1. I[censored] are looking for home loan really never go for dhfl. Its really pathetic company... Prefer to stay on raod but never go for loan from dhfl

They r simply fraud, dont have standerd process.

2. I[censored] r already having loan with dhfl and looking for loan transfer.. Please please please verify insurance amount that will be deducted. They simply eat all u r money

3 dont understand how they can stop disbursement in between

4 there customer support and branch staff is pathetic. They just ask cuatomer to move from main branch to home brach

5 customer support do not have any idea for anything. Always giving same reason server is down

The bank sanctioned first installment. Rs 1075435.00 but i received only rs750000.00 and on top of that deducted rs30000.00 for life insurance. Taking all the matter and fees i received net rs 680000.00 only and now i have completed my lintel work 3months ago they are not releasing second installment. What a pity on my part and a loot in dhfl part.
Hope other will learn from my worse experience with dhfl house loan and their staff.
I have email my complaint reguraly to the higher authority but no one seem to care.
May god help from these loot.

I have loan in dhfl but i require online statement for tax purposes so i try for new registration or fill all mandatory information or verify email with us but not registered me for login hang all do things can possible to send email of my loan account to my email is such kinds of problem create or every person not time to visit your office for hard copy

But dhfl coustomer care wale char mahine aise hi tarka rahe hai. Please you take action next day agar ye kal payment nahi karte hai to. Apse se umeed hai. Apne inke coustomer care ko likh diya. Jo muje char mahine se tarka rahe hai. Dhanya modi goverment. Dhanya unka department. Apne bhi vahi kiya. Mera case utha dhfl coustomer care ko bhej diya. I do not like yr action.

Maine DHFL branch moradabad se application no 01803745 par 22 lakh hone loan . Section karaya tha. 15 lakh 50 hazar dene ke baad 5 mahine se payment nahi diya.
6 lakh 50 hazar bal hai . Kripya pura loan dilwane ka kast kare.
5 mahine se ve muje bal loan nahi de pa rahe hai. Please ensure to pay and help me.

My loan sanctioned before seven months but till m not getting payment from d h f l. Its very tough time for me because when ever i m asking them about loan they are making excuses. When i applied for loan d h f l home loan there agent convinced me to get money in between three weeks. Now he is saying we send your partially payment report for approval.

I have taken home loan from dhfl in 2017. Initialy bank provided part payment in regular interval as construction work proceed. Now my construction work almost in completion phase dhfl stopped last disbursement amount without any reason. I ham facing lot of problem in last stage.

My construction loan approved by dhfl and i got 3.5 lack rs out off 1300000 after completing 70% construction stage.
I stopped my construction from past 2 months due to unavailability of money from dhfl. All required documents and proof of construction submitted to dhfl baramati, till no disbursement and they telling to wait for couple of months.

One of the cheap and beggar housing loan firm. Always giving false commitment. Thousands of verification and in return giving nothing.

Applied for top-up since 4 months, still waiting for the same. I m truly frustrated with the service of dhfl.

I lost my project due to delay the top-up loan, if i don't get if before 7feb 2019 will sure file police complaint against dhfl hadapsar pune branch.

Pathetic company pathetic service.

Dhfl is one of the most horrible banks to take home loan.
I have taken a home loan in august, 2018 and they increased my roi within 3 months of the loan. Also even after 5 months of my disbursement, i haven't received benefit of pmay and customer care is not even responding to my queries. They are like this is not in the hands of dhfl. Have not even got my assessment id for pmay
Please never go for dhfl.

DHFL website is not working. They ask for verification code by entereing of Email. But system does not generate any verification id at time of Customer registration.
I tried a lot of times. But no use.

Suggestion: Kindly maintain your website because if customer go to their office they never attend properly. They just know how to waste time of Customers. This company is useless. I did a big mistake by taking loan.

Subject - malpractice of making forcefully selling of life insurance and other policy against sanctioning of house loan.

Dear sir,
With due regard i want to state that my wife smt padma rawat and i as a co-applicant applied for a house loan from d. H. F. L. Bank, branch dehradun, state uttarakhand.
Before the sanctioning of loan the bank totally put a dark blanket on the insurance part and just told us its mandatory to do insurance for the security of the loan which will be too nominal and they asked to deposit 10 signed blank cheques for the repayment of loan but they used the cheques to fulfill their ill motive of forcefully buying the insurance. I am employee o[censored]ttarakhank state government an hence being state government employee i avail all the facility of government job like insurance, health insurance which has no limit etc.
A sum of rs. 28, 25, 435.00 was sanctioned for home loan for me. I was shocked to see that after sanction of loan the bank rtgs rs. 7, 50, 000.00 to my account and on the very day dhfl debited rs.30, 000.00 in the name of life insurance policy. By viewing my online account i came to know that the bank has sanctioned first installment of rs. 10, 75, 435.00 but the money the bank debited from my sanctioned amount was like this -

1-dhfl home shield - premium amount is rs. 2, 90, 489.00
2-residential property insurance - premium amount is rs. 25, 016.00
3-critical illness - premium amount is rs. 9, 030.00
4-dhfl pramerica - premium amount is rs. 30, 000.00
An aggregate total of rs. 3, 54, 535.00

See the bank ill intention, the bank siphoned of rs. 3, 54, 535.00 which is 35.00 % of my first installment. See how they are making mockery o[censored]s. We approach the bank for house loan and in turn they knowingly deducted 35% in advance and on top of that they are charging about 9.00% interest on the deducted amount also. I have lodged complaint to the bank through mail and personally meeting the bank official but all in vain.

My grievances is that-
1. I don’t want all these insurance which is of no use to me and it should be cancelled and all the deducted money should be returned to my account immediately so that i can utilize this money for my house construction purpose.
2. One time home shield premium amount of rs. 2, 90, 489.00 is not fair because against the net first installment of rs. 7, 20, 000.00. This should be on yearly basis not one time. It is burden and on top of that i have to pay interest on this sum which is not justifiable.
It is requested to your kindness to do some necessary action so that illegal deduction of rs. 3, 54, 535.00 may be remitted to my account and also the blank signed cheques of mine should be handed over to me as early as possible so that i would utilize this money and cheques for construction of my house which is held in between the malpractice of the bank.
With this mail i am sending documents regarding my house loan and insurances which was provided by the bank when i was very much disappointed by the dhfl bank branch dehradun. Not only me they have played these type of dirty tricks with my friends also and some one has to raise the voice against this malpractice of private banks. Hope that some thing good would be done by your side.
After lot of correspondence to bank they told me to submit indemnity bond which i have submitted about two months ago but all in vain

This in kn builders pvt ltd, taken home loan from dhfl navi mumbai.
At the time of taken loan your representative team has committed big things for his services and after sales services, i had received first part payment within a month, i had spend amount to build a building, after that i visited branch with demand letter to release remaining part of loan they told amount will release within 7 days but they still not release the amount near by 1 month are over
Very very disappointed...
