My name is krishnat tanaji patil. my dhfl loan code is 00009197. i have taken loan from your navi mumbai branch. and applied for pmay on 13th aug 2018. but till date subsidy not received. when im calling to customer care, they only neglecting to give proper answer and telling me to submit the documents. when i applied for pmay that time i have submitted the documents. now they are demandig the documents where i lived on rental and of my home town documents which is already on my fathers name. i have submitted the same on [protected]@dhfl.com. but they never informed me to submit this document earlier and now 5 months gone they required this documents. so as per the requisted documents are mailed to the dhfl. but stilll no result. means they are only delaying the process purposely and not submitting the documents to NHB.

THEY MAILED ME TELLING THAT YOUR FILE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO NHB BUT ONE MONTH PASSED NOT GOT ANY BENEFIT NOT GIVEN ANY NUMBER TO TRACK THE SAME, FOR PMAY STATUS IM UNABLE TO FIND THE DETAILS. SO IM CONFUSED THAT WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN, VERY DISSAPOINTED, NOT GIVING THE BENEFIT OF PMAY. NOW THE 7 MONTHS COMPLETED AND NOT GOT THE BENEFIT. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE SAME. AND CONTACT ME IF ANY CLARIFICATION NEED FROM MY SIDE.
