I had applied for a home loan with dhfl in 2013 and requested for a loan of 20lakh. I was told as per my annual salary of 4.5lakh i will only get a loan for 30 years and was left without a choice. I was sold a policy of 80k stating it is mandatory to do so and i cant get a loan otherwise. Since 5 years the interest rates have changed lowered by the government but my emi has never changed. After 5 years my principal is still the same and they only paid 40k towards insurance premium. I have paid 11.5lakhs so far to dhfl and notihing has been paid of towards the principal amount.
Please help me as i feel cheated and helpless.

    I am swaranita dey. I was sanctioned my loan in june. I received the first disbursement in time but now as i have started the construction, they r not giving any payment. They are telling since 2 weeks that i will get my loan amount today. But they are fakong everyday. I am getting harassed. Please help me. Even sometimes i am calling them but they are not receiving the calls. Already before one of the branch in bardhaman tried to harass me by their behavior which included unwanted phone calls from technical staffs. Is it that since i am a girl i am facing all these things? If i wont get the loan, they must tell me. I want your help as i am feeling that they are not co operative because i am a girl.

      My loan number with DHFL is BNG31105 this was for my property in Bangalore Whitefiled is from Ittina Builder. I have bought this property in 2008 on loan. After buying the property we got to know that few flats in this property including mine are under mortgaged with KVB and builder can't give us NOC and bank released the loan without any checks and balances. Everyone from other banks got their NOC and this is the only bank which didn’t take any action against the builder as they had setup with the builder. While we have the possession of the house I was stuck with home loan and also inability to liquidate it if required.
      I have been paying very high interest and I was not able to even switch the loan to other bank. This has caused me years of stress and impacted my professional and personal life badly. I had to take the hard decision to stop the EMI in between but I was arm twisted and promised by DHFL on their actions against builder and continue with the loan.

      Now I have been asking them to help close the loan it's been last 6 month following with them for settlement and I have paid more in interest then the disputed amount they charged.

        Dhfl agreed to keep my Home loan at 9.5% September 2014 right after Pradhan mantri aawas yojna announced... when I requested to switch my loan to a different bank. They made me to write a request letter stating the same as above. They promissed that their revised loan payments and interest rate will be communicated to my communication address which is the property address itself. They never did anything on my intrest rate rather hey increased it beyond 11. 5% without my consent. When confronted for the same nobody replied after repeated follow up. They said we have sent you the rejection of interest revision to your communication address. They purpously sent it to the address when I had applied for loan, where as they started sending all communication to the previous address about any increase in my interest rate. They never activated my ECS an they kept on sending their employee to collect check for payment. After several remainder nobody turn up to address the issue. 1 month back when I tried to access my account online I was able to see my details where as Dhfl kept on repeating that you couldn't receive any email because we never had your email I'd. Please help as its a huge sum they have charged me towards interest which should have gone towards my principal.
        My current principal shows close to 177500 which should have been close to 13 lakhs. A huge amount of money being eaten without my knowledge. Today I filed an online complaint in consumer court. I will go all the possible way to drag to the civil court also.
        Please advice how to proceed.

            My disbursement is kept on hold with a reason that DHFL is facing problems and not releasing loan amounts for anyone. It's been more than 90 days I'm stuck with this and on the other hand, the builder is charging me interest for the delay in payment. It's very disappointing from DHFLs end.

            First, they increased the interest rate from what was promised before taking a loan and not they are charging me pre-emi by not disbursing the complete amount. No point calling contact center as they have no power to resolve and inform you, all they say is contact your relationship/loan provider agent.

            The relationship manager says to call the contact center for info. I'm stuck between these guys.

            Disbursement is stopped but DHFL is very proactive to charge and deduct the Pre EMI from your bank account. It feels miserable by choosing DHFL. I'm amused how Mr. Shahrukh Khan endorses such a brand with no value to its customers. Pathetic experience till now.

            @DHFL If I don't get a resolution within a couple of days I'm gonna go viral on social media.

            I had apply the home loan from dhfl at 18 lakh from 20 year. In dhfl it is crate the some issue, it was stopped the home loan service at Oct 2018, and it was committed to me your initial amount 2980 rs is refund after some day but its amount not refund .             Very disappointed with DHFL. Please let me know, when the money will be disbursed. I am getting multiple calls from builder everyday.               It's been more than 3 months we canceled the loan because of non-disbursement of the approved loan, we didn't get back our pre-emi amount of 23, 905 and cancellation letter from dhfl and other necessary documents. We sent many emails and visited many times but no use. The government needs to take necessary actions on these type of fraudulent companies to keep the society clean.

                I had applied for the housing loan in your esteemed firm for purchase of land. The loan was sanctioned on 31.08.2018. However, the pdc was not submitted by the bank official on 10 sep 18. Concerned over this, i had requested the bank authority through the agent to verify the status with the bank.                     Because of high interest rate (9.83%) i decided to foreclose (Balance transfer) my home and move to another bank with interest rate 8.70%. I have foreclosure letter dated from 8th jan 2019 to 25th jan 2019 from dhfl. Yesterday (16th jan), i presented at dhfl mehsana branch with foreclosure letter and d. D/cheque. But branch manager denied to accept it.
                    Initially branch manager was giving reason that i availed pmay subisdy. Then i argued with him that there is no rbi rule or pmay rule that no one can foreclose (Balance transfer) home loan after availing pmay subsidy. I confirmed this is not a rule with pmay office.
                    Then branch manager started to saying another reason that he sent foreclose approval application to head office 3 days back and i must need to wait until he got foreclose approval from head office. But today 17th jan and i have only 8 day remaining to expire (25th jan) my foreclosure letter.
                    This is like a trap for me. Dhfl do not want me to forclose my home loan.
                    If you are not able to accept my foreclose home loan, then just give me a reason in written on your company letter pad so i can do a legal action.

                      I'm stuck with this and on the other hand, the builder is charging me interest for the delay in payment. It's very disappointing from dhfls end.

                        My name is krishnat tanaji patil. my dhfl loan code is 00009197. i have taken loan from your navi mumbai branch. and applied for pmay on 13th aug 2018. but till date subsidy not received. when im calling to customer care, they only neglecting to give proper answer and telling me to submit the documents. when i applied for pmay that time i have submitted the documents. now they are demandig the documents where i lived on rental and of my home town documents which is already on my fathers name. i have submitted the same on [protected]@dhfl.com. but they never informed me to submit this document earlier and now 5 months gone they required this documents. so as per the requisted documents are mailed to the dhfl. but stilll no result. means they are only delaying the process purposely and not submitting the documents to NHB.

                        Very pathetic experience it's been more than a year until now didn't get PMAY Subsidy from DHFL. In between they ask for rental agreement and electricity bill of our previous rented flat which I was submitted through email and also by visiting to the branch. But unfortunately always getting the same answer that the case is in process will go in the next submission lot, I am tired by visiting to the branch and taking follow up in the mail again and again.                           I alongwith my elder brother applied for home loan in september-2018 which was approved on 29 sept and 08 oct, 2018, respectively, for which we have paid rs. 2950/- each as processing charges. After which we also gave an amount of rs. 50, 000/- sepately, to the land owner as hansel/advance after having words with dhfl sales executive for early disbursal as we have 45 days to pay the rest of the amount, to which the sales executive agreed. However, till today (10/01/2019) after 60/70 days, the processing of the application is still pending, no disburment have been made to any o[censored]s. Thus, i want to register my complaint against the same fraudulent in which they were charging processing fee by doing nothing. The processing fee was paid for the process not for its seizure.
                          Hence, i want dhfl to return the processing fee alongwith the amount paid as hansel/advance which was got seized because of their slothyness.
                          The same was also highlighted to the DHFL customer service and subsequently, escalated to the Nodal Officer and also to the CEO DHFL. But the status of the applications remains same "Not Processed". My Loan Application No is 01941433 and my brothers' Application No is 01931747. My contact details are as follows:

                            My loan code number is 8146 & till dated i have an paid all the emi 22 + 1 emi extra in same month. After many follow-up up & over the phone call with branch. But till the date extra emi haven't done the correction.

                            As well oct-2018 to dec. 5 time rate of intres has been increases with no of emi also incress instead on 300 month (25 year) tenner.
                            In the repayment statement till the date jan-2019 only 2 emi deducted from april-2017. & monthly emi increases 320.

                            There is not proper solution after call at dhfl branch & customer care - toll free number.

                                We have taken loan from dhfl 6 months back. They have taken processing fees, loan disbursement charge, insurance charge and full emi without giving full disbursement. Now in last 3 months they have increased the interest rates twice stating financial market is not so good and their cost of landing is increased.

                                When we said we cant afford this kind of hikes so its just the beginning and we have increased the least other companies in market has increased lots more and more hike is expected. Since it does not come under rbi they dont follow rbi rules also. Now we asked to return the money so they say again pay us 5% foreclosure charge. So what are they doing dont know but its a open financial fraud is happening in market.

                                    One of dhfl sales person collected all my kyc documents and processing fees. After following 100 times, he sent me loan approval with highest interest rate, but they didn't do my disbursement. I followed with them continuously. But no one responded. I went their head office 5 times to check the status. There also no one responded. Finally they told they can't disburse because of internal issue. I applied loan in an other bank. I got loan approval and disbursement with in 15 days with less interest rate (Almost 2% less than dhfl).

                                    I want my processing fees back because there internal problem is not my problem. Why i have to pay processing fees for nothing. They are telling that i duly signed application and can't return processing fees. But while taking my documents and processing fees sales person told that loan will be released with in 10 working day. That's why i gave documents to him.

                                    I want my processing fees back. Thank you!

                                    If you are not responding by Feb 10th 2019. I am going to complaint in Consumer Court and i am ready to spend some more amount to get money back and also i am going to write my review with proofs on the below websites.

                                    Last 2 months they are sending same message through mail. even auto replays also it will not come this exact. They told i duly signed and can't refund my processing fees, In that case you release my loan. You will not disburse my loan and you will not return my processing fees. you people are earning just with processing fees. If you dont have capacity to release loan, why you approached me collected my documents and processing fees. I am surely do what i mentioned in the previous message. meet you in the consumer court.

                                      A transaction amounting to rs. 24604.30 has been made by me as premium payment for my insurance policy bearing number 0545085on 10.1.2019. But i did not get any receipt for the same. I am not sure as to whether the payment has been made to the concerned company or not. However an amount of rs. 24604.30 has been deducted from my account. Hence, it is requested to supply the complete detail of the payment made to the company and provide me the receipt of the same.

                                        I alongwith my elder brother applied for home loan in september-2018 which was approved on 29 sept and 08 oct, 2018, respectively, for which we have paid rs. 2950/- each as processing charges. After which we also gave an amount of rs. 50, 000/- sepately, to the land owner as hansel after having words with dhfl sales executive for early disbursal as we have 45 days to pay the rest of the amount, to which the sales executive agreed. However, till today (10/01/2019) after 60/70 days, the processing of the application is still pending, no disburment have been made to any o[censored]s. Thus, i want to register my complaint against the same fraudulent in which they were charging processing fee by doing nothing. The processing fee was paid for the process not for its seizure.
                                        Hence, i want dhfl to return the processing fee alongwith the amount paid as hansel which was got seized because of their slothyness.
