My loan number with DHFL is BNG31105 this was for my property in Bangalore Whitefiled is from Ittina Builder. I have bought this property in 2008 on loan. dewan housing finance corporation [dhfl] disbursement issues of home loan

My disbursement is kept on hold with a reason that DHFL is facing problems and not releasing loan amounts for anyone. It's been more than 90 days I'm stuck with this and on the other hand, the builder is charging me interest for the delay in payment. It's very disappointing from DHFLs end.

First, they increased the interest rate from what was promised before taking a loan and not they are charging me pre-emi by not disbursing...

It's been more than 3 months we canceled the loan because of non-disbursement of the approved loan, we didn't get back our pre-emi amount of 23, 905 and cancellation letter from dhfl and other necessary documents. We sent many emails and visited many times but no use. The government needs to take necessary actions on these type of fraudulent companies to keep the society clean....
