Hi Team,
- My name is Rajashekhar Reddy, applied for composite loan in DHFL in Aug2018.
- My loan got approved and shown in website in Aug2018.
- Basha-FM (himayathnagar-hyderabad branch) and his team took almost 2 months to complete other rounds legal/technical.(this is after intense followups from my end)
- I have been called for disbursement procedure to himayathnagar-hyderabad branch and there I have given extra processing fee of Rs.11000/- (No receipt, said disbursement will be done in 2-4 days)
- Then the later results also not informed to me, no call pickups/no response to mails. After so many followups got to know my loan could not be processed due to rain water seen by technical team in my Plot.
- Due to these actions, I lost my plot/project due to crossing the agreement date, and dead-locked with the owner there.
- DHFL team agreed to return my extra processing fee and documents, But no response from executive Ramakrishna.
- Ramakrishna-executive have returned my documents set and said he has used my money for his personal purpose, said he will return in a week time.
- Its almost 3 months now, he is not responding and His FM is not helping to sort it out.

Please sort out and help me to get my extra money tacken for processing fee Rs. 11000/- back.
