    Got a loan in may, 2009 for 30 lakhs and paid over 42 lakhs up to this date. Our outstanding principal on the loan is 25, 543, 71. We have paid less than 5 lakhs in principal. Wow right!!

    Their customer service and managers are a joke and they repeat the same story again and again. And as others have mentioned on this company they increase interest rate or duration of the loan without notice or applicants approval. With so many complaints in this forum, this company is a perfect example how poor indian legistation works or rbi rules ignored and no consumer protection from these looters. Their emi and interest rate calculation are for their own convenience and if you think you know more about how mortgage calculation works then this company are perfect example how to cheat. I am so surprised how dhfl employees who are insiders not question such behaviors. Please you are not paid to keep your mouth shut, believe it or not you are servicing a community and it shapes its future. A simple repercussion of these experiences will result in people losing trust in startups even though the intentions are good.

    As shah rukh khan says "move into your dream home" and get your dreams shattered. I now hate shah rukh too.

    The last thing i would expect as a response to this post would be a feedback from the contact center asking me to either email [protected]@dhfl.com or call[protected]. Sorry to say this, you are not allowed to help people by your leads or managers

      It has been pathetic experience till now with dhfl. No customer care is cooperative nor the branch executive. While visiting branch there is no proper answer is given. All uploaded customer care number are invalid. Customer taking loan from dhfl has to visit branch compulsory. I just needed pending loan amount left to paid. My whole day went in vein just to connect executive. That too was not successful.
      Also there is no reply on mail which i have sent on [protected]@dhfl.com. Post registration on customer portal still i can not find pending loan amount to be paid.

      First of all there was no step taken to solve the problem from company. I have not received no call from company. Every time i have called different branches where i have got no proper response or no response at all. My email id - [email protected] My only request is I require account statement (pending amount) by not visiting branch.

        Hlo i rakesh rai has taken the loan from dhfl of branch haldwani. Worst services provided by dhfl.
        At the time of taking loan, your representative team has committed and told big big things for his services and after sales service.
        Had received first part of amount that is 2, 00, 000 from your side on 22/09/2018, within 2 months i had spend the amount to built my home. After that, i had visited the branch on 29/08/2018 and told them to release a remaining part of loan amount. They told, that the amount will be release in within two days, but they still didn't release the amount nearby 4 months are over.

          Guy who were processing my loan from dhfl ranchi (Manoj & gopal)

          This is very unfortunate to say that i feel cheated by your act of attitude. Looks like you process my application to fulfill your target of loan application submission. As dhfl was not disbursing loan since september, 18 then why it was not informed and processed my application. You have charged me 4000 twice for legal and technical within 15 days. Although this is not your policy. You charged me extra 2000 for land layout although it was already there and that too in month of november, when things were very bad. As of now i have paid 13000, who is going to pay out this. Now its been more than 4 month delay from dhfl and land has been sold. I want my money back.

            Due to this fraud company I loosed my advance payment 50k to the seller. I applied two times to DHFL Varanasi for plot loan of 800000 ® but initially they didn't approve the loan and asked me for re-apply after getting NOC from the bank I had overdue with. After getting NOC from the bank, I reapplied and got my loan sanctioned. But DHFL finally didn't give the money in the name of bad financial condition of DHFL. Anyway I loosed two times 2950 r i.e. 5900 r in the name of loan issuing fees and 50000 r to the seller as advance. Very very bad experience...

              I have taken housing loan from your bank loan no: 00007752 and received one installment and waiting for third and final installment for more than two months, no response from the local coimbatore office(TN).                 Dear sir /madam,
                This is to bring to your kind attention that i, mr. Arvind gupta has cancelled my home loan (A/c[protected] vasai (West) due to companies technical issues. This loan was disbursed on dated 28/09/2018 and cancelled on 29/10/2018. As suggested by mr. Yogesh haryan and dhfl, vasai west branch team (Prashad inamdar) to cancel the home loan as disbursements of home loan will not be possible due to some government policy. You can apply to some other bank for home loan. We will revers your total processing fees paid (Rs. 17, 110) and emi and pre emi.
                I have received emi and pre emi but still i have not received my processing fees till date. As comited by dhfl, vasai west branch team.
                I would be very grateful to you if you could do the needful at the earliest as it is more than two months that we have not received our payment back. I would be obliged if you look into the matter personally and arrange my refund at the earliest.

                  I have a mortgage in DHFL Hyderabad - [protected]. I want to forclose my account & wrote mail to [protected]@dhfl.com. After not receiving any reply for my mail I contact the customer care. I was surprised to hear that my request is not lodged & I have to made a fresh request. Again I have to wait for 15 days more. very irresponsible customer care and the office staff in Hyderabad.

                    Dear sir / madam,

                    Good afternoon.

                    With reference to above mentioned subject i laxmeshwar jha apllied for a home loan in your vapi branch thorugh your employee mr. Mayur in the month of april-20018. I have done all the formality required as per mr. Mayur, lots of time i have visited in your branch for different formality.

                    After that message received on 19.05.2018 that your loan no.01800311 is sanctioned & at the same time i discuss to mr. Mayur & at that time mayur called me again in your branch for loan agreement & other formality. After 3-4 days when i visit in your branch for loan agreement & formality required after sanctioned of loan amount, mayur asked that i need to make a paper from advocate about original sale of agreement misplaced, also he has taken 7000/-cash from me for this process.

                    After 2-3 days i have called mr. Mayur to take information / followup from him about advocate work so that my loan amount will be clear. Again he denied, he said due to time taken in process of advocate work your loan application will resubmit for process.
                    Same time i requested him to please complete the process at the earliest.

                    After that on 14.09.2018 again i received message from dhfl about loan application no.01917488 with dhfl is sanctioned. When i call to mr. Mayur that next process (After sanctioned loan appl) again he denied & said currently disburshment of loan is closed, so if you can wait then ok other wise you can collect your file from dhfl.

                    And after above he is not giving any response also not picking call also.
                    First i want to say that loan process charges rs. 7435/- deducted from my account & mr. Mayur taken cash rs.7000/-for complete the loan process.
                    I have so much pressure from builder for loan & your branch person / officer of your vapi branch not giving proper response.

                    Request to please give the exact time & date that when can i expect from dhfl to complete my loan process.

                      Dear DHFL Team,

                      I have taken a loan (Rs. 45 Lakhs) from DHFL Tumkur Branch and an additional amount of about 3 Lakhs 84 Thousand has been added as an insurance. While signing the sanction letter i had highlighted the same with SE (Sales Executive) of DHFL. He and his manager had informed me that the same shall be reduced to 1.5 lakhs after 3 month and based on that i had signed the sanction letter. Later he informed me to wait for 6 months and than 1 year as there was some internal problem going on in DHFL. Now he is not responding back in right manner and never lifts my call. Also i found that 2 seperate insurance are made in my name without informing me. I never received my insurance bond also from DHFL.

                      I enquired witht hem why didnt they call and confirm during insurance was made and their reply was so careless and said we dont do that. I've made many insurance (Health, Life and Vehicle) in each case either i get a phone verification or a e mail as a acknowledgement. In this case i was no where informed about this and they cheated me. i tried my level best to communicate with DHFL local team and the response is worst.

                      I've already paid 1 years EMI and the requesting you to please close DHFL Pramerica insurance keeping chola insurance active for loan security. If i wont get any positive response i'm planning to complaint in RBI and take it to consumer court. hope for a positive reply.

                          Dhfl is simply cheating. I was asking for foreclosure letter or my loan instalment from last three months.

                          But dhfl team not responding to my call and mail. If they doing so the just told me that we cant give you foreclosure letter as your loan has not completed six month.

                          But not suddenly they provided my foreclosure letter with additional charges of 37000 and no any information for insurance amount.

                          Dhfl is really fraud. And they dont have shame as well simply making money by fraud.

                          Where ever you log a complaint or mail you will get mail please share your loan account number our team will get back to you.

                          Finally you have provided me foreclosure letter. Why you have not done 2 months back. If you are aware that you can not disburse my loan amount.

                          Your this delay cost me 70000 RS delay charges.

                          Now I have one more conncern regarding my insurance amount. Some of your team saying you will get 20-30% deducted amount.

                          I really don't understand if it's complete DHFL Fault why you guys deducting customer amount

                            Hi Team,

                            - My name is Rajashekhar Reddy, applied for composite loan in DHFL in Aug2018.
                            - My loan got approved and shown in website in Aug2018.
                            - Basha-FM (himayathnagar-hyderabad branch) and his team took almost 2 months to complete other rounds legal/technical.(this is after intense followups from my end)
                            - I have been called for disbursement procedure to himayathnagar-hyderabad branch and there I have given extra processing fee of Rs.11000/- (No receipt, said disbursement will be done in 2-4 days)
                            - Then the later results also not informed to me, no call pickups/no response to mails. After so many followups got to know my loan could not be processed due to rain water seen by technical team in my Plot.
                            - Due to these actions, I lost my plot/project due to crossing the agreement date, and dead-locked with the owner there.
                            - DHFL team agreed to return my extra processing fee and documents, But no response from executive Ramakrishna.
                            - Ramakrishna-executive have returned my documents set and said he has used my money for his personal purpose, said he will return in a week time.
                            - Its almost 3 months now, he is not responding and His FM is not helping to sort it out.

                              I have a home loan (application id= 01857385, loan no= )from dhfl of amount 837683 rs. Sanctioned in 23-jul-2018. Now my flat is ready to move and i gave the final demand letter to dhfl on oct-2018

                              1. On oct-2018 i gave demand to dhfl to disburse the remaining amount of loan. They said it will take 1-2 months.

                              2. After one month when i asked them they said to wait system problem resolved.

                              3. It has been informed to dhfl . Then they said disbursement is stop of every customer due to system problem.

                              4. In 10-dec-2018 i provide the same to dhfl . They said now it will take 10 days to disburse the remaining amount of loan .

                              But nothing has been happened till now and no body from dhfl is bother to take this issue seriously.

                              All the time when they are being called by me . They behave very irresponsibly.

                              I am in very need to take over my flat but due to dhfl it is not processing.

                              All verification process over emi started ecs started insurance amount also paid every time dhfl branch responding with in a week problem solve they told from September month but till now problem solved two month emi also paid while registration time loan stopped when again loan starting from dhfl.

                                I had done full and final settlement of my home loan and was called to collect original documents 21 working days after the clearance of cheque.
                                When I went to collect the documents, I got shock of my life that the documents were destroyed by fire and they produced me defaced/torn/non legible set of documents.
                                They simply say that there was fire so documents were destroyed.
                                They did not bother to inform when the documents were lost. I dont know for how many other borrowers documents would have been lost.
                                When I tried to meet the Branch Head - he refused to meet.
                                NHB should take action against DHFL by cancelling their licence as home finance Company as DHFL is no more "fit and proper case"

I was working with dhfl pramerica life insurance co for mor than 3 and half year but since i had resigned on 17 aug 2018 their behaviour is comptly changed and and since oct 2018 i am following for f&f but they are not responding in positive manner. Even i had mailed to higher athorities but they dont even replied or even contected for any help. They are not co oprating with their ex employees even they deduct the salary on regular basis due to biomatric punching. Maximum time biomatric was not working due to connectivity issue of internet but still they deduct the salary of empyees due to attendance was not punching on machine.

                                      I would like to tell u dhfl ecs dishonored has not happened though dhfl are harracing me to pay the return charges for ECS and when i call on customer care even they are saying to pay the charges 1st ... where as i have shown then my bank account details on the date of ecs where it has not even hit so why n how they will charge me saying insufficient balance on 10th Dec and DHFL emi got dishonored u will pay the return charges for ECS dishonored i don't understand why they are doing this even my bank account shows there's sufficient balance on 10th Dec and ECS entry not even hit once so plz kindly help me what to do further

                                      I have already sent an email regarding my concerns but still I'm getting sms n calls to pay charches instead of my concerns i asked them to send me a proof frm ur end abt my dishonored ecs theres no reply but harassing to pay unnecessary charges..
