My name is rajesh from kurukshetra i applied home loan in march 2018 in karnal haryana branch and my loan is senction by dhfl after that all the prossing done but the staff of karnal branch changed by dhfl so my loan is late then the three month limit cross for loan and dhfl expire my senctioned loan then karnal branch again pross my application and loan of rs1888705 senctioned on 20/8/2018 and then karnal branch managment force me to make neev on my plot and they make my payment check for disbursment but money not transfered in my account after that till now i have not received any money in my account i had invested rs 200000 on documents and neev. Now tell me what can i do you should dispres my payment or other you should compenciat

I had applied to kasargod branch and i got sanctioned before 2 months until now it is not disbursed. My seller agreement is finishing in this week and i am loosing the advance that i have given him.       Hello dhfl,
      I have a property loan with dhfl from 2008 and i have registered on dhfl's web portal, but i donot see any details other than my loan number when i login (Screen shot attached).

      I have escalated this to customer care and only solution they give is to reset my password, which i have done multiple times but issue exists.

      Please suggest how this could be fixed.

        This is to get your attention on the growing delay in the funds transfer and completion of registration for my home loan a/c 00003021. & app. No. 01903159

        I, mohd sualyeen, s/o qamaruddin resident of c-774, gali no. -3, chauhan banger, new seelampur, delhi -110053. Had applied for a home loan at your dhfl branch noida on date 25th aug'2018. For rs.18, 04, 627. On the completion of my document submission, my loan account number was generated as 00003021. On 31st aug'2018 and i was assured of funds transfer by 05th sep'2018. And my dd was ready on date. 31st'aug'2018 for rs. 17, 50, 000/-. As per the agreement, my emi was to start from 10th of sep'2018.

        However, i was shocked to see a fake promises being made at dhfl personnel causing regular delay in disbursement of loan amount. Despite my regular followup, it has been now three months that the loan amount has not been transferred to the concerned person. Due to the delay, the registration process of the property has still not initiated causing much harassment to me and my family.

        Additionally, the deduction of emi started as per the agreed date on 10th sep'2018. For rs. 16, 188. I have already paid two installments against a loan that has not even disbursed form your end and the third installment is due on 10th nov'2018. As per the agreement.

        I have been staying at a rented accommodation with my family and deduction of installments supporting the delay of funds transfer and non completion of registration have caused a double whammy to us. Being a salaried person, everyone has his/her own limitations and i hope you can understand this well.

        Looking forward to a quick response from your side over the matter.

          I have applied for home loan with dhfl in sep-2018 with pf cheque of rs.2950+2950 for 2 login in agra (Up). My loan has been sanctioned but we have not received disbursement yet. I have still waiting more than 1.5 months but not any update from dhfl that when they will provide me the amount. My property registry is still pending and the waiting period almost expired with in 2-3 days as per the registered agreement. Now i want to cancel my file and refund back my all amount of rs.2950+2950. Because it is very delay to disbursement the amount. And i am unable to wait now.

            Its almost more than 3 months, I have provided the documents as well as the builder letter on completion of the building, still the bank as not released the balance disbursement amount of Rs. 50, 786. They have now denied giving the payment stating that the system is not working and is not sure whether it will start or will not start. But they are regular in taking the PEMI amount on monthly basis. When asked, they informed that it is system gerated and they dont have any hand on the same. I am unnecessary paying the PEMI amount just because bank is not disbursing my balance amount. I am unable to start the EMI too. Request you to please look into and help me as we are unable to get required support and suffering and paying access amount from our pockets

              interest rate reduction & pmay subsidy status

              I have requested my times to your branch as well as response to reduce my interest rate as much you can.

              I am not able to pay charges again as i had already paid Rs.2850 for reducing to 9% but recently you have increased 3 times. You are requested to do the needful.

              Second, I am waiting for the update on PMAY Subsidy and tracking part is missing in DHFL. Kindly share the current status...

                    I applied for home loan in dhfl two months before and submitted the required documents and charges. After regular follow up with dhfl person they called me for loan approval /sanctioned. But they got the signature and remaining processing charges. But the cheque has not yet disbursed till date. When i called the respective person he told me that due to financial crisis the cheque can not be done. So i asked you to return the submitted documents and charges. That also not yet received. So i want to complain and hope you will return the documents and refund the amount. Other i have to seek a legal action against you. So guys don't go to dhfl for any loan. They treat the customer only for processing fees. They are cheating... Please aware of it. Never go to dhfl for any loan...

                      My home loan application no. 01890985 is approved loan amt. 2257664 and last month dhfl deducted approximately 28171 rs. Two emi with interest rate of 12.25. But still i haven't received full sanctioned loan amount. I have disbursed loan amt 203800 rs. And 165000 amt has been pending since 30days. I have called multiple times customer care but i didn't get positive response. Even i have called your dhfl dahisar branch manager. I was getting repetitive response like will check let you know or there is system glitch this reasons i have been getting whenever i called him. Genuinely i am not happy with your services. Secondly you have charged processing fee 25k which is very much as compare to other home loan finance company. Please explain why you charged much amt. As discussed with your branch manager initially interest rate 11.25 after he called me your interest rate is 14.25 which is high again.

                      again i didn't received remaining amt 165000rs. Seriously i am very disappointed with your loan services.
                      please check why i am not getting my remaining funds let me know asap.

                        Hello DHFL Team,
                        I would like to know if there are any issues going on with DHFL due to the share market hit . Are the existing home loan customers impacted ? If yes what is the impact . I have applied for home loan (self construction home ) with DHFL, the amount is sanctioned and I have got 2 payments as well but now I am in need to 3 Rd payment and already gave request but still the payment has not been received. When I checked with the required ppl they say it will take about 15 days for things to settle until then DHFL will not release any payments .

                        I am already paying required PRE-EMI for the amount dispursed

                        Team - Could you please clarify because I am in middle of the construction and the work has stopped because of no funds, pls let me know how likely I will get my 3rd installment.

                          Dhfl as a reputed firm and their employees are irresponsible to respond our query, i have submitted 2 demand letter of rs 253305/- so far but still not disbursed, i understand dhfl is going through financial crisis at the moment, why the hell i ve to bear this as a loyal customer i ve made all the emi onetime, in this scenario either disburse the pending amt or refund the charges that i ve paid to dhfl at the time of loan approval, else i will escalate to rbi.

                          Worst experience with dhfl not expected.

                            I've applied loan in august last week balance transfer of my home loan and topup with lot many hopes, as towards loan processing fee and towards documentation they have charged me rs 20000. Loan has been approved by dhfl, in september with lot many difficulties faced in providing documentation to dhfl they are asking one after one document to get delay in loan process as intentionally, later for last week of september loan approved they asked me to maintain funds towards pre emi of september and similarly funds got debited from account. Till now as of 24/10/2018 loan amount not disbursed still and asking me to pay emi of rs.18900 to push higher authorities to disburse loan, meanwhile am suppose to pay my homeloan to existing bank also. If i pay only there is chance of to release loan amount itseems. With lot many hopes i've applied loan now these sucking my blood and saying that if you are interested to take loan or continue pay emi or else asking me to withdraw the loan process. H

                              I have applied for DHFL Home loan (quick process) and it was communicated by the DHFL agent that If it processes quickly then only I will apply for DHFL, and he agreed.

                              He informed that My loan was sanctioned on[protected], and immediately completed the disbursement process which is submitting a blank cheque for Interest and first EMI.

                              Both the cheque amount (Interest from 4-5 days & First EMI ) was deducted even the amount was not disbursed. The system was showing Disbursement date is[protected].

                              First of all How my EMI was deducted even I had not received any disbursement cheque nor I had signature any received copy.

                              I am paying double interest to both House owner and DHFL, and you are just extending the date for disbursement, I am hopeless now, consider my request and please do the needful asap.

Calling me to pay emi of october. See one thing am also working in one organisation i knew how information between departments, i knew there would be some miscommunication between your departments but problem is am facing the issue.                                 Generally think from my end because of not paying emi you are asking me to pay, of-course i think like would i pay the emi untill and unless of loan amount hasn't been credited to my account.

                                  I have applied home loan in DHFL and my loan sanctioned on 31/08/2018 and on 20/09/2018 it s showing as loan disbursed but from that onward still cheque was not issued when we trying to contact in branch they said some financial issue is going on. Without loan disbarment one month EMI also deducted from my account.If they are not in position to sanction the loan why bank fool the customers.

                                    I had applied a Home Loan in DHFL. A loan amount of 36 lakhs is sactioned for me. I submitted all the original documents to the DHFL and they disbursed an amount of 11 lakhs in successive installments. The construction started and at the time of the 3rd disbursement, they refused to give the amount, because of the internal problems in DHFL. I asked for a loan transfer/closure, which they allow only if I pay huge amount as the charge.

                                    If the payment is delayed from my side, they will ask for fine and legal actions. Now the delay is from their side, and my house construction is stopped. They are not ready to disburse the sanctioned amount and not allowing to transfer. It has been 20 days an no communication from the bank.
