I had applied for the home loan against my flat in mumbai with dhfl in june 2018. I have completed all legal documents and procedure as required by company and law for the same. My home loan was sanctioned but i didn’t get my home loan cheque till date, which was disbursed on 10/9/2018.
Above this, now i was demanded to produce additional collateral (Simple registration) for the property document for my another flat a704, to handover the home loan cheque. Even when my home loan cheque was not handover to me and the first instalment of rs. 39, 559.00 had been debited from my account on 15/10/2018.
I cannot understand the policy of this company, as all my legal documents and procedure are completed, my home loan is been sanctioned and now there is again fresh demand for new documents to handover my home loan cheque to me. Which i think is completely unethical and unprofessional.
I would like to notify dhfl that now after all this trauma and difficulties, i do not have confidence in your company that i will get or handover my home loan cheque even after i produce collateral for the property document for the flat a704, (Which is again an expenditure of rs. 40, 000 for me) as i had very bad experience with your staff in handling my home loan procedure.
So i would like to request that i have been through lots of difficulties and physical and emotional trauma, so kindly handover my home loan cheque of rs. 30, 50, 000.00 as early as possible or cancel my application for home loan and return all my documents and my full money charged to me for the same as early as possible
