We shri. Madan p. Lotke & others, we applied for commercial loan on 28.08.2018 (In dhfl for commercial property at indrayani nagar, bhosari, pune. This loan proposal has been duly in principle sanctioned by dhfl on 28.08.2018 via letter of offer cum acceptance letter no-dhfl/date: 28 aug 2018. Also taken processing fee of rs. 12600/- in cash by dhfl's representative shri. Rakeh thakur (Mob no. [protected]) on 28.08.2018. But in above letter of acceptance mentioned processing fee paid rs. 5900/- only, why? Against rs. 12600/-.
Secondly, dhfl has not been disbursed loan amount of rs. 32, 21, 155/- in any kind of till date. Meanwhile, they have processed emi of rs. 55178/- on 17.09.2018 and this amount duly debited in my hdfc bank a/c. [protected], why??
We have taken this issue to shri. Kamal kishor, manager, dhfl senapati bapat road, pune branch. They assured for processing of disbursement of loan amount within 7-8 day, but till date not yet disbursed but they have issued me loan cancellation letter on 03.10.2018. Then after also i received sms from hdfc bank of ach debit mandate registered for rs. 110356/- in my a/c... For dhfl. Now, today i received welcome letter dated 31.08.2018 from dhfl pramerica life insurance against above loan a/c. 1883150 without any discussed/verbal communication with me on 16.09.2018 thru speed post ref. No-eh[protected]in
My complaint are-
1. Why emi amount have deducted from my a/c without disbursement of loan amount by dhfl?,
2. Why processing fee amount of rs. 12600/- received in cash but reflecting in letter of acceptance of dhfl?
3. How dhfl can issue loan cancellation after getting first emi of rs. 55178/- from me?
4. How dhfl can issued me insurance welcome letter against above non disbursed loan/cancelled loan?
In above bad experience with dhfl, i run under huge pressure of financial crises, mental harassment from dhfl, my above said property's earlier owner etc. And final result with financial of loss of more than rs. 1 lac without any gain.
Kindly look in matter and give customer support as well.
