Please help me because without my confirmation my emi current interest rate 11.17 % so i m help less to support . as gov current and your publish rate is 8.75% so please help my rate of interest down . today visited at dahisar mumbai branch customer service officer demanding 2950 for rate of interest rate revision charges.

    Dear dhfl team,
    You have give home loan with the interest rate of 10.05% which was very high as compared to other lenders.
    After completing one year, i came to know that interest can be reduced by giving 2850/- cheque to the branch. I did the same thing and got the interest reduced to 9%.
    In the past few month, interest rates are increased so many times with tenure also crossed 20 years

    Problem is that i have repaid 2 lac rupees in 2 years and still the tenure is same 20 years.
    Can you able to do something or i will approach consumer court to raise this issue.

    If you are giving 8.35% Interest rate to new customers. Then, atleast take care of your loyal customer as well.

    We are happy if we are allowed to pay anything below 8.70%

    Please look into this and resolve asap.

    Nothing has been addressed by your team. They suggested me to visit branch. I already visited many times with a patience but nothing came but only frustration and harassment.
    Its an bad customer experience chain from DHFL.
    (Visit your Branch-- Branch said put a mail to response--- Response said visit our branch)
    Can you please assign someone to resolve this query. I will be happy then.

      I am Ramsurat[protected] date 23/03/[protected] date 27/06/2018). I had applied for (home loan and top up) loan Sanctioned date 04/07/2018 loan in your esteemed bank. But the loan is not approved for one or another reason. i enquiry no. SRSAN01493503, CCSAN01501385 requst no. I have fulfilled all conditions as demanded by your bank staff but now they are saying that the loan cannot be approved for the reason (provide the reason of rejection as given by staff).
      My business has become a condition because of you
      Because of which my heart condition has got worse, I can die, which will be responsible for you

      I request you to consider my application again and guide me that what should I do to get approval.

        Hello,

        With reference to my house loan.

        I was charged incorrectly for processing fee

        1) for first time provided the draft of rs.2950 in favour of diwan finance in december 2017
        2) charged for rs 4500 for agreement with dhfl - (Stated by the dhfl agent that it is required)
        3) on the name of legal fee he asked for rs.3500- (For verification done by lawyer)

        Again he asked that for noc and clearance from all the department s will be done and for that he asked rs.4500 again, which i denied to give.

        Now interesting thing is that from november 19, 2017 i was billed for first installment, and then he asked me that again an agreement is required to release the payment and asked for money which i refused.

        For every single step the agent ask for money which seems, somthing is wrong with the process.

            I am Santosh Kumar Yadav and my loan no. 00000466 at allahabad branch. I was taken property loan in November 2017 thereafter I have submitted ECS form three time in allahabad branch and last time in June 2018 but ECS not activated in my account till now . I was pay my loan installment of this month on 07/08/2018 through paytm and also informed to allahabad branch ECS Counter Mr Aniket through mobile and E- mail successful transaction receipt to the E- mail id of Mr. Aniket and informed him. My EMI due date is 10/08/18 and Installment was deposit to my account on 08/08/2018. I have socked on 14/08/18 when Rs. 570/- charged to me by SBI against Dishonour my cheque .I was deposit 06 cheque in allahabad branch in last June for ECS activation.however why cheque dishonour when I was already deposited my loan instalment. It proof that Mr. Aniket is very careless person of allahabad branch so I want that coy take a specific action against Mr Aniket of allahabad branch for his very careless work

              Hi, this is srinivasan, taken a home loan from dhfl at 2013 loan no (530), now i wanted to fore close the loan i have requested for all required documents from local branch (Dhfl hosur) on june month and the local representative said even getting documents like (List of document and payment schedule) i have submit a written document and wait for 15 days i thought as it is only 15 days wait time, yes as they it took around month time to get these documents but they never ever opened topic for procedure even when i asked they said place bring payment will let you know, on august 2018 hdfc given their check for take but suddenly another rule came to picture i should request for loan closer via email to [protected]@dhfl.com, these sudden rules and delaying the whole process is never accepted. These behaviors brings our money + time down.

                    As of august 2018, dhfl is charging roi @ 10.75 % for the loan taken on 2012
                    Whereas for new loans they are charging 8.5 to 9.5, how is this possible?
                    I had done franking which had brought down the roi from 12% to 10.15 but now from april 2018 they have increased the roi again by.15% and.25 %.
                    Why government is not controlling or taking actions against such loot.

                    When someone tries to transfer the loan from dhfl to other branch then they start harassing by asking for multiple visits to different branches of dhfl.

                      Respected sir, greetings.
                      Even after completion of all the lega formalities, dhfl branch of moradabad is not responding for loan which was applied by my for purchase of land plus construction in the month of may, 2018. No initiative was taken to provide the information time to time by the branch. I paid incurred about rs. 10, 000 behind this loan. What's the problem, throughout the process of loan they did not call me. I was calling and getting the information. What the documents they asked i given. Till today there is no satisfactory response.
                      I want to take legal action against the branch and branch manager.
                      Pls suggest me the way. Do the needful.

Now they are saying that your file of topup has been rejected by headoffice and it cannot be possible and mr. Saurabh srivastava has taken the bribe of rs 20000 at my home due to increasing the valuation and i have the cctv footage and audio recording of your manager shailendra now i am going to complaint at consumer court and file a f. I. R against dhfl.

                              I need to foreclose my home loan with dhfl since i am looking to sell my property.
                              When i called dhfl they mentioned that it will take 15 working days for the foreclosure letter to be issues post which i have to make the payment of the loan. I requested them to issue the letter asap since the other party who is interested to buy my flat needs the house agreement. However dhfl are unable to do it.
                              Need some help in getting the foreclosure letter as soon as possible so that i can close my loan and get my original agreement.

                                    This is wrt my home loan application number 01858397.

                                    I had pre applied for home loan almost 6 months back. Once the property got finalised i was promised to get the loan in 7-10days time.

                                    Now it's been almost 2 months that the executive has been asking for n number of documents which have been all submitted by me.

                                    Saturday (21st july 2018) i was confirmed by the executive that you disbursement cheque is ready. Due some confusion in discussion done by the executive i failed to transfer the money in the bank for which i had honoured a cheque of minimum 6018/- rs. Was dishonoured within minutes i rectified the error and sorted the confusion.

                                    Later the executive informed that the will been handed over to me after the processing fee is cleared. Which was done on monday (23rd july 2018).

                                    Now while the online status of the loan application shows that the loan amount is fully disbursed. The executive is not handing over the loan disbursement cheque to me mentioning that there is some approval pending as the first cheque of 6018/- for processing fees was dishonoured.

                                    As per the executive the approval is put up on monday and today being thursday the approval is not yet received. So he cannot hand over the cheque to us.

                                    I have already the balance amount of 3461000/ to my bank against the property and on warning situation because i had to pay the loan balance by saturday (21st july).

                                    The executive is never available for updates and i am under pressure of paying the balance amount by my bank.

                                    This unnecessary delay is causing me and my family financial and mental trauma. Also this delay can lead to loss of the 3461000/- i have paid for the property. And the bank may also charge me with increased interest charges for the delay.

                                      We have taken loan as LAP in last year July from DHFL
                                      but we still don't have any proper document regarding loan takeover penalty.At time of loan sanction time negotiation done at different amount and now they are charging 3% as penalty that is huge amount.They also don't have any written document for this penalty, even they are not providing settlement paper also which is required for take over amount
                                      So as a whole this DHFL is very active at time of sanction but putting so many hidden charges after and at time of foreclosure
                                      So beware of such type of non banking finance providers and we need to ask for every document at time of disbursement
