I started my SIP plan BIMISTAKE before 1 year with DHFL.
now because of some problem i am unable to login my account due to user id block.
Now i was trying to get help with customer care office but after 3-4 times they transfer my call from one department to another they told me that we are helping only for loan account holder we are not here for SIP investors, they suggest me with very rough tone that go and visit to Dhfl office for your problem.
What a pathetic service you all are providing to your customer.i am very shameful for start my plan with Dhfl.
For deduct the plan you all are in front row, for start the plan you all are above front row, what going wrong for giving service to your customers.

Do need full DHFL.if you have any feelings for your customer..

    Dear Team,
    I, Rohit Kumar Joshi, am your loan customer at your Nokha branch. I have been charged of Rs 26125/- against life insurance policy but the same has been cancelled and now there is no updation regarding refund of the same.

    I have been told that NEFT UTR no. N[protected], Dated 12/06/2018 processed but still no credit to my account Though i have shared my account statement with your Insurance representative Mr. Ajay Swami and still there is no response.

    I request to arrange the resolution of this issue as it has already taken a long time. Further requesting to please let me know the TAT for refunding a cancelled policy or point of contact for further updation.

      I have took home loan from dhfl on nov 2016 at 9.35 interest rate - floating and with in one month market interest rate has been changed to 8.35%. After few complaints to dhfl they agreed to change the interest rate to 8.85 in this year by paying 3000 inr and they changed the interest rae to 8.85 still above the market. With in a month a suddenly i have received a message that the rate of interest rate changed to 9.02. I still dont understand they changed the interest rate after lots of fight to 8.85 that too above the market value and with in one month how can they change the interest rate with out calling the account holder.

        Regarding the ROI, every month they increse the interest rate, the time i apply it was 8.7 now in seven month the ROI is 9.07 i am sure they will increase more and more. Anyway i decide to transfer my loan to other bank.
        My suggestion is not to take Loan from DHFL.
        At first they promise to approve 24 Lacs, already paper work done, after one month they call me and said we can approve only 19 lacs, disgusting...i agreed to take loan from DHFL only because i need 24 lacs.

          Dear sir,
          I am complaining against your DHFL bank this bank is suddenly increased Home loan intrest on loan amount,
          Dear sir I am new loan holder of your DHFL bank (only 10th months befor i borrowed) between this period bank suddenly increase interst rate from 8.35 to 8.7 & 8.7 to 9.07 means near about 0ne Rs within six month & two times in last six monts,
          That's why I am suffering from your system, your bank deduct near about 1000 Rs per month extra of my EMI,
          This intrest rate is very much as Compare with your commitment, because you committed 8.35% intrest rate with posters of Mr. Sharukh Khan, but at that time your bank can't know about your interest rate policy, because they charged 8.7 %interst rate against home loan, my proposal is live example of this all Misconceiv tendency,
          That's why I feel this is not GHAR JAISA LOAN it is CHOR JAISA LOAN,
          I feeI am A foolish, l make a big mistake to joint with your DHFL bank,

          Pleas understand my feelings and work on your Misconceived commitments, because the man/costumer who is already suffering varios problems during home construction and other technical issues,

                Dear Sir/mam,
                After loan sanctioned, my plot registry is done on 29.05.2018. Only Balance Loan of Rs. 50 Thousand is only due to get me from your company.Due to final entry (Intkaal/ Kharij Daakhil) my EMI is not yet started. Whereas I have paid 3 installment of Pre EMI. One for Rs. 1476.00 on 7.5.18 2nd on 11.5.18 for Rs. 7482.00, 3rd on 11.6.18 for Rs. 7572.00 and 4th for Rs. 7619.00 is now due to pay by me.
                As Original Paper of Registry is with your office. I request you to please help me for final entry which is required even after registry and arrange to start my EMI. Even if possible please arrange to start my EMI without final entry/ Intkaal. I do not want to pay pre EMI further more only EMI I want to pay.
                Please help me and start my EMI at the earliest possible so that my loan (principal) amount will be less. Thanks/ Regards. Yours.. Mohammad Aslam Khan

                    As our emails blocked by nodal officer, dhfl response, mayank kumar, ajay since 3 months now...
                    Making fool of customers after collecting ecs form 3rd time in 1
                    year- blocking email of customers when noone able to respond at dhfl...
                    Our loan a/c ecs forms getting signed by dhfl every 4-5 months thrice, taking cheques from us but not presenting ecs since 1 year..

                    Great torture, harrassment everytime...

                      Unauthentic cancellations of fixed deposits without prior information to the investors.
                      Such cancellations are not recorded on the freshly generated fixed deposit receipts for transparency. It is mandatory that all such cancellations shall be recorded.
                      No system to monitor matured fds submitted for renewal.
                      Unauthentic information feed back to investors on such descripancies.

                      They say the above FDS had been cancelled without telling any valid reason.
                      There was no authentic communication to me in this regard.
                      Such an action must have authentic communication with the support of an hard copy of a letter.Then should have a acknowledgement of the deposit holder.Further the freshly generated FDS should have endorsement on them indicating the cancellation.
                      It is stated there was neither of the actions mentioned above to substantiate their claim.

                              i find that the loan interest rates have dropped significantly to around 8.5% per annum.

                              You are still charging us 10.30% and 10.50%( recently charging) per annum. Please reduce the interest rates charged on my home loan.

                                I have applied loan in DHFL in march application no 01760832 name karishma vishal khot, i got the approval on 6th april 2018, we contacted the property owner and done the property registrations by paying registration and stamp duty of about 276000, we told the dhfl official about registrations they told to pay the down payment to the property owner we payed the down payment of 2 lakhs to property owner, after that verification was done for the whole month of april and then disbursal cheques, aggrement, stamp papers where taken from us duly signed on that, after that again verification was done and they told this is the last verification and would not disturb you any more.after some day we called them about what is happening on our disbursal they told we cannot do the loan.

                                i have sold all myjewelry, fds from bank and paid the registration and down payment and here after sanction also they are saying that loan will not be done, i just want to ask that if you dont want to give loan why you have told to pay the down payment why our pdcs where taken for disbursals, and who us responsible for such a great loss we are common people 5 lakhs is a very big amount for us, we have give our whole savings .my dreams of having my home was broken by DHFL, property owner are pressuring us for payments, who will face them ?

                                      I cant understand i tried lot of time also check on mobile, laptop etc but same result was come.
                                      Would you please help me to get my home lone statement.
                                      What can i do for this...? Please suggest me for the same.

                                        I taken Home LOAN four month before but I got lot of repayment (EMI) issue and
                                        the way of interest rate is increased two times with in the four months. Also I asked the branch they said there is no fixed rate available in DHFL. I given access ECS in my bank account but this guys checking some high amount it would bounce. After bounce banking take some bounce charge and this DHFL guys also some bounce charge taking. But I paid the original amount of EMI wia Paynimo payment link. This is worst(###)home LOAN finance.
