very poor service from dhfl

We have taken a home loan from DHFL but i feel its a very big mistake which we have done. As before the disbursment only they have increased the rate of interest and on top of that they have not disbursed the cheque. There is no proper service from DHFL side as we are not even clear about the hidden charges. No proper updates as we are not aware of the current situation. I would not recommend anyone to get the loan from DHFL if you do not...

Dhfl home loan a/c. No. 00004074 & 00004075.
I was availing home loan facility from you and has faced major issued while availing the said facility. I hereby summaries the facts of the matter: -
A. On february 25, 2017 the dhfl sales person called me and asked to complete all the documentation formalities, handover crossed cheques and cash for payment of stamp duty to him so that the home loan amount can be disbursed by march 2, 2017. He also mentioned that interest shall be charged from march 1, 2017 only after the disbursement of entire home loan amount. He further stated that the date of emi shall be on 10th of every month. Accordingly, i completed all the documentation and handed over the stamp duty amount on february 27, 2017 itself.
B. Thereafter i was continuously following with him for the actual disbursement of loan amount/ issue of cheques for the balance transfer. Whenever i inquired about the above delay your sales person told me that there is some documentation process pending at your (Dhfl) end and it will take some time. Meantime he whats up me the signed cheques, ensuring that the work is in process. It was told by your sales person that as per your procedure the cheques shall be directly deposited by your sales person/ advocate with my banker hence those will be not handed over to me.
C. The actual payment (Disbursement) for the above loans was done to me/ my bankers in three tranches on following dates: -
I. The first two cheques were handed over by your sales person to my banker (The saraswat co-op bank ltd.) on march 16, 2017 (Ch. No. 800361 & ch no. 800362 dated february 28, 2017).
Ii. The third cheque was handed over by your sales person to my banker (Bajaj finserve ltd.) on march 27, 2017 (Ch. No. 800363 dated february 28, 2017).
Iii. The fourth and last cheque was handed over to me by dhfl on may 15, 2017 after a long follow up.
Though the cheques were dated february 28, 2017 those were never handed to me before the above dates and hence effectively the last date of disbursement was may 15, 2017.
D. Dhfl debited my first emi from by bank account on march 10, 2017 for the unutilised amount. During the above-mentioned period, interest was regularly charged by dhfl, same time i was paying the interest to my above stated existing bankers. This dual interest payment on same amount accounted me an unnecessary financial burden and heavy losses of more than inr. 70, 000. The above losses were only because of delay in process from dhfl or its concern officers.
E. I had informed the above facts to the concern dhfl sales officers including officers at dhfl dahisar branch but have not received any feedback on the same. I have also raised this matter with dhfl thane branch wherein the senior officer has raised an interest waiver request. Awaiting feedback on it.
F. I hereby request you to cross check your records for the actual debit of the said loan amount and refund me the interest amount charged to me for the broken period, along with interest till date on it.

I further request you to credit the above stated amount in my following bank a/c.

I have forwarded the above email to dhfl response, nodal officer & ceo, surprisingly there was not a single response on it till date.

      This is my loan a/o. No. O[protected] we have applied for loan transfer from cholamandalam to your bank after a long process i have got my sanction letter on 24th of august. I have cleared all the process like mod and documents submission as per your norms
      On 22/09/18 but till now i have not been paid the remaining amount rs.9.5 lakh, for your delaying i have lost much more amount for paying interest to fulfil my commitment, suppose if we are making any delay your are perfectly charging interest for those delay periods simultaneously what you going to do for your delay... Will you do any compensation for that... Your people are not telling the exact date of disprusing the balance amount... Is this a good administration.. I expect your honourable reply immediately...

        I, rahul laxman khillare, would like to bring to your notice that my account has been debited for an amount of rs 6675 for the top up loan which i canceled before disbursement.
        I had applied for top up loan in the month of may 2018 through mr. Vinit save sales executive dhfl, boisar branch. I was told that the loan process will be completed in around a month. I paid processing fees of 5900/- by cheque and 2800/- transferred to the account number provided by mr. Vinit save. I also give 8 cheques favouring dhfl. However, the loan process took too much of time. I waited till the month of july 2018.in the month of july 2018 i got a call from mr. Vinit save that some signs are left over and i need to come to office. But i was unable as i got a new job in rajasthan. The process was taking time and hence, i told mr. Vinit save to cancel the loan. I also talked to his senior on phone call and he said that the loan will be canceled.
        However, the cheque for pre emi was deposited and widrawal was done. One more cheque for 6675/- was deposited in the month of august for emi. As there was not enough balance it bounced. I called mr. Vinit save and reported the same. He said that now onward it will not happen. But in this month i. E. September 2018 ecs has been activated for rs 6675/- and my account has been debited for same amount as emi against the loan which is canceled and not taken by me.
        In the month of sept 2018 ecs for 6675/- was done from my account.in this month of october 2018 cheque for same amount is deposited again for same emi. I am unable to understand this working of dhfl. This is happening every month after frequent conversation with vinit save about cancelation of loan process.
        Hence, it is my humble request that the process of loan should be stoped completely and ecs actvited should be deactivated from my account number. I also request to not to deposit the cheques given for emi (Cheque no 100162 to 100170) further i request to start the process for returning the amount of rs 6675/- debited from my account.

          Very poor service with highly unprofessional people. They give loan charging high interest with lot of hidden charges and other conditions and increase rate of interest without informing but when contacted they ask letter and other charges for giving actual rate of interest which they should charge. After some years if we contact we will be totally unaware that still retaining same high rate as before when we ask to close the loan they behave very rudely.
          On customer care platform they have people who can’t understand any query rather language too for which they have put on and mail too no luck as no one has responded with the [protected]@dhfl.com till now
          Iam paying regular emis till date even then loan amount is kinda not reduced. Now for closure too they impose unnecessary regulations which brings to understanding that they need defaulters and irregular paying customer and not good buyer who pay their hard earned money without fail.
          What a irony we have to face with?

              Hi,

              My loan account no is [protected].
              I am charged 500 rupees twice for a very silly reason that my signature on cheque didn't match.
              However for the third cheque the signature matched.
              I am prety sure that there is some misleading by the company and i have done same signature on every cheque i submitted.

              Also for the second cheque they have submitted the cheque 5 days later than the actual cheque clearance date.

              After contacting the branch and raising the concern over email i am not getting any response but they keep on calling via ivr for the due charges.

              I have never seen such a pathetic service from any loan provider.

              And one more thing if i have do an invalid signature why would i do my emi payments on time without any delays.

                Dear sir/madam,
                Iam n. Baskaran from tirunelveli in tamilnadu. I have obtained a loan from your concern in the year 2009 for amount rs.6, 06, 798.00. My loan number 00000675 and my customer number 00595977. Now i have given a letter on 17th sep 2018 at your tirunelveli branch for the preclosure of the loan amt. They asked me to pay rs1, 06, 293 for the pre closing loan and rs.2, 500 for document charges. I have paid the amount vide thru cheque no. 59901 dt 19.09.2018. The amount has been withdrawn from my account on 21.09.2018. The branch informed that the documents will be reaching me on the 3 working days but till now the documents has been not received by me.

                  I had applied for a home loan BT with DHFL (Loan Application No :[protected] and for some reasons it has been rejected.

                  I have got a notification on the same by 12th June 2018 and had been asked to collect the documents back within 15 days but there is no mention as in where to collect the documents. Because when I had applied the loan, their office was in Rajaji Nagar and then later moved to Jaya Nagar in Bangalore.

                  I had tried reaching out to the executive who collected the document and also even had written an email to them on 25th June for their office location but was of no use.

                  Since then, they have been finding reasons and excuses to further delay this.

                  For me, I either need my documents back or need a letter from them stating the list of documents / cheque no collected from me and also them ensuring that it will never be misused. And also an apology for the lacuna in their internal process.

                        I am existing customer of dhfl. We have home loan of dhfl. I want top loan that's why we have gave file to dhfl dse before 15 days ago. We have take follow up of that dse every time. At the file collection time we gave him cheque of 2932 rs. When we call & ask about file he answered. We have to technical visit of your flat in last week. We call 2-3 days before he answered technical person is not well. When we call today he said we can't do any process till 5th oct we have an audit. When we say that you have told before na then he say that from 2 days we have meeting. Take your file and do where you want... This is not proper language of talking with customer. I have an answer from dhfl.

                        I have requested for the LOD and outstanding letter for the existing loan.. And now DHFL guys asking me to pay some around 3000 to provide the documents... And their response is too worst.. What ever I question them.. They simply say these are the orders from head office

                          Dhfl done a fraud with me and blackmailing me against the charges which i paid and proof many time.. Matter is that at the time of sanctioning my loan i paid loan processing fees some part in cash and some part in cheque. But after some time i paid cheque part in cash as well and get my loan sanction. Some days latter dhfl start blackmailing me about the bouncng charges, i said who told you to deposit the cheque i paid amount on cash they said no no you have to pay so i paid 2500 again cash and given a recipt to ashsih sigh who is office in dhfl bank. But again some day dhfl starts blackmail me and demanding bouncing charges so feed up. I send many mail to higher authority of dhfl but the are not interested to look in this matter. No i will call media and exposed dhfl soon.. All vijay mallays money can not be recovered from me

                            I paid all my dues emi and also other charges to dhfl, one of dhfl guy taken money from me and said I will provide you forclouser letter within two days, it's been 7 days now he blocked my number, I called to customer care they said come dhfl office after 15 days. Why dhfl not providing my forclouser letter, I suggest all who can see my post don't go for dhfl. Their staff not supporting they talk like gundas. #dhflsucks

                              I have taken a home loan (905) which was insured with an amount of rs. 94505/- for 20 years.
                              Now, i have closed the loan in about 3 years and 5 months, an amount of rs. 39407/- only refunded against the above insured amount (I. E. Rs. 94505). I contacted many time over phone and mails to dhfl executive/customer care but no one replying and providing the details. There is no clarity for the amount charges by dhfl.
                              Consumer court is requested to instruct the dhfl for providing clarity.

                              This is in reference to the home loan code 905, i would like inform you that last disbursement date of the loan was 31.01.2015 and the cheque handed over on 05.02.2018 to the seller. The emi amount of rs. 32121/- was deducted on 11.02.2018 (Just 6 day after). It seems that the emi amount was deducted in advance. I have sold the property on 06.07.2018, however an advance emi with some additional amount was charged during settlement. Dhfl raised a foreclosure amount of rs. 1495505/-, however outstanding amount on july’18 was rs. 1476765/- (I. E. Opening balance).

                              I contacted over telephone and mails regarding clarification of these charges, but did not get any response from dhfl.

                              Dhfl is requested to re-calculate the loan amount settlement and furnish the details of amount charged by dhfl.

                                I had 2 nri home loans from dhfl (Hyb36908 &hyb36909), i had opted for a balance transfer to axis.

                                1 loan got approved for bt in axis bank, so i had closed one loan in dhfl.

                                At the time of payment in dhfl, no one informed me that you will not get the property papers if you close only 1 loan.

                                They had asked me to come after 2 weeks to collect the papers, after 2 weeks they say that these both loans are linked to each other we can not release this papers until you close the other one.

                                Its been almost 1-year i'm stuck with this issue, axis bank is back of me for papers dhfl never responds in a good way or do needful on this.

                                In last 5 years, i never had a single bounce of emi, dhfl customer service office is so pathetic in hyderabad ameerpet.

                                No one helps you over their nor respond for you its such a mess.

                                      I have submitted my plot loan closing amount in Faizabad Branch at 5th Sep 2018 but till dated my cheque is not processing due to negligence of DHFL employees and no body give exact date including customer care.
