Dear. Sir,

I have applied for home loan through dhfl in april. The employees or staff of dhfl did fraud with me.
They have print or made fake dhfl sanctions letter for my loan application.

When i come to know about this fact, they are responding for the same.

Due to this my byana amount for home for rs. 6, 00, 000/- has been forfeited by the land lord.

And also i have cancelled my international ticket 2 times for the same as per the instructions received from dhfl staff.

Now i want to take necessary action against all the culprit staff of dhfl involved in this directly or indirectly. And also take action for my loss of money.

Looking forward for your kind response.

    मैने DHFL से होम लोन लिया है और मैंने PMAY के लिए अप्लाई भी किया हुआ है 4 महीने हो गया है मगर अभी तक मुझे सब्सिडी नहीं मिला है जब मैंने DHFL के हेल्प लाइन No[protected] पर कॉल करता हूँ हरेक बार बोलते है की एक महीना रुको तब पता चलेगा की क्या होगा और फिर ज्यादा पूछने पर बताया है की आपके दिल्ली में दो प्रॉपर्टी दिख रहा है जिस प्रॉपर्टी पर मै पहले रह रहा था वो किराया पर था और उनके कहने पर मैंने किरये वाले प्रोपोर्टी का रेंट अग्रीमेंट और बिजली का बिल मैंने ब्लू डार्ट के द्वारा (AWB No [protected]) 18 जुलाई 2018 को भेज दिया हूँ जो की किसी प्रभ नाम के बन्दे ने प्राप्त किया है

      I tried to contact DHFL through Twitter, email and not where but DHFL is cleanly avoiding to answer my question which is, 'at DHFL, is Home Loan Insurance MANDATORY with Home Loan?'

      They keep asking for details on Social Networks and when provided all, they still say we are unable to trace your application but on the other hand the agent calls us and asks why did you raise a complaint, you must take it back or the loan will be delayed.

      BUT no one gives simple answer that against RBI rules, does DHFL FORCE its Home Loan borrowers to purchase Insurance or not? In plain words, is Insurance with Home Loan COMPULSORY or not?

        Hi all,

        Please find the attachment of loan statement.

        The total sanctioned amount is 967, 835.00 and manager is saying 127, 000.00 they have deducted for insurance, without any document or receipt, and it is not showing in our statement either (Which i'm attaching in this mail).

        Manager says we have mentioned that insurance amount in loan offer letter, which we never received, still they say that you should have asked initially if you have not received.

        My question is, being a customer is it necessary to know all the banking process, if we don't know then whose responsibility to inform the banking process.

        Please resolve this as soon as possible.

        DHFL Has suddenly increased my plot loan interest from 9.75 % to 11.75%

        this is clear cheating for the customer who is paying the EMI promptly and also only two years tenure is left.

          I submitted dd on 1st august 2018 in dhfl afterthat they said you can collect your origional document after 21 working days of clearing of last emi.
          My emi last date was 12th aug 2018
          Now we are completed almost 1 month i called to bank but bank says we have no intimation or not have your origional documents yet.
          The transferee bank want origional document.

              Dear sir,
              I want to close a/c my loan from dhfl. I am applied for closer statement at 04.08.18 and we recieved 24.08.18. When i am going to close the a/c branch office bilaspur c. G. With check at 28.08.18 refuse to accept the check and not close the a/c and given me next date 06.09.18.
              When i go same day again refuse me accept the close the a/c causes tell me not revised statement recieved by h. Q. So next date 07.09.18 give me by them. When i come 07.09.18 again not recieved my check and reason same. please solv my problem if my revised statement not send by h. Q. Today and not close my loan a/c i am going to conumer forum and other way to complain. I requested my next emi not cut my a/c. I am also recived check my new bank and intrest given by me.

                Sir my loan application no is _01463657. Sir i borrowed 957137 rs for purchase of plot situeted at cosmos pithampur road. But due to some unknown reason seller of the property cancelled the deal. Meantime because my loan was approved i paid 2 emi for the above said loan.                 When I asked the Dhfl employee Mr. Suresh Choukekar he is giving vague information. He doesn't know anything about the insurance. He had told me that me and the co-applicant both are covered but the insurance certificate shows only my name. Why so many blunders ?

                    We applied for the Pardhan Mantri loan subsidy and we got the application no QRDIS01591820 but after 6 month submitting all the document no process is going then we call the customer care of dhfl then they said they don't received the document and said again send the document . But when we call the chandigarh branch where we taken loan from them they said they send the document to the HO .

                    They blame each other for the misleading but don't give relevant information to us.

                      Hi team,

                      With reference of my dhfl housing loan number 00044374.

                      I have taken housing loan from dhfl and 3 payments already made from my account for that i already submit the cheques along with mandate form (Submitted). Due to some reasons my mandate form is rejected. Then i asked to my loan executive to provide me the copy of mandate form so i can sign and send with 6 cheques to lucknow branch but after doing too many follow up with the executive he wasn't send me the copy.
                      Then i contacted customer care and they advised me to go any of the branch in delhi ncr (Because i am currently working in delhi) and they will help me to provide the mandate copy but when i reach to dhfl sec 2 branch office they only took my payment cheque for the month of september and denied to provide mandate form and told me that they are unable to provide such kind of thing and i need to contact the loan executive or lucknow branch for the same.
                      Then after i called one senior executive at lucknow branch (I do not want to mention the name) and he promised on phone to send the mandate form into my email id and i send my email id (I. E. [protected]@rediffmail.com) to that person and follow twice and thrice but again i haven't got any mandate form. I am not expecting such kind o[censored]n-professional behavior from top companies like you.

                      Can someone from your team please help me to provide the mandate form (Into my email id) so i can send it to lucknow branch. Because it is not possible me to go to the dhfl branch every time to submit the payment for each month.

                      I am not happy with the service response provided by the dhfl loan executive because every time i took follow-up for my loan and payments. And i also do not want any failure into my loan tenure.

                      Hope you will understand my pain.

Last week your company employee name neeraj kumar mobile no [protected], come to me for verification purpose. His behaviour is very roughly. They asking me where is your house, i want to see to that time tell me immediately, i asked my house is near to me my working place, tell me where is your wife work i want to meet u, i tell the where is my wife work. When i call the where r u i am home, they ask me to who are you, i asking vishal, they asking whose vishal, i want to apply the home loan in dhfl. They ask me to who vishal i don't know you., and they failed me to my house verification and asking me to you don't live in present address., and my home loan declined, please sir, suggest me if they anyemployee makes a ruthly behavior to customer when the customer fell that and what is the dhfl reputation.                             I took housing loan from dhfl in floating method. Our finance minister & reserve bank of india has lowered down the interest rates for housing loan. Several nationalized & private banks has also reduced their housing loan interest. On asking dhfl officials, they are responding that as and when the govt will lower the rates, we will also lower down, it is set in the computer and will automatically lower down.

                            When i called to customer care they are saying its only for new customers not the existing customers. Then why they are increasing when the rates are increased, they should increase only for new customers.

                            My loan id:1664.

                            I had problem with pmay and now interest rates. Very digusting.

                            Never take loan from dhfl. Very bad customer service as well.

From loan disburse they taken only pre - emi, emi is not starting, says that when all loan disburse then emi start, & remaining disburse ment not given after flat is completing. Did not give writing about it. Only interest is taking & not start emi, branch manager says portfolio problem, collection manager says account in assign pool, account related not have any information to bank employee. They all move me to here & there from last one year.

                                      If something is pending from your end then why the emi amount got deducted from my bank on time. And again you will be deducting 2nd emi on 10 september 2018.
