Dear Sir,

We have applied for home loan in DHFL in last month we have given all documents which are required for loan I spoke to Mr. Srikanth one of the executive, i met him an gave the relevant documents also he asked me for immediate cheque of rupees 3000/-. We have received loan sanction message with application No. 01723388 & also mentioned to contact DHFL sales executive for details.

After so much background check for the application DHFL staff executive had come up with (letter of offer cum acceptance) on. 26th Feb 2018 with complete terms and conditions of the loan and also taken the applicant & co applicant signatures for further procedure.

An agent Mr. Mallikarjun turned up to my husband (co applicant) and asking for bribe for faster services with now hassel to process the application.

I am calling Mr. Srikanth since 20days till now i am calling many more times they are giving me a run around.I am not against the company but yes the executives are fooling around the customers without prompt response. I still have a hope with the positive reply from your home loan department. We have already paid Sum of Rs.5 lacs to the builder for purchasing of the property in which i will be in loss of that amount as we still not paid with any sanctioned loan within the sale deed agreement time. I am in a big trouble now. Please help me i need loan as soon as possible.

If we are not given any conclusion of the loan, we are forced to approach CONSUMER COURT for fooling around the customers though the report is shown negative.

    Have applied home loan(bt and top up)
    Almost 45 days back .
    I have got sanctioned on 25th of Feb but with conditions like closure of few of my existing loans .
    Sales executive came to me for signing disbursement documents and processing fees and stamp duty same was signed however I have clearly mentioned him not to disburse the loan unless credit is ok with all conditions.

    However the loan got disbursed on 28th Feb without my knowledge.

    Nor I received the chq.

    On 2nd of March I visited your pune office and explained them about closure condition, I am working with a bank and all my HR loans are reflecting in my cibil I have given them the proof the asked for further which was again provided but till date my DD is not released, however I have to bear the burden of Emi.

    I am chasing your team day and night from almost 10 days but no positive responce only thing they do is buy time from me.

    I am sorry to say but I am in big scoop because of you all as I have already wasted 45 days and if I shift to other bank I will waste
    Another 20 days, I am not getting any concrete answer.

    I hope things will get sorted after this issue also I am not ready to bear an emi unless and until my loan is disbursed to me .

      I jitendrabhai s. Solanki, have taken a housing loan from dhfl-
      Loan a/c no.- ahm 35396. Loan amount - rs.
      ₹13, 86, 962. I requested for list of documents (Lod) and outstanding amount statement as i've sold my property on which loan was taken.

      Have already given written application n number of times at ambawadi, panchavati branch and also called many times on customer care number. Didn't provided the documents.

      I want lod & outstanding statement on urgent basis.
      I want to raise a formal complaint against dhfl for such a very bad service.

      Today I've visited DHFL, Panchavati branch office and received hard copy of LOD (List of documents) which was already sent on my e-mail id by customer care.
      Still need a Foreclosure letter to do Sale Deed, which is not provided still from the branch office. They sent a request to Head Office, Mumbai to get approval to provide Foreclosure letter.

      Customer care told the Foreclosure letter can be received from DHFL Panchavati branch office only.

      Need Foreclosure letter on urgent basis.
      Would need intervention from Consumer Complaints team to close my request ASAP.

      Looking for a quick response.

        Written a below mail to [protected]@response. Followed by followups to [protected]@dhfl and highest escalation to [protected]@dhfl but no body responded to my email of 25th. Finally i have to call tollfree on 3rd of march. They logged my request from 3rd may & given me date of forecloser loan as 19th march.
        This is case of cheating and harrsament and pathetic quality of customer service. Evey bank today giving loan around 8.5%. This is worst ever bank which still charging me loan at 10.5%and top up at 15%. No ethics.

          I had a housing loan ar Dhfl Rashbehari kolkata branch. On 13rd of Feb 2018 I had transfered this loan to some other bank and submitted my outstanding Loan amount. They had informed me that I am suppose to get my entire papers and NOC after 18 days of the submision of the draft. It's been 30 days( one month )now and I have not received any papers yet. I am continuously calling them up but they keep on telling me that my papers is on transit and has not come yet. Because their Audit was going the papers hasn't come and they had nothing to do from their side. On the other hand the bank who took over the Loan is asking for the papers since long. They don't usually rec calls and talks very indecently with me. Please take a note.

            First of all great thanks for you to for helping me to know my patience by roaming around tirupati dhfl
            Office for my home loan after first disbursement especially. For every middle class family it's dream

            To buy/take home in their life. They have to take wise decision while starting interacting with the

            Bank or choose the bank for their home loan. Lot of collegues/relatives/friends suggested me to choose

            Other banks like sbi, hdfc. By believing dhfl totally i spoiled my dream. This is the very worst bank

            Ever in my life. Sorry if i use the word worst to describe of dhfl team of tirupati the value of

            "worst" word will come down. It's not sufficent word to describe. There are lot of things which make me

            Frustrate & behind this email. Actually i have applied for composite loan, which covers land +

            Construction. After verification process dhfl sanctioned my loan. I hope below explanation will reach

            You.

            Jan 17 : i have opened my home loan in dhfl & they said processing completed around 24th/25th of jan &

            Waiting for personal verification. I got response from dhfl tirupati saying that once it's done we can

            Issue the cheque. Actually there was a some conflicts too in verification. Person who came for personal

            Verification is telling that they didn't get proper information details from dhfl team. Couple of

            Things in this level of process
            - i got call from dhfl team of hyderabad & discussed about eligibility and other. They said later after

            3months you can clear your existing personal loan and can get more eligibility. Later local branch

            Updated that it's not possible & it can only after one year. Please check phone conversation to know

            More.
            - i have discussed with tenure of 20yrs & without my knowldget it added for 27years when i ask the

            Local people they said it will take time.

            Then they said cheque is ready & we can do the disbursement by 31st jan itself. When i was asking them

            To issue the cheque so that i can plan for land registration they said they are waiting for personal

            Verification report. Finally they approached me on 9th feb & ask me to plan for registration.
            Actually i got cheque on 12th feb & land registration happened on that day. Here why should customer

            Pay interest for those 12days. (2 or 3days acceptable) do you give any targets to the branch to collect

            Interest from customers?

            From feb 12th, i have completed 1month with very worst experience i had with dhfl, tirupati team. I

            Have discussed with them about my construction. Then they said, you need to get some approval document

            Then only can start the construction. When i started interacting with local govt office for approval,

            Realized that they can't issue needed document due to their standards for that land.

            Raghu - he is the person who did technical for that land. Please teach him definition of that & some

            Professional behaviour. Atleast he will get to know how to interact with customer. Remember you can't

            Imagine any business without customer. I have called him to know any alternative & he said you can't do

            Anything now pay interest for the given loan amout. Then what technical he did for that. He don't have

            Any basic common sense & he feels like he is giving money from his personal pocket. It would be great

            If dhfl conducts any professional training for the people atleast for quarter. I totally stuck here, if

            I would get to know before land registration that we can't get the approval document for this land or

            It's needed for bank people as part of technicality of the land, then definitely i would think about

            Taking that land else can look for other alternative. What verification done for that land from your

            End & technical side. They should check all prospects before sanction of loan. I m not sure whether

            They did intentionally & make me to stuck here.

            Then i started interacting with bhaskar, who is the manager of dhfl tirupati. Then he said he will be

            Showing some alternative & we can process with high interest without approval document. I accepted for

            High interest too. Because i stuck at middle. Obviously if they tell high interest customer won't

            Accept it. Now after partial disbursement for my land registration we can't do anything. I can't wait &

            Simply pay interest. (Dhfl is using nice strategy to make cash from customer. Not sure whether it's by

            Local branch) here i have ask him to process for that. Almost one month completed there is no proper

            Information. I m paying again emi for my loan, because of delay from your end. There is no response for

            My calls/mails. Let me know to whom i need interact then. Whenever i reach branch physically, they will

            Say we are interacting with higher team to get approval process. I m not sure where is the delay

            Happening. Please don't give any targets to any branch if yes, else by making delay they will drink

            Customer blood. On march 2nd, he said he will be giving/finalizing by end of the day. I m not sure

            Whether his intention is end of month/year. There is no response for my calls/mails/messages from that

            Day.

            First of all, dhfl recruiting team should know what sort of people will asset for dhfl in recruiting

            Process. By giving opportunity to this kind of people whatever you do that won't be worthy. How can you

            Recruit the people with this kind of attitue & behaviour. But somewho i can tell they are asset for

            Organization (Dhfl, tirupati) because they are like good story writers & can send them for bollywood &

            Hollywood too. Always they keep some stories with them to tell to the customer. Finally they made us to

            Drag the days so that again pain for customer to pay emi.

            - dhfl simply drinking customer blood. Please don't do this kind of cheat/fraud to the customers. For

            Every middle class person it's dream to own a house. Dhfl, tirupati team totally spoil my dream & they

            Made me realize that i took wrong decision by choosing dhfl to fullfil it. I thought of interacting

            With local media to explain this sort of cheating. I hope my issue will resolve here atleast now.

              My name is sridurga, i am a central govt employee earning 60000 salary per month. I had taken martgage property loan in the year 2003 in dhfl at visakhapatnam in which the property located at east godavari district. The loan was completing by march 2018. Now, i have applied for martgage loan on same property as all original documents are with them. The executive collected all required documents and a cheque for rs.5900/- for processing fee. A message came to my mobile that your loan is under process loan id is brsc 3794032. And bank authorities enquired my details over phone and after two days the processing fee cheque was submitted to the concerned bank and cheque was cleared. But the same day evening the bank executive informed me over phone that your lian is rejected due to low score of cibil. And also informed that your property located at out of district. But, when i have applied for loan they should tell that the property is at out of district not possible. And they should see the cibil first and then process the loan. If they agree to give the loan, they should collect the processing fee. But, they first collected processing fee and then rejected the loan and simply telling that your proceeding fee shoul not be return. This is highly irregular. I requested the bank authorities to arrange to refund my process fee immediately. My previous loan details are furnished below. I have paid the loan regularly. But why they rejected my loan and i am very much feeling bad to their thinking of giving loan to a central govt employee. Please dont do like this to any other employee.

                Dhfl charging me loan interest at around 11% and top up loan of around 15% & never give any benefits to me even market is running @8.5%. So i decided to foreclose the loan. I have email to them on 25th feb 2018 ([protected]@dhfl.com) and again send 2nd reminder on 3rd of march since no body responded to that e-mail.
                Today (3rd march) when i call to customer care, they dont have answer on why no one responded to my email and they taken new request stating that now you can come branch after 15 days. They ask me to escalate to [protected]@dhfl.com if still no one responded to it.

                This is a cheating to take fresh date and harassment to me as a customer. I will request everyone even its last option of this planet do not go for dhfl

                There is no sensitivity towards customer query. This is really unfortunate.
                I supposed to get an appointment today 12th March as per my original email 25th February.
                but noboady bothered to revert or respond.

                i too work for Bank. But when it comes to our own problem we go out of the box and help the customer.
                Now here i m the customer and DHFL has issues with not responded on my mail dated 25th.
                Pl first do give me date of 11th march to for-close the loan instead of 19th and help me changing my perception.

                I keep on sending mails/calls/messages to local branch but no reply from any one. So i frustrated about their behavior. They responded here saying that they will be look into it. let's see how soon they will resolve my issue.

                  This is to inform you i am Santanu Mondal one of you your Dhfl home loan customer loan no:00001269.Today i have visited to your durgapur home loan office for collect the LOD & Fore Cloure letter and your durgapur branch employee Mr Somnath and Branch manager told me that they are unable to provide me the LOD & Fore closure letter by today's or next three to four days due to system problem and as per your company policy if today I have apply for the same and than it will provide after 20 to 25 days.
                  Dear all my question is it is your company policy or its intentionally happening with me, if it is your company policy than ok otherwise it is happening intentionally than request to you please look in to the matter on highly priority basis as today's i am harrais for the same.
                  Respected All, this is to inform you i am working at outside the city for my job purpose and want to close my home loan immediately within four to five days. But if get this type of pathetic service and co-operation i have unable to do and facing lots of harraisment problems for close the loan.

                    i am asking you as why i will pay home loan insurance fees as there is no clause by government of India and this is not mandatory so why you are collecting this money from people.if people do not take the insurance so why you are imposing illegal clause.

                    By seeing all the comments n feed back against dhfl I shocked.
                    Dhfl is one n only financial company which sanctions the loans with simple documentation.
                    I got a plot loan with 10.7% rate of interest. Their service also very good and processing fee, insurances will be with all the bank loans .its common. Over all full satisfied.

                    Tats bad, my ROI has been increased to 11.47% from 10.70% without my knowledge. It's very poor, if it not going to be reduced as per RBI rules kindly let us know so we can try for different bank. It seems to be more than personal loan ROI.
                    Also number Of EmI after 4 years of payment remains same no change in outstanding as well.
                    Help me in reducing rate of interest or let me know.

                      This is to inform that I am having home loan in DHFL since 2008 till 2017.
                      If you will check the status of the loan, there was not any history of not paying any installment from bank. As I am not staying in India, I m not getting any information or status to me by phone or email.
                      As per the bond signed for loan in 2008, I was having the impression that my loan will finished by Nov 2017.Somebody came to mummy in Nov 2o17 and asked her my mobile number of Qatar but they didnt called me.When I reached India, I visited nearby office in kalyan but nobody explained me ...why some people came to my mummy and
                      In that office the concerned person was on leave.
                      After that I went to Goa. On 25th Dec some people went to my sister house and behaved very roughly and in appropriate manner...showing that I didn't pay the instalment...which was wrong. He called me and I informed him that I will be coming India in April and solve this issue.
                      Now nobody contact my mobile number (Qatar) and put notice on the door of my house. This is misbehave to my sister and to me also ...by outing notice on door.
                      When I called the Mr Pradeep who came to my sister is giving me all irrelevant answers.
                      Indirectly harrasing.

                            I think the company, dhfl, has found a new way to mint money..

                            They give false promises to prospective clients & charge rupees 3000/- for loan file login.. The executive never state the amount is non-refundable..

                            Later they reject the same file without stating any reason..

                            In my case.. I applied for home loan with dhfl in the month of january 2018..

                            My salary being 20000/- with the mw group in dombivli since 2016 & my wife's salary being 16000/- with meher pharma in bhiwandi since 2016..

                            I was assured that, i & my wife, clubbing together, are eligible for a loan upto 18 lacs..

                            The executive thoroughly went thru my & my wife's profile & assured me of loan sanction within 15 days..

                            The executive advised me of pd (Personal discussion) with the credit manager at my office but he never stated any particular date..

                            The credit manager gave a surprise visit on 31/01/2018 in the morning at 11am.. He did not even bother of calling me before visiting my office..

                            I was on field with the clients at that particular time on 31/01/18..

                            The credit manager called me & stated that he needs some more information in regards to my home loan file..

                            I told him clearly that i will be only available in the office after 1pm due to month end pressure & i was busy with my clients showing them company project sites..

                            But the credit manager was not ready to listen.. He was adamant that i should reach my office soon..

                            The credit manager was very very rude & had no sense of talking professionally..

                            He was talking to me in loud voice in my office as if i owe him a debt..

                            I told him to wait for some more time & i will try to reach early.. Or else he can speak to my boss for any other queries he has..

                            But the credit manager left my office without meeting me and without talking to anyone.. And he never met me again..

                            Later after couple of days, another credit manager visited my wife's office for pd..

                            The credit manager started shooting non-relevant questions to my wife which obviously my wife could not answer..

                            I was highly surprised by the behaviour of these credit managers from dhfl..

                            They had no sense of dressing, talking & behaving..

                            I could smell something fishy..

                            Later after a day or two.. I got a sms from dhfl stating that my loan file was rejected even before my credit check & pd was done..

                            They did not give me any reason for rejection..

                            The same thing happened many people in my surrounding..

                            1) they assure you of home loan under any circumstances..
                            2) they charge 3000/- for loan file login..
                            3) they never tell to clients that the amount is non-refundable..
                            4) the credit managers never do pd..
                            5) the credit managers never call u for pd appointment..
                            6) even if they do pd, it will be only for the sake of their job..
                            7) without any reason they reject the file stating that the amount is non-refundable..
                            8) extreme nonsense from credit managers

                            I want my 3000/- back.. I know 3000/- is not a big amount..in fact i will donate 3000/- to poor or needy.. But i will not let these professional beggars to eat my money..

                            This should be stopped (Charging money for pd & credit check) because it has now become a huge money making business for these finance companies..

                              I would like to inform the issue which i am facing from this company the worst ever i had from any other company.

                              I have took a policy on 3rd november 2017, but yet havn't received a policy kit, it has been almost 4months i have complained a many times to the call centre over the phone and discussed mine issues till hours but no help, they always provide a ticket number which after a week no use of that, they are very rude worst service over the phone,

                              First they use to say to wait and i will get a policy kit within some days, after few months they started to say the policy is delivered to your address.

                              The main concern i would like to discuss that i am the only person who stays at home from past 4months so i never received any policy kit. But the agent over the phone would not agree to listen this and cut the phone many a times on my face.

                              The phone agent was so rude that he did not transfer the call to the supervisor for my concern, directly he cut the call when i ask for the supervisor.

                              I would like to register a official complain for the phone agent who cut the phone many times before listening me in a very arrogant way. And last not the least the sales agent who gave me this policy never helped me at anytime when i tried calling him.

                              This is the service which i got from this company,

                              It is forcing me to share my problems over the social sites if it is not resolved as soon as possible and i need my policy kit asap.

                              I do not have time to leave my job and call 100 times to the phone support team or else the sales person, who is always making me run around and behaving rudely with me.

                              I would request you to look in this matter and get the things sorted.

                              I will never ever suggest anyone about this worst company who sell the policy by reaching at home 100 times once the policy is taken none of sales agent neither phone agent is trying to help me.

                                Hi all,

                                As i was chasing the sales executive ankit gupta from a long time regarding my top up loan, today finally i went to their sector 2 noida branch to meet his supervisor sachin mishra.

                                I was in the impression that being supervisor he will listen to my problem and will do something for my top up loan as i have already submitted my documents in the month of dec'17. He started showing me attitude that it was my mistake instead of sharing feedback with his sales executive.

                                He started shouting on me and used abusive language, he was not at all professional when it comes to serving customers.

                                Mr. Sachin was sitting in the branch as manager sales and do not know how to talk with customers. He was saying that " do whatever you wanted to but i will ensure that you will not get loan from us and if you want to go to ceo, please go as i don't care and he started shouting on me like hell.

                                Just wanted to say that if this is the behaviour towards customers in the well known companies like dhfl, i can assume the future of the company.

                                I dont think you are taking any action against these king of cheap employee who even dont know how to talk to the customer.

                                I request you to please cancel my top up loan and ask sales manager sachin mishra that return my all document which i have provided him.

                                Seems like i have made a big mistake to take the loan from dhfl because the way you employee talk is very disgurting and cheap.

                                This is not the matter of satisfaction. This is the matter of self-respect. Is this the way of treating your customer? I was called him more then 20 times and they never picked my call or reply me back. Whenever i went to the branch then your Branch Manager Sachin Mishra and Sales Executive Ankit Gupta were shouted me and abused.

                                As they know that, I am your existing customer they still treated me like that i will never get the loan from anywhere else. Sachin Mishra has lot of attitude. He pertained me like a government employee and no one can take the action against him.

                                I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT ACTION YOU HAVE TAKEN AGAINST THEM??????

                                      I took a loan from magma with loan account number = hl/0039/h/13/000052
                                      We took the loan on the condition that there will be no foreclosure charges since it was mandated by rbi for nil foreclosure charges for individuals. We knew that we will return the loan back in few years but when the time came bank refused to close the loan without us paying the foreclosure charges. So we had to pay 4 to 5 % on outstanding amount.
                                      I was looking forward to go to court regarding this but now i am here, wana give it a try.

                                        Since 5-6 years, dhfl was enjoying interest on loan amount, but immediately after reduction of interest rates as per rbi, they start deducting emi's without fixing final interest rates, without informing us, without any approval. We have write so many times, but no satisfactory response.
