I mr. Rajendra bramhe dhfl home loan account no.: [protected] br borivali, i am continuesly doing follow up from last 4 years since nov-13 by way of mail, telcon & by personal visit meeting with many sr. Executive like mr. Bipin chaturvedi, mr. Bhikhu sing, mr. Leo, mr. Nikhil rane etc. But all giving false promises & false commitments that, will resolve problems in 15 days. But still my lod not updated & wasted my precious time. I already submitted all documents in dhfl branch at the time of disbursement & that documents not mention in lod list i. E. All payment recipts ocr, final allotment letter/agreement on which i paid stamp duty of rs.86725/- copy of the same already handed over many times to dhfl team for there ready reference. This is completely ridiculous, i am fedup to follow up with dhfl representative. How can this big company so ignorant & careless? Please look in to this matter seriously & reply urgently.
