Mere pas pressing fees ka invoice ha[protected] ka jub k paise deduct hue hai 04-may-2018 ko
Mene jo pdc cheque diye huve hai vo without any information bank throw deduct ho gaye jub dhfl customer car me call kr k bat ki tub path chala k pre emi hai ye jub k mere pas loan ka cheque mila hai[protected] ka our vo bhi mere client k pas gaya hai (I mean bank se mile hai[protected] ko) our 08-05-18 ko hi mene client ko diya hai to processing fees kese deduct ho skate hai vo bhi without information & jub customer car me bat ki tub pata chala k mera mobile number galat hai jub ki mene mere regular no hi diya hai & ager broker rajkumar tiwari ne bhi ye no add kayak hai ya dhfl branch se brij ne to bhi me regular mere ek hi hai jis number se me un done se bat kr ta hun
Aur pdc 12 cheque mene[protected] ko hi de diye hai to bhi abhi tuq system me update nahi hue hai ye bat phi mujhe dhal customer care se pata chala to mere baki cheque ka kya sequrity hai ye phi without information cut ho jayega to is ka responsible kon hoga

    Dear dhfl,

    I have contacted your team via email on 23rd april 14:18 hours, requesting for the pmay scheme to be activated. On 09:39 hours i receive a response stating my service request has been registered #srdis01256396 and requested me to wait for 7 working days. After waiting for over 7 working days i requested for an update on 6th may 20:31 hours. I haven't received a response yet and i'm eagerly waiting for a response.

    Please help me avail the pmay scheme.

      Our loan application number is 01735088 name of mrs debajani sahoo and mr. Biswadip sahoo. Our loan is sanctioned and came to know that the the final disbursement has not done because of negative technical report of the property document. Initially we have paid rs. 2, 950 for processing fee. 26th of april your bhubaneswar branch mr. Ali told us to pay rs.2, 950 for disbursement of cheque and pre emi interest of 2055 which we have paid well. On 27th afternoon they told us due to technical ground your loan application is cancelled. How the cheque is prepared without technical verification of property and if loan application is cancelled then how come pre-emi interest is charged. Please look into the matter immediately to avoid litigation.

          Hi, i am mousumi das, i have a daughter, i want to setteled my home loan which is taken from dhfl, i have paid emi since 6 years but dhfl didin't response me properly their agents are busy in meetings i have no job no income presently but still i want to forthclose or setteled the rest amount. But the management was worlds worst management, they even response any words... My loan code is 00001087.

          I understand the behave from your company. I have to address you as follows...
          My loan amount to Rs 8, 12, 521/- from your finance corporation vide loan code no. 00001087, out of which I have already paid 5, 80, 000/- (approx) to your end.
          And I am ready to make pyment of Rs 6, 00, 000 /- as full and final payment of loan be as settlement with you.
          Be it mentioned that I am a single mother and I have a 8 years old daughter. And I have no source of income of my own. If my such settlement regarding payment of said amount be not accepted from your end in that event I

            Sir i am written letter to 2 months ago that give me foreclosure letter so i transfer my balance amount to other bank now i pay 9.75% and 0.20% increased as per govt.loan now i pay 9.95% other bank charge 8.6% i pay 1.25% more due to they get my payment on time and they dont bother.
            even every DHFL customers rate is different and visit 3 times to badlapur east branch and they send mail to head office but no one get reply.

            please take action and help me for foreclosure or reduce my interest rate as per govt.rates.

            I had applied for a Housing Loan in Oct-Nov 2017 & submitted huge number of documents. This was again asked to re-logged in April 2018 & again submitted some documents. I paid initial processing charges also. Till May 1 2018, they have not called me or mailed me. And if i call landline to any Bangalore branch, there is absolutely no response !

              We Planned to buy a plot in Chennai, little outer than the city limit. Then the land lord suggested us for DHFL. So we approached the respective sales person. He don't even have proper knowledge on the product which he handles. Before that he did even inform the clause that after three years we have to construct the house else the interest rate will change, which is higher than what they have committed in the initial stage. After paying the processing fee. Now we don't want to proceed this further. Really waste of our money. poor Service

                I applied for foreclosure of the loan and cleared all my loan amount, after which I was called on 30 April 2018 @ DHFL Thane (MH) to collect my original documents, it was a shock to me when I saw the poor damaged condition of my original documents.
                DHFL has damaged my original property documents in a fire incidence that took place in December 2017 & they did not bother to inform me about the same.
                When I complaint about the same & refuse to accept the papers- the DHFL team @ Thane asked me to send an email to the following email ID's
                nitin.[protected]@dhfl.com, [protected]@dhfl.com, [protected]@dhfl.com, [protected]@dhfl.com. I sent a mail on 02 May 2018 15:04hrs with all the details & my complaint to all these email ID's & got a notification that my email ID is been blocked/ & my email from all the DHFL email ID's bounced back! (Attaching a screen shot of the same)
                Just to check I sent the mail from another email ID which is not in the data bank of DHFL & as expected the mails did not bounce back!

                I had seriously not imagined this level of intentional ignorance & fraudulent behavior towards their clients who have paid them for the services.

                My buyer is refusing to take the property as the documents are damaged, DHFL is again proving its capabilities by handling this case to the worst level it can.

                I FEEL CHEATED & FOOLED by this company & will never ever recommend anyone to deal with them in any possible way.

At that time I was told by the Manager that this document will be returned if required after four or five years of regular payments of EMI. This document is presently pertains to my sister who is in urgent need of the same. All other original documents with DHFL are pertaining to the property forwhich I have been sanctioned loan.

                  I feel Iam disappointed. Iam not requesting the release of mortgaged documents the value of which are already manyfold higher than the principal amount outstanding. This particular partion document of my wife was required at the initial stage with an assurance of return after construction of house and few years by the Branch Manager himself. Kindly look into the matter again and release the colotral document in question. Kindly consider my request logically and favourably. I would feel of great injustice done to me if my request is rejected again merely due to correctable technical hitch in your Company Norms.

                        Hi Team, Iam Sandeep Vaddi, resident of Hyderabad. I approached Praveen [protected] from DHFL for a home loan requirement. I clearly called out saying Iam looking for 90% or above loan against property I chose. He is the same person who processed home loan for same property of initial owner, when he worked in Axis Bank. He did say he can get 90% loan sanctioned and collected all documents. After 1 month of processing he says that 80% of value can be given. When I highlighted this, he completely changed his words and arguing he never told me about 90% of loan amount against property. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE AND WILL TAKE THIS TO OTHER FORUMS AS WELL. Hoping you will either take action or get my loan sanctioned to 90%.

                          I bought a property and took loan from DHFL and now I have sold that property last month and buyer has already paid 2 emis of that property and Buyer's loan is also from DHFL. still DHFL Team used to call me for emis. I don't know how they can ask for money from 2 different customers against same property. DHFL' s staff was never supportive in the whole tenure of dealing with DHFL.

                          I never reccomend anyone to take loan from DHFL

                                I mr.                                   I am m bharani krishna murthy, resident of visakhapatnam availed home loan of rs.10, 00, 000/- vide file no vis/030857 in the year 2012 and a top up of amount rs.6, 00, 000/- vide file no. 00041347 in the year 2015.

                                  I have sent a request mail for my outstanding balance for pre closure on date 15.02.2018 and i have received a mail from dhfl on 21.02.2016 in response of my mail. I have received outstanding balance statement on 13.03.2018 and as furnished in the statement issued by dhfl i have paid in full through cheques on date 19.03.2018 and the payment receipts are attached.

                                  As more than one month past still my documents are with you and dhfl visakhapatnam branch staff are least responding to our queries.

                                  Though i have paid the full amount still dhfl is holding my original document for unknown reasons. I personally request you to intervene into the matter and minimize the losses occurred to me.

                                    I had applied for a home loan at last year in tuticorin branch, still am paying my pre-emi amount of rs.7075 (Total paid - rs.84900). They are not ready to process my loan to next level.. So am planning to close my loan for their worst service and worst customer handling..

                                    I checked with my branch to close my loan and huge delay from them and sent pre closed amount deatils.. I paid my pre closed amount at this month first week.. But still i didn't get any closing mail or any response from your end..

                                      I a rajeshwari, have applied for mortgage loan with the file no. 01749298

                                      I would like to bring to your notice that mr. Santhosh rajesham namsani ([protected]) has approached me to get me a loan and i have submitted all the documents with cheque of ₹6000/- and the same is debited from my bank a/c. And since then i have received no update on the loan status.

                                      Surprisingly, when i approached and enquired at the office i was been told by the concern that there was no such product with dhfl business where me and my mother as co applicant can avail loan here. I fail to understand that when there was no such product available why my file was logged with assurance by the sales person mr. Santhosh and his manager that everything was fine and logged the file...??

                                      This is complete mis selling of the product and cheating me and for no use i paid ₹6000/-. Kindly refund my money and also return back my documents immediately.

                                        This is laxman jadhav home loan holder in dhfl vashi branch.

                                        Loan account number - 0003473

                                        I following for my loan closure process since 21st march and today is 17th april almost 28 days left but i still not received my original documents and closure letter.

                                        I visited at vashi and thane branch multiple times but issue did not get resolved.

                                        25th march to 5 april was the locking period of dhfl and i agreed to submit cheque on 6th april but while visiting got to know from vashi branch and customer care about server issue due to 31st march financial year clsoing. But as in customer i was expected the queck response to get cheque cleared, finally on 12th april it is 7 days delayed my cheque has cleared and amount settled in my loan account.

                                        Now there 15 days tat but due to the delay from dhfl my futher plannings are getting disturb hence requesting customer service team to please provide my original documents and closure letter before 20th april.

                                        Got reply today it will takr 30 days from the repayment done, now it is going into the harassment mode wherein tat is 15 days as per acknowledge by thane and vashi branch.

                                        Please help me to get the documents urgently
