My loan code is 2518
Branch - JABALPUR, MP
There is no option available in the portal where I can check my status of balance loan amount. I am working in government office where my timing is 7:30 to 17:00 and DHFL office is 15 km away.
For checking loan status I have to reach DHFL office before 17:00 hrs and submit application. The statement comes after 2-3 days after submitting application.
I already emailed them and their representative told me to contact office.
They are public dealing company and they have to provide full details to their customers.
Should I book complaint in consumer court.

Are they hiding something from Customers.

    I had applied for Housing loan with DHFL in July 2017, which took them a month to process my documents. They incorrectly processed my loan & I had to pay a penalty of RS. 450 for 2 months from by bank as even after applying for Subvention scheme where the Builder will pay the EMI for 18 months, they put a cheque against my name to pay the EMI.

    Mr. Kulwant & Mr. Vikesh are the new appointed Branch managers who don't even care to reply to email or any calls transferred by their internal employee.

    After speaking to your employee Mr. Rajib Mantry, I now come to know that my file is incorrectly processed in the first instance and the Pradhan Mantry awas Yojana scheme is not been applied to my loan.

    Please note my loan was disbursed before January and I should be eligible for this scheme. Previous your employee Kahnai Ji who was handling my case told me that I will be eligible for this scheme.
    Please clear this internal goof-up at your end as I will not be facing a loss of 2.5 lakhs.

    Also they charged me RS 13500 as pre EMi for disbursement of loan on December 2017 & was supposed to be repayed back on 29 Dec. It's more than 20 days and I haven't received my money back.

    Even I have raised a complain via their Complaint department who stated that they will reply within 4 days. It's more than 7 days & nobody has provided a solution yet.
    Kindly help us to teach a lesson to such a bank who never treats their customers well. Do not ever take any loan from DHFL.

      I closed my home loan account last month and I paid complete amount including foreclosure and extra amount whatever dhfl charged. When I asked about it to dhfl executive then he told me that it will refund after 15 days. After 15 days I wrote to dhfl about it then Company assured me it will refund with in 15 days but i didn't get it till date. I would like to request you please provide assistance regarding it.
      My closed home loan account number is 00000641.

        Dear sir,

        Worst sercice by dhfl.

        My name is sarma s sahu (Mobile no : [protected] / ‭[protected]‬ and my loan account no is 00000640.

        I approched dhfl for a home loan thinging its process is quick than other banks.
        Mr pramodh (Mobile number :[protected]‬) is the executive from dhfl ghatkopar east branch assisted me with my documents.

        I gave all my documents and then i got an confirmation from mr promodh saying that my loan is approved and also the sanction letter was given to me.

        I was asked to give all my original documents and with my processing fees.
        I was also asked to pay rs 7650 via cash and when i asked why do i have to pay, mr promodh said its for agreement purpose and made me sign all the documents and i paid that amount to mr promodh via cash.
        I was not given any receipt for rs 7650.

        Mr promodh said the cheque will be ready in couple of days and i can collect it.

        Its not been more than 1 months i am waiting for the cheque and not when i call mr promodh he tells me to wait and does not answer my calls.

        Dhfl has already started deducting emi from my bank without even dispersing the amount.

        If my loan is not approved then why would you deduct emi from my account.
        And if its approved why am i not given the cheque???

        Would also request you to send me an receipt for the amount of rs 7650 paid to mr promodh via cash.

        I would be filing an police complain and also register and complain with consumer forum in regards to the fraud.

        Request you to resolve it the earliest and give me my cheque and its been an worst service by dhfl.

          I applied for plot purchase in your gulbarga branch and i stay at pune dhanori area. One of your executive who came to verify my home verification sent wrong status as pending and he conveyed me in message as he got my home. Now re initiated the verification but he is not at all picking phone. Many times he does same.. At the time when he came for verification also he called once and then not picking call to convey address to him. His no. Is[protected]. Very frustrating person.. I request ask him to co-ordinate properly... Please avoid having such careless executives

            I'm abhieet sankhe.
            I've taken top up loan on nov.2016 from dhfl offered on my previous home loan. (Application no.[protected] i'm so disappointed and frustrated with dhfl service and fake promises from their executive to just sell their product. They are taking dis-advantage of customer need.
            - they have unnecessarily added chola ms insurance to this loan without my consent, their executive not given any information on attaching policy to my loan amount. He has taken disadvantage of my sign on application form and he fills up additional fields without my information.
            - on approval of loan request they have not feel important to educate customer what been approved,
            - from customer care till executive and his manager force me to collect disbursed amount else they have threaten that emi will start immediately as loan already disburse. With no option left i've taken loan.
            - even now loan manager verbally committed to reduce interest rate to 11.75 but not given me letter. I feel like cheated now from dhfl.

            This is given me lots of mental and physical stress and feels like harassment from executive.

            I would like to have strong action against such executive and his manager (Manish kashyap) and would like to claim cash compensation of 1 lacs for mental harassment and unnecessary addition of policies and charging interest on polices for 15 years.

                Hi team,

                I was applied for home loan bt in dhfl mulund branch 4-5 month back, after long trouble and harshment by dhfl team (Mr. Kanaiya barot, mulund branch), loan got sanctioned in nov 2017 with 8.70% rate of interest, i have already paid stamp duty amount to you guys, processing fees cheque has been cleared, it was clearly discussed with kanaiya, interest should be start after cheque handover and cleared, but till date (3rd jan 2018) i have not received cheque, where cheque is signed on 19th of dec, now dhfl guys are asking me to pay pre emi (Interest) on that amount which i have not received, its not possible, its your fault you have not handover cheque to me on time.

                My points.
                1 if my documents was not complete then why you make my cheque,
                2 why you guys take stampduty amount from me,
                3 why you guys deposited processing fee cheque if you guys are not going to give me cheque,

                What is meaning by disbursement, just update in your system and not handover cheque to customer, what rbi allow you guys to collect emi/interest from customer without giving fund to customer?

                This is totally fraud work doing by dhfl.

                  I had taken a plot loan with application no 01267805 in feb 2016 with floating rate of interest. Now i have decided to foreclosure the loan from other financial institute as they are offering for lower rate of interest.

                  But when i enquire customer care regarding for, any charges like 1% or 2 % charges or no charges fee on the outstanding principal amount for fore closing the plot loan as the source of funds is from a financial institution.
                  When i enquire the customer care or branch, they are not giving the correct answer, they informed that only after applying for fore closure letter by paying 572 rs which takes 15 days to get the closure letter.
                  My question is can t the customer care / branch know the conditions exactly.

                  So can i know whether there will be any charges like 1% or 2 % or no charges fee on the outstanding principal amount for fore closing the plot loan as the source of funds is from a financial institution.

                  Please help me regarding this i am not getting any correct response from dhfl customer care/branch.

                    This is to inform you that i your customer with home loan number 00002193 mr. Anand kumar pandey had informed one of your sr. Business development executives from dhfl sales and services limited mr. Avinash subhash bhosale that the registration office of our area of 27 villages falling under the gram panchayat was compelled to be closed because there was some disputes as the kdmc was taking over the gram panchayat since 01/08/2017 the registration office was legally closed and till date has not yet re-opened. Avinash was aware of the current situation still without the registration papers got the home loan disbursed and also did inform us about this disbursement later he demanded for rs.50, 000 worth life insurance and had already deposited my cheque without informing which he taken forcefully from me and got my cheque bounce also he started threatening that your loan will be cancelled if you do not clear the cheque thereafter, he told us to start paying the emi of the housing loan which we were not prepared for as we did not get the house possession as well as our registration was still pending, meanwhile, he also had increased our rate of interest from 8.70% which was mentioned on the sanction letter to 9.20% for the same without informing and also he had taken money for the legal technical process an amount of rs.7, 000 and before that processing fees rs.5, 900 also rs.421 gst stamp duty rs.1, 200 and challan rs.5, 000 total amount we have paid including every month emi of rs.13, 869 for three months from 13/09/2017-10/11/2017 i. E rs.61, 128 and after everything he did not inform us that my loan was cancelled instead he was demanding 2% of my loan amount so that he can directly issue the disbursement cheque to the builder without registration papers which completely a threat to us as a customer as we did not get the ownership of the house neither the possession of the property. Being an employee he has breached all the legitimacy of the company. I visited the dhfl sales and services limited office in hariniwas circle office and logged a complaint but got no response and mr. Avinash subhash bhosale has given me open challenge that no actions will be taken against him by the company in spite of this forgery and all this mess with us.

                      My name is sunil shivalkar

                      I had apply for home loan for rs 900000 i had told to my agent i had required 10 lac for housing loan he told me ok.. And after two days he told u r loan amount is getting 9 lac as per u r tenure i had said ok it will fine he had taken all documents from me and cheque of rs 2925
                      And as he had responsibility for giving me updates of home he is giving all update to my reference reference person details he had providing to third person not giving update to me... And now he is saying u r getting rs 830000 thousand loan to my reference person and when i had called him he told me that u r getting 710000 amount of loan sanction
                      Then he told me u have to bring permission letter from u r company that u r working for 7 years instead of 5 year of retirement.. He is forcing me to cheat my company which is against to my company... If i will cheat to my company and in audit they will caught me then they will fired me from my job then due to dhfl i will lose my job
                      This is not a proper agent of dhfl is deciving to people by wrongly method take necessary action against this agent and terminated is licences
                      And i had few number of people whom he had sanction loan and taken extra charges in his personal pocket then they had fight higher authorities and taken their amount
                      This is not the way to harrased people allready we are applying for loan it means we are in urgency and is taking misuse of it
                      If dhfl is providing loan to me then it is my responsibility to repay the loan on time and as it is my personal problem against my family. Regarding family room to sale.. As i will get this share i will repay the loan within 6 month because i had never apply loan credit card or any finance from any one... What i had get in that i m happy but things are change we have to migrate ourselves as one step ahead so i had taken the step for loan

                      And i had getting harrasment from dhfl
                      Plz take necessary action against him and plz tell me the final amount of sanction

                        I had applied for a home loan (In the last week of september, 2017) with dhfl which was approved (On oct 31) and even the pre-emi (On 3rd nov.) and first emi (On nov 14) got deducted from my bank account. And then there was a communication on nov 28 from dhfl that my loan has been declined.
                        How could a loan which was already approved and for which dhfl was deducting the emi can suddenly be declined without any proper communication of the reason?
                        This was unjust and irresponsible attitude of dhfl and executives of the branch which impacted my physical and mental health.
                        On 5th dec 2017, i also visited dhfl gurgaon branch and met pramod sharma and sagar kumar to discuss the matter. Mr. Sagar told me that the home loan was rejected due to some company policy, etc. He also asked me to write a latter (Enclosed for your reference) for refunding the emi, pre-emi and processing fee and told me that they will refund emi, etc. Within 10 days but it has been more than 19 days since then and i am still waiting for the refund amount to be credited to my bank account.
                        I was highly disappointed by the way dhfl and its executives had dealt with me. My entire down payment amount was blocked and i was on the verge of losing it because of the irresponsible behavior and conduct of dhfl. So to buy the property i had to apply for personal loan at 10.99 interest rate which was around 2 percent higher than the home loan interest rate offered by dhfl.
                        The following amount which was paid to dhfl but never refunded even after cancelling my home loan application:
                        - total amount paid to dhfl by cheque: rs. 51, 198.00 (Dhfl statement and hdfc bank are enclosed)
                        - total amount paid to dhfl in cash : rs. 6, 900.00

                          I am compelled to raise this concern after a long chase of 1 months with dhfl employees, who are always trying to dodge the issue & end up giving false promises.

                          I applied for dhfl loan on dec, 4 2017 for an amount of rs. 25 lakhs for 30 years which was within my approval limits. During loan applications the dhfl executive mr. Rahul (+91-[protected]) who sits in a-6, sec - 2, noida, up boasted about transparent & quick process of dhfl and will help me get the disbursement done by one week.

                          After 1 week mr rahul call me and told me to close my others 2 loans then they will sanction me for 25 lakhs. I ask him if i close only one loan then how much amount you can sanction. He said no sir now you have to take 25 lakhs loan, below 25 lakhs loan we can not disburse as we already write 25 lakhs in your application. I believe him and he keep asking to close my others 2 loans and threaten me that if you do not close these two loan your loan will be declined.

                          After couple of days one of dhfl representative ms mansi chawla (+91-[protected]) called me and she also keep asking asking for noc.

                          Next day i got whatsapp massage that manish sir your loan is sanctioned for 25 lakhs and i will give you your sanction latter tomorrow but before this you have to give me 5000 rs.

                          From that day i keep calling to mansi and rahul but they do not pickup my call. When i tell rahul that i need my sanction latter otherwise i going to mail to nodel officer. From that day he keep calling me and saying sorry and he keep saying "mere nokri chali jayegi sir aisa na karo me mere chote chote bache hai etc etc".

                          Next day some of rahul's friend which is not emp of dhfl called me and said "he is coming to re-verification at my home. I ask him his name, his name is amit kumar. I ask that why you want to re-verification then he just cut the call.

                          Finally he send me the sanction latter, but i am shocked when is see my sanction latter the sanction amount is 21 lakhs 50 thousand and the tenure is only 20 years.

                          Immediately i called up to rahul and asking about the tenure and amount. He said to me now do what you can do if i lost my job then i will see you personally its a fight between you and me and he said" me aligarh ka hu, aligarh k ladke bahut haram hote hai, me address deta hu apna baski ho to samne aaker mil. I have all the recording of mr rahul which i will show in court. If i will go there.

                          Rahul keep calling me and threatening me its very disgusting. I was thought that i have to file a police complaint against him because i have all the recordings and all whats app chats. So before go to there i am initiating this mail.

                          This is just so unprofessional/rude on their part that they can't cater to simple requirements of their clients. This indeed is so frustrating. Totally disappointed with the dhfl process.

                          Is that how dhfl treat their customers? What kind of professional behavior is this?

                          Now all i need is to please increase my tenure by 25 or 30 years. Thats it.

                          I am attaching my sanction letter to this mail please increase my tenure to 25 years.

                              I have opened case with dhfl (Qrdis[protected] ccdis[protected] on 8th of november 2017 and now today is 14 dec 2017. I am trying to get the response from dhfl helpdesk on [protected]@dhfl.com but no one is trying to response on timely and they are just delaying my request. Now its been more then one and half month and they are not able to resolve my queries. Such a pathetic response from them. It is very difficult to maintain a long term relationship with them.

                              Even i tried to reach their seniors on sharma. [protected]@dhfl.com, purshottam. [protected]@dhfl.com and [protected]@dhfl.com, they are also not responding.

                                We requested dhfl team to open rd account for one year with emi of rs. 1000/- p. M. Initially we took several followup to open an account and still i am chasing with them to regularise their emi system and online deduction of amount from my account details which has been shared with them. For which i am following with them but no proper response with their customer care exec. And on mail they are just responding that they need some more time to regularise the same. Now i am fed with their service. Request your help on this case. Or else ask them to refund my money.

                                    We have been giving lot of cheques to change the bank account and ecs details. Even though lot of follow the managers are not at all responsible to contact to customers. By knowingly they charge the interest charge of not giving the amount and cheque. Even though by email we received that the cheque was received on time. Collection team always calls and asking for the late payment fee. Its been more than 7 months we are following up to the concerned managers but no response and even they dont care about the things. The loan code is loan code-2113.                                       मेरा लोन नं 5494 है मोरे लोन के तीन इस्टॉल मेंन्ट बाकी है मेरी नोकरी कंपनी ने जादा कामगार कपात मे मुझे नौकरी से कम किया है, अस्थाइ कामगार हु, जैसे पैसे मेरे पास आते है मै कंपनी ने इस्टॉल मेंन्ट भरती हु और बाकी तीन इस्टॉल मेंन्ट भी भर दुंगा. आपके यहॉ से हर दो दिन मे इस नंबर से [protected] मुझे और मेरी पत्नी को फोन आते है, और वह आदमी असभ्य भाषा इस्तमाल करता है और हार्दीक बार गलत शब्द का इस्तमाल करता है, यह भारतीय रिजर्व बँक के नियम के खिलाप है ग्राहक से गलत भाषा का इस्तमाल करना और टॉर्चर करके परेशान करना गलत है अगर मेने या मेरी पत्नी को इसी तरह परेशान किया गया और दोनो मे से किसी की जान चला गयी तो उस नंबर का कर्मचारी और आपकी कंपनी इसका जिमेदार होगी अगर इस नंबर से वापस फोन आया और परेशान किया तो महीला आयोग मे मेरी पत्नी कंपलेंट करेंगी और बाकी सब आपकी कंपनी और उस कर्मचारी की जिम्मेदारी होगी. इस कर्मचारी पर अगर कारवाई हो यही अनुरोध आपकी कंपनी ये मै करता हुं
