I had applied for Housing loan with DHFL in July 2017, which took them a month to process my documents. They incorrectly processed my loan & I had to pay a penalty of RS. 450 for 2 months from by bank as even after applying for Subvention scheme where the Builder will pay the EMI for 18 months, they put a cheque against my name to pay the EMI.

Mr. Kulwant & Mr. Vikesh are the new appointed Branch managers who don't even care...

When I asked about it to dhfl executive then he told me that it will refund after 15 days. After 15 days I wrote to dhfl about it then Company assured me it will refund with in 15 days but i didn't get it till date. I would like to request you please provide assistance regarding it.

How could a loan which was already approved and for which dhfl was deducting the emi can suddenly be declined without any proper communication...
