Website: Issue in Loan transfer

I had taken two loans from dhfl which are on two different properties taken at different point of time having no connection to each other. Now when i went to do balance transfer of one loan, in the fore closure letter both the loans were linked up.

However both loans were taken at different point of time and on different property and should not have been linked.

The other bank (To which i am doing the balance transfer) requested me to get it clarified from dhfl that both loan accounts are not linked and one loan account individually can be closed. Unless they get this confirmation they will not do the balance transfer.

I followed up hard with dhfl citing urgency of the clarification, but got no response from them.

I have already spent considerable money and time on the balance transfer process and it is time sensitive. Delay / rejection in balance transfer due to mistake at dhfl's end will have a monetary impact at my end.

Requesting dhfl to look into my query on urgent basis and provide me written confirmation on loan status so that i can proceed with balance transfer process.

        The dhfl home loan service is very bad they are deduct my large amount approx 3 lakes with any reason and information when go at that branch they are reply me
        Get out from this office we can't return your amount

          Hi team,

          Query about:- pradhan mantri awas yojana form – acknowledgement copy not received.

          My self savita anil utekar, i had applied for the dhfl housing loan in the month of march 5, 2016. The loan got sanctioned for total amount of rs. 1089461/- tenure 20 years with home shield policy. I am the first holder of this loan (Applicant) and my husband mr. Anil utekar is a co-applicant. Loan sanctioned application number is – 01278382.

          As we both me and my husband was aware of pradhan mantri awas yojana scheme, that’s the reason we are applying for housing loan. So we inquired with some of our relatives and friends who recently applied for the scheme with various banks.

          I had visited dahisar office one week before submission of my pradhan mantri awas yojana scheme, i had collected the same from customer helpdesk no. 4. After one week when i went to submit the form that time customer helpdesk no. 5 informed me that form is incomplete. Reason was not having co - applicant signature on each and every page of form. This is to inform you that customer helpdesk should have full fledge knowledge to guide the customer. Again there was half information given by customer helpdesk no. 5, which we come to know from one of our relative that we have to stick the photo of both applicant and co - applicant on the form and has to crossed sign on the same.

          Anyways i had submitted the form with all documents mention below on may 26, 2017 at counter no. 4, that time on the spot at customer helpdesk no. 4. She asked me declaration of holding a single house on my name. Which as a customer i feel really pathetic. Customer is getting trouble in all this incomplete information process. I will request you to train all customer helpdesk with well-equipped knowledge.

          Pradhan mantri awas yojana form – signature on each and every page with photo (Applicant and co-applicant)
          Pan card copy – both us (Self attested)
          Aadhar card copy – both us (Self attested)
          Bank statement – 1 years both us (Self attested)
          Itr – 1 year (Self attested)

          Query – after submitting the form i haven’t received any acknowledgement copy not even the reference no against the submission of form and documents as a proof. I asked for the acknowledgement copy, i was informed that you will receive mail or else phone after 3 months of completion of our process, counter no.4 customer care helpdesk staff neglect and told after 3 months only you will come to know the status then too after verification from the government.

          My question is what will be the proof with us the we had submitted the form to your office. As per my knowledge and information other banks are providing proof copy with reference no. Why dhfl can’t provide the same if not atleast provide stamp of dhfl on copy of the form.

          Even i have proof other banks are providing ref no on the form copy.

          This to inform that i need the acknowledgement copy for the submitted form.

          Also request you to kindly look into the matter and revert on the same.

              Dear team,
              At the time of disbursal of the loan in[protected], i was told that as a special case there will be no foreclosure charges and hence there was no foreclosure charges mentioned on the sanction letter.
              At the time of foreclosing the loan in march 2017, dhfl first gave me forclosure letter with 2% charges, then at the time of depositing the repayment chq, they refused to accept the chq and changed it to 3% and gave me a new foreclosure letter and asked me to pay additional 5 lacs in the repayment amount.
              They refused to listen and entertain my complaint and requests.

              Please help. To my loan has been closed and i made the repayment with 3% foreclosure charges, however 5 lacs is not a small amount and any help in retrieving the same would be of great help.

              I have the foreclosure letter of 2% and of 3%, which iw ill send to you as and when required by you.

                    Very poor services privided by DHFL head branch Pune and customer care too. I am having home loan with the company and as RBI has decreased the ROI but dhfl did not intimate for the same. Earlier, before loan approval they use to send mail regularly but after loan started they stopped communicating. Even if I send any mail to "[protected]@dhfl.com" they are also not replying and their knowledge is also very poor. Head branch they have only one contact no and most of the time it remains out of order. I[censored] visit the branch they says u must call to us to confirm for your request status. How a person can call without any contact no or if it is out of order. Very very poor service, I m planning to switch over to others bank.

                      My home loan main documents of loan code 00000304 not provided by dhfl, bistupur branch, jharkhand till date.I have transferred loan to LICHFL and they have closed my home loan with DHFL on 25.04.2017 by cheque.I have receipt of it.Dhfl people assured me that i will receive main home legal ownership document within 15 days but whenever i called them they are extending dates.They have received total home loan closing amount still also delaying and harrassing.Service is very poor.I will get some amount back from them.I wil go to consumer courtand charge the losses for harassment and loss in time, for not getting top up from LICHFL in due time due to delay of document receiving from Dhfl office.
                      I want my document within today or DHFL HAVE TO FACE CONSEQUENCES IN CONSUMER COURT.

                          The loan has been transferred to another institution and the closure done. The request was given on 16/03/2017 which was misplaced by your dahisar office.                                 With my below complaint, I truly regret that I choose DHFL for my first Home Loan process. I would neither ask any of my reference to go with DHFL in future because of this fraud transactions happened on my application.

                                Regarding the DHFL application ID: 01459573, submitted a Nallasopara Branch, post finalization on deal of my First Home in Mira Road, I applied for an Home Loan in DHFL by 1-2 week of March.
                                However, I did received the sanction letter of 42 lakh from DHFL prior to the deal that were having a rate of interest at 8.70%.

                                Since my property value is 38 lakh 50 thousand, I applied for 90% of loan that comes to 34 lakh 65 thousand with all documents submitted in mid-March itself.

                                When I went to sign the final agreement and documents on 25th March, I was shocked to see the final loan amount was jumped from ~34 lakh to ~37 lakh.
                                The bank executive stated the reason that they have applied all FIVE insurance that sum up to ~2.25 lakhs which was totally optional (as stated in sanction letter) neither there was any confirmation from Bank to opt for these insurance`. Also, I was expected to get the tenure of only 20 years, but instead the tenure extend to 25 years which was an unexpected deal.

                                When I asked agent to just revert all the insurance and just give me loan as per 90% calculation, he said me to wait for April month because he need to speak with DHFL Manager and that is even not sure whether the insurance can be waived. If this doesn’t happened, than we have to just cancel the application and resubmit everything that will take the process to mid of April. I really don't understand why the hell I am taking the burden of banks mistake.

                                As per the deal with DHFL executive, my loan amount was supposed to disburse by March end, and based on this, my Property Owner was agreed on the agreement to clear everything by March end itself.

                                Accepting the fact that the cancellation will be done by mid of April, I asked execute to cancel my Loan application and re submit the request, now its been almost the month end, still the cancellation has not been completed neither new process has been started.

                                Moreover, I didn't signed even a single documents, and executive is saying that he had disburse the Loan, but neither my Owner nor owner Bank have received any amount. DHFL has been already collected pre EMI of ~6k and without disbursement of Loan amount, DHFL has started collecting EMI of 30, 000/- with 18% penalty which is truly unfair and straight fraud because of no disbursement to receiver.

                                Now, I am trapped, neither DHFL is cancelling my application nor they are ready to waive the Insurance that I haven't opted for. And also started collecting EMI's without disbursement.

                                Nevertheless to say DHFL process is not only slow but also do fraud with their customers. Neither execute have sufficnt knowledge on the processes. Truly disappointed.

                                  We are paying 13.5 % interest for our home taken in 2012
                                  we have made no of attempts to speak to the manager for reducing the interst rate.
                                  All the banks has reduced the home loan interest, DHFL is not doing the same. Each & every time they made an excuse of market & company policy issue.

                                  For increasing immediately for any minor regulation from rbi and NHB.. but for bringing down the interest rate.. they say they cannot go with RBI

                                    Did government reduced rate of interest for new users only? Because this is the message i got from dhfl when i asked them to reduce my rate of interest as per latest government policy.

                                    What have we done wrong? Why new rate of interest is not applicable for existing users? When i choose floating rate of interest during my disbursement, what to do you mean by floating rate of interest? When government increases interest rate, that time bank increase our rate of interest instantly

                                      I Raghavendra BN. borrowed site loan from DHFL BANK, Nelamangala Bangalore branch, 10 month back I cleared all my outstanding loan balances, then staff told documents will be available after 24 jul 16,

                                      This is my personal HORRIBLE experience with DHFL, Till date i made approximate 400 to 500 phone calls, 10 to 15 time visited, 20-30 emails sent, from past 10 months, but I didn't received my ORIGINAL SALE DEED, even after sending mails to CEO OF DHFL, there is no positive response,
                                      Very frustrating customer service,
                                      Customer service ZERO
                                      Least bothered for customers,

                                      I don't know when my problem will solve
