Hi Sir/Madam,

I have take a loan account code no 11086 and amount is Rs. 1789601/- from DHFL Jaipur Branch and When loan sectioned i paid total processing fees is Rs. 20108/- and after that i have revised my loan amount with Rs. 1744801/- and my processing fees to be paid is Rs. 19605/- so make refundable amount is Rs. 503/[protected] = 503).

Now i have been closed my loan with fully pre payment on 23rd Dec. 2015.

But now when i call to DHFL Office then DHFL executive said, I will call you after confirmation day by day. same response we heard from DHFL.

    I am working as a referral partner in DHFL . My Code is B 804, Name - Rukhsana Usmani . I have done 2 cases under this code but still not received the payout from company . Everytime I visit the office they say that u will receive payout in this month . Still i have not received the payout .

      This is with reference to my home loan account in DHFL.. Account No.[protected]Branch : Bandra) in name of Suma Acharya. Its almost more than a month I have submitted the demand letter from Mohan Willows to DHFL, but still they have not provided me the cheque against the same. On 10th February I got a call from my agent stating that DHFL has misplaced the demand letter, hence requested for a duplicate copy.. On submitting the same on 11th February, till date I haven't received my Cheque. Attaching copy of Demand letter and completion certificate from architect for reference

      Builder are continuously following up for the same. Incase If I don't provide the cheque to builder before 22nd February 2016, they are going to charge interest for the same. Want to know who is going to bear the interest

        I got loan from DHFL. At the time of registry they issued wrong Demand Draft and that incorrect DD No. mentioned in my registry papers. Now when I am trying to correction in my registry papers, there are some additional charges of correction in registry office.
        This mistake done by DHFL bank, mathura branch by their executive Mr. Avashesh Gupta. Now they are denying to bear additional correction charges and stamp duty. in such case what should I do...?

          Despite of lodging a complaint in the month of december with dhfl customer care, nobody has yet contacted me. I had paid the processing fees of RS 5700/- to dhfl, and i am not going further with the loan process coz i had cancelled my plan to puchase property due to financial issues. So Please Refund my amount of 5700/- which i paid as a processing fees to dhfl. Following is the details of my loan.

              This is to bring to your notice a sequence of events in which I was defrauded by DHFL's representatives and despite repeated attempts to reach out to the company I have not solicited any response to my grievances.

              16/01/2016 - I had applied for a home loan vide application number 01256028. The loan got approved by DHFL and I was sent an email confirming disbursement (through raj.[protected]@dhfl.com). I was then made to sign documents as per the norm and I consented to the process and disbursement.

              19/01/2016 - I was charged a loan processing fees and a pre EMI fees by DHFL which I was happy to pay as I was expecting my loan to be disbursed soon as per DHFL's email commmunication through raj.[protected]@dhfl.com and a physical sanction letter that was presented to me by Mr Manish Rathore, a representative of DHFL, employee code 09001893. I have a physical copy of the sanction letter, a copy of the sanction letter on email, a cash receipt for all the fees I paid and a banking proof of the pre EMI charges that were deducted.

              27/01/2016 - I was then informed by Mr Manish Rathore that DHFL had infact cancelled the loan due to an adverse report from their lawyers in regard to the same loan.

              08/02/2016 - Then, I instructed all three, Mr Manish Rathore, the Nodal Officer of DHFL and the CEO of DHFL via email to withdraw my application and refund all the fees I had been charged and also provide me a reason as to why DHFL decided to cancel the loan proceedings. The reference code for this communication provided by DHFL was FB/SR/HO/FEB16/102.

              11/02/2016 - DHFL then went ahead and presented a cheque, that Mr Manish Rathore had obtained from me in bad faith, for an EMI even though the loan had never been disbursed. I had to instruct my bank to stop payment on the cheque and had to pay further fees for such instructions.

              12/02/2016 - I, then received an email from satpal.[protected]@dhfl.com instructing me to pay penal charges for the EMI, on a non existent loan.

              12/02/2016 - I have emailed all the parties, [protected]@dhfl.com, [protected]@dhfl.com, manish.[protected]@dhflsales.com, raj.[protected]@dhfl.com, satpal.[protected]@dhfl.com and [protected]@dhfl.com, but I am yet to receive a reply from any of them. The email communication reference provided was FB/SR/HO/FEB16/102 again.

              I am yet to receive any of the documents I submitted for the loan process, any of the cheques that were obtained from me in bad faith and a refund of the fees and the pre EMI charges that were fraudulently charged.

              There was no communication form your team in regards to the insurance on loan amount.
              As mentioned in the agreement on the loan of INR 1500000 lakhs i would have to pay INR 79563, but now i have applied for the loan of INR 500000
              than the insurance amount has to be calculated as per the actual loan amount.

              Note: there was no information provide about the insurance amount, this thing has to be informed by the concerned authority.

                Hi, This is rupesh Gaikwad, I have applied for Home loan in march 2014.one of executive from DHFL told me submit require document and I have submitted.after taking to much follow up with boisar branch they sanctioned my loan in August 15.after sanctioning of loan we have done morgage registration 10% of loan amount in august 15.
                my home loan is self construction plan, in this I have completed 20% of my home construction.bank technical person visited site and submitted the technical report to bank in sept 15 but they didnot release the cheque.branch manager, executive are only commited to me your cheque will relaease.they are fooling me. I have taken follow up and they relaese cheque of 80, 000 rupees only in oct 15.after I I started my self home construction and completed 15% home construction.bank person visted site and submitted report in 23rd Jan 16.today is 9th feb 16 but still not release 2nd cheque.I have dropped so many mail to Dhfl branch manager, executive but they are not responding to my mail.My loan sactioned amount is 1376009, my application no.01191166.They are taking to much time to release cheque two to three months approximately.they are doing fake commitment only.hence I am suggest people and my colleague to dont apply in DHFL for home loan.if anybody is checking this kindly look into this and resolve issue.

                  We had taken a LAP from DHFL in 2011. The company has been charging us un bearable interest and despite five years of payment of EMIs the outstanding is same as initial amount & they have not provided the actual certified statements to indicate how the money has been appropriated.This is despite various requests to their Branch & call centers.

                  The DHFL Thane Branch & Call centers have been harassing us over the closure of our above account (SRDIS[protected]FB, SRDIS00102974 & SRDIS[protected]:

                  The following issues are still pending:

                  1 The foreclosure amount is much more than the statement of outstanding as issued by DHFL office
                  2 The EMI for Jan 16 has been deducted twice & no refund issued so far
                  3 No follow up mail as well as phone call has been received so far and no one attending to call at Thane office
                  4 There is no clear calumniation indicating how my EMI adjusted since loan started in Jan 2011 as foreclosure amount is almost same as disbursed amount showing how the DHFL mis-represents its customer about the un ethical practices

                  The company on purpose delays the foreclosure & has harassed me by charging foreclosure penalty for delay on their account. Also deduction of EMI twice in Jan 16 amounts to unfair trade practice despite verbal promise by call center & Thane Branch so please refund the same without delay.

                    I have got my home loan transferred from Axis to DHFL in March 2015.

                    When the builder raised the demand in oct, DHFL people took 20-25 days to get the cheque made after lots of follow up. Their executive Mr Rajeev Sharma is a useless fellow who does not even bothered to inform to customer.

                    Now I got a demand again from builder and I requested DHFL (on 18.01.2016) to make the payment. Till today (05.02.2016) they have not made payment. Everyday after lots of phone call follow up from different phone numbers he promise for today but that today never comes up.

                    DHFL is a useless company and I will advise everyone not to go with them.

                      Plot Loan application started on 23rd Nov, 2015. I have submitted all the documents within 2 days time and my processing fee cheque amount credited within a week time. After that the actual game started, there were multiple technical assessments, multiple people giving different updates on the loan. Initially they said, i will get 52L and after a week they said, they can give only 32 and in the end they said, they got approval for 24L. Here comes the worst part, after they said, i am approved for 24L, its been more than 1 month and i didn't get any update, not responding to my calls, and no cheque. I already escalated to their top management including their CEO as i was deeply hurt with their behavior. Please please please.. Do not go with DHFL. These guys are not fit for anything. There is no minimum courtesy for the customer. No body knows whats happening with the loan. Wrong updates all over the place.

                      Concerned team member did called me and explained the loan processing status.

                      Though i was not happy with the technical evaluation, i am still OK i have my backup plan ready.

                      I feel technical evaluation is not done properly on this case. Person went to the site should give transparent feedback to the company.

                      It is HMDA approved layout and development work is going on well, but not sure why the loan is rejected.

                      I was told the venture is like that for last 4yrs, but i bought the plot 2years back when there is no development at all.

                      I am not desperate for this loan as i have other backup plans, but just bringing this to your notice to make sure other customers are not suffering with improper technical evaluation.

                      It should have been done before i escalate the issue..

                        DHFL charges PEMI even if 95% of the total loan is disbursed which is a joke. If the builder stops construction, should the borrower has to keep on paying PEMI untill his death? DHFL loan process is unlawful and does not have any logic.

                          I have home loan from DHFL ( previously know as Fist Blue) since 2007. I am paying EMI every month and i did partial payment few times.


                          recently i checked my online record. it shows interest rate 10.05%, year 2014 it was 11.35, 10.5 and 10.25%. Record shows change in interest rate but there is no change in EMI amount or total tenure of payment with interest rate change.

                          I checked record in Sep2014 and recently in 18 Jan16. both the record shows same tenure and money for EMI payment.

                            I bought a Life insurance plan from DHFL Pramerica in Jan 2015 with policy ID as 342826. I have been regularly paying the premium since then but all of sudden in January i received a mail that my policy is lapsed due to non payment of premium. I approached the concerned customer care and gave the proofs of their payment, on that they replied that it is the company fault and they will resolve the issue but after many days and inspite of approaching everyone in the customer care they are neither ready to give any contact no of senior official nor resolving the issue.

In my dhfl earlier download option of repayment schedule / Provisional IT certificate for current year / account statement is available but now i checked there is no option. Why you removed this option don't know might be possible that you want to collect some hidden amount from us . How we come to know what is our monthly outstanding amount if we want to repay the partly loan.                                   Please refer to my loan account file. no. GUR/001406. It is for a flat in MVl Coral, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. Now, please visit www.ncdrc.nic.in . Look at the judgement for case no. CC/142/2012 filled in NCDRC. We have proved that there are number of irregularities in this project. Apex consumer court has noted that MVL Ltd. had changed its original plans and increased the number of floors, flooring area, ratio and density per acre. It has caused inordinate delay in completion of said projects. It has changed zoning plans, usage pattern, super area, carpet area and alteration of structures. This is an indisputable fact that the MVL Limited, of its own accord, arbitrarily and despotically, without seeking the consent of the allottees, has changed the tower number. Finally I didn't get the flat and court has ordered for refund with interest from builder. What about the interest on the bank loan which I have been paying since, 2007? Who is going to refund me that? I kept on paying EMIs as I didn't want to be called as a defaulter. How DHFL cleared the legal technical verification for this project? Why DHFL ignored my complaints despite submitting evidences regarding this? The fault was of DHFL who gave a deaf ear to my complaints. There seems to be a nexus with this fraud builder which is forcing the poor gullible buyers to deposit complete amount even without completing the project.                                     DHFL Home loan is one of the worst provider and i have faced many wrong commitment from them. 1. Interest Rate - First they told 9.X5% after sanctioned my loan in next 2 Days they told it is increased to 9.X5% 2. Loan Term - First they will say you have eligibility for 15 or 20 Years then they will say you have eligibility for only 30Years 3. Insurance - They are collectiing more than 2 Lakhs for insurance. 4.Proccessing fees - They will collect processing fees as per the executive mood. but tooo high? I am not complaining the DHFL the way they giving promise to us is totally diffferent when they sactioned our Home Loan, so i didnt take loan from them and i lost my processing fees money !!
