This is to bring to your notice a sequence of events in which I was defrauded by DHFL's representatives and despite repeated attempts to reach out to the company I have not solicited any response to my grievances.
16/01/2016 - I had applied for a home loan vide application number 01256028. The loan got approved by DHFL and I was sent an email confirming disbursement (through raj.[protected]@dhfl.com). I was then made to sign documents as per the norm and I consented to the process and disbursement.
19/01/2016 - I was charged a loan processing fees and a pre EMI fees by DHFL which I was happy to pay as I was expecting my loan to be disbursed soon as per DHFL's email commmunication through raj.[protected]@dhfl.com and a physical sanction letter that was presented to me by Mr Manish Rathore, a representative of DHFL, employee code 09001893. I have a physical copy of the sanction letter, a copy of the sanction letter on email, a cash receipt for all the fees I paid and a banking proof of the pre EMI charges that were deducted.
27/01/2016 - I was then informed by Mr Manish Rathore that DHFL had infact cancelled the loan due to an adverse report from their lawyers in regard to the same loan.
08/02/2016 - Then, I instructed all three, Mr Manish Rathore, the Nodal Officer of DHFL and the CEO of DHFL via email to withdraw my application and refund all the fees I had been charged and also provide me a reason as to why DHFL decided to cancel the loan proceedings. The reference code for this communication provided by DHFL was FB/SR/HO/FEB16/102.
11/02/2016 - DHFL then went ahead and presented a cheque, that Mr Manish Rathore had obtained from me in bad faith, for an EMI even though the loan had never been disbursed. I had to instruct my bank to stop payment on the cheque and had to pay further fees for such instructions.
12/02/2016 - I, then received an email from satpal.[protected]@dhfl.com instructing me to pay penal charges for the EMI, on a non existent loan.
12/02/2016 - I have emailed all the parties, [protected]@dhfl.com, [protected]@dhfl.com, manish.[protected]@dhflsales.com, raj.[protected]@dhfl.com, satpal.[protected]@dhfl.com and [protected]@dhfl.com, but I am yet to receive a reply from any of them. The email communication reference provided was FB/SR/HO/FEB16/102 again.
I am yet to receive any of the documents I submitted for the loan process, any of the cheques that were obtained from me in bad faith and a refund of the fees and the pre EMI charges that were fraudulently charged.
