I am himanshu panjwani who took policy on condition to get educational loan from avanse, but i never got the amount . and your agent pooja singh
[protected]@dhflpramerica.com ph no. [protected] told me that she promise to return all the amount back in case loan is not sanctioned .

trusting them was the worst thing i have ever done, my time was wasted my visa got cancellled due to loan not sanctioned, i am physically and mentally harrased, 10 days of loan never got sactioned in 5 months, five monthssss.

i want my amount of 33000 rupees back and with interest also i want the amount which have lost in visa and in gic refund from canada .

kindly help me regarding this issue

    I took dhfl home loan for purchasing dtcp approved vacant land (Plot). While applying for this loan, they assured 9 lakhs loan for the purchase value of 12 lakhs.

    For about a month, they did not processed my application. On moth end, they processed rapidly in order to achieve their monthly target and approved the loan. They informed me and subsequently i initiated the registration process. Day before registration, the bank officials called me over phone and told cheque for the value of rs. 6.7 lakh is ready and it is 15 years tenure with forced insurance for the premium of 30, 000 (All data filled by themselves were found to be wrong such as my height, weight,...).

    I was shocked and while calling them, they are saying: if you want more loan from us, reapply (With another application charges of about 7000) and it will take another month,

    Regarding tenure, i have asked why you have not asked me about tenure, they told, u can change the tenure by paying some lumpsum amount

    Regarding wrong data on insurance policy, they told u can change all the details within 15 days of receipt of policy.

    As all said, they increased the interest from 8.9% to 13.75% with in 3 years.

      Hi,
      It is not acceptable from your team member, since last 6 months I m getting touch in one of your Sales Person Mr.Anand Kumar Mishra for perusing Rate of Interest for Home Loan taken before 6 month from your DHFL Bank. At the time of loan agreement Mr.Anand Kumar Mishra said the rate of interest @9.55% but the sanction letter issued rate of interest given @9.80% P.A. Also monthly EMI calculating @9.80% P.A instead of @9.55% P.A.
      Here is he huge loss against repayment for me. Also he said rate of interest @9.80% P.A applicable for only one month afterwards rate of interest automatically applicable @9.55% P.A but isn’t not unchanged till date. It is affected on other customers also.

      It is huge misguide to customer at the agreement procedure.

      I am taking follow up with him last 6 months but he says till interest waiver approval not received from upper level till date.
      Kindly take on priority for this issue and resolved ASAP.
      Also provide the SOA.
      It is appreciate to give revert from your side.

      Hi,

        This is with regards to DHFL Home Loan A/c No. 00005354. The initial interest rate was 11.75% when we started the loan with an ammortization period of 15 years. Slowly and surely they changed the interest rate to 14.25% without periodically informing us and taking our approval. Last week when I asked them about the balance payment date they sent me an ammortization schedule showing the final completion in July 2030.
        The current market interest rate is 8.65% which they are not ready to reflect on my home loan and reduce my EMI and duration.
        Please help me.

          Hello,

          Did government reduced rate of interest for New Users only ? Because this is the message I got from DHFL when I asked them to reduce my rate of interest as per latest government policy.

          What have we done wrong ? Why new rate of interest is not applicable for existing users ? When I choose floating rate of interest during my disbursement, What to do you mean by floating rate of interest ? When government increases interest rate, that time Bank increase our rate of interest instantly

            My Self Mr. Sadanand Khilare took loan from your bank for the under construction Property
            in Karjat.
            DHFL Load Code: 00006461
            Sanctioned Loan Amount: INR 4, 48, 456/= (Four Lac Forty Eight Thousand Fifty Six Only)
            Name of the project: Liberty Horizon, Karjat
            Nature Of Property: 1 RK Flat.
            Status Of Property: Under Construction
            Pre-EMI prior to 1/10/2016: INR 2, 625/=
            EMI charged on ward 1/10/2016: INR 4, 552/=

            Said project is started on ... and till the date construction is in
            progress. I have personally visited the site and observed that the construction for said
            project is in suspended state from last several months. Since, you are banker and as per
            process; Banks/Bankers responsible officer always visits the project to check and verify
            the percentage completion of project and there after releases the amount to builder
            accordingly.
            As the project is still in progress and not completed bank shall only take the pre-EMI
            amount and not Full EMI amount.

            Sir, please provide me the details of percentage of Work completed by the Builder and
            subsequent proportionate amount disbursed to builder. Also provide the details of pre EMI
            amount charged to me along with date of visit, percentage work completed, amount
            disbursed, per EMI status accordingly with each stage of completion.

            Current Bank is charging me a EMI for Total Loan Amount viz. INR 4, 552/= (Four Thousand
            Five Hundred Fifty Two Only). I feel that this is against the principal and injustice on
            me.

            I have visited the Thane Branch on[protected], they are saying the system issue. But why
            should i suffer ur problem. They didn't resolve the issue.

                I have applied home loan from DHFL dehradun in Feb 2017 but i didn't get any loan status. I submitted 10 cheque in DHFL for as DHFL policy but after few days one cheque deposit from DHFL 722 Rs i talked with DHFL team and Mr.Baljeet whos handle my home loan file he told me its loan interest amount after few days again they deposit one cheque Rs 2, 439.00 RS and gave me same answer .Without i didn't get any loan amount from there side how they charge interest amount?

                    I made one very big mistake by choosing dhfl for plot purchase loan. Dhfl is charging more processing fees than anyone. Not decreased rate of interest as per the recent RBI changes these people offered poor customer service once loan is given that's it they won't battered about customer post sanction. Recently I have approached for asking reducing g ROI as I came to know that current market rate is less, dhfl people are not going for reduction. This for every one looking for dhfl, my kind request is not to go for dhfl as there customer service is extremely very very poor . I don't have words to express my difficult with dhfl kindly understand n be careful with dhfl cheaters.

                      Builder ne loan ke liye DHFL Bank ko propose kiya, Bank agent ne mere aur mere chote bhai ke documents ko liye aur bad me ek letter diya jisme approx 21, 52, 600/- rupaye approve hua hai.
                      DHFL agent ne ek din mujhe aur mere chote bhai ko sare original documents aur cheque book ke sath DHFL Bank branch, Vasai-East, me bulaya aur 70-80 page ke Blank form par signature karne ko kaha, jispar maine Padhakar signature karne bat kahi to agent ne ki abhi time nahi hai, Ye ek proses hai, bad me ek copy aapke ghar pe de dunga, aap check kar lena.
                      Kuchh paper insurance policy ke the jisko maine lene se inkar kiya kyoki mere pas pahle se hi term aur life insurance policy thi, to agent ne kaha ki bina hamare insurance policy ko liye apka loan pass nahi hoga, apke liye mai monthly mode par kar dunga aap jab chahe policy band kar dena.
                      Registration (08.01.2016) ke bad Builder ne apne letterhead par 90% work completion ka demand letter diya, jisme Builder ne loan amount se 90% ke hisab se 18, 00, 000/- manga tha.
                      Mere salary a/c se 20, 489/- DHFL Bank ko kata to maine agent se bat ki, to usne bataya ki ham 90% demand letter par hi 100% payment de dete hai. Isliye aapka EMI katega. Agent se kaha ki aap mera insurance policy band karwaiye, possession dikhaiye aur mera interest rate kam karaiye, to usne kaha aap jakar builder aur Bank se miliye mere hath me kuchh bhi nahi hai. Iske bad maine EMI hold karane aur Bank ke khilaaf Court me jane ki bat kahi, to agent ne kaha ki aap kuchh bhi nahi kar sakate aap EMI hold karoge to bank aapki flat se recovery kar ke apna paisa vasul legi aur court me hamara legal department dekh lega.
                      Maine eske DHFL Nodal officer ko bhi email kiya, unki taraf se 4 din ka time manga gaya, lekin aaj ek week ho chuka hai, koi reply nahi aaya.

                        As per dhfl guildline we have made prepayment before 25th of the month and i have confirmed the updated emi after my prepayment but now they are saying it is not updated in the system and you have to pay emi which i am paying before the prepayment.in this case there employee have not activity done there work then why should i will suffer because of there mistake. I have done all the due diligence from my side.

                          Did government reduced rate of interest for New Users only ? Because this is the message I got from DHFL when I asked them to reduce my rate of interest as per latest government policy.

                          What have we done wrong ? Why new rate of interest is not applicable for existing users ? When I choose floating rate of interest during my disbursement, What to do you mean by floating rate of interest ? When government increases interest rate, that time Bank increase our rate of interest instantly

                          I did not got much benefit when I checked the difference amount between before and after change of rate of Interest. I only got the benefit of Rs.5000 Minus Rs.2900 Paid for Processing Fees = Rs.2100.

                            Myself Ashish Madaan belongs to NIT Faridabad (Haryana-121005). In October, I got a call from one of your executive Sarita (Mob: [protected]) from delhi to transfer my running bank loan from Canfins homes to DHFL at lower interest rate of 9%.

                            First of all, I have cleared all the information with them, that my area is not government map approved . I talked to their manager Sanjay Srivastav ([protected]), he told me to get attested proof from the MCF (Municipal Coperation Faridabad).

                            Then, your Executive Mahesh ([protected]) came to my home and collected all document related to my salary slips, statements & property papers and a cheque of amount 2900 to the name of DHFL which I have attached in this mail. He said my cheque gets cleared only after loan approval.

                            I have talked to your DHFL branch manager Sector-3 Noida (Mr. Ramesh, [protected]) and have detailed coversation regarding home loan. He told me my loan application gets approval in the end of December and cheque gets only cleared after the approval or loan sancation.

                            My Cheque gets cleared on 30 December and but my loan didn't get sanctioned. I have attached the proof in this mail. I came to know my file is login in sector-3 Noida branch.

                            Now when I tried to contact all of these executives they are saying now that my property is not map approved so cant get loan approval on that. But, I have cleared all this information with all of them before. If your bank is not able to approve loan, then why you have cut money from my account.

                            Your bank is so reputed bank, so your executive should know in which area your bank approves loan.

                              I am D.Deshakumar who recently took a policy in DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance by misguidence of the agent team.I am Totally fed up the way they cheated me by providing wrong information that this is a one time premium and need not to pay for 12 years.They also guided me they will give Rs.7lakhs loan based on this insurance and they took 3 cheque from my side and they also told me to forward a cheque in whatsup.I am totally fed up and want to cancel the policy.And its my humble request to DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance to take action against the tele calling team and agent team who cheated me join together. .I am also submiting my policy kit along with the cancelisation letter to the chennai branch .I am a middle class and I want DHFL to help me by refunding such a big amount i.e. Rs.50, 000 as early as possible.                                 DHFL. Erode is not doing a home LOAN job. They are doing a begging job to get bribe from the customers. I applied the home LOAN few months ago, initially they accepted my requested money. They sanctioned and happily or acted with me, you will get this much money. But after a one month they told me to start the construction and i started and first stage is completed then i went to DHFL, Erode and asked for the first stage money disbursement, but they are told that we cant process your requested LOAN amount, because land value is not that much is going so you will get less amount. I accepted the same because i have started the construction and after two days your LOAN amount will not be processed due to some legal issues. Now what can i do? What the **** they are doing by getting salary from DHFL. and now they are telling if you give 10000 we will process your LOAN. No DHFL higher management will not review all these ######## process is going on in DHFL, ERODE, TN. What can i do now?... **** off...

                                  DHFL is making my life very very difficult. If I write to [protected]@dhfl.com the guys who read it do not seem to understand what I am asking. They give answers to questions I do not ask. When I call the call centre, they refuse to give any EMI calculation. Their standard response is "Go to the branch". If I go to the branch, you see hundreds of customers waiting for long hours, at the end of which a frustrated and tire DHFL executive tells you to submit your complaint in writing. There is simply no effort to help customers.

                                  I have a LAP loan from DHFL. My loan no is MUM37287. On July 1 2016, I had my EMI reduced on the basis of a part pre-payment I made. This was not the first time I had the EMI reduced. So far so good. Then on July 18 2016, I made another part pre-payment of Rs. 5 lacs. While making the payment, I requested the teller at the Borivali branch to reduce the EMI again and gave a request in writing. I was assured that the written request will be handed over to the manager. That is how my earlier EMIs were requested. To be sure that they took my request I emailed them at [protected]@DHFL.com with the same request. After a few days I got an email from [protected]@dhfl.com saying that the EMI can be reduced only every 6 months. Firstly, this was not told to me ever before (I am sure it must be in some fine print), not even while I was making the part payment on July 18 and I had a human talk with the teller.

                                  For the past 1 week, I have been trying DHFL over phone and email to ask them to reduce my EMI. But they are making me go round and round in circles. They say that after my last prepayment on July 18, the reduced my tenure. So if I have to reduce my EMI now, I may have to pay more. So, I ask, why cant you increase my tenure to what it was before July 1? So they say, "Go to the branch". The branch is not some life changing event as the way they make it sound...in fact it is a scary visit as I will me made to wait for hours and hours and asked to submit my request in writing.

                                  The ONLY reason I made a prepayment on July 18, so soon after July 1, is BECAUSE I wanted my EMI to be reduced further. There was no other reason. If I had known that I could have the EMI reduced only after 6 months, I would have kept the sum in a FD or invested it somewhere for 6 months. When I say these things over the phone to their call centre agents it is like talking to a dead wall.

                                  I do not wish to make another payment now to reduce my EMI. I want DHFL to reduce my EMI considering my July 18 prepayment and to take the tenure back to the pre-July 18 days. Why is this so difficult to understand and address? Why is there simply no effort to understand your customer's pain points and requests? Please reduce my EMI and dont ask for extra funds to do it.
