I am visited DHFL branch in kanchipuram june 5th 2015,
that time i met Mr.Mohan ([protected]) representative of DHFL
He told me which are the documents need for home loan.
that time i don't have HOME PLAN APPROVAL, he said i will arrange the plan approval so you do not do anything,
just paid the amount for the same.
Mohan was arranged for one construction person (ABI CONSTRUCTION - [protected]),
ABI construction person requirement :
1. Blue print cost : Rs.3000
2. Plan approval cost - Rs.15000
i gave Rs.18000 to that construction person.
after 1 week that construction person arranged plan approval,
but the plan approval not get kanchipuram municipality office, he is getting from Orikkai village panchayath leader.
that time i was discussed with mohan,
is it okay for you (DHFL).
he said, yes it is ok for us,
i have filled home loan form, and gave the all documents to him (which all the documents are required for DFHL process),
that time i gave the initial process fees amount is Rs.2850 (cheque). then mohan told to me, pls get the lea-gel opinion from advocate.
so i am going to advocate office(mohan who's recommended) and get the lea-gel opinion.
mohan told to me.. please paid the fees of lea-gal opinion. so i have paid Rs.500 to advocate.
meantime mohan said to me, please arrange the EC. then i have applied EC for 25 years,
the fees amount is Rs.2500.
Mohan called me on july 29th
He said your loan process has been approved, please come and collect,
that day itself i am going to DHFL branch, and get the loan agreement copy, and i paid remaining process fees Rs.3250 (ready cash)
Mohan called me on Aug 6th,
he said your loan was rejected for plan approval it was expired, then he said come and collect your all documents.
the plan approval was arranged by mohan only, why he was cheated me?? why blame DHFL??
i have spent around Rs.30000, money for loan process.
