Please note that I have taken a Loan Against Property from DHFL (Noida Branch) and my Loan A/c No. is 1238442, Loan Amount is Rs. 40, 74, 704/- - Date of Disbursement of Loan is[protected]. They (Their Representatives) told me that they will charge 1% processing fee of the total amount. Now when I went their office to collect the foreclosure statement, I came to know that they have charged 1.5% processing fee from me without informing to me. They have not mentioned any processing fee charges in sanction letter given to me. This is clearly a cheating case, instead of Rs. 46, 859/- (with S.T.) they have deducted Rs. 68, 173/-. I, therefore, request you to please give directions to the Company to return the excess amount which is Rs. 21314/- to me immediately.

These are wrong tactics of the Company.

    Because ur Dhfl change ur rules and my life's.a fake company .

    My case:-
    They sanction my loan of 6 lakhs and they return my cheque .
    And from last 4 months they assured us that u will get loan but on system it is showing fully disbursed.

    And also emi is start., how can they start emi without giving cheque.

    And also they bounce my cheque.
    No bank manager, Asm, sales executive replying my cal.

    I also compliant this on ur complaint emailid but don't reply.

    Last 3 months they take 30, 000 from me but not pasng my loan.

    N saying it will be pass and i[censored] cal it will take 6 months.

    So that's a service u r giving to me.

      I applied for Home loan(loan against property) from DHFL Mumbai branch with sanction application number: 01387973.

      When I received my sanction letter I was shocked to learn that there is a pre condition for disbursement of home loan that the applicant has to take DhFL home shield and other policies recommended by DHFL, whose whopping premium of 855, 568 would be added to my loan account (on which interest would be charged)

      No where on the website of DHFL it is mentioned under the requirements section not it was pre informed to me that it is mandatory to take the policies recommended by DHFL.

      I tried to call customer care many times but phone number always comes busy and when I sent email to them no one responded to my email promptly.

      I even called to the complain number given on DHFL website, but they stated that, they can't help me in this matter and I should rather check with the Customer care or the branch.

      As per RBI norms insurance cannot be forced on the home loan applicant and it should be as per applicants choice still some companies force for insurance through them in order to pocket commission.

      Please take necessary action on this on urgent basis.

          Dear sir,

          This is to bring to your notice a sequence of events in which i was defrauded by dhfl's representatives and despite repeated attempts to reach out to the company i have not solicited any response to my grievances.

          I applied for home loan purchase of plot, with dhfl omr branch chennai on 29.08.16 and my application number is 01361123. Their loan allottment letter shows the loan is allotted for rs. 749819/-. But actually the loan is only for rs. 720000/- and they forcefully included the insurance of rs. 29819/- (Which includes dhfl pramerica life, a medical insurance from chola ms and accident insurance policy from chola ms) which is attached with plot loan. Since i am having a sufficient insurances already, i asked them to cancel it. But they didn't. All done by them is false promises given and time wasted. While at time of processing it was not mentioned that insurance is mandatory.

          As per rbi norm, it is not mandatory to have a insurance with home loan and it totally depend on customer to take insurance or not. I want to bring this to your notice that some sales executive are forcefully including insurance amount on the loan amount.

          Please take necessary action and requesting you to terminate all my 3 insurances forced on me and include only loan amount.

          Also this loan was never been disbursed either to myself or the seller. But in their bank records they claim that the loan was disbursed on 31.08.16. Now they want me to pay emi for september month. Dhfl then went ahead and presented a cheque, that had obtained from me earlier in bad faith, for an emi even though the loan had never been disbursed. I had to instruct my bank to 'stop payment' on the cheque and had to pay further fees for such instructions.

          My first impression when i registered a complaint in their [protected]@dhfl.com was good until they started showing their true intentions. I have only experienced unprofessional, incompetent, negligent and casual attitude towards work from the employee's. It is worst financial organization i have came across.

          We dont want to continue my HDFC Ergo health insurence
          Service of DHDL is very bad, I asked for loan statement several time on email but there is no response and one called them I got the reply you can collect it from branch after 10 working days. Other banks provide this on same day.

            I received a call regarding logding a tower at my building tower. And i for that i have to take a policy. Call received from no. [protected] (amita mam) & also talk with mr.Ankit bhardwaj ([protected]) also from Mr.anup ([protected], [protected]). All these numbers are not in coverage (find thru truecaller display : reported spam...) I sent my document on e-mail id dharmesh.[protected]@dhflpramerica.Com many times on dt.2/9, 219, 6/10, 16/10, 7/11 - 2015. Payment sent thru neft on dt.09-02-15 but Policy issued on[protected] and received on[protected]policy No.[protected]. issuance for policy was very late which was shown between this two dates. I only purchase this policy for making tower. Also note that i sent my documents on above e-mail ID not in original copy. Document sent to baroda branchs email id, call received from delhi and policy issued from Mumbai branch. But i found that i was cheated thru this operation. I lodge complaint on https://igms.irda.gov.in website. Pls. guide me how to surrender this policy.

                I have applied for DHFL home loan. My loan is presanctioned in march 2016. As per their representitive, after property registration within 3-4 working days, loan cheque will disburse. So we done registration in registrar office on 29 aug 2016. As on today its 9 sept 2016, still my loan cheque not disburse. Everyday he is saying, tommorrow you get cheque. But my question is when that tomorrow come? Really we r frustated in this.Now what we do? Can we continue DHFL or see other?

                  I applied for Home loan(loan against property) from DHFL Hyderabad branch with sanction apllication number: 01358125, this loan is against purchase of plot, where the half the amount is paid to reputed construction firm(HPR infra ltd) and half is taken as loan for plot purchase . while at time of processing it is not mention that insurance is mandatory. but now there have included insurance amount of 23000 with loan amount of Rs.600000.

                    Dear sir,
                    i wish to bring to your notice that i had taken a mortgage loan of rs. 25 lakhs from dhfl, on 6th june 2014.
                    I received the cheque after singing of a loan agreement which was almost not readable & also the agreement document was filled by dhfl representative only. I merely signed the document.The document if produced in court can be proved that dhfl representative filled up all the document.
                    Prior taking the loan dhfl representatives mr. Sudhansu panda & mr. Istifaq ahmed forced me to do an insurance ppolicy worth rs. 30725/- p.A. I believed them and issue a cheque of the said amount for the first year premium.
                    In 2nd week of july 2014 i received a courier from dhfl & i was spelbound by going through the content of the document for the following reasons:
                    1. I received the loan amount of rs. 25 lakhs by cheque no. 852841 ( axis bank) on 6th june 2014 but dhfl started my emi from the 10th june 2014. Normally the emi start a month after the received loan amount.
                    2. Although i received a loan of rs. 25 lakhs vide cheque no. 852841 on axis bank but the courier documents revealed that they have done another insurance without my consent. The amount of said insurance is rs.2, 09, 879/- therefore they started my emi on the loan amount rs. 27, 09, 879/- ( loan rs. 25, 00, 000 plus insurance rs.2, 09879 ) which is very unfair.
                    3. While signing the agreemnet, i had already paid the processing fees of rs. 5618/- by cheque as per their norms, but i was surprised to know that a sum of rs.40054/- was deducted from my account through pdc (post dated cheque) as processing fees.
                    4. At the time of the loan agreemnt, dhfl committed rate of interest is 12.25% p.A. But receiving the courier, i found it to be 14.25% p.A.
                    5. I have been asking dhfl for last two years to refund or adjust the excess amount but they hqave not paid any attention to my request.
                    6. I filed qa case in district consumer dispute redresal frorum and the verdict came in my favour. But to my utter surprise, dhfl refused to accept the verdict.

                    I therefore humblyrequest you to look into the matter and help me through your intervention.

                        Before i make a request for your support and guidance let me introduce myself:

                        I am vishal botle. I had applied for a housing loan to dhfl, application number of which is 01337719. This loan has been sanctioned from their end.

                        I also have a personal loan from abhyuday co-op ltd for a period of 5 years. I have already paid one and half year emi’s of this personal loan. That means only three and half year (3-1/2 yr) is left out of a period of 5 years.

                        After sanctioning the loan dhfl people are asking me to pay off my total personal loan within 2 years instead of 3 &1/2 years before they disburse my housing loan amount. When i requested abhyuday co-op ltd for it they clearly said no to it. They also said that i will have to clear the whole amount at a go if i want to.

                        But i cannot close that personal loan in one go. And dhfl is saying they wont disburse me housing loan till i don’t close my personal loan. It clearly means i have been put in a situation where i don’t know how to get out of it.

                        I am requesting you to kindly advise and help me solve this problem. I will be highly obliged.

I was happy then if you send mail to bhubneswar branch for any queries then they will never revert. For an ecs change i have to mail atleast 20 times and call them 40 times. Are they professionals?? If you call for some queries then yoy wont get any info. To change interest rate i am following from last 20 days. It is worst financial organization operating in bhubneswar. Few un-professional characters are taking dhfl service quality to below standard. I have very good experience with bangalore branch, highly knowledgeable.

                                    This is to keep you informed, I am Vikas Sharma with loan account of DHFL bank number: 0000417 file no: 00000976 faces very bad unprofessional experience with your bank employees specially those who are handling the branch as a branch manager.

                                    I have a booked a flat in Raj Nagar extension under Star Realcon and applied a home loan in 2011 for INR 9 lakhs. Problem started from their as none of my payment disburse on time and I have escalated these issue to the Branch Manager (Mr. Shekhar Bahuguna) on call and emails however have not received any positive response from him on that time.

                                    As per the attached email, I am getting possession of my flat and builder charged me interest on late payment INR 1, 47, 830/- which is I am not entitled to pay as every time payment gets delayed due to unprofessional behavior as payment not disburse on time by DHFL bank (attached email for your reference).

                                    Day before yesterday I had visited your DHFL branch, Noida where I had meet Mr. Shekhar Bahuguna on my issue however his behavior is totally unethical and unprofessional, he says that my relationship manager resigned from DHFL bank and he can’t help me on anything, and he gave me excuse that now my previous branch is moved to Netaji Subhash Place (Pitampura), when I have explained everything and shown him all the emails, where he was copied on that he simply routed me to Pitampura branch.

                                    Below are the questions which need to be get answered on priority,

                                    When I have highlighted my issue to the branch manager on time (attached email for your reference) why he did not take any action against them (DHFL employees)?
                                    Why I have to pay interest on late payment when it’s not my fault and same is already informed to my relationship manager and branch manager?
                                    Is Mr. Shekhar Bahuguna behavior is professional?
                                    Who will take responsibility, if a bank employee (relationship manager) has left organization?

                                    I am highlighting my issue to you as I have not getting any positive response from anyone of your staff, please assist me on this or I have to highlight my concern in front of RBI or consumer court. Your immediate action or reply is highly appreciated.

                                        I have applied for home loan from your Ambarnath branch office whereas I had paid 9600 as Franking and Notary Charges + 2890 as Sanction Charges earlier in February I have been told by your sales executive that 6 months it is valid after 6 months you have to pay the charges again if it get expired so I was in no hurry for registration so after 3 months i.e on 3rd of June I have done with the registration and submitted all the documents to the sales executive now they are telling that your sanctioned is expired on 2nd of june and you have to again give us the cheque of 2890 for sanction for 1 day I have to pay 3000 more


                                        I don't know why I have to pay the charges again and again even the notary charges was not informed me earlier I paid it my salary account is in Kotak and the Kotak branch officials told me that the sanction is valid for 6 months how can you say that it is valid for 3 months


                                        I am not going to pay any charges again if you want cancel my Loan and refund my money I told for a waiver to your Ambernath Branch Manager Deepak Patil he told it will not be done if you want cancel the loan this is the way your treat your customer this is the start and I am going with such a harassment what will happen later so its better I will cancel the loan and opt home loan from other recognized bank like HDFC or KOTAK


                                        Finally the last I will complaint to the Ombudsman department and even to the National Housing Finance if I cant get satisfactory reply from your side
