Refund of processing fee as loan rejected

Hi, I had applied for land loan to DHFL 2 month back. I had giving Rs 5500/- as initial amount as processing fee to DHFL. But because of some issue in my CIBIL reprot DHFL has rejected the loan. Later I asked to refund the processing fee as the loan is not processed. DHFL says there would not be refund of money. my question is if loan is not processed then why they are taking this much amount? As per my knowledge they should charge the amount...

I had given a cheque of rs.5515 in favour of of DHFL .cheq no.284646 dated 2 nov 2009(PNB)
MR.RAKESH KUMAR branch manager rohini had assured me a loan of rs.30lacs .
later he said that the loan amt would be of rs.20lacs only
whereas he had taken all my bank details,pan card ,ration card,passport details ,property papers,and many others ,,
later he said that the loan amount would be only 15 lacs.

About Processing Fee.

Dear Sir,

I take loan of Rs. 408312 but as per condition the processing fee will be 1% . So processing fee will be 4083.12, but the Chakan DHFL Branch Person take Rs.6015 rupees from me.Even i ask them as per your condition the processing fee will 1% ,but that person answer that it is minimum fee .Plz take necessary action on them.

My EMI is around Rs 22500/-. The first MAR10 and APR10 EMI was to be cut from 1st to 10APR10.

I've just processed my file. THis person named Mr. Ravi from DHFL housing finance Malleswaram, Bangalore has asked for 2 post dated cheques.

Non Receipt of Loan Documents

Dear Sir

I have taken Housing loan from DHFL on 01.07.2009 in Mumbai, I am following up with them for more then 1 month for Copy of Loan Agreement and Loan Desbursment letter. Till the date I have not recieved any satisfactory reason or response from them. They do not responf to emails.

This DHFL staffs are veyr rude, sameless, and habit of ignoring customers request.

I had applied for a home loan approx. 10 months back in 2008. The loan was not cleared by bank and the rejection reason was very dumb n stupid and it took them to deicde this after 7 months of application for the home loan.
