I have a shipment sent via DHL from Bangalore to Hyderabad.
But it went directly to Nagpur from Bangalore.

This is ridiculous and makes no sense because to reach Nagpur, you have to via Hyderabad.
This is a surface shipment (not air).

They are delaying my shipment due to inefficient routing.

Worst company ever.
Never use DHL for domestic shipments in India

    I had ordered a package from Austria. I got dispatched from Austria on 6th and was supposed to be delivered by 15th September. After delaying for a long time and doing different procedures. I received an email from them a few days back that they will destroy my product as it has a little silver component in it. What the hell is this?!? Have they gone crazy!! I had paid so much for the product to get it destroyed. I was even ready to hire a private courier service but they have an hold on my product and aren't ready for that. Kindly ask them to deliver my product ASAP and take a strict action against such pathetic organization.They are nobody to destroy my product for which I have paid so much.Worst ever service recieved by DHL India.       This mail is regarding the consignment number GGN012 sent on[protected] from DHL mover and packers, PLOT NO 4, Ashok Vihar Phase 3 Near Park View Public School, Gurgaon, to the following consignee.

      Machuvadi,
      2828 Door No,
      Pudukkottai,
      622004.

      Consignment referred by Mr Rajeev-Mobile No[protected] and the confinement received by Mr Kuldeep DHL Mobile No:[protected] from DHL mover and packers, PLOT NO 4, Ashok Vihar Phase 3 Near Park View Public School, Gurgaon.

      MISSED PACKAGES DETAILS:
      Package No :17Gyeser worth of 10, 000rs.
      Package No :43 Pedestal Stand Fan worth of 5000rs.
      Package No :64 Cardboard-Box Worth of 15, 000rs.
      Package No :6 Blue Trolley Bag contains branded dresses worth 40, 000rs.

      Out of 82 package sent in this, We did not receive 4 package mentioned above, kindly help me to track the package through any way, I have tried far more than i thing, talking to customer care and other medium and did not get any proper response, so kindly give me a solution in finding the where about of the packages.

        Every time I need to call customer care and tell them they are sending to the wrong location . It is roaming full Indian except the delivery address . They don’t even care to address the issue

          They've taken over a month and still no news of where my laptop is. They keep sayings its at customs and not given a single update. They keep asking for the same KYc even though it has been submitted. No logic in their need for documents. And I'm sure they are going to charge demmurage for all this. they seem to be running a big scam as all the complaints I see are the same.

            Dear All

            My name is Kaizer Penwala, proprietor of Hakimi Stationers.
            I am writing this email to inform you all of how I have been Harassed by the customer support team in DHL.

            On the 1st of September, we were supposed to make our duty payment to DHL (Rs.1.5lacs) for our import shipment.
            Due to an unfortunate error by the bank, the payment had been made twice and on the same day, we informed DHL about the same.

            They acknowledged it after 8 days after repeated calls and emails. We received an email from them that they will be reversing that amount after 15 days. Although this was unacceptable I respected it and waited for my refund.

            The big surprise which came to me was that after another two weeks on the 13th of September we get an email from DHL asking for proof of payment provided that we had given them all the documents like Bank statements and Bank receipts sufficient enough that payment had been made twice.
            On top of that, they asked me for a Refund letter, a canceled cheque, and also a bank passbook which does not exist anymore and I felt like I was working with a company from the 19th century.

            After providing the requested documents we get an email that the payment will be reversed in another 12 days. This shocked me to my very core and was not expecting something like this from DHL.
            I immediately called up the customer support team and got in touch with the customer support team in Byculla and Andheri and they have been the most unprofessional executives I have ever come across.

            I am a senior citizen, the amount Rs. 1.5lacs is a big value for me and was not returned to me for a month, my correspondence with DHL throughout has made me realize that they are not intending to pay my money.
            After hundreds of calls, they finally refunded my amount after a month.
            Had it not been for my continuous effort I would have never received my money.

            To everyone out there who is making transactions with DHL please be careful while making any transaction or else you will be harassed just as I was in getting the refund.

              [protected]. My son Gurnam singh sent a parcel worth of 300 euro. But today dhl customer executive information me that we have to pay 21, 266 rupees as a custom on my goods. How a customer can pay custom on goods which is more than its price value. Kindly resolve our problem.

                  We send a parcel of clay ornaments to virudhachchalam, Tamilnadu from Oman Post on 12.08/2021
                  on 15/08/21 it reached to DHL couriers in three days.
                  But for no reason, it went to Bangalore, and from there for the past 15 days without any communication, the parcel is in the custody of DHL
                  In spite of many queries no action taken to deliver the parcel

                  it is highly irritating to see such irresponsible behaviour of the company

                    Hello Team,

                    I have sent a parcel containing important legal documents from Doha to Bangalore to my lawyer. It's been more than 3 weeks since my shipment landed at Bangalore customs. Since then I am contacting DHL customer care for the clearance everyday. They are asking for new documents everyday to my lawyer. My lawyer sent out them 8-9 documents already.

                    Every time I contact Customer care they are directing to a new procedure. Please streamline the process and advice your representatives to be aware of it.

                    What will be the solution and how many days I need to be wait to delivered my parcel. This is the worst experience I am experiencing with any courier service.

                      I've read the terms and conditions. Why was I not intimated of the custom charges before. I was assured by the dhl official of charges ₹2980 only. And I was assured that no charges will in any case levied from the receiver or the shipper. It was such an embarrassment for us that the receiver had to pay for receiving a gift. Had I been intimated I would have paid from my side. I was kept in dark and had to face this embarassment. I being a regular shipper from DHL...I never faced such misinformation and disservice. I would now...not like to avail service of DHL because of this particular issue..anymore. And shall in my capacity take it up legally. And also review on Social Media and shall spread the word to my business colleagues especially the ones in export-import and also my large network in field of hospitality.

                        Canada dhl held sub shpt from 16th august, and estimated delivery showing 19th ausgust. there is no holiday between 16th to 19th august. the why dhl hel the sub shpt? Dhl try to show. they are not a perfect handler.

                          I had sent Personal gift items of total worth INR 20k to our friend in Calpe, Spain via the DHL. It reached ALICANTE –SPAIN customs on 26th Jul and the consignee received a phone call from Spain Customs to pay the duty. The consignee contacted us to find out if any payment was made from our side and due to the time difference between India and Spain it was late in the night and we checked with DHL on the details and responded to the consignee in the morning of 27th Jul. The Consignee was ready to pay the customs duty on the 27th but when she contacted the officials, the package was already sent out for return. The consignee had not confirmed that they would not pay the customs and the return was initiated without allowing some time to the
                          consignee.
                          The package is now stuck in Clearance event status since last 20 days and we are not getting any proper update on when we will receive the package. We are calling/ mailing DHL office multiple times daily but there is no progress. We keep getting email that this should be cleared in 2 working days but this has been happening since last 2 weeks.
                          Requesting your help on this.

                                I purchased a product Raspberry pi from a USA website for my personal use which cost me approx 7500 inr + dhl delivery charges.
                                Now when product landed here in India dhl message me that I have to pay custom duty of 7200 inr custom duty and taxes, but when you check Indian laws you will see that taxes on these products is no more than 18%.
                                The amount they asking me to pay is even higher than the actual product price in India.
                                And also they acted on behalf of me without my permission, they should have asked me if I want to pay duty or not, but instead they paid the amount on my behalf and now forcing me to pay.
                                I want to file a complaint legally with police and take this company down.

                                  The shipment is stuck with DHL for 4 weeks now. We have been calling DHL everyday for 4 weeks now and we are not getting proper response from the clearance team. This is by far the WORST customer service we have ever seen. We'd like to escalate to the CEO if possible, that how mad we are. We hope you understand the frustration.

                                      With due respect this is to inform you that from N S Chenulu sent two boxes from Hyderabad to Canada on 28.7.2021 through DHL courier services with tracking ID [protected] to Canana where my daughter Ms. Srimani Kirti Nemani, Unit 202, 64 Benton Street Kitchener, Ontario, CANADA N2G 4L9, Ph.No. +[protected]. Unfortunately they received one box and the other is still pending and the DHL people are not able to trace the box where it is. Whereas, it is showing awaiting for collection. At Canada, they went and asked, no body is able to answer the same. This is my sincere request please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                        I had sent a shipment of important documents through dhl express worldwide to Israel from India. I send it on 27/07/2021 and the final delivery date shown was 2/08/2021. The shipment had reached in israel on 31/07/2021, but the local delivery agents of dhl in Israel doesn't delivered the product till now. Its too irresponsible from the side of dhl. Because it is too urgent for me to send that documents. Thats why i choosed dhl for shipping (especially by paying too much money). Really bad from dhl👎👎
