A shipment with medicine was booked from kerala to USA on 26th of June with awb no [protected]. The I tem was returned back to India and ia lying at Bangalore International Airport since 8th of July as informed By DHL. Since then we are trying to get the shipment back. Numerous phone calls and Emails are send to DHL but the only response we are.getting since then is your ship me t will be cleared with on 48 hrs. But still now there is no progress and we are not getting any responsible response from DHL. Please look into the issue and clear the shipment at the earliest

    I had an consignment (Shipment ID: [protected]) being delivered to my city. Consignment base cost is INR 1739 and DHL shipping charges is also around INR 1463. It was a shock when DHL asked me to pay INR 3070 as duties and taxes (three times the base cost of my shipment)

    I contacted DHL CUSTOMER care and Mr. Tejpal Singh was involved on 20-July-21 and till date i do not have confirmation whether duties were to be paid by me. In his last email he informed that 'Hence as per process now, we are checking with the sender for final instructions and will not be disturbing you for any sort of payment'.

    Meanwhile I was also following with Mr. Piyush Kshtriya (Operations) in my city. Now this person is so arrogant and useless that he never speaks to CUSTOMER care guy for feedback. I have been following up with him since several days and told me to that he is still checking.

    On 02-Aug-21 when i asked him to check the internal status, Piyush arrogantly denied to check with his own colleague Mr. Tejpal saying that he was from Operations and doesn't speak to anyone. Not sure if he is CEO of the company. He further informed me that he has instruction to destroy my consignment without my consent.
    I am absolutely unhappy with DHL employees (Piyush) 3rd class behavior. He behaved like an old government company employee where they do no speak to other internal departments colleague and moreover threatened me to destroy the consignment that contains a toy i purchased for my daughter birthday.

    As of now, worried that that ### may destroy my consignment, i have paid the duties and i expect my consignment to receive today.

    I need feedback from DHL management what action they have taken against Piyush for such behaviors and Tejpal for being lethargic in responding to me and talking to his colleague.

      This shipment from UK was received @Bangalore DHL facility by 17thJuly2021. This has life saving medical device "portable Oxygen concentrator/filling device with empty cylinders". Since then it is getting delayed from DHL. The KYC document was sent DHL on time..but the team kept asking the KYC document thru mail as they claim that it could not be downloaded from DHL portal. Even after sent the KYC document thru mail and, the BOE checklist was sent for my review after lot of reminders..The checklist has wrong informations like wrong HSN code, customs & duty charges & IGST were wrongly computed. I raised this concern 5 days back..but still it is not corrected and not sent for my review.

      This delays is causing lot of problems to the patient whose health s getting deteriorated who is badly in need of oxygen saturation level to be maintained.

      DHL clearance team is not taking this seriously and delaying the clearance.

      This needs to be addressed and the shipment need to be cleared properly and delivered to me at the earliest in one or two days...

        This is regarding a health supplement natural balance chitosan bought on Ubuy. The cost of product was 1589rs and I paid extra of 1463rs for shipping charges from US to India.
        At payment time and even on the Ubuy website they claim 3-6 or 5-9 maximum business days. The order was paid for on 5th July 2021, so I should have received this by 14th July 2021. On 15th July I get the first email from DHL stating the product will reach by 23rd July which is almost double the expected time frame which was paid for and the purpose paying extra for earlier delivery, lost. I uploaded kyc docs... The customer care mentioned the product will reach me withing 48hrs.
        Suddenly a second mail for form 7 was sent later, which I filled and submitted .
        Then a mail comes to me that I again have to pay 3000 rs on this product again for import duty charges, for a product not delivered on time which is a mistake o[censored]buy and their poor delivery carrier DHL EXPRESS.
        The purpose of paying extra to get this product delivered on time has been lost and both DHL and Ubuy are not taking accountability for it and trying to extract more money when they haven't delivered the product paid for on time

          I refer to my shipment no [protected] send to New Jersey on 13.07.21 and promised by the agent to deliver before16.07.21
          Their customer care is telling that it will be delivered on 21 st
          There are some perishable goods . DHL says they have Contacted the receiver but my son has not received any call.They also told that they are going to Contact me .
          Yesterday I called at Mumbai no and they told me that it will reach yesterday itself but the parcel is still not received

            There was a packet shipped from hsbc Washington Ronald Reagan on 19th May 2021 to be delivered to hsbc bank chennai. But the same is stuck in DHL Bangalore reason being clearing event on 26th May 2021

              Shipment not cleared by customs

              AWB No [protected] received in Bangalore on[protected] and not delivered to me. Contacted your customer care and as guided i have uploaded 1) KYC and subsequently forwarded the required evidences through e-mail like 2) a technical writeup 3) Invoice from vendor 4) a revised invoice from vendor for mismatching in total amount.               I sent some baby clothes/homemade sweets, snacks/masala power to my daughter who is in Paris through airway bill No.[protected] on 19/6/2021, spending Rs. 13800 through DHL, Chennai. Myself and my wife could not go to Paris to help my daughter who is blessed with the newborn baby because of covid and travel restrictions in Europe. The packets reached Paris on 23/6/2021, but to my surprise the parcel was returned to India (Bangalore) on the midnight of 24th June through airway bill No.[protected]. (Reason being it contained food products). Before sending the items, I enquired from DHL whether I can keep homemade sweets/snacks/masala power, and they indicated I can send them, and they normally give HSN code meant for sweets and snacks, and it would not be a problem. Finally, I got the packets back on 10/7/2021, after paying a duty of Rs. 7964.22. I am a senior citizen aged 76, living on interest income and no pension. It is a mental tension losing money, sent home made goods spoiled, ending up paying duty for the goods, and am extremely disappointed and had a fortnight sleepless night. Had the DHL is more transparent and clearer in telling the customers not to send food products, I would not have sent them. There is a breach of trust and contract with DHL. When DHL accepts, it becomes their responsibility to ensure that they are within the framework of the custom rules of the countries. In the process I lost nearly Rs. 35000, by way of DHL transport payment, duty, and resending the clothes again, (I have booked with DHL for resending them without the food items spending Rs.10, 800) and the loss of the home-made products sent earlier which has become unfit for consumption. While I can claim compensation for the losses through redressal forum, I passionately believe that approaching your office direct will yield result and I have neither stamina nor patience to through any legal forum. While I should pay for goods sent to my daughter, I request the amount paid for the shipment which returned i.e., Rs. 13800 may please be considered for waiver and reimbursement to me. Rs.13800 is a big amount for a retired person, and I sincerely feel that DHL would consider my request sympathetically. Kind Regards, K. Subramanian, [protected].

                I was submitted. METERIAL & MSDS, NON DG CERTIFICATE, PROFORMA INVOICE, DECLARATION OF GOODS, IEC, AADHAR CARD ON 26TH JUNE 2021.

                BUT, STILL BY SHIPMENT NOT YET MOVED FROM COIMBATORE..

                I WAS ASKED DHL PERSON, HE SAID IT WAS A DG GOODS.

                I SAID IT'S JUST A INK, I WAS ALREADY SENT 3 SHIPMENTS FOR LAST 6 MONTHS.

                  My airway bill no #[protected]
                  I have send a courier through DHL and I have mention value of the courier and I have paid courier charges before sending, now when courier arrives india, ask receiver to pay another 80% of the value.
                  It really surprises me, They ask to the receiver 16000 INR which is 80 percent value of the product. for what and why should the receiver pay the money to DHL, give me a reason.

                    My DHL way bill no.[protected] held in Kolkata for duty/tax payment of INR 23706.30. The parcel contents some ordinary canvas for painting, photographs and documents., The declared value according to the shipper commercial invoice is $600 and purpose is parsonal effects. The documents of proof already submitted before the clearance process in INDIA. Then what is the reason for calculating such heavy duty charge for consignee.
                    Previously I received same kind of shipment with declared value of $200 without any duty charge in the month of February 2021. Would you please reassess the duty charge according the content material and commercial invoice that already submitted.

                      I (R Aruna) have sent a parcel through your company on 10th April but still, we didn't get any information about the parcel. the parcel does not reach the place where we want the sent and it does not return to our home too. also, they didn't give any information regarding this. kindly do check it quickly.

                        We choose dhl for delivering a document to canada the document is forwrded to internetional credential assesment services canada 100 stone road west suite 102 guelph ontario
                        n1g5l3 canada from cheraman juma masjid p.O kodungallur 680664 the traking reference generated #[protected] as they collected a fees of 4280rs/- from us for 0.05kgs and dose not provide the gst bill when we ask for, mean while our fried send the courrier from kochin with the similar document and their ivoice amount was 2314 for 0.02 kgs as their booking reference #[protected] please clarify and revert asap

                          A gift was being sent to me by a company as an act of gratitude. I do not work for this company and share no consumer relationship with them. It was a gift stemming from a meaningful moment in a conversation.

                          Despite my details being correctly provided by the company, DHL Express India did not reach out to me. They do not contact me on my given phone number nor did they write to me on my given email address.

                          I called after the shipment was long overdue, and they said my KYC was due. I completed my KYC. After that they said there is a problem with the bill since the invoice has a value of zero. Of course the invoice will have a value of zero, this is a gift. The company machine invoice generator put in a meaningull moment discount code which shows that I had to pay nothing for it.

                          I started a 3 way chat on email with the clearance agent, the sender (company) and myself. I provided the screenshot of the invoice, the company provided the screenshot of the invoice. The clearance agent did not help. He sent an excel sheet asking for us to put in details we already had provided him with (this is his job to plug in the details). I called DHL to complain and they said that the clearance agent cannot do it because the excel sheet has to be printed and signed on. This was a complete lie because I did not print or sign on the excel sheet, nor did the company. I had to manually do this plugging in myself, and then the clearance agent processed it.

                          After all these delays from DHL's end, they are saying by customs law I have to pay for customs duty, IGST, warehouse charges, surcharge, disbursement fee, CGST and SGST totally amounting to INR 5348.02. This is completely unacceptable. The delays, faults and charges are all due to DHL India. These taxes and charges incurred are more than the total amount of the product also.

                          The cost should be borne by DHL India for this. The delay is their fault, the confusion is their fault, they were not proactive, and no one reached out to me. If I had not called and inquired about the shipment, no one would even call to tell me a KYC is required.

                          The number of my courier is :AWB [protected].

                          I have email proof of the conversations taken place, proving that DHL is at fault, neither the sender nor the receiver.

                          I am a student and do not even have INR 5000. This is a gift which was sent via courier. I do not know why an invoice was necessary, we all send gifts to our relatives across the world, there is never a price tag attached.

                          This has been harassment, this has been a sad experience, and this is an exploitation. I am sorry and let down by both, the Customs charges on a student receiving a gift, and DHL's unprofessional conduct.

                            DHL is holding my package and asking me pay clearance amount 77% but when I asked them about details and all breakdown then they don’t have answer also I asked them notice of clearance but they didn’t provided me anything rather than asking me to pay and send all invoice. I have already sent invoice and all required documents but keep asking send me this and that and Rohit Mishra and Yogesh Parmar in Mumbai office told me that I have to pay money whatever it is. It is like threatening me for my package. But they don’t have any information regards. Please advice

                              I am disabled and a senior citizen who is an expat alone. I need my drugs paid to get them sent 4days bit has still not arrived. Your customs clearance personal r people who cannot under stand simple english and think they r gods with no empathy/sympathy nor are they helpful. I pay dhl to do all paperwork etc. Where is it say that an expat who is disabled/vulnerable has to fill customs documents when all details have come to u in an email sent by ur uk office on 14th/15th ur time before the package even reached india. Or do any o[censored]ll do not under stand the meaning of the word disabled do ull think this is a game that is what ur customs clearance team thinks it is a matter of my life it is now in ur hands to let me live or die without my drugs????
                              i would like a reply to the above matter asap

                                    Our shipment on Hold last few days and from the DHL side they are not updating why they taking much time for custom clearance, DHL team should do something bcz of should be important for timely deliver.
