I am using the dish tv since a year. but the service provider in not providing the services upto the mark. i am residing at burari, santnagar, delhi. Everyone is fed up of the behaviour and attitude of the service provider. he use to threaten the customers. he even provoke the customers. i am trying to reach the above service provider but he barely picks up the call. whenever he picks the call he says that " do whatever you want to do, but he is not going to change. please help me out.

    I had recharged my Dish Tv (A/c No- [protected]) with annual pack 15 days before. But I have not yet received the promotional benefit of free 28 days subscription. I have contacted with Dish TV customer care but no value.

        I have a dish tv connection and my VC no. is [protected], my set top box is not working properly, tv is hanging all the time, I've complaint for this 3 days back, but my problem is not solved yet.
        So I kindly request you to look forward to it. And try to change to latest version of set top box as soon as possible so that this problem will not occur again and again.

          I recharged my dish tv vc no.[protected] for Rs 100/- on 23 Jan 16 morning but my acct is not activated.when enquired about the same from customer care, they told me that payment has not been received. the conversation was very long but no output came rather i end up spending rs 45/- for query with customer care and i was asked to wait for 48 hrs.The logic is not understood if a customer recharge dish tv using the authorised website i.e www.dishtv.in, he has to wait for two days to watch the TV. this is the problem of the company why a customer pay for that.this is not a question of Rs 100/- or more, this is all about the service which the company is committed to provide to all valued customers. I am a customer of this company from 10 years or more.my recharge was done using SBI net banking ref no.IG0BIZBTA3 dated 23 jan 16 at 04:48 hrs morning.

                I did a recharge for South India: Jumbo Family Pack (Rs. 205) from paytm today (1/21/2016) but that did not change my pack and my amount has been taken under New South titanium package.

                Please change my plan to South india: Jumbo Famil pack immediately.

                  I thought dish TV service is good, but today I was totally shocked after my 1st recharge of 250 monthly pack. 1st of all I was not informed about the procedure to change the pack from plutimun to new super family, when I called the customer care, it takes 20mints to make ur staf[censored]nderstand what I want to say, then ur agent kept the phn on hold about another 15-20 mints. After that I have to continue my call as because ur agent was not giving the info clearly, it takes around 35 mints in total just to move to an another pack.. Still the agent told that, again I have to call after 4days to deactivate full on HD pack, which I got in free from dish TV at the time of installation of set top box. It was so much embarrassing and irritating experience with dish TV services. I hope no other company's services are like that, it should be recovered...

                    On 19 Jan 2016, I booked a new HD connection with one month free subscription through on line. But till date, no technision turned to call or install the same.. I never aspect this kind of attitude from Dish TV, because, I am regular customer of dish tv since last 3/4 years.

                    It is requested that kindly look into the matter and direct local technision to attend my complaint, at the earliest.

                    Moreover, I am regularly calling on[protected], but no one called me back.

                        With ref. to my Dist TV-VC No. : [protected] in the name of Sudhir Nainawati at Udaipur ( Rajasthan ).

                        I paid Rs. 500 on 19th Jan’2016 for making two months super family pack subscription recharge through Paytm.com.

                        After making payment, I have received sms from Dish TV that your next recharge date will be 12th mar’2016 but according to the recharge dt on 19th Jan’2016, my next recharge dt. Should be 19th Mar’2016.

                        Every time dish tv deduct our hard earned money from recharge amount. In every two three month they increase family pack recharge amount and which also without our consent.
                        Also 80 to 90% channels are free to air channels.

                        Dish TV is doing unethical, fraud and 420 activities. All are requested to avoid this fraud, cheater company.

                        If my problem did not resolved till 29th February, 2016, I will post my complaint on the social media.

                        Your clarification is totally wrong, when you are giving free set top box and free registration for new Dish TV customenrs then how you can take charges for activation charge from your old customers.

                        This is totally extortion of money illegally and I will take this case to Consumer Forum, Rajsthan.

                        You are charging wrongly since I have purchased Dish TV. Now I will not give you any chance for this.

                        I will also send this complaint to Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore, I & B Minister of India.

                            Dist TV-VC [protected] in the name of Ved Prakash at Ghaziabad (UP West-NCR) I paid Rs. 3000 on 30th July, 2015 for making one year payment through online on Bachat ka Formula recharge webpage, after making payment, the Dist TV is not agreed that the said payment is made for one year. (recharge online window page is attached for ready reference) After various communication with Dish TV Officers, in absence of satisfaction, on 13th August, 2015, I written my detailed complaint to Mr. Mohit Kumar Mishra, Dish TV Nodal Officers, Dish TV india Ltd., B-10, Essel House, Lawrence Road, Industrial Area, New Delhi – 110035, Phone:[protected]/41/42/43, Email: [protected]@dishtv.in through email, but no result. However, various futile telephone calls were received from Dish TV customer care officers during the period. Very recently on 5th January, 2016, I again contacted with Mr. Mohit Kumar (above) to know the current status of my complaint through email with an intimation that if my problem did not resolved up to 12th January, 2016, I will post my complaint on the social media and other authorities by indicating the TEAM OF DR. SUBHASH CHANDRA IS NOT WORKING ACCORDING TO THE MARKET ETHICS, but no result. Concerned authorities are requested to take an serious and appropriate action against such type of cheater companies who misguiding the customers without any cause for their own interest and benefit.

                              With reference to my complain dt[protected] i further beg to intimate that though i have sent more than 10 sms and emails to your customer [protected]@dishtv asking them who made my pack from super family pack to platinum sports pack but only one answer by sms comming to me to recharge 481 rupees as if they as if they have not received any comunication from me. They are having no answer to my question since they have commited the fault or blackmailing us. ALSO THEY HAVE SENT WARNING TO SWITCH OFF THE CONNECTION TO-NIGHT.Hence your kind interference on the issue is most essantial at the movement and an early action is most solicited and obliged.                                     V.C # [protected], i recharged for Rs. 1380/- on 09.01.16 an d the same amount recharges on 14.01.16. Both the amount was credited in my account, and i checked my account through online login it shows expiry date is 24.07.16. But my connection de activated on 09.01.16 still it's not activated.                                       Dear sir, It is submitted that I had approached Custmer care og Dish TV on 30 Dec 2015 for deactivation of TV connection wef 01 Jan 2016 to 27 Mar 2016 and I was given assurance that once I pay monthly subscription, request for deactivation will be considered. I paid a sum of Rs 549/- for a month's subscription and again approached Customer care for deactivation and I got a negative response saying that I had already taken deactivation for one month in the year 2015 i.e. June & Nov and now deactivation request can not be considered till June 2016. Year is counted from 01 Jan to 31 Dec but DishTV counts from the day of first deactivation. If it is so I should get my Rs 549 / back which the organisation is refususing. Now I request to look into the matter so that I must get refund of Rs 549/- . I am out of Hyderabad and not using my TV since 01 Jan 2016. I am also enclosing emails to and from Dish TV as under: Dear Sir/Madam, Happy new year. I have been associated as customer with DishTV since 2005. During these 10 years I have requested for temporary deactivation twice only that is in the year 2015 ( June & Nov). Presently I am away from Hyderabad with my family for three months and I request you for temporary disconnection w.e.f. 03 Jan 2016 to 27 Mar 2016. In this regard I approached customer care on 30 Dec 2015 for temp deactivation from 1/1/2016 to 27/03/2016 and I got a positive response that min balance for deactivation should be Rs 100/ and deactivation charges for three months will be Rs. 90/. I paid through credit card Rs. 549 on the same day. I again approached customer care on 31 Dec 2015 then I was told that you have availed deactivation twice in the year and request can not be accepted. It is submitted that I am away from Hyderabad for three months for some treatment and I will be back on 27 mar 2016. Last two deactivations were in the year 2015 and no deactivation from 2005 to 2014. Therefore I requst you to deactivate my DishTV connection with immediate effect till 27 Mar 2016 as a special case. In case if you are not in position to deactivate, I request you to refund my deposited money Rs 549/ and deactivate connection permanently. Hoping to receive a favourable response from you. I don't want this issue happening every month. Request you to fix and provide permanent solution. Give good customer service. And try to retain your customers.

                                        Bro before buying dish why u didnt look on internet see its a fraud company scamming people millions of people have issue with them u just switch the company and u can look on internet about poor service of dish as their market is down and their shares are very low
