[Resolved]  DishTV — 402 error on stb

As my stb not recharged for 3 months due to some reasons but now recharged but show error 402 viewing card faulty called customer care told need to replace card and our technician visit charge also around RS 500 need to pay. why should I need to pay for viewing card as in phone if sim gets faulty we get it free replaced we are paying for what we are using.
