Dear Sir,
I am using Dish tv connection since long time VC No [protected] (In name of Ashu Jain name changed to Ravi Kant Pandey on 08.05.2017), As I had shifted my house in March which was in wrong direction so I got my connection temporary disconnected on 24 March 2017 (Balance of 1525.94) and again got active on 08 May 2017 (Balance 1525.94)(Plan activated was Super Family Rs270/month with validity 20.10.2017)-Screenshot attached.
Since I was not able to install the connection I requested for refund, as per suggestion from customer care on 8 May 2017 "Sir your balance is Rs 1525.94, you can terminate your account and can transfer the balance 1525.94 to another VC"
I requested the termination for my connection VC No [protected] and requested to transfer the amount in my friends VC [protected] on 08.05.2017, on 09 May 2017 I was shocked when the balance for Rs. 401 got transferred, but upon requesting no action had been taken.
Your are hereby requested to kindly look into this and do the needful asap otherwise I am supposed to take action against this.
Please send me statement of my account for last six months.

I have booked new a dish TV connection before 1 week but still not installation happen
even after multiple calls Dish TV person not coming to installation as saying cable violent area but already have installed neighbors dish connection
very disappointed from service
