Dear CustomerCare,

I am badly regretting that i am using your dish tv.

Issue:

I made recharge on 28 apr 2017 for 270 rupees. It was successful as per Paytm and they also got successful response from dish tv as well.But still my dish tv is not working. It is switched off.
I lodged a complaint regards the issue on 30 apr 2017 with dish tv customer care. Still no resolutions provided to me....

I want to update my dishtv registered mobile number. I have changed my number and the currently registered mobile number is not used any more.

The new number is [protected] which is to be updated.

I have another issue that my new number ([protected]) is currently used by some another customer, dishtv send me message...

I am shiv kumar basel. my registered mob.no. [protected] vc.no. [protected]. please deactivate VH1 channel no.585 and please correct switch off date...

We cannot see the Lord Budhha Channel, request to tv channel that please add this on board and let peoples see the same.
Kindly let us know if you need any other details on this if required.
If an extra money needed to add this request then please chargge the same to watcher.
Plz add this channel dish tv.

My dishtv number [protected]. Previously it was registered to mobile number [protected] and at present i would like to change it to [protected]
as RMN that is shown on net is not mine
and my mail ID is [protected]@yahoo.co.Hope you will do the needful to change the mobile no to [protected]...

My VC Number [protected] was converted to HD box on 05/03/2017. Thereafter it is regularly getting switched of every now & then. Kindly attend urgently.

Further I have been switched to HD set top box on understanding that you shall charge monthly same as in old schemes.i.e Rs 320/- per month. Now you have manipulated with ulterior motive sue motto charging me Rs 549/- per month from old date which is not fair practice & duping...

Hello i have already purchased family pack.. But the unsubscribe channels errors are shown to star gold, zee cinema or all entairntainment and regional channels i. E. Marathi channels and all free dish tv channels are working properly.. Kindly response to troubleshoot the errors

Description: After recent offer by DishTV, I recharged my account for 4 months to get extra 2 months. But realized that some channels like CNN News 18 (English) etc have been removed without my knowledge or prior intimation, which in my opinion is breach of trust. I haven't checked others because the channel numbers have been changed.

I m a new customer of DISH TV network

from very first day i logged a complaint regarding wrong package from Dishtv, i want titanium pack with one year subscription, i clearly told to MR tiwari (Senior Desk Person) if they want i agree dis mental the product, but he say no sir either we upgrade or refund your money, and after that they told that sir refund not possible as per our policy nor upgrade the package,

so...

Currently dishtv is providing a offer. If you recharge for 3 months you'll get one more month free and so on. I have recharged for a 3 months and gave a miss call from my registered mobile number. I think they diverted the call and when i contact dishtv they are saying that we have not given any miss call to them. Even we complient they are not taking any action....

Every 30-35 minutes i get this error and then i hv to switch off my set top box for 2 minutes. Then unplug d cable and replug it back and the problem. Is sorted.
I called customer care and they advised me to change the box which is not a solution. They just wanted me to spare money on repairs and to get a refurbished settop box, and they are not giving any warranty on that.
Very cheap type of service and low grade set top box...

My vc no [protected]. Is showing 201 error. Your vc is not paired with your set top box.
Kindly refund my money i dont need it any more. When ever i call customer care they have only one answer. " (We will arrange a technician visit. And visiting charges are - - - - - + plus service tax extra.
Why the company charges customers always.
