We are unable to see picture on our tv since yesterday.
V c no [protected]. Pls depute yr technician immediately since its within warranty period. We approached local service provider still the complaint is unresolved. We expect quick service from you. Delay in service is bothering us very much. U may check yr records and arrange technician immediately

    I have been using DishTV for around 5 years. But due to some technical issue, my dish tv is completely not working due to "Signal not found" issue from last two months. I was viewing less channels due to same issue for last one year.

    I had opened several service requests to dishtv but they do not resolve stating it as cable violent area. I am asking them to disconnect my dishtv and return my subscription amount, they do not even agree on it.

    So whose headache is this?

    I have booked new a dish TV connection before 1 week but still not installation happen

    even after multiple calls Dish TV person not coming to installation as saying cable violent area but already have installed neighbors dish connection

      On 13/5/2017in the morning, i (Vc no. [protected],) called dishtv
      Customer care executive for the advance request in degradation of my plan
      For the next cycle. I told their executive with proper explanation of the
      Fact that i do not want to activate this pack right now but for the next
      Cycle. He assured me to do the same.
      Now when i am watching my television i am shocked to see that my plan has
      Already been degraded which was supposed to happen after the current cycle
      Gets over.
      Right away i called their customer service once again and asked for the
      Same. Instead of indemnifying my loss they are straight away giving me
      Suggestions for the activation of a new plan with very unprofessional and
      Rude behaviour.
      Television is a source of entertainment and dishtv being a service
      Provider
      Should give the best possible service. Instead, they are disheartening
      Their customers by giving them false assurance in a very unprofessional
      Way.
      However i got the complaint number[protected], for the same issue and due

      The unprofessionalism of your executive i have lost so many channels and
      For watching the lost channels i *paid again.*
      Now it has been almost 3 days and dishtv is trying to contact me by giving me miss calls on my number for the duration in which you can not even slide to answer the call.

          My videocon d2h is not working and i called to customer care no. So many times but all the time its busy.. After a long times i finally got through... Their executive said we will fix it with in 24-48 hours... But still it is not working nor did they send their so called engineer till date. Every time they just give compliant no. And insure us engineer will visit my place. According to my point of view videocon d2h has the worst customer service. If my problem will not sort out tomorrow then i'll move to consumer court.

                Dear CustomerCare,

                I am badly regretting that i am using your dish tv.

                Issue:

                I made recharge on 28 apr 2017 for 270 rupees. It was successful as per Paytm and they also got successful response from dish tv as well.But still my dish tv is not working. It is switched off.
                I lodged a complaint regards the issue on 30 apr 2017 with dish tv customer care. Still no resolutions provided to me. Its been 12 days has gone. It requested to you please help to resolve this. So I can retain the dish tv services as a loyal customer.I hope you are not let me down.

                when i called customer care they just put my call on hold by saying that they are transferring t to seniors and put it hold 15-20 min. worthlessly i am paying 9 to12 rupees in every call to customer care

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am using Dish tv connection since long time VC No [protected] (In name of Ashu Jain name changed to Ravi Kant Pandey on 08.05.2017), As I had shifted my house in March which was in wrong direction so I got my connection temporary disconnected on 24 March 2017 (Balance of 1525.94) and again got active on 08 May 2017 (Balance 1525.94)(Plan activated was Super Family Rs270/month with validity 20.10.2017)-Screenshot attached.
                          Since I was not able to install the connection I requested for refund, as per suggestion from customer care on 8 May 2017 "Sir your balance is Rs 1525.94, you can terminate your account and can transfer the balance 1525.94 to another VC"
                          I requested the termination for my connection VC No [protected] and requested to transfer the amount in my friends VC [protected] on 08.05.2017, on 09 May 2017 I was shocked when the balance for Rs. 401 got transferred, but upon requesting no action had been taken.
                          Your are hereby requested to kindly look into this and do the needful asap otherwise I am supposed to take action against this.
                          Please send me statement of my account for last six months.

                                My VC Number [protected] was converted to HD box on 05/03/2017. Thereafter it is regularly getting switched of every now & then. Kindly attend urgently.

                                Further I have been switched to HD set top box on understanding that you shall charge monthly same as in old schemes.i.e Rs 320/- per month. Now you have manipulated with ulterior motive sue motto charging me Rs 549/- per month from old date which is not fair practice & duping me .

                                Either you honour your commitment our arrange refund of Rs 1150/- immediately.

                                Please note this is cheating, not expected from reputable company of your standing.

                                This is urgent.

                                On receipt of your reply I shall be obliged to take appropriate legal recourse as advised.

                                        Description: After recent offer by DishTV, I recharged my account for 4 months to get extra 2 months. But realized that some channels like CNN News 18 (English) etc have been removed without my knowledge or prior intimation, which in my opinion is breach of trust. I haven't checked others because the channel numbers have been changed.

                                        The same issue has happened earlier and it gives impression that DishTV takes its Customers for granted.

                                        My repeated attempts to call their Customer Service have failed as the LINE was always busy. Despite being their loyal Customer for several years, I may be forced to move away to other DTH Provider.

                                        Resolution: DishTV should recheck the all the Channels belonging to my Pack and Add-on for functioning and restore the missing channels.

                                        I was told that CNN News 18 ceased to be a FTA channel from April 1 and was assured that an email would be sent with weblinks to the Add-ons and the new Packs but no such email has yet been received.
