    Two weeks back i have requested for hd upgradation of my dish tv connection. Req. No.[protected]. On thursday around 8 pm the technician has come home & told me he forgot to bring the lnb. So he installed the hd box with another dish tv connection in my home.. He recieved full amount from me plus his installation charges.. And told me the very next day he will bring the lnb and install it. But after dat there s no response from him. Now he is not picking my calls.. I called severel times to the customer care.. The customer care guys are also not helping to resolve this issue. The service is very bad and its a cheating.. I m going to disconnect my two dish tv connections and purchase any other services..

      I am not getting any kind of proper service from dish tv company and technician. I am using super family pack rs.270/-. My switch off date is 04/06/2017. Then on same day 04/06/2017 i have done my recharge of rs.295/- (Super family pack rs.270/- + sports hd cannel pack rs.25 offer given by dish tv) for 30 days the switch off date is 05/07/2017. After recharge i am not able to watch my sports hd cannels then i call customer care. Then dish tv executive provides the engineer to me. But my problem is not solved. Service request no. Is[protected]. Your engineer is misbehaving with me and my mummy in our home. I have a proof video of your engineer and id card of your dish tv engineer.
      On 08/06/2017 at 7:00 pm i show my a/c details its show my next recharge date is 16/06/2017 & switch off date 19/06/2017 how it is possible because i have done my recharge rs.295/- for 30 days. Then i call customer care he told me your package is change from service centre or dealership centre. He also given service request no.[protected] i am not told to change my package. This type of problem i am facing from dish tv company.

        I purchased dish tv hd+ setup box from amazon website on june 4th 2017 and they confirm that product will deliver on 5th june 2017.
        I received call from dish tv courier guy on 5th and confirmed that with in 24-48 hrs installation will happen.
        But up to now, unfortunately i didn't received product and also dish tv guy is not picking calls.

            With reference to my complaint no.[protected] dated 02.06.2017. Since one week has passed but i am unable to get the solution of my Problem.

            I have made a request vide Req.No.[protected] to shift my Dish TV from flat no. 338 to 578 in same society of Dwarka, New Delhi.

            I received call from your technician on behalf of Rashmeet Associates (SF) stating that I will deinstall the Dish TV and will not carry the instruments and Cable to flat no. 578, which is very close. He has clearly refused.

            In view of above, it is very clear that I should hire one person for deinstallation of Dish TV, second for carrying all instruments and accessories and third for installation of Dish TV and another fourth for fixing of TV parallely.

            If service charges being imposed Separately for deinstallation and installation then over all responsibility should be in the scope of service provider. Work scope is involved the services only. Hence, should be taken care by service provider.

            From the above experience, it is decided to switch off the connection of DISH TV immediately.

            It is also requested to settle my account and refund balance amount at the earliest possible.

            I have also spoken to customer care number, where I have been assured to arrange call back from service manager but no call received till now.

            From the above it is clear that the service of DISH TV is worst.

                Today I bought a DishTV setup box (Black) from one of a person in UAE. Now I changed the email address and also the mobile number to mine. I checked and its all working for me. Even I have got a confirmation email also to my email id from you. Also a confirmation of my mobile number updated to my registered mobile number. But the name still exists of the previous person. Need to change it to my name

                    My VC number is [protected]. I called your representative in January when my service were under warranty through your helpline.
                    My dish was not getting signals. So your representative changed some wire fittings and went back. but nothing happened. I called on the customer care number again and your representative came again and change a part. He took 300 rupees from me and I have the bilp also.
                    Today I was reading warranty policy and I came to know that parts are repalced free of cost during warranty.

                        But now i can't remove them.
                        I wanted to add only full on hd pack but mistakenly some more addon pack got added. Now when i try to remove that. It shows that your request is submitted but nothing happens. And please activate ramadan offer, zee news and aajtak. If you will not deactivate all hd channel and cartoon network i will close dish tv. Yesterday i recharge 200 rupee he gave only 5 days.

                          Please let me know when you will complete. And i need only package for 250 rupee per month package,

                              I am using dish tv from last 3 years and we are having 2 dishtv connections (Parent and child). As per the scheme floated by them, we made the recharge of 16 months and paid the full amount accordingly. Now, because of natural calamity (Due to rain, dish tv is not catching the signal), if any problem occur, it is their (Dishtv) responsibility to get it rectified. Now when i called customer care and their senior executives (Mr yogendra chauhan and shalini), they said we need to pay 230/- for technician visit. Because its my mistake that i recharged it for 16 months, so everytime do i need to pay 230rs for rectifying it whenever the rain comes?? This problem did not occur in past (From last 3 years).in previous 3 years (When we did the recharge for 3 months or 6 months), when ever this problem came, everytime dishtv rectified it for no charges.

                              As this problem is because of rain and it can happen anytime. I cant understand why should i pay 230 as this fault is not from my side. Bigcheaters dish tv

                              It happens very frequently. The signal of TV goes off very frequently. It gives error "Faulty VC Error". When we call their Customer Care Executive, they start demanding charges for their Customer visit. On one side they are charging for giving services in form of Recharge. So, its their duty to provide services for which they are charging in form of "Recharge". If you cant provide proper service, just refund my balance and disconnect my connection. Its your business to earn extra in form of customer visit charges and making others fool. Very Strict Action must be taken against them.

                                My VC no [protected] and my monthly package is 560/ my set box is not working due to technical defect since two weak and I mis called on your phone according to your direction and assured by you through SMS to remove defect with in working period but unfortunately did not care by your appointees while your charges did not stop which is violation of rule and natural justice
                                In such circumstance I would like to say please control your Administration as per your rules and regulations to performs your duty as agreement and now I hope you will try to remove defect immediately.
