Complaint marked as Resolved It happens very frequently. The signal of TV goes off very frequently. It gives error "Faulty VC Error". When we call their Customer Care Executive, they start demanding charges for their Customer visit.
On one side they are charging for giving services in form of Recharge. So, its their duty to provide services for which they are charging in form of "Recharge".
If you cant provide proper service, just refund my balance and disconnect my connection.
Its your business to earn extra in form of customer visit charges and making others fool.
Very Strict Action must be taken against them.

i have so many time experience
i have between last 2 days send message on 57575 call me after that they not Reply as well as call cut in between tell my problem they have cut of call.
