Description: After recent offer by DishTV, I recharged my account for 4 months to get extra 2 months. But realized that some channels like CNN News 18 (English) etc have been removed without my knowledge or prior intimation, which in my opinion is breach of trust. I haven't checked others because the channel numbers have been changed.

The same issue has happened earlier and it gives impression that DishTV takes its Customers for granted.

My repeated attempts to call their Customer Service have failed as the LINE was always busy. Despite being their loyal Customer for several years, I may be forced to move away to other DTH Provider.

Resolution: DishTV should recheck the all the Channels belonging to my Pack and Add-on for functioning and restore the missing channels.

I was told that CNN News 18 ceased to be a FTA channel from April 1 and was assured that an email would be sent with weblinks to the Add-ons and the new Packs but no such email has yet been received.

    I m a new customer of DISH TV network

    from very first day i logged a complaint regarding wrong package from Dishtv, i want titanium pack with one year subscription, i clearly told to MR tiwari (Senior Desk Person) if they want i agree dis mental the product, but he say no sir either we upgrade or refund your money, and after that they told that sir refund not possible as per our policy nor upgrade the package,

    so many time call their customer centre, but every time they told that senior person will call u back ...but problem is still same...

    now i m feel cheated ...

      Currently dishtv is providing a offer. If you recharge for 3 months you'll get one more month free and so on. I have recharged for a 3 months and gave a miss call from my registered mobile number. I think they diverted the call and when i contact dishtv they are saying that we have not given any miss call to them. Even we complient they are not taking any action.

        Every 30-35 minutes i get this error and then i hv to switch off my set top box for 2 minutes. Then unplug d cable and replug it back and the problem. Is sorted.
        I called customer care and they advised me to change the box which is not a solution. They just wanted me to spare money on repairs and to get a refurbished settop box, and they are not giving any warranty on that.
        Very cheap type of service and low grade set top box i guess.
        Never expected any such cases from dishtv... Hoping to get a permanent solution and not just a work around.

                Sir,

                Vc number - [protected]
                I have many issues with dishtv account. Let me put a few here first-

                1. I recharged for 6 months on[protected], but got only four months[protected] is shown as my next recharge date in myaccount section of dishtv).

                2. To activate recharge for 6months and get 8months offer, i need to give a call from my rmn.

                3. I sent a message dishtv rmn to 57575 and got a response that number is successfully registered. But i still can not see my number updated in myaccount.

                4. When i try to register for online account of dishtv with my vc number, it says that it is already registered (Which i never did earlier). And even if it is registered how do i find my login id.

                      My customer id# [protected], dishtv pakistani channels switched off just after one month of subscription on 13 april instead of 13th july, after several complaints by email their rep mr.Farooq simply informed me "cal on our helpline number", since i live out of india so its not feasible for me to do overseas call, at support some one send me email with ticket # 161 with no name or contact details, later i tried their whatsapp number and they just replied again and again asking same details and telling me we will revert back however nothing yet happened since last one week of so many emails, and whatsapp messages exchanges
                      it seems that they don't bother about customer care much, neither they do care of their reputation.

                            My name is Hitesh and at my home I do have a Connection of Dish TV set top box.

                            My Dish TV Connection ID is: [protected]

                            My Earlier Registered Mobile number is: ***-***-8193

                            My Current Registered Mobile number is: ***-***-5771

                            Monthly charge for services is Rs. 315 including everything,

                            Since many days there are an offer is ongoing for Dish TV Recharge, as if customer can recharge for 3 months together then the customer will get one month extra at free of cost. For this free month offer activation customer just need to give a missed call to[protected].

                            I recharged my connection by[protected] for Rs. 945 by debit card for 3 months full amount paid and then gave more than 20+ missed call on[protected] from my earlier registered mobile number ***-***-8193 but I have not yet received any messages for activation of free month services, that’s why I called to customer service many times to[protected] &[protected], sent messages as CALL ME to 57575 but till date my offer is not yet generated.

                            With this email I attached the proof of Missed calls screen shot, which I tried to call to dish TV on the number[protected] from my earlier registered mobile number ***-***-8193 to generate free month offer activation from 31/03/2017 to 07/04/2017 but call always disconnected and one lady at the end of the call always said that thank you for calling Dish TV. Please check my account and as soon as you receive this email please activate the free month offer on my Dish TV ID: [protected].

                            I tried many times to get contact with Dish TV and then at last they replied me like this and also i like mention that my mobile number was registered with Dish TV since First day when i bought my Dish TV connection

                            Dear Sir,

                            Subscriber's mobile number is still not register as RMN. It is in NA status. Hence offer not credited. Subscriber's mobile number should have register at the time of recharge also and then he should given the Missed Call on number- [protected], with in 7 days of recharge.

Even today i have tried to give a fresh alacarte as advised by dish tv customer care today., it is not accepting.. I have paid enough money to dish tv for alacarte., please check.. I am not getting sony six.. Which is in alacarte.. And most of the other channels..
                              2. This add on packs would you continue for my life time???,, remove add on pack immediately.

                              3. There is provision to withdraw it in online dish tv., i will definitely challenge in court of law.. I will even challenge ill rated biased online dish tv..
                              4. I have written to ceo dishtv today vide ref no 74135
                              5. I am having dishtv services head ache from day one.
                              6. It is a mistake i have taken dishtv..

                                Dear sir, my family was out of country for one month. Once they came back our dish tv connection shows 102. Viewing card deactivated. My wife has deposited 3 month recharge and later 100 rupees for the reinstatement but nothing has done yet. I am still out of india and our registered mobile number is with me and switched off. That's why i am sending you email from here. My family is without tv since one week. Can you please help us to solve this issue. My vc no. Is [protected].
