I have many issues with dishtv account. Let me put a few here first-

1. I recharged for 6 months on[protected], but got only four months[protected] is shown as my next recharge date in myaccount section of dishtv).

2. To activate recharge for 6months and get 8months offer, i need to give a call from my rmn.

3. I sent a message dishtv rmn to 57575...

I have dish 99 with Misti bangla. Require to add on nat geo wild and animal plannet. I have been told by the customer service and their senior (rahul kumar) that I have to forcefully add one one more package, which I don't want. Pls ensure necessary action. It is against the I&B policy of allowing add on for which ever channel I want. Phone no [protected]...

We cannot see the Lord Budhha Channel TV on dish tv so plz add lord buddha tv on dish tv vc no. [protected] Regis. Mo [protected]...

My customer id# [protected], dishtv pakistani channels switched off just after one month of subscription on 13 april instead of 13th july, after several complaints by email their rep mr.Farooq simply informed me "cal on our helpline number", since i live out of india so its not feasible for me to do overseas call, at support some one send me email with ticket # 161 with no name or contact details, later i tried their whatsapp number and they...

I have taken new dishtv connection on 20.04.2017.I have told that all HD channel are free for one month, but on my dish HD Marathi channels are not playing.My a/c no. is [protected]....

My v.c. no.is [protected] i cant see the channrl on my tv after the recharge .it shows on tv screen 201 card refresh error. and also comment.

Please help and resolve....

My headache continues... I have already submitted a la carte and is accepted by dish tv kindly check up at your end.. Even today i have tried to give a fresh alacarte as advised by dish tv customer care today., it is not accepting.. I have paid enough money to dish tv for alacarte., please check.. I am not getting sony six.. Which is in alacarte.. And most of the other channels..

Dear sir, my family was out of country for one month. Once they came back our dish tv connection shows 102. Viewing card deactivated. My wife has deposited 3 month recharge and later 100 rupees for the reinstatement but nothing has done yet. I am still out of india and our registered mobile number is with me and switched off. That's why i am sending you email from here. My family is without tv since one week. Can you please help us to solve...

My dishtv vcc no [protected] . it is not used from 28 dec 2016 .because of faulty setup box. on 15 april 2017 i got call to submitted setup box otherwise we sent u notice realated to that. why if we pay amount to jail road indore . it is not fare when we want to recharge it we recharge it . whey they give us call of this type are it is not a asia no1 dth channel..

are u r not a liable compay . i[censored] required setup box please...

Though i have paid for six months my tv is not updated it shows only for six months without two months extra...

At that time the customer care exicurive told me that they will refund the amount to my correct vc no but till date i have log complains many time but didnot get any responce from dish tv.

There is called from dishtv care that music active is free for 1 month because you r lucky customer so I say yes and dishtv active this service than I Shaw my account there is 45₹ from my account than I call customer care they say this will not refund after lot's time call every time they disconnect my call plz help
And there is customer care service is very poor because every time when I call...

I am New connection purchase 13/12/2016 total cost Rs.4990.Dealer paid Rs.2750.and emi Rs 750+750+750.total Rs.5000.all ready paid by company but Costumer care not hearing my complete Carefully.Extra emi Rs 750.total cost Rs 5750.But My package is Rs 4990.and My connection is Deactivated.iam speaking costumer care officer but hi is not slowed my complete...

Dish TV ka Chaynal ni aa Raha hai keval DD direct ka Chaynal aa Raha hai Kai bar costumer care se bat ho gaya Baki koi dhyan ni Dete ... aesi me provider company change karna padega ...suvidha de ni pa Rahe hai ... costumer ki paresani ka Hal ni ho pa Raha hai...

No signal in my dish tv -- [protected]

i charge on dated[protected] of Rs. 540 but there is no signal in my tv [protected]. my another tv number is [protected] but these are ok. please solve my problem

VC Card NO : [protected] (Name of the viewer : Kanu Sarkar) is deactivated for last 3-days even after recharge amount of Rs.700.00 paid on line on 8th April.
