Hi,
My name is Hitesh and at my home I do have a Connection of Dish TV set top box.
My Dish TV Connection ID is: [protected]
My Earlier Registered Mobile number is: ***-***-8193
My Current Registered Mobile number is: ***-***-5771
Monthly charge for services is Rs. 315 including everything,
Since many days there are an offer is ongoing for Dish TV Recharge, as if customer can recharge for 3 months together then the customer will get one month extra at free of cost. For this free month offer activation customer just need to give a missed call to[protected].
I recharged my connection by[protected] for Rs. 945 by debit card for 3 months full amount paid and then gave more than 20+ missed call on[protected] from my earlier registered mobile number ***-***-8193 but I have not yet received any messages for activation of free month services, that’s why I called to customer service many times to[protected] &[protected], sent messages as CALL ME to 57575 but till date my offer is not yet generated.
With this email I attached the proof of Missed calls screen shot, which I tried to call to dish TV on the number[protected] from my earlier registered mobile number ***-***-8193 to generate free month offer activation from 31/03/2017 to 07/04/2017 but call always disconnected and one lady at the end of the call always said that thank you for calling Dish TV. Please check my account and as soon as you receive this email please activate the free month offer on my Dish TV ID: [protected].

I tried many times to get contact with Dish TV and then at last they replied me like this and also i like mention that my mobile number was registered with Dish TV since First day when i bought my Dish TV connection
Dear Sir,
Subscriber's mobile number is still not register as RMN. It is in NA status. Hence offer not credited. Subscriber's mobile number should have register at the time of recharge also and then he should given the Missed Call on number- [protected], with in 7 days of recharge.
