i have taken a one year subscription of dish tv in the month on Sept-14 which cost to me 315/- month that includes all channels of sony tv but from 03/11/14 all the channels of sony are stopped and all the customer care contact nos of dish tv are not working. Even mail contact have been changed hence am unable to lodge my complain. I want my money back from the date of 03/11/04 for charging for Sony channels also an explaination as to why...

Sir, myself Samit, recently I am not able to view Sony channels. My VC no is [protected]. I have paid the regular recharge amount on time. In previous month I was able to view the channels. I tried to contact DishTV customer care but line is always busy, sometimes keeping me on waiting for long time, still could not speak to anybody and for that I had to pay the calling charge. Proper action needs to be taken for this type o[censored]nfair business....

respected sir/madum, i rajendra balbudhe dishtv customer having vc number [protected] and RMN [protected] using super familly pack of rs.230 every month in this pack sony sab channel is available but since last 2 days dishtv have unsubscribed this channel without any information and asking to pay another amount to activate this channel. please look matter and resolve as early as possible. thanking you....

Dish tv the most horrible service provider. I have 2 VC no [protected] and [protected]. With Titanium pack and all of a sudden dishtv plans to close all sony channels (sony max, sony entertainment, sab, sony pic, sony mix) without prior notice. My problem is same ...jab sony channel's hi nahi aaegi to fayda kya aap log bekar ki channels dikhate ho jese k zee network usse bandh kardo koi problem nai hai...me mere dono connection deactivate karva raha hu ek ghar ka our ek office ka...aur new videocon connection le raha hu me new titanium package use karta hu 499+15 rupees extra for history tv 18 itne me to videocon ka hd package aajata hai.. go to hell eccel group. ... my vc no [protected]......

Very poor customer grievance redressal no answer at all from the customer care this is utter non sense . Channels getting deactivated without prior information, My A/C details getting vanished frequently, you need to step up and take measures to rebuild the trust we customers have beshtowed upon you, its your duty to provide us with good service as we are not asking it free of cost my vc no. - [protected]...
