Vc no. [protected], Base pack-super family(230 rs) even then it shows ur recharge date is 31 Oct 2014.and removed the channels from package without any prior notice.I m trying to contact customer care from last 3 days but all waste, number shows busy, they did not responded. DISH TV one of the worst service provider.

          DishTV - WRONG COMITMENT AND WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION STOPPED OUR SERVICES 1 Review Add a Comment mahesh arya 44 on Nov 4, 2014 I am very disappointed from the service of Dish TV, as they have stopped the channels which was available in my package during recharge on 09.10.2014.I have recharged the All sports pack at monthly charge of Rs. 320/- for 6 months and paid an advance of Rs. 1920/-. At the time of recharge, the channels like Sony, Sony SAB, Sony Max, Sony Pix, MTV, Real News and INDIA NEWS etc was included in my packs but the Dish TV authority has suddenly stopped these channels without informing to me. This is harassment to the customers who had faith on Dish TV and paid the amount in advance.Since I have paid the amount for these channels the same is required to be restored immediately to avoide harassment to consumer.Moreover, the customer care service of the company is also not functioning properly and the person who is sitting in the office of customer care neither properly behaving nor giving proper reply. In view of above you are requested to look in to the matter so that the channels mentioned above can be restored or refund the amounts involved on these channels at the earliest.. VC.             VC-[protected] We have recharged our Dish TV account in advance for one year until Aug 2015, but suddenly Sony and all other Sony channels have stopped coming. Please look into this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.We have called your customer care no. so many times but its always busy..its most pathetic customer service!

                i have taken a one year subscription of dish tv in the month on Sept-14 which cost to me 315/- month that includes all channels of sony tv but from 03/11/14 all the channels of sony are stopped and all the customer care contact nos of dish tv are not working. Even mail contact have been changed hence am unable to lodge my complain. I want my money back from the date of 03/11/04 for charging for Sony channels also an explaination as to why the same has stopped without any intimation and further all the customer care nos are not working. all the channels should start functioning on immediate basis else am wish to change service provider. gopal verma'' Branch head hdfc bank [protected]

                  Sir, myself Samit, recently I am not able to view Sony channels. My VC no is [protected]. I have paid the regular recharge amount on time. In previous month I was able to view the channels. I tried to contact DishTV customer care but line is always busy, sometimes keeping me on waiting for long time, still could not speak to anybody and for that I had to pay the calling charge. Proper action needs to be taken for this type o[censored]nfair business. Thanks.

                        My customer ID is [protected].My package is yearly and next recharge date is 26th March'15. All of a sudden service provided has changed my annual package from 31.10.14.They have blocked Sony, Sab.Max, Max2, Pix and AXN which are previously a part my package. Now for above channels they are demanding extra payment. Unable to understand why it is cheating and fraud.On contacting on phone no one is available to give proper reply only they are informing that I have to for viewing above channels. Strict action required for such type of cheating.

                            sir, me paresan ho gaya hu aapki dishtv connection lekar, ab me kisi ko dishtv lene ko nahi kahunga, kyoki me aapke connection or service se bohot paresan ho gaya hu.ab mujhe lagta he ki mujhe upbhoktakta foram me aapki complain karni padegi.me aapko baar baar complain karke paresan ho gaya ho.

                              MY VC NO IS [protected]. I MR Bhalerao Rajendra D is your customer from 18/06/2006 i.e last 08 years. I Cannot view many channels for that I have given mail also but no response. Today I cannot view not a single channel Signal strength is 67 to 74 percent also my recharge validity is 29/11/2014 I am recharging with 320/-Rs per month. Also I Have called your customer care but one line is not getting connected & another help line number is disconnecting line which shows that they do not want to respond.So pl.look in to the matter.

                                sir, My VC No is [protected]. I have paid subscription upto 20/01/15. Last week the channels were off the air and after contacting Dish TV the renewal date was updated and I was able to view TV. Two days back some channels like sony, sony max etc have been removed without my consent even though it was paid for up to 20 jan 15. Today again at 6.30 pm I am not able to watch any channel and not able to get through to the toll free no displayed on TV. Last year my set off box was upgraded to SD. I do not understad after renewal why we have to keep contacting the dish network so often. Kindly look into the matter and ensure that my connection is restored Thanking You Mrs Usha Menon

                                    Sir In the past 2-3 months it has been observed that several connection for witch i had made the payment and the due date for recharge is 5/11/2014. have been disconnected eg. Sony, Sab, BBC, etc. I feel that it is an indirect cheating as the balance amount for thees chennels from the date of disconnection has not been crideted to my account and the recharge date remains the same 05/11/2014. Kindly look into the matter I am recharging my account for one month only because of this and if i do not recived a satisfactory reply i shell be constrained to change to my service provider Thanks Christopher Singh

                                        Dish tv the most horrible service provider. I have 2 VC no [protected] and [protected]. With Titanium pack and all of a sudden dishtv plans to close all sony channels (sony max, sony entertainment, sab, sony pic, sony mix) without prior notice. Wish dish tv to refund my money and will go to a better service povider

                                        I am enjoying Super Family Pack & I have recharged For 1 Year (Rs.2700/= on 05/05/2014) Upto October we enjoyed Super Family Pack but
                                        after October DISH TV has deactivated Sony Entertrainment Chanela without any information & inspite of reapeted Reminders by Way of SMS
                                        like "Call Me", "Dish TV Get 105 (Sony) etc. But They don't doing anything I say world's worst Service I want my rest Bal. Rs.2275/= immetialy
                                        and never wish DISH TV Service in future even if it is Fully free.

                                        I am not rating it because in my opinion DISH TV ' s Service is in Nagitive side
                                        Right..Dish tv is very worst service provider..My vc no .[protected]..I am using dish tv past 5 to 6 years and every 3 to 4 month I feel I should use other service provider ...But now it's terrible, I am waiting to end of my package then switch to any other operator, this time the problem is sony channel is not coming and on 105 showing error 103 and channel name is set
                                        When I call to costumer care I've was not working when press 0 to continue it disconnect, after send a message call me they call me when I talked about my sony channel they said this problem is not from here, so I thought may be my set top box converted in advance and on 105 it's catching any other channel, dish tv has lose the control, It's too big story...Kya kya batau bhai dish tv ke nakhre...Ab to bas dish tv se pichha choot jaye

                                        Hi i m from muscat oman and i m using dishtv channels i m sorry to say you people why my sony channel is not working please please do something for open sony channel for me my vc number [protected].                                         All of a sudden Sony channel is shown as an unsubscribed channel. Till 2 days ago we were watching it. We have not changed any pack or anything still now it shows Sony as unsubscribed.
