After complaint twice but my problem of sony chennals not resolved till now & when I ring it so many time till last 4 days to Dish Tv Toll free No.unable to contact & Mumbai contact no.[protected] cut our call after ringing so now I inform u that if my problem is not resoved with 1 Hour then u are ready to pay losses to us I go for complaint to CVC as well as Customer Care Services as well as Media that Dish TV not given any information or resolve our problem & not give any proper attention Regarding our complaints, I hope that Dish TV not force to me for going in complaint against them through resolve our problem at least they have reply us by email or register phone no.-From Customer Rajesh Bhayani

After so many try I connect my call on tallfree No. for my V.C.NO. [protected] & Talk with Mr.Fahed & I surprise after talk with him that Sony, Sub, Set Max Set Max2 channel is now alkarta channell & i[censored] want all chanells package Then pay Rs.5 extra for all channel P.M. & reduce your validity for 1.5 to 2 days only.So, I ask told them To Recharge if only 2 days r reduce from my validity but I surprised that I got a massage form them that your New validity is 9/12/14 instead of my previous recharge dt. 20/1/15. so I surprise that how they reduce apprx 40 days of validity and start only 1 sony channels so this fraud with customers, I dont want fresh Recharge Pls.remove sony from my package & allowme for my old package including all channel of sony [like-sony, sub, set max & set max2 etc as per my original package WITH EXTENDED VALIDITY AS PREVIOUSLY] with in 1 hours otherwise i m going to lodge FIR IN POLICE COMPLAINT AS WELL AS WELL AS IN SONSUMER COURT/CVC/MEDIA

I hope that Dish TV not force to me for going in complaint against them through resolve our problem with in a Hour-

First of all Thank u to dish tv for sort out my complaint but till Now My Account not updated that whe I recharged for Renewal on 20/10/14 for 3 Months and My validity Dt. 20/01/2015 & switch off Date is 23/01/2015 . But My Account showung Wrongly vaildity dt-09/12/14 & 12/12/14. So pls. update my A/c. and change validity to 20/01/2015 & switch off Dt. is 23/01/2015.Pls. do the need fully at an earliest with in 1 Hour & I Hope that U r not given me a chance for further complaint. _Rajesh Bhayani

Till now & after my complain say Apprx. 4 Hrs. back but not taken any action regarding Update My Acount as my belowmention Request.I cant understand why Dish Tv showing Lezzyness for just small metter & spoiled his image for quick service & Reply Satisfactery to his valuble custemer & forcing him to lodge complaint against D.TV. Pls. do the need full at an earliest with in a Hour-From Customer Rajesh Bhayani

      Few days ago the channels SONY/SAB/MAX/MAX2 wad deactivated and some stupid channels were activated. Then i called in Customer Care and they told me that now these channels are available in La-Carte and i will have to pay extra for these channels. There are several stupid and nonsense channels like UTV Action/HUNGAMA and other are activated which i never viewed. I just want to say that DISH TV guys are working like thief. They are not showing you those channels for which i subscribed and paid and force to pay extra. How unaethical the DISH TV guys are?? They only want to make fool their customers and earn money.

        MY VC No is [protected]. Since the last 3 days None of the Sony group channels are available in your transmission. The stoppage of the channel is gross violation of your contractual obligation to your consumers who have paid their annual, semi-annual and monthly subscription. You have not given any notice to your consumers. You had opportunity to inform them through messaging on your set top box and you have failed to do so. This is violation. In the past also you have stopped DD channels in all languages as well as part of Sun network without assigning any reasons specially when they form part of the bouquet of channels offered as package. If you are unable to transmit the stopped channels and also unconditionally apologise in public for your misdemeanor, I will have no other alternative but to take you to consumer court for deficiency of service. I also want you to refund me the full amount with interest after deducting the charges for the viewed period( I am not mean like your company). Vijaya Balakrishnan [protected]

            sir/mam i am using dish tv as having ccv no. [protected] (RMN [protected]) but from yesterday sony . sony sab and some few channels are not being viewed despite of my switch off date is 7th November and no reply has been given by sms services . then why i should take this Rs. 440 per month pack when you remove any channel at any time because you have already paid for that. send the reply on mobile immediately .

                i am a platinum pack user from last 6 years and suddenly my sony network is discontinued and are asking more money in order to start them again., this is totally cheating from their side.never expected this from dishtv.totally upset.please resolve the problem or you guys will end up losing customers.

                  Dear, I am Balram Kumar, My VC N0;-[protected]. I installed Dish TV on[protected] and since that day we are facing Video problems but that complain is resolved by next day. Now since[protected] all the Sony Channel is blocked we try to contact customer care regarding this matter but no one picking call due to every time busy number, Now we can't give any extra charge for that. So please either resolve this problems or disconnect the Dish TV form here and back my money as soon as possible.

                      My Vc no. is [protected] and My channel pack price is rs 320. So I recharged on 25/03/14 for a year till 08/03/2015 . In which all sony channels are viewed. But on 31/10/2014 from my pack sony channels are removed to a-la-card pack, which is chargeable. They not inform that it is chargeable. so after sms for activation, my amount is deducted and recharge date is reduced by some days. And I only send sms to activate one channel, but they also not activate 2nos of channel and deduct more rupees. I called dishtv customer care Mr.Nishant, they give no response and also not having facility to track online they reduce recharge date 31/12/2014 which is much charge able for two channels.

                          since last night Sony channels has been deactivated from my current pack. Their customer care has told me that input cost is rapidly increasing while broadcasting these channels. So company has decided to stop these channels. I hereby lodge a complaint against the company due to breach of contract between us. They did'nt mention it anywhere that they have the right to revise the base pack selected by viewers. Now they are asking me to subscribe a-la-carte pack to view these channels. It means that I have to pay again to view those channels for which I have already paid.

                              Dear Sir, Since last night the channel no. 106 (Sony/SAB/SONY MAX)) has been deactivated. It is surprising how and why even after my DishTV recharge (validity o[censored]pto 24th Jan. '15) the said channel has been deactivated which is illegal and unjust and warrants against DishTV. The DistTV cannot stop the channel without informing the customer and also cannot make channels pay channel arbitrarily. It is nothing but a betrayal with the existing customer. Also as customer care does not respond throughout the day we fail to make contact with DishTV to lodge our grievances.                                   My channel pack price is rs 320. So I recharged on 28/10/14 for 2Month with rs 640. In which all sony channels are viewed. But on 31/10/14, from my pack sony channels are removed to a-la-card pack, which is chargeable. They inform on sms but not inform that it is chargeable. so after sms for activation, my amount is deducted and recharge date is reduced by some days. And I only send sms to activate one channel, but they activate 2nos of channel and deduct more rupees. I called dishtv customer care, they registed my complaint with No[protected], but not having facility to track online also not able to refund my money. every 6months, they increase the pack price and same time thay remove 3 to 4 channel from same pack and charge more price to active this channel.                                     My channel pack price is rs 320. So I recharged on 28/10/14 for 2Month with rs 640. In which all sony channels are viewed. But on 31/10/14, from my pack sony channels are removed to a-la-card pack, which is chargeable. They inform on sms but not inform that it is chargeable. so after sms for activation, my amount is deducted and recharge date is reduced by some days. And I only send sms to activate one channel, but they activate 2nos of channel and deduct more rupees. I called dishtv customer care, they registed my complaint with No[protected], but not having facility to track online also not able to refund my money. every 6months, they increase the pack price and same time thay remove 3 to 4 channel from same pack and charge more price to active this channel.                                       My VC No. [protected], I am not getting SONY, SAB, Sony Max & Sony Max2 since today morning sent SMS also and tried to call customer care but no one received the call, please check and start the channels as I am missing my programmes on these channels, hoping for quick response.

                                        Hi, I am a platinum pack user (V.C No. - [protected]) but of late Dish TV has been unsubscribing even the basic channels like Sony. I would like to understand why the sudden unsubscribtion of channels is happening. I am highly unsatisfied with the service provided by Dish TV. I have tried calling their customer care number but the line perpetually busy. I have left sms also but no one bothered to call.
