sony.sab.max& max2are stop

UNWANTED BLOCKING OF CHANNELS

My Vc no. is [protected] and My channel pack price is rs 320. So I recharged on 25/03/14 for a year till 08/03/2015 . In which all sony channels are viewed. But on 31/10/2014 from my pack sony channels are removed to a-la-card pack, which is chargeable. They not inform that it is chargeable. so after sms for activation, my amount is deducted and recharge date is reduced by some days. And I only send sms to activate one channel, but...

Deactivation of sony channels

Dear Sir, Since last night the channel no. 106 (Sony/SAB/SONY MAX)) has been deactivated. It is surprising how and why even after my DishTV recharge (validity o[censored]pto 24th Jan. '15) the said channel has been deactivated which is illegal and unjust and warrants against DishTV. no response from customer care has called them 100 times.

Hi, I am a platinum pack user (V.C No. - [protected]) but of late Dish TV has been unsubscribing even the basic channels like Sony. I would like to understand why the sudden unsubscribtion of channels is happening. I am highly unsatisfied with the service provided by Dish TV. I have tried calling their customer care number but the line perpetually busy. I have left sms also but no one bothered to call....

amendment of pack without infomation and consent

I opted super family pack upto 17.12.14, but it was amended one sided, the chhanell like sony, sub sony, satmex 1&2 withdrawn . This is unfair.u should offer your pack at the time of recharge only, when it is selected should not be amended without our request.please ensure privious status....

Vc no.[protected] no account stsus updation i can show. And from yesterday night all sony channels are un subscribe and getting error 101 .. Dish tv badal baras ne se pahele bandh ho jata he... Service Stopped

changing the type of pack and not activating the subscribed channel
