Dear Sir, I have been using Dish TV services from past 6 years my customer ID is [protected] and registered mobile is [protected]. From a long time I am not able to view some channels from by opted pack. When I made a complain to my service provider (Dish TV) to resolve this problem. They told me that "You have to make a voice call and tell our executive which channel do you want to view ". I said that please enable my all channels under my opted pack but they denied for that. they said that "You have to tell the specific channels". Practically this is not possible to learn all missing channels out of 225-250 channels. Please look in to this matter so that I can avail the services for which I am paying them. Thanks Amit Malik

    Dear Sir, Myself Inder Mohan Oberoi a Dish TV connection holder vide V C Number v.c no: [protected], registered mobile number [protected], have opted for package of Pick by Channel on date 27 October 2014. The total value for this package is 193.24 plus taxes i.e. Net total Rs. 232/- per month vide token number 7709 . This information was reconfirmed by the call centre of Dish TV. Where as now they have credited my complete recharge money to Platinum Sports Pack without my consent. Since the time of online recharge furnished I have spoken to customer care thrice to make a correction and activate Pick by Channel package, but every time they have a very irresponsible answer to it. This is a deliberate transaction of cheating by Dish TV. This not an error but publishing wrong leading offer on website and overcharging their customers. This is harassment and waste of time to follow them for 4 hours uselessly for a small correction. I very strongly recommend to take an action against Dish TV so they do not make money by foul means and harass public. With Regards Inder Mohan Oberoi

Recharge kiya jisma ki mera accounr say three time ma total amount Rs 690 mera account say cut gai. lakin mera dishtv recharge nahi huaa.custemer say mai jab batha kiya to o bola ki aap 250 say recharge kiga or mai kiya to dishtv activate ho gaiya. sir aap say request hai ki mera 690 rupay refond kiyajai.           Dear sir, Refer VC no. [protected]. Refer service Request[protected]. Refer complaint no. 51483. Refer complaint no. 51506. Due to cyclone at Visakhapatnam, the dish stand ripped off on 12/10/2014. I informed dish tv service centre at NAD Kotha Road junction near to my house personally going there 7 days ago.But, no body turned up for refixing the dish so far. Again, I rang them after 2 days, they told that they will come same day but they did not come. Then, I called up Dish TV call centre, they gave me SERVICE REQUEST NO.[protected]. They told that refixing of dish will be done within 24 hours but no body turned up neither contacted me. Again, I rang up call centre yesterday morning, they told me that by evening it will be done but, no body came up so far. I am the first customer of Dish TV in my area, I took the connection in July 2006. But, now I am feeling very disappointed as THE SERVICE CENTRE OF DISH TV IS TOTALLY NON RESPONSIVE AND ONE OF THE WORST I EVER FOUND. I am trying to get my Dish TV dish refixing since last 5 days but no body even contacting me for the service that I want. Once again I request you to ask the service agents to come to my house immediately and fix my dish. Thanking you sir.             My VC No - [protected] On 26th Oct' 2014 before selecting a channel package, I thoroughly browsed Dish TV website, to know about presently available channel packages & offers. I found "NEW SUPER FAMILY" package quite suitable for me. Also I found an added advantage for this package, that, "India Cricket pack" offer is available with this pack. In portal 'http://www.dishtv.in/Pages/Packs/HDPlans-Basepack.aspx' it is clearly mentioned in 'Terms & Condition' that - "India Cricket pack is an offering of any particular channel showing Indian men’s cricket match, in a-la-carte mode. The channel provided at a given point of time will be the channel which is airing India playing cricket matches at that given point of time, i.e., under this offering, at any given point of time, only one channel will be provided in a-la-carte mode to the subscriber. When no India playing matches are available, the default channel will be TEN Sports. The above India cricket pack channel is a consumer friendly offering to protect subscribers from being forced to subscribe to multiple channels to view the India playing cricket matches uninterrupted. If any subscriber wishes to subscribe to any sport channel on a continuing subscription, additional option is also available to subscribe to the said channels on A–la–carte mode. Accordingly I activated my package but it seems that 'India Cricket pack' is not activated. I called customer care number & there Mr. Utpal Shil told me to my utter surprise that, this 'India Cricket pack' is no more valid/applicable. When I repeatedly told him that seeing this avaialbility at Dish TV website only, I selected this package, he kept on saying that can't be the case because ICP was never available with "NEW SUPER FAMILY" package. Let me know, how can it be possible that Dish TV has mentioned about an offer under Terms & condition when that is no longer available. As I have made my selection choice on basis of this wrong offer, I need a suitable & meaningful compensation.

              I have been complaining to your 60013474 No;, and smsing for non receipt of signals for the past 2 days, but I didnt get any rectification/service except a mere acknowledgment. I have attended classes conducted by your people over phone asking me to sit before set top box/tv and do X and Y etc. I am prepare to pay to your technician the charges applicable but need your service to activate my TV immediately. I have paid upto Dec. but lost 2 days cost because of your lack of services. Please let me know whether you will solve it immediately or not.                   Dish Tv very very poor service their set top box every one or two need repair software update but when you call to him they told you your set top box dad and you need to change it and ask you Rs.600/- appox. when you to for little bit problem they money evry time Rs.200/- + they never give you good service.                       I am existing customer of dish tv my vc no is [protected]. I have diposited Rs 1925 (for 7+5) plan after request for Rs 275 plan on 13th Oct 2014, but dish tv activated my Rs325 plan. I want to change my plan in 275 plan.

                        VC no is [protected] having package Super Family by Z-Dish Tv. Replaced my SD box to HD box on (9 Oct 2014) in offer of Rs 599. with confirmation that there will not be any package change. Suddenly card gets deactivated on 18 Oct 2014 without intimating me on my number or STB message box that recharge date or switch off date is over crossed. Then I came to know after contacting to customer care that my package has been upgraded to ALL SPORTS GAME - ON HD and due to this balance has been gone to 0 Rs. Customer Care person Mr. Deepak (Supervisor) told me that I have request package change to ALL SPORTS GAME - ON HD at the time of replacement. I have asked for the evidence but he refused me to provide, then he register a complaint (Complaint No.[protected] and confirmed me that card will be active withing 1 Hr.Till 19 Oct 2014 there was no action taken, I again contacted to customer care person Mr. Deepak (Supervisor), told me that when ever you replace SD STB to HD STB package will automatically changes to HD package. Also if want to reactivate on same day then I need to pay for Rs 25 + 3 deactivated day(Rs 250) and also confirmed that package will be degrade to Super Family(No HD). Done the payment of Rs 250. But package has not been changed. customer care then they told me that package cannot be changed as I have recently upgraded to ALL SPORTS GAME - ON HD.If I have been confirmed before replacing SD BOX to HD BOX that current package will remain same then how it has been changed?If you have changed my current package why I haven't been intimated though SMS or STB Message Box?If Package switch off date is going to cross why there was not any intimation on screen and also no message on registered mobile?How the customer care person tell controversially that I have request package change to ALL SPORTS GAME - ON HD at the time of replacement and also says that it gets automatically changed?Please let me know how my package will be roll backed?

                            my VC no is [protected]. My connection was disconnected due to non payment of monthly subscription.But same day I have recharged with Rs 1000/.My original plan was south indian HD pack of Rs 399/-.But they have changed to plan of rs 449, 00 and all my Telugu channels were stopped.The executives are very irresponsible and they changed my plan with out my consent.It is very unfortunate that the channels which I was viewing for last two years, now they say they were not included in plan like MAA Movies, MAA Music, Maa Gold etc.Please some body take this to the notice of concerned Central Goverment agency which can take action on the Dish Tv channes

                              Dear Sir I have raised a issue regarding HBO SD Pack which I was activated on 25th Sep. (approx.) and raised advance request for deactivation Pack. For that pack Rs. 79 was deducted immediately and customer executive told me that deactivation can’t be done before 30 days lock in period. I said it’s ok, he further clarified that pack price is Rs. 1 actually but Rs. 78 will be credited to your account on per day basis i.e. Rs. 2.60. I said ok for this. After this I have recharge with Rs. 501 on 16th Oct., 2014, before recharging I have confirmed about this recharge on 12:42PM, customer executive told me that If you recharge it on your VC, you will get credit of Rs. 51 as your next recharge date is 30th Oct, .2014 and scheme is going on, I said ok and I did that recharge. After few days on 18th Oct., 2014 when I confirmed regarding cash back on my VC for Rs. 51, customer executive told me that you will not get any cash back as you did that recharge before 15 days of switch off date and he told me further, that Rs. 79 is again deducted wrongly before 30 days of lock in period for your HBO Pack & it will credited to your account within few hours, he took my request (No.[protected]. Since my next recharge date before 16th Oct., 2014 was 30th Oct as told by customer care and I did recharge for Rs. 501, so on per day charge of Rs. 10.66 I suppose to get further extension of 46 days on my VC, but my next recharge date is 08th December, 2014. For the wrong deduction for Rs. 79 for HBO defined & per day Rs. 2.60 credit, I again raise complain (No.[protected] on 18th Oct., 2014 at 10:23AM), but still no response from dish tv help line. I am very upset with your service. No one called me till yet as team is telling me on my every complain that we will call you within 1 hour. I want to ask is this kind of service is expected from No. 1 Dish TV service provider of India. I want to intimate you that please resolve the issue otherwise I will need to change the service provider. I have no problem regarding my set box I will throw it into dustbin & purchase a new one from TATA Sky.

                                Dish TV customer care, I have sent a message on 16.10.14 regarding non functioning my TV getting message 301( signal not found) on the screen. I talked to customer care on 18th and made a complain ( Request no[protected] describing the actual problem caused by the hudhud cyclone in vizag. So far no technician has visited my place. Pl. send your technician as soon as possible to restore the services.Last eight days we are out of world without watching the TV

                                After waiting 48 hrs. and there is no action from your side, today again I talked to customer care to remind my complain.( I SMS on 16th this month) I got an assurance to get the problem solved immediately. This Problem is continued for 11th day today. When I can't watch the TV then why you are deducting my balance ? Is it true ?

                                  This is a written complaint which I'm writing after multiple calls to the DishTV customer care. Today I converted my SD box to HD under the 599 rs scheme, and I did not change the package. So basically, I just changed the box and hence, the recharge date and switch off date should have remained the same. But after the switchover happened, my recharge date changed from 7 November 2014 to 28 October 2014. The customer care helpline was of no help, as they couldn't figure out the reason why it happened, and now I am feeling really helpless, as there is a difference of 7 days in the old and new recharge date, which has cost me approximately Rs 100+, as I am a subscriber of the platinum sports pack which costs Rs 440 per month.                                     dear sir/madam. As i recharge my ac my card no [protected] amount of 500rs.colors hd is not activated. so kindly activate my colors hd channel. monday i will recharge more 2000rs that time u activate my rest of my ala carte channels .. THANKS

                                      Hi sir I am using dish set-up box from last 1 year and V.C number of that box is [protected] Registered Mobile Number:-[protected]. I want to info u about my concern that I received a call from your DISHTV outbound team side: in which they info me please act the PLATINUM SPORTS AUG of RS.421 per month after using the pack for next 3 month we will change your set-up box in to TRU HD + RECORDER BOX free of cost. On that time I given permission to that lady to change the plan. Now after 3 months when I am calling to customer care for complete the commitment or change the set-up box they say no info available for this. So please let me know its wrong commitment or is DISH_TV IS start working on fake commitment and please resolve the issue ASAP neither I HAVE 4 SET-UP box in family I will disconnect all of these and forward the case to my advocate. And when I am told to executive team please transfer the call to your Team leader or manager but after 15 min hold they disconnected my call this is your DISH_TV service.Finally I understood from revert of customer care how they can making fools to people with wrong commitments. Till know they making fool with different different type firstly I am fight for wrong commitment from outbound for change of SD to HD set box purpose after so much of efforts i got 1 resolution that commit from Mr. anuj no calls record available more than 90 days so they giving me 200 rs waiver after that I am not agree for this than my call transfer to Mr. Pandey than they giving me same solution for this I decide no I want change of my SD box to HD from of than I got again a call from Ms. sanjana that saying OK sir please change our set-box SD to HD I will wave of rs.400 than I say OK and now my setbox changed in to HD and I have done payment of rs.599 to your engineer and now she is saying I have listen the call we unable to refund 400rs so I said I don't required your SD box pay take back refund 599 I going to close my connection she saying its not possible now please tell me what the hell is this why u playing the game 1st ur saying no call records available now ur said I have listen the call no wrong commitment by outbound team so I said I want to listen the call she fully discard and disconnected my call and now i am unable to make on DISH-TV customer care because they block me..Please resolve my issue

                                        due to laps of payment the card was deactivated. but I have paid on line Rs500/- about an hour back and kept the TV on but still telecast is not recieved. I also called up no-[protected] but yet no telecast recieved. Please activate the card immediately. Thanks.
