Reacharge date shown 17-11-2014 against 24-11-2014

Package

I am existing customer of dish tv my vc no is [protected]. I have diposited Rs 1925 (for 7+5) plan after request for Rs 275 plan on 13th Oct 2014, but dish tv activated my Rs325 plan. I want to change my plan in 275 plan.

Package chaged without any intimation

channels not coming

Incorrect Recharge and Switch Off Dates!

after recharge telecast not recieved

Not getting channels. Dish TV couldnot solve the issue.

I was not getting many subscribed channels properly. I used to get for some minutes then a screen comes with no signal message. But free to air dooradarsan channels were getting properly. I contacted Dish TV customer care. They told me i have not connected AV cable properly. Then I told them if AV cable is not connected I will not get their Dish TV logo also.
