Hi sir I am using dish set-up box from last 1 year and V.C number of that box is [protected] Registered Mobile Number:-[protected]. I want to info u about my concern that I received a call from your DISHTV outbound team side: in which they info me please act the PLATINUM SPORTS AUG of RS.421 per month after using the pack for next 3 month we will change your set-up box in to TRU HD + RECORDER BOX free of cost. On that time I given permission to that lady to change the plan. Now after 3 months when I am calling to customer care for complete the commitment or change the set-up box they say no info available for this. So please let me know its wrong commitment or is DISH_TV IS start working on fake commitment and please resolve the issue ASAP neither I HAVE 4 SET-UP box in family I will disconnect all of these and forward the case to my advocate. And when I am told to executive team please transfer the call to your Team leader or manager but after 15 min hold they disconnected my call this is your DISH_TV service.Finally I understood from revert of customer care how they can making fools to people with wrong commitments. Till know they making fool with different different type firstly I am fight for wrong commitment from outbound for change of SD to HD set box purpose after so much of efforts i got 1 resolution that commit from Mr. anuj no calls record available more than 90 days so they giving me 200 rs waiver after that I am not agree for this than my call transfer to Mr. Pandey than they giving me same solution for this I decide no I want change of my SD box to HD from of than I got again a call from Ms. sanjana that saying OK sir please change our set-box SD to HD I will wave of rs.400 than I say OK and now my setbox changed in to HD and I have done payment of rs.599 to your engineer and now she is saying I have listen the call we unable to refund 400rs so I said I don't required your SD box pay take back refund 599 I going to close my connection she saying its not possible now please tell me what the hell is this why u playing the game 1st ur saying no call records available now ur said I have listen the call no wrong commitment by outbound team so I said I want to listen the call she fully discard and disconnected my call and now i am unable to make on DISH-TV customer care because they block me..Please resolve my issue

    due to laps of payment the card was deactivated. but I have paid on line Rs500/- about an hour back and kept the TV on but still telecast is not recieved. I also called up no-[protected] but yet no telecast recieved. Please activate the card immediately. Thanks.

      I have DishTv connection at my home.I got a message on my TV screen regarding a recharge offer i.e.{Recharge for only Rs.501/- & get Rs.552/-in DishTv account}.I recharged with an amount Rs.501/- to grab this offer.But I did not get this offer amount Rs.51/-.I contacted DishTv custmoer care, but their reply was unsatisfactory.The representative says you should call our customer care office first to know the terms and conditions, i feel cheated in the name of T&C apply.Now what should I do to teach them a lesson .Matter is only just mare of Rs.51/-, this is not so important but cheating a consumer by way of tricky ways is important.

          I was not getting many subscribed channels properly. I used to get for some minutes then a screen comes with no signal message. But free to air dooradarsan channels were getting properly. I contacted Dish TV customer care. They told me i have not connected AV cable properly. Then I told them if AV cable is not connected I will not get their Dish TV logo also. Then they told me I have not connected Dish cable properly. Then I told I am getting dooradarsan properly. Then they told to change STB box and around 800Rs will be charged. They told your STB will be replaced with a old stb and there will not be any warranty. Last 10 years I was using Dish TV. I always had bad experience with their call centre. No I have shifted to Videocon DTH.

            1. Why is http://www.dishtv.in/ is DOWN STILL?? 2. Any idea how to see my Current Plan? 3. Today there was a display saying "Recharge for Rs. 501 & get value for Rs. 552". I recharged for 4 months (Rs. 2004) and Surprised to see the validity is only for 3 months!!!

              Iam feeling very helpless while writing this email to you, please go through mywhole experience with Dish TV. Iam your valuable customer since 3 years and holding 3 dish tv connection, earlier everything was going very smooth but on 10th of October 10:20pm I madea biggest mistake of my life that I have recharged my dish tv throughJustrechargeit.com and by inaccuracy I wrote a wrong VC number [protected]instead of [protected] recharge was successfully done but when my DTHwas not activated I checked and came to know that recharge was done on wrong VChence immediately I called Dish TV customer care but most of the time my callwas disconnected by agent as they were unable to understand my complaint orthey were not perfect in English. I also spoke to supervisor and got different– different process to escalate my issue further, all email attached for yourreference. Finallyafter a long follow up I got the confirmation from the Justrechargeit that mypayment swapping had been successfully processed, amount was transferredto correct VC number on 13/10/2014 please get in touch with Dish TV. Since13th Oct I m in touch with Dish TV via call and via email but no resolutionyet. Firstof all dish tv does not have customer care mechanism for customers complaintthey use to ask the customer to visit on website and login than write theircomplaint, now I m asking you that in corporate industry every company hastheir own customer support email id and grievance redressal for complaint butyou don’t? surprised Iam expecting a proper action from you even I don’t know how the nodal officerwill act on my complaint. Pleasefind the all attached follow up emails I did with myoxigen.com andjustrechargeit.com for your reference so that you can understand my actualpain. It’sbeen more than 6 days now and my dish tv connection is deactivated and yoursincere customer is waiting for revert. Iwould also appreciate you if you will check my all call records made by me onyour customer care no and give strict feedback to all executives whodisconnected my call coz I also lost so much money to dial your chargeable no.                   Hi my self sangram from Nasik.my setup box (vc num- [protected]) stopped working 4 month back.It was having balance around 3500rs. I called nasik dishtv customercare . They said i Need to purchase new one. And i paid 1200rs For new setupbox (vc num - [protected]).they promised that balance from old vc num will be transfered to my New vc num.but nothing happened..i called dishtv representative ( Sagar) and his boss(deepak kothawade) Many times.but mostly they don't answer call. It is around 4 month that no action taken..plD suggess what to do...

                          MY DISH TV VC NO.[protected] REGD.MOB.NO. [protected] PAYTM TRANSACTION ID NO. 1349dbc3eab3bf69 On 11th October'2014 i recharged my dish Tv with Rs.250/- successfully through PAYTM. But even after complaining to the customer care for more than 8 times my dish tv is not recharged. 3 days have gone but i have not got any response.

                            I have recharge today for 1 month with Rs 320/- but after recharge my switch off date is showing 07.11.2014 and recharge date is showing as 04.11.2014. Please clarify why. My next recharge date should show as 10.10.2014 and switch off date as 13.10.2014.                               Hi I had registered for a new connection in July for Dish TV tru HD+ vide Token no. 529219 Just after filling my credit card details, money was debited from my account though it was a failed transaction. I had sent a mail and requested customer care to cancel the booking and credit the amount to my account. It's been 3 months now, money has not been credited to my account. My credit card merchant is claiming that DISH TV has informed that the service was provided to me. Look into this issue and treat this urgent. I have called DISH TV n no. of times and have been enquiring status for the same.but not getting any concrete answer. I will be bound to go to customer grievances cell to complain this.                                 Dear Concerned, We have incorrectly credited Rs. 500 under our old permanently disconnected VC [protected] around 21:30 hrs on 07OCT14) instead of putting under our captioned HD VC. [protected] For your information, The Transaction ID No for the amount Rs500 deposited is[protected] from one of the DEALER DEALER ID NO 193751 in Mumbai, using their PPCR Mob No: [protected] under old VC No[protected], which was permanently disconnected and replaced with above new HD VC. The dealer is not supportive and cooperating to provide further transactions details telling us that it is our problem since we provided incorrect OLD VC No and asked us to contact you directly. Since this old VC[protected] is no longer existing, I shall be grateful if you would do the needful URGENTLY to transfer the amount to our above HD VC. Both these VCs are pertaining to us in the name of MUKESH BHATIA (e-MAIL ID [protected]@hotmail.com, Tel [protected]) Your prompt action/ response under confirmation to me would be highly appreciated.                                   My VC no is [protected]. Every time I recharge I loose my southern channels to which I subscribed to. It has become customary to wait for two days and call the customer care.When I call the customer care the representative is unable to understand and keeps on speaking useless things such as I have subscribed to North Indian Pack. Even after writing to the MD last time and receiving an apology from him the dishTV is not able to resolve the problem. If this continues I will be compelled to go to consumer Court.

[protected] .That offer was: Recharge kare Rs. 1375 se aur paye Super Family pack 1 saal ke liye, BachayeRs 1385. 2. I recharged my VC no. [protected] 0n 04/10/2014 at 7:22PM. 3. on 05/10/2014 at 11:00:29AM, BW-Dishpy sent message :Post recharge 0f rs 1375.00MOD non stop has been activated on ch 254 for 184 days.Accordingly your rechsrge date is shifted to03/04/2015. Why dish tv not given for 1 saal offer upto 03/10/2015 4. Again on 05/10/2014 at 11:02:45AM sent a sms on [protected] :BW-Dishpy : Dear RAHUL SHARMA, Congrats on time recharge of RS 1375 RECEIVED TOWARDS UR SUPER FAMILY Pack under Trnx no.[protected]. ABHI TAK TO MUJHE 1 saal OFFER nahin mila . You are requested to take necessary action against DISH TV & do needful. RAHUL SHARMA FAZILKA PUNJAB Mob. [protected]

                                    From Dish TV Mr. Ramkishan called me from mob no.[protected] at1:58 PM & [protected] at 2:20PM . After discussion, he said to me, between 3:30PM and 4:00PM super family pack time will be extended upto oct 2015. but nothing was done by dish tv yet.

                                    Today at 9:24AM Mr. Ramkishan from mob, no.[protected] called to me as yesterday for resolving my complaint, .But all in vein till yet.

He said to me I see, mujhe saari baat batao, I do not no what they want ? kab message aaya, kya message tha, kya time tha ? Pta nahin ye aisa kab tak poochhte rahenge? problem solve nahin hui.

                                    Refer to my updates 20/10/2014,
                                    When my updation was upto Sept 2015 .
                                    I recharged on 04/10/2014, my super family pack for one year . How can they closed my running channels upto 03/10 /2015 ? They can't close running channels before my pack switch off date.
                                    Sony, sony max & some other channels are closed from 01/11/2014, You are requested to take necessary action & oblize.
