[protected] At the time of connection dish tech informed us 170 home plan at 1st renewal at Supreme Electronics, Eluru they told 190 home plan I paid accordingly in next renewal 195 I have also paid accordingly now when i approached the above said collection point they informed 215 I ask them how they change plan unilaterally without consent of customer. They said we don't know company rise the price on the other hand every time their attitude is very arrogant and unfair. So I decided to discontinue ur dish and choose other one at my choice.

        My VC card deactivated by M/s Dishtv, but I have already paid Rs. 250/- for activation on[protected]. A lot of teleconversations have already been made through registered mobile no. [protected] (by My self) on your phone no. ie;[protected], [protected] & [protected] to resolve the issue., but, no body has given satisfactory reply from your side.           I would like to inform you that our VC connection not working in my home which are stated bellow :- 1. VC no : [protected] in the name of Ms sharmila boinulat.the payment paid through agent (NAVARANG DTH Connection &Recharge, Kanhanged, Ph:[protected] @Rs. 6000- its for 1 (one) year was made on 25/08/2014. But unfortunately, our connection is not working .So please do the need full at the earliest.
          DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          There was a cyclone in our city on 12 October 2014. From next day dishtv is not working . we made many complaints through phone but there was no response. So I request you take action quickly.

              Despite clear weather the signal is not accessible as such we could not view the programmes. I have already send SMS to DISHTV . I have also reinserted the card to the receiver. Now the channels are accessible, but no picture/sound is picked up.

                I would like to inform you that 2 (two) VC connection was taken in my home which are stated bellow :- 1. VC no : [protected] in the name Sri Kshitinath Das. 2. VC no : [protected] in the name of Sri Bhabanath Das. Payment for recharging both the VCs @Rs. 2892/- its for 1 (one) year was made from cell money agent on 17/06/2014. But unfortunately, one VC was wrongly recharged to VC no: [protected] instead of VC no [protected] on 17/6/2014. The recharged of other VC no [protected] was correct and received massage in RMN from BP-Dishpy on 17/6/14 as bellow: 1. "Post recharged of Rs. 2892.00 MOD Non-Stop has been activated on Ch. 254 from 466 days. Accordingly your recharged date is shifted to 23/9/2015." 2. "Dear Bhabamnath Das congrats ontime recharged of Rs.2892.00 received towards Ur Super family pack under Tranx No.[protected]. Kept STB on for smooth updation." On nor receiving recharged message of VC no : [protected], the matter was contacted to customer care and concerned sel money agent. Accordingly the cell money agent processed for transferring money from wrongly recharged VC. no [protected] to correct VC no: [protected] on 21/6/14. But dish tv authority transfered money from my correct rechared vc no [protected] to vc no [protected] instead of tranfering from vc no [protected] on 21/6/14. Incorrect vc no [protected] was recharged under tranx id SREC65655407 from moble no [protected] of Sri Milon Suklyabaidya from cell money. On running smothly of both the dish tv and no information received in my RMN of vc no [protected] regarding transfer of money and diactivation SMS up to 28/8/14 myself remain blind regarding the matter. This mide be happend due to mistake done by the transfering authority from your end. Therfer you are request the matter to look in to the matter and check authenticity and arrange to transfer the present balance of vc no [protected] to my vc. no [protected] Wrongly recharge tranxaction id : SREC65655407 and moble no : [protected].                     To whom so ever it may concern,

                    My VC no. Is [protected] (parent connection) & [protected] (child connection) and it has been deactivated from 2nd Nov, 2014 midnight. I have called the customer care atleast 10 times during the day and still the problem has not been resolved. Its been more than 20 hours since my dish has been deactivated. The customer care executive are harassing us by not replying properly. I have been put on hold for more than 30 mins on different occasion during the day. Every time a new excuse is provided to me saying one thing or the other. My next course of recharge was due on 20th November, 2014 but as told your executive that they have deactivated all channels of sony without giving any prior information. When we got some of sony channels reactivated then my due date became 15th November, 2014 and all of a sudden on 2nd November, 2014 it was shown that due date is midnight on 2nd November, 2014.
                    When we complained about this you executive told us that within 2hrs our problem will be solved but till time nothing has happened and your executive disconnected the phone on my face many times

                    If the problem is not resolved within the next 2 hours of sending this message a legal action will taken from our side.
                    DEAR SIR, MY VIEWING CARD NO IS.[protected]. I ALREADY RECHARGED.NEXT RECHARGE DUE ON 16.10.2015, BUT NOW SHOWING VIEWING CARD DEACTIVATED. PLEASE ACTIVATE MY VIEWING CARD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                            This is a general complaint and eye opener for those who wants to take service from Dish TV:

                            I am one of the few not so important customer of Dish TV (as they have shown by their attitude).

                            I dont have any complaint about an individual but almost everyone with whom I have dealt with now (in the last 2 weeks).

                            Let me tell my experience in a few lines :

                            I am a customer of Dish TV since 2011 (not that they gave great service but at that time they were the cheapest).
                            I moved to Bangalore form Kolkata and that's when I got to know what a 'superb' service provider they are.

                            Let's not speak about the past experience and get into the recent 'story'.

                            Last week I suddenly saw half of my subscribed channels are not viewable. I called Dish Tv and they raised a ticket for Vandana Agency in Attibelle to cater to my request.

                            Next day the technician came and changed the dish allignment and went away and I was bale to see the channels again. After 2 days the same thing happened and I called Dish TV they raised a request and asked me to pay which I refused as it was not fault as I would not pay for the same thing which was not done correctly last time, so they waived off the service fee.

                            Next day the technician did not turn up stating Ganesh Chaturthi and said he would come at 9 am IST next day. Next day I called the service centre at 11 am asking if it was 9 am by their watch as well. The person in charge of the agency stated that the technician would come in 2 hours, he did not. So I called and told the Agency in charge to send the person in the evening so I can go to my office and come back. However I received a call within an hour that the technician is about to come to my house although I had already directed his incharge to send him little later as he did not come on time. So no service and no channels for me for 2 days. Next day the Incharge himself came and said my dish quality is not good (which I was using for 3 years) so I need to upgrade to HD from SD. Fine I agreed and day before yesterday I raised a request to upgrade my service to HD.

                            Yesterday 2 technicians came to my house in the evening and installed the Set-top box but was not willing to fix the new dish with the HD LNBF and was not willing to give the HD adapter as well (I had to beg for it).

                            Finally they did not even give me the remote controller even after asking and lied that I would not get it (which I learnt was a lie an utter lie). Then they said the channels would come in 1 hour.

                            I kept calling them after 1 hour and they kept telling me 30 minutes more. I has been more than 24 hours and now agency did not pick the phone since today afternoon and moreover they closed the service request !!

                            I called Dish TV and escalated this case who said the service would come in 2 hours (that was at 2 pm IST today). I waited till 4.30 pm IST and called back Dish TV where the Escalation Department 'officer' was rude to us, to our utter shock. I had to tell them that please take the dish away as I would take service from some other potent service provider.

                            After that I received a call from feedback team that how was the service (as they had closed the call), I said pathetic service so they gave number to call and activate my service as they found my service is not activated.

                            I called that number and the call was supposed to be transfered to the next level when the person who took the call, came back stating his manager would call me within 15 minutes (6 hours have passed but their 15 minutes is not over).

                            I can carry on but will that make any change to this utter nonsense service and against whom I should complain - Dish TV, Vandana Agency, Customer Care Officer or Escalation Deprtment !!

After activation greater amount of money was cutted down from my account. i don't remember exactly- 50 rupees or 79 rupees something. when i call to the customer care executive for complain about that, the customer care executive transfer the call to his senior customer care executive, he promised me that they will monitor the call recording and if i am right that he gave me wrong information, then my money will be back which of cutting down from my account. but till now i did not get my money back when i again call to the customer care executive she said that they cant give my money back. and everything that after the scenario 24 hours i did not get any call back from dish tv.

                                  i am debajyoti biswabiswas. my registered mobile number is [protected]. when i asked the customer care executive of dis tv that if i active HBO define and hbo hits, there will be cutted down only 1rupees from my account, i asked him 3 times. He said yes.                                     Dear Sir, I am a new customer of yours. my sim number is [protected] and name is RK Mishra. Till jun 2014 i was getting all channels as super gold pack was free with my connection. I started recharging from Jul 2014 onwards (the same super gold pack). i am paying Rs 280/- every month. But many channels are not coming like SONY, ANNIMAL PLANNET, NAT GEO, FEW HINDI NEWS CHANNELS. Oriya channel like Tarang Music etc. I should get the service as per my opted pack. Why it is not provided to me. Why every month i have to remind you for giving me the facility.every month i speak to customer care no.[protected]. today i spoke 10 minutes ( paid Rs 16 for this duration) but problem remained unresolved. Today i feel that the decision to opt for Dish TV was not correct.I should have been with the earlier service provider. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                                      I have paid Rs.250/- today to renew South Silver Pack Rs.155/- p.m. on 5.9.2014. It was informed to me that the amount is credited for 36 days view. It works out only for Rs. 186/- I wanted to clarify how they arrive at 36 days. They informed that as there was delay in renewing the Dish TV Rs.21/- is charged as re-activation charges. And their records shows them that I am in "VC [protected] is running under South Silver Combo pack along with Sports Mania a-la-carte Worth Rs.30 per month (inclusive of all taxes)" My reply mail denying that I have not opted for this Sports Mania a-la-carte worth Rs.30/- was retuned by Customer Care saying that I should send e-mail only through Dish TV mail box. All my attempts made to send my communication to reply to this wrong information of the customer care and rectify the error through e-mail is not validated by the Dish TV mail box. I send message to contact me through Dish TV website with no response from them. Thus, Dish TV not only arbitrarily trying to take away my amount, but also trying to cheat me with false information and blocking my objections through e-mail apart from failing to respond to my complaint.
