Now last week I have shifted my home Dombivli Ambika nagar To Dombivli Garibacha wada Last week then I have contacted Dish TV customer care for service they provide Dealer Contact on 2nd September 2014 Only Re-Installation – Rs. 200 + tax + hardware charges if applicable SEVEN STAR ENTERPRISES (DCC) SHOP NO 7 RAMESH NIWAS SHIV MANDIR ROAD NEAR TATA POWER LINE THANE - 421201 MAHARASHTRA(INDIA) [protected] [protected] Then I have contacted this dealer provided by you for fitting and installation. Then this Dealer provided technician my home on 6 September 2014 for fitting and installation after (completion of work) that they did not provided Bill or Receipt They have charge RS 300. So please provide bill or Receipt me immediately. Compliant B:- As Per Dish TV Customer care my area is cable my service area (Dombivli West :- 421202) is lying under cable violent area. So I want to how Dish TV Decided My Area Is under cable violent area and form which date? And why they dis not inform me before I am facing problem.     Myself Nishita Singh D/O of Dr.R.K.Singh, Mobile No.[protected], V.C.no.[protected].Yesterday i.e. 27-09-14 channel bindass, dish active games, mtv has been activated on my dishtv account which has not been subscribed by me.Therefore, please deactivate these channels as soon as possible and please correct my next recharge date and switch off date.

      My VC number[protected] Current status- Deactivated - showing recharge your DISHTV. But i have recharged (1 year package) in the month of July'2014 for next 1 year. Myself & family members went for "ALL INDIA TOUR" FROM 20th Aug to 27th Sep'14. Now, we switch on Set-top-box today and showing message " Viewing Card (VC) Deactivated. What is the reason? i tried open Web site www.dishtv.in but not open. How to get connection or How to activate? Please advise me - mail id: [protected]@yahoo.com

                I have recharge of super family pack 230/- yesterday but my mistake our VC no. is [protected] this is correct one but i have entered [protected] only 1 digit mistake so please check this problem and suggest me and so please rply fast for this complaint and i have 2 time SMS for 57575 Call Me and 12/- for this SMS charges but just one time call your service provider and not follow for this call and ask me but he is talking some times hold me then phone cut and no follow up for this query so please Call Me and solve the issue.

Flat No. 401, 4th Floor Po. : Konnagar. Hooghly. 712235. I am really an unfortunate customer of Dish TV as I am not getting service since last 10 days. Disc is not functioning at all. After recharge about two weeks back the system did not respond when I informed customer care for rectification. Service charges Rs, 170 /- also paid to the representative Mr. Somnath ( Mob. No. [protected]) when he aligned the disc on the roof and later on Mr. Satyajit (Mob. no.-[protected]) restored the line. After very next day same problem happened and since then last 10 days it is not functioning. As Mr. Somnath said, I informed him 4/5 times to come and check, but unfortunately he did not turn up and I am unable to see the programs till now.                           Sir, my new DishTV installation request NO 14744462 submitted AT 0900 hrs on 19/9/2014 through online (Ref by Mis Pooja Contect No [protected] Online Customer Helper) and promise by Mis Pooja my new connection installed before 1830 hrs on 19/9/14 but their technician not install my connection til 1400 hrs 20/9/14 hence my surprise gift (HD DishTV) pending for my family.

                              I have the following grievances against Dish TV:1. Every month, there is a connecting Issue saying no signal, especially during prime time TV viewership. For example, today, there has been no rain, yet the signal shows poor. No connection available. 2.The customer service is simply terrible. They keep you on hold as long as you can endure. Today, I got through on my third attempt after being kept on hold for 9 minutes. Then starts the next problem, the service agent is not able to resolve the issue, says its a dish problem. The technician will have to be sent to change the angle of the dish. Firstly, every visit of the technician is charged about 140. Secondly, if there is any change in equipment, additional costs are incurred, higher than the market costs. Why does not the company simply state the angle the dish needs to be aligned to. Imagine bearing an additional cost every month over such issues. 3. The service does not include a number of religious channels of other faiths except the religion followed by the majority of this country. They are not even available a la carte option The only reason I am using this set top box is because it belongs to the owner of the flat. Am still looking for another service provider with less installation charges.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I requested to upgrade my Standard Set Top Box (VC NO. [protected]) registered in my wife name (Nibedita Ghosh) to HD set top box at 2031 hrs on 09.09.2014. It was informed to me that the installation will be done 24 hours to 72 hours.
                                  A call received on next day (10.09.2014) at 0957 hrs from mobile no. [protected]. The person informed me that he was calling from DISH TV and he was then at Mahipalpur and confirmed my address. On listening that my resident is at Dwarka, he informed that they installation will be done on next day.
                                  A call received at 1222 hrs on 11.09.2014 from mobile no. [protected]. The person informed me that he was calling from DISH TV and he was at Dabri at that time and asked me my address. I noted him my address as he had my old address. The new address i.e. (Flat No. 272, Shubham Apartment, Pocket 4, Dwarka, Sector-12, New Delhi) was noted to him. He informed that he will be at my home within 30 minutes. Accordingly I informed my wife. She waited for the service personnel throughout the afternoon.
                                  Again a call received by me at 1931 hrs from mobile no [protected] from DISH TV representative. Now the person was very arrogant and asked me whether I wanted to install it right then or not. I asked him whether they were ready to installed it right then or not. He again asked me my address. I told him that it was already noted. But he told me that the he was another person. As I was in the traffic, I disconnected the phone. Then I received several calls from mobile no. [protected] who was another person. He also asked me the same question whether I wanted to install it right now or not. As if they wanted to listen an answer in negative. I told them to reach at the address that they have and call me. They again call me and told that they were then at P-167, Rajnagar, Palam at my old address and asked my my floor numbers. I called my the then neighbor and request him to look whether any person from DISH TV were there. He informed that nobody was there. Then I understood that they were playing game with me as they were aware that I would not be available there. They lied to me.
                                  Today (13.09.2014) again a call received from [protected], as I forgot my mobile at home. My wife attended the phone. The person again asked my address and told her that DISH TV representative will be there within 30 minutes. She waited again and at 1551 hrs a call again received by her from DISH TV from Mobile No. [protected] and again asked the address and asked whether she wanted to install it then. As she was going with my Son for attending a class, she requested to install it by 1900 hrs. The person informed that it would be too late and would be installed next day morning.
                                  In view of the above incident I request you to check whether the service provider engaged by DISH TV for Dwarka, New Delhi is well equipped to handle consumers’ request. The misbehavior of the personnel was irritating. The addressed such as “Maharaj”, “Boss” during conversation. Please teach them how to talk with the consumers and address their concerns. Please look into the incident.
                                  An early action is requested to upgrade my existing DISH TV.

                                    Hello sir, My VC no is [protected]. and my mobile no is [protected] sir i have issue related to my billing. on 15/09/2014 before downgrade my package i had all sports pack (320 rs/month) and my balance is 4250.45 and my validity is 14/10/2015. when downgrade to new family pack(230/month) then show balance only 3719.94 and validity is 09/01/2016. so why my balance reduce 531 rupees. and which type surcharge is taken to my account. I changed my plan to customer care name avinish .

                                      Dear Sir, I am one of your oldest customers. On 15.12.2013 I got my old set up box replaced by a new HD set up box. Today, a service engineer visited to attend my complaint of "no signal" which was made with your customer care centre a couple of days back. I am informed by the service engineer that, the HDMI cable was not supplied with the HD set up box and my t.v was running on normal audio video cable as a result of which, I am not getting the best quality of pictures on my t.v. Being a lay man I have no knowledge about all this and I had no occasion in the past, to verify whether, the cable supplied with HD set up box was HDMI or any other cable. On having come to know about the non supply of HDMI cable, I confronted with Riddhi & Abhi Enterprises, Brij Vihar, Ghaziabad which had supplied the HD box in exchange of my old box for a sum of Rs. 1490 vide receipt No.836 dated 15.12.2013 but the, executive attending the call refused to do any thing in this regard and dared to say that, I was free to make complaint to any body. This is a case of clear fraud by Riddhi Siddhi Enterprises which is not only cheating the innocent customers but bringing the Dish TV to a bad repute.
