Non-availability signals for MARATHI channels

Billing issue

Hello sir, My VC no is [protected]. and my mobile no is [protected] sir i have issue related to my billing. on 15/09/2014 before downgrade my package i had all sports pack (320 rs/month) and my balance is 4250.45 and my validity is 14/10/2015. when downgrade to new family pack(230/month) then show balance only 3719.94 and validity is 09/01/2016. so why my balance reduce 531 rupees. and which type surcharge is taken to my account....

I would like to inform you that our VC connection not working in my home which are stated bellow :- 1. SIGNAL FAILURE FOR THE LAST THREE DAYS
