my set top is not functioning for 2 weeks and given it for servicing with local dealer.They have told that i have to replace with new STB.I am planning to buy new one and contact customer care for the same.they have communicated that pairing of new set top box with old VC card is not possible. I have subscritipion a/c valid upto october. my mobile number is[protected]

    I have recharge on 08.04.2014 for 06 months and paid the amount of Rs.1680/-.On 02.07.2014 Life OK channel was closed without intimation to me. When I asked the reason for closure to customer care, they told me to pay the extra Rs.10/- per month for this channel.I told him that when I recharge then this channel was included in pack, then why you closed this channel without informing and demanding extra payments.He refused to restore the channel without payment and the said amounts has been deducted from my accounts and after that they restored the said channel on 04.07.2014. In view of above you requested to look into the matter and re-credit the amount deducted from my account. Thanking you. Deepak Mishra

        Sir/Madam, With reference to the subject cited above, I have the honor to inform you that hereby my Dish TV Reg. No.[protected] (L. Marak, Reg. Contact No.[protected]) is still yet to be get and update any channel. I had been already recharged on 30th June 2014 for the amount of Rs.486/- (Super Platinum Pack) and again I have been recharge on 13 July 2014 for the amount of Rs.250/- after that the recharges already successful and showed me the next recharge date on 14 August 2014 but still yet to be get any channel till date and showing on TV screen at 999 and other channels "Unsubscribed Channel".           There was ad on TV that Dish TV Std Definition subscribers are offered HD+ connection Absolutely free. (Tv photo attached) On 12th July I ordered the same on consumer centre. I was given a call back by their Sales deptt that I had to pay Rs 990. When I asked why, I was told this offer didnot apply to me. I sent an e-mail which was not replied. I also sent same day an email to their Nodal officer at [protected]@dishtv.in. This was also not replied. I tried to contact on phone but in vain. I could contact Nodal Officer on 15th July. He curtly said this offer was for selected consumers only, and he had asked concerned deptt to inform me. I told him nobody informed me. And I wanted to know who were these special consumers and what was wrong with me. Why I was not eligible, He hung up the phone. I can forward both unanswered e-mails and auto- receipt of first e-mail, if required.             Dear Service Provider,

            I have Bought Dish TV service before more than 9-10 Years with some deposit amount with Kalyani Enterprises(Dish TV Agent), Waghodiya Road, Vadodara with 1st full year Subcription.

            Before around 1 year, I have stopped using Dish-TV and kept ideal at my home. Mrs Dakshaben, Siddh Enterprises, Aambavadi, Ahmedabad called on my registered mobile No- [protected] for submitting Set-op box. My Father picked up phone and she asked @ Dish TV Set-op Box. My father informed her about Deposit amount that we have given during installation. She replied "We will refund the same with in 1 month in your account even though we have cleared that we missed the deposit copy".

            She agreed, So My father said, Ok and their representative came after 2-3 days" Mr. Parth Dhobi" ( Mob-[protected]) to receive Set-op Box.
            While handed over the same, he has submitted receipt ( No- 3003 dated 26/12/2014) and written contact person Name and No ( Mrs Dakshaben - [protected], 53 & land line no - [protected]) at back side of receipt.

            I have tried so many times after 2-3 days on mentioned No but no body have responded. Then I have contacted so many times to Mr. Parth Dhobi, who came to receive Set-op Box, and ask him to convey my message to Mrs Dakshaben as Dish TV customer care have refused to return deposit amount without deposit Copy.

            One day, after insisting very anger with Mr. Parth, Mrs. Dakshaben talked with me and assured me that I will get my deposit amount with in 1 month by any how.

            Now 5 days left in One Month & again I contacted Mrs. Dakshaben on[protected]. After so many trials, Mrs. Dakshaben picked up the phone accidentally and she has to talk with me. She assured me to give a satisfactory answer tomorrow.

            Yesterday (21/01/2015) again I have contacted her so many times, but no body have picked up the phone or respond. I have recorded all conversation during telephonic discussion with Mrs.Dakshaben and Mr. Parth Dhobi. ( When she agreed to pay deposit amount without slip)

            I am requesting you to look into this fraud and help me to get my refund money ( Rs1500.00) back or my Set-op Box back.

              I Narendra Shripad Sane, having v c no [protected], registered mob no [protected] from Pune Maharashtra. i have inquired about annual recharge scheme and caller informed me that there is a scheme of RS. 1315/- for one year and ask to pay amount to our regd dealer on[protected]. acording to given information i had paid RS 1315 /- to mayur electroincs dealer I D NO 24267 RECIPT NO 88. FOR SUPER FAMILY PACK for one year. After contacting to your customer care center i shocked after knowing that company had recharged my account upto 25/12/2014 only. actually it should be for one year up to july 2015. I have made payment well before exp date in cash on[protected]. So please correct the recharge date which should be till July 2015.

                Dear Sir/ Madam, I am dish tv customer form last four years. But the Peace TV & Q TV channel not available at dish tv. Why you are not telecasting these two channels. There have more than seventy unwanted channels telecast by dish TV, but only two channels not available as mentioned above. I think above 80% people like peace TV & Q TV compare to zee salam. I think customer satisfaction is a deciding factor to be no. 1. As a well positioned DTH service provider (dishtv) is unable to telecast such a well appreciable channel. I think if you broadcast these channels automatically customer will be increased rather you expense money beyond celebrity for advertisement. Now, people are more conscious to select best offer at optimum cost. I hope you will give kind attention about this matter. Thanks & Redard's,

                    Dear Sir, I have taken one Dish HD connection through exchange of my 8 years old Dish tv Connection with STB from Hira Telecom, Ichapur, North 24 Parganas vide money receipt no. 187 dated 13/05/2014 for Rs. 1390. Please note since installation we have been faced following problems. 1. Picture was not coming on HDMI mode only AV mode working. 2. Pendrive not supporting in connection with recording. We have been lodged so many complain to the customer care but no solution comes to effect, one service engineer Named Mr. Rahul Gupta visited my house several times & made comment either regarding TV or regarding STB. Please note he made the following peculiar comment: a) TV is oldest one b) TV is not matching with the STB c) Resolution to be minimized from 1080 x 720i d) In India no progressive (p) STB available All those above comments are proved false. Finally he compelled us to watch TV on AV mode. We have the doubt towards his comments on technical part so we took one HD connection of another company on which we are getting picture on HDMI mode, no others problems are occurring. So the comments against of our TV establishes wrong. It is surprised enormous complain lodged to the customer care, local distributor & said service engineer. We have suffered mental agony. Now we want to return DISH TV HD connection & STB and want to get back the exchange price Rs. 1390/- with our old STB which was given on exchange at your earliest. So many harassment & mental disturbances faced by us. You are requested to give settlement against return which approached otherwise we shall nothing alternate to go before the Ld.                               Dear Grievance officer,

                              I would like to inform you that we have multi connection of DISH TV DTH with VC no. [protected] running as a Multi 3 connection in which [protected] and [protected] VCs running as a child connections. From the very beginning we had been enjoying family pack of Bengali bonanza.

                              As per earlier intimation from DISH TV, active base pack on Parent VC [protected] was Super Platinum Pack worth Rs.400/- per month including all taxes and active base pack on child 1 [protected] connection has been Super Platinum Pack worth Rs.180/- per month including all taxes along with Sports Bonanza alacarte worth Rs.40/- per month including all taxes. Similarly, active base pack on child 2 [protected] connection was also Super Platinum Pack worth Rs.180/- per month including all taxes along with Sports Bonanza alacarte worth Rs.40/- per month including all taxes.

                              I wanted to recharge for 6 months mainly to get the benefit of DIST TV offer of 15 days extra viewing. Accordingly I deposited Rs. 5460/- on time on 15th June, 2014. However after recharge I find many of the channels are not coming specially Star channels, UTV, etc which were coming earlier. I don't understand why the same channels are not being continued without notice or any indication or any known reason.

                              Now tell me clearly whats is to be done to get the same rectified immediately. Also kindly let me know how DISH TV DTH would compensate for this inconvenience for more than 15 days.

Lakin sir channel start nhi hua..fhir nxt day hmne apne registered mobile se msg kiya rply same aaya but channel start nhi hua jabki mere dish tv account m balance 250 rs hai ..inka ccare number busy rehta h..kafi tym busy rakhte h.fhir call disconnect kr dete h..dish tv company ki services vry poor h..raat k tym toll free number busy he rehta h.. phne bhi nhi milta..bahut bekar response h...

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I am Consumer Of Dish Tv Bearing-V.C No-[protected], Name-Shalendra Chauhan.I am Consumer Of Super Family Pack but the some Channels are not provide by Dish Tv .These Channels are Star Movies, Star Gold, Life OK, Bindas, UTV Action, UTV Movies, National Gerography, etc & these channels are removed by you one by one but at the time of purchase this pack all these channels were available. So, requested to you please add these channels in my Super Family Pack otherwise I will be take a legal necessary action against this services.

                                    Sir, I have Dish TV connection My Card No is [protected].At the time of purchase one year full warranty including service technician visit to home was provided by Dish TV (Please refer my complaint No[protected] dated 16 Jun 14) Service technician had charged Rs-170 / which is illegal. I have reported the matter to Siddhesh P. Mayekar<[protected]@dishtv.in> nodal officer MH circle no action initiated against my complaint. thanking you, ranjan

                                      Hi I am a customer of Dish TV for last 1 year and above I have registered a complainant for re-installation on 1st July 2014 at 8 pm with complaint number[protected] Customer service told me that the re-installation should be done by 2nd July 2014 (After calling several times to the customer care)The re-installation has not done yet I have called several times to the customer service I talked with their representative team lead and managers Every time they promised me new time when their engineer will come and install the dish but its going to over 72 hours and re-installation is still pending I want to re-install the service as soon as possible and also a compensation for being late

                                        Sir i am viewer of your TV network([protected]) since perhaps 2004 but recently i am grieved on the point that u deleted certain channel saying that these are available on la ca rte and are asking 10/= extra to view life ok. sir previously life ok was included in my package and i was charged 30/= for inclusion of this channel now ur are asking extra money to view this channel which is unjust.It may be ur policy to extract more money for the package to which i have subscribed but it is injustice towards consumers like me. Further my monthly package has been increased to 300 which i don't now how happened i never requested for addition channels nor i ever gave my consent to revise my package to 300 please let me know how it has happened. I[censored] think that whatever u do is right and it is ur ligitimate right then please take my Dish TV back as i may switch to some other TV network. MY registered Telephone No is [protected]
