Hello Dear Sir / Madam,
I am your existing customer since 10-12 years and my VC No Is : [protected]. Recently last November or December I had replace / Upgraded my set top box from SD to HD . But unfortunately I am strongly facing problem on all HD channels.
I had make complain on customer care and Service Engg. was visited twisty, I had made his all payment. But He didn't given any receipt . After Visited 1 week or 2 week all HD channel were worked OK but after 1 or 2 week one by one all HD channel were again having same problem. When I complain on customer care He was/is asking my receipt no. I wasn't any idea about to collect receipt from service engg. and they wasn't given any receipt.
Now my all HD channel are gone. I am still paying and recharged my HD Channel in regular basis but last couple of month I haven't seen my all HD channel in good condition.
So Dear support please do need full help as early as possible and try to fixed my problem. Otherwise I have to go another alternative solution.

Today one Service Engg was visited at my Home for resolving my existing problem They told the dish receiver has some problem and it should be change after that this problem will be resolved.
I have few query :
1) According to Service Engg. New receiver has not warranty and guaranty. I would like to have put my query, Is that true ? my receiver was upgraded recently 6-7 month back before . Is your product is that must in low quality and no warranty ?
2) Are you charging / selling your product us against sale without any warranty and guaranty?
3) Your service center strongly said to us. Receiver replacement will chargeable but without warranty or guaranty. Is that true?
4) As a customer, please suggest me what to do for this type of services.
5) Your service engineer is taking extra money @450/- for every visit and when we asking the cash received they told us, we will not have this type of receipt for customer. Please verify and confirm me. For your information Mr Badu Pawar is th service Engg.
6) How long my problem will take time for solved.
Please conform and replay all the query.

Good Morning,
Yesterday dated 15-Aug-2014 and @ time 08:46 P.M. from mobile no :[protected] . They had call us from Dish TV H.O. as per they said. and they had promised us our problem will resolved and also tolled us you are in right place ( mean me are in right place ).
According to his promises whatever the part will changed by the service Engg. It will mentioned with serial no or parts no on receipt and also mention the guaranty period and charges.
And also he was promised me you do not get any trouble any more in future .
Today again I had call from your local Dish TV Service Center at @ 9:45 Am from Pune ( Guru Enterprises ) : According to his statement, they will not give us any mentioned ( parts no, Guaranty period ) on concerned Receipt. And Also they will charge parts amount with visit charges.
So that I refused his offer because of whatever conversation with H.O's person had promised us. It showing some deference in both had statement.
So Please guide us what to do.. to fixed this existing problem..
