We purchased this dishtv a year ago. We are completely dissatisfied. When installed, they asked for extra money for wire whereas in building they could have connected through internal building connections. We paid some 2000 rs. Then, just three months after installation, our set-top box stopped working and technician said that the wire used for installation is fake and need another 2000 rs for new wire. After 3 days of fight, they come to an agreement where they waived off some 400 rs but rest was paid by us. This new wire connection did not last much. Guess what...the connection of wire was made unstable that with a small wind can take that knot of wires away. But customer care was begging for 200 rs technician and then technician said 400 rs for camera then 200 rs for connector...i had to just go with dishtv since i recharged recently. Had i not recharged, i would have donated this dishtv to a beggar Subhash Chandra as a gift/ souvenir from separated customer.
No ways to resolve any fight. At last, you have to talk to very indecent customer care and helplessly pay or forget that you ever had dishtv.
